        고등학교 피부 미용 교과서 ‘피부의 이해’ 이론과 ‘피부 미용의 실제’ 실기 단원 구성의 일관성 분석

        본 연구는 특성화 고등학교 피부 미용 교과서 중 사용 빈도가 높은 〈피부 관리〉(A교과서)와 〈피부 미용〉(B교과서)의 학습 목표․본문․단원 평가간의 일관성을 분석하고자 2015년 5월 11일부터 6월 30일까지 설문 조사 및 평가를 진행하였다. 現피부 미용 교육전문가 25명을 대상으로 설문 평가를 진행하여 ‘피부의 이해’ 이론과 ‘피부 미용의 실제’ 실기 단원의 본문과 단원 평가에 학습 목표가 반영된 정도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, ‘피부의 이해’ 이론과 ‘피부 미용의 실제’ 실기 모두 B교과서 가 A교과서보다 학습 목표 개수와 단원 평가 문항 수가 많았고 본문 분량에서 이론은 B교과서, 실기는 A교과서가 많았다. 또한 이론과 실기 단원 모두 B교과서가 A교과서보다 본문과 단원 평가에 학습 목표 반영도가 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 ‘피부 의 이해’ 이론과 ‘피부 미용의 실제’ 실기 단원 모두에서 B교과서가 A교과서보다 학습 목표․본문․단원 평가간의 일관성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고 B교과서의 내용이 A교과서보다 교육 자료로서 더욱 적합하다고 판단된다. 따라서 향후 A교과서 본 문에서는 근육의 도해, B교과서 본문에서는 발 반사요법의 실습 과정, A․B교과서 단원 평가에서는 중단원별 고른 비율의 문항으로 수정․보완한 새로운 교과서 편찬이 필요할 것으로 사료된다 This study conducted a survey and evaluation between May 11 and June 30 2015, in order to analyze consistency among learning objectives, texts and chapter evaluation of〈Skin care〉 (A textbook) and 〈Skin beauty〉 (B textbook) which are frequently used in beauty specialized high schools. For the study, 25 educational specialists in the skin care participated in a survey and the texts and chapter evaluation on chapters of theory ‘Understanding of Skin’ and of practice ‘Reality of Skin Care’ were analyzed to see if they reflected learning objectives. As a result of analyzing, B had more learning objectives and questions of chapter evaluation in the theory ‘Understanding of Skin’ and the practice ‘Reality of Skin Care’ than A; in quantity of texts, B had more theory and A had more practice. Besides, in both chapters of theory and practice, B showed higher degree of reflecting learning objectives in texts and chapter evaluation than A. In conclusion, in both chapters, the theory ‘Understanding of Skin’ and practice ‘Reality of Skin Care’, B showed higher consistency among learning objectives, texts and chapter evaluation than A. It is considered that B textbook was found to be more suitable as an educational material than A textbook. Therefore in the future, the textbooks will need to be modified and supplemented by adding an illustration of muscles in the main texts of A textbook, practice process of foot reflexology in the main texts of B textbook and evenly distributed questions for each chapter in both A and B textbooks

        Aspergillus oryzae로 제조한 soybean koji 섭취가 40~60대 여성의 목 피부상태에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between soybean koji intake cultured with Aspergillus oryzae and the neck skin condition. Women from their 40s to 60s participated for 12 weeks from May to August 2018, the control group was to consume boiled bean powder, which is non-fermented soybean and the experimental group was to intake soybean, which is fermented soybean. As a result of this study, the moisture and sebum contents of the experimental group increased about 1.8 times and 2 times compared to the increase in the control group. In addition, the melanin index, erythema index and roughness decreased 6 times, 3.7 times and 3.6 times more than the reduction of the control group. Meanwhile, the control group showed significant differences in moisture, sebum contents, melanin index and erythema index, excluding roughness. It appears that the effective ingredients of the boiled soybeans themselves have shown efficacy. On the other hand, the experimental group showed significant differences in all five measurement items. In conclusion, soybean koji ingestion was effective in improving skin aging compared to non-fermented soybeans. Therefore, it is expected that soybean koji can be used as an inner beauty material through this study.

        Aspergillus oryzae로 제조한 Soybean koji 섭취가 40~60대 여성의 피부 미용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between soybean koji prepared with Aspergillus oryzae and effects of skin care. For the 12 weeks from May to August 2018, 40~60s women participated in clinical trials. The control group consisted of nonfermented soybean and the experimental group was soybean koji, a fermented bean. And before and after soybean koji intake, the count of pores, depression, wrinkle, brightness, redness and yellowness of the facial skin were measured and compared. Research result, the pores, depression and wrinkle decreased in the experimental group 0.6 times (p<.01), 2.7 times (p<.001) and about 5.6 times (p<.001) more than the control group, respectively. On the other hand, the control group showed no significant difference in all three items. In addition, compared to the control group, the brightness of the experimental group increased 1.8 times (p<.001), the redness decreased about 1.3 times (p<.001) and the yellowness decreased about 2.6 times (p<.001). The experimental group showed a high improvement in depression (15.79%), wrinkle (12.79%), and the changes in brightness (5.07%), redness (10.04%) and yellowness (7.64%) were more alleviated compared to the control group. In conclusion, soybean koji was more effective in skin beauty such as depression, wrinkle and skin tone, compared to non-fermented soybean. Through the results of this study, confirmed the potential of soybean koji as a material for inner beauty. Finally, I expect this study will be used as basic data for nutrition and beauty.

        불만족 고객의 미용 의료서비스 품질 분석 및 재방문 의도 연구

        This study analyzed aesthetic medical service quality and explored improvements among 222 dissatisfied customers of dermatology and plastic surgery clinics. For this, the effects of such aesthetic medical service quality on customer satisfaction were analyzed, and the results were compared to revisit intention after compensation. In terms of aesthetic medical service quality, the following five factors were derived: convenience, cleanliness, reliability, responsiveness and friendliness. Then, validity and reliability were tested. According to analysis of dissatisfaction with specific perception factor items, correlations between perception factors and satisfaction were confirmed. According to a regression analysis of the effects of perception factors on customer satisfaction, revisit intentions were higher in the compensated group than in the non-compensated group among dissatisfied customers (74.0%) (p<0.001). Consequently, dissatisfied consumers showed the lowest satisfaction in responsiveness among the five aesthetic medical service quality factors. In other words, they had poor responsiveness to customers’ needs when they were busy. Therefore, if responsiveness to customers is improved even during busy hours, medical institutions would be able to prevent their patients from leaving for other hospitals or prospective consumers from being swayed away by dissatisfied customers.
