        소규모 건설사업장에서의 안전의식 변화에 대한 연구

        This paper deals with measures changes in safety consciousness of small-scale construction sites and ways to reduce industrial accidents. The decline in industrial accidents at small-scale construction sites has become a key agenda for the government’s “Three Major Projects to Protect the National Life”. In particular, the government’s goal to reduce the death rate of industrial accidents per 10thousands by half by 2022 depends on reducing industrial accidents at small-scale workplace. In this study, we analyzed the actual situation and safety consciousness of small-scale construction sites and studied the improvement direction of industrial accident reduction. According to the results of the study, the safety consciousness of small-scale construction sites has increased compared to the past, but there are still many insufficient parts. In order to systematically supplement this, the local governments’ aggressive disaster prevention measures were emphasized from the construction approval and approval process. And employers at small-scale construction sites need to change their awareness that employers’ interests will increase if they reduce spending on industrial safety and health management expenses. Workers should shift to the consciousness that safety is a promise to family and society by observing safe work and safety rules through more efficient safety education about the risks of small workplaces. Therefore, the reduction of industrial accidents at small-scale construction sites requires unnecessary government regulation, and at the same time, thorough management and supervision are carried out using the disaster prevention guidance agency, which is a private institution. In addition, it is the starting point of safety consciousness that employers and workers in small-scale construction sites should keep their own safety. It is analyzed that it is necessary to establish a social safety net system (Social Safety Network System) that links this safety consciousness to the Labor-Management-Government-Society. 이 논문은 소규모 건설사업장의 안전의식 변화와 산업재해 감소방안에 대한 내용을 다루고 있다. 소규모 건설 사업장의 산업재해 감소는 정부의‘국민생명 지키기 3대 프로젝트’의 핵심 의제가 되었다. 특히 2022년까지 산업 재해 사고사망만인율 절반 감축을 위한 정부의 목표는 소규모 사업장의 산업재해를 감소시키는데 초점을 두고 있 다. 본 연구에서는 소규모 건설사업장의 실태와 안전의식을 분석하여 산업재해 감소에 대한 개선방향을 연구하였 다. 이 연구결과에 따르면 소규모 건설사업장의 안전의식은 과거에 비해 높아졌으나, 아직도 미흡한 부분이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 이것을 제도적으로 보완하기 위해서는 건축 인·허가 과정에서 부터 지방자치단체의 적극적 인 재해예방대책이 강조되었다. 또한 재해예방 지도기관의 질적인 기술지도를 향상시킬 필요성이 제기되었다. 그 리고 소규모 건설사업장의 사업주들은 산업안전보건관리비에 대한 지출을 줄이면 사업주의 이익이 증가시킬 수 있다는 인식을 노동자의 안전이 우선해야 사업주의 이익이 극대화할 수 있다는 의식변화가 필요한 것으로 나타났 다. 노동자는 소규모사업장의 위험성에 대하여 보다 효율적인 안전교육을 통하여 안전한 작업과 안전수칙을 준 수하여 ‘안전은 가족과 사회에 대한 약속’이라는 의식으로 전환하여야 한다. 따라서 소규모 건설사업장에서의 산 업재해 감소방안은 불필요한 정부 규제의 완화가 필요하며, 동시에 민간기관인 재해예방 지도기관을 활용하면서 철저한 관리·감독을 하는 것이다. 또한 소규모 건설사업장에서의 사업주와 노동자가 스스로 안전을 지켜야 하 는 것이 안전의식의 출발점이다. 이러한 안전의식을 노-사-정-사회로 연계되는 사회적인 안전망시스템(Social Safety Network System) 구축이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

        산업안전교육을 위한 모바일 앱의 개발과 그 적용 효과성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to promote effective industrial safety education as well as to develope safety culture of industrial sites by developing and providing mobile learning opportunity. In order to achieve the research purpose, we derive the design elements of mobile apps that meet the context of industrial safety education through analysis of previous research on the characteristics of mobile environment and industrial safety education. Based on the derived design principle and components, we developed a mobile app composed of industrial safety learning module and safety check module. During the on-site pilot implementation stage, we collect survey and interview data regarding the effectiveness and learning experiences of the developed mobile apps. As a result, we found that learning activities through mobile apps promoted meaningful understanding of workers' industrial safety regulations and procedures. The use of mobile apps has also positively affected workers' perceptions of industrial safety culture, including safety-related communications, engagement levels and work environment. On the other hand, considering the contextual factors of the industrial site is important in order to improve the applicability of mobile apps. This study is expected to be meaningful for academic and practical discussion on the future direction of industrial safety education and the effectiveness of mobile learning. 본 연구의 목적은 산업안전교육의 내실 있는 수행을 위해 산업안전관련 규정과 절차에 대한 효과적인 학습을 진행하고, 학습의 결과를 안전점검활동이라는 수행으로 옮김으로써 산업현장의 바람직한 안전문화 형성을 촉진하기 위한 모바일 앱의 개발과 적용 효과성을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 모바일 환경과 산업안전교육의 특성에 대한 선행연구 분석을 통해 산업안전교육의 맥락에 부합하는 모바일 앱의 설계요소들을 도출하고, 산업안전 학습모듈과 안전점검 모듈로 구성된 모바일 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 앱에 대한 시범 적용을 통해 모바일 앱의 활용 효과성과 학습경험에 대한 양적, 질적자료를 동시에 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 모바일 앱을 통한 학습활동은 근로자의 산업안전관련 규정과 절차에 대한 의미있는 이해향상을 촉진하였다. 또한 모바일 앱의 활용은 안전관련 의사소통, 관여수준, 작업환경에 대한 이해를 포함하여 산업안전문화에 대한 근로자들의 인식에 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 반면 모바일 앱의 현장적용성을 높이기 위해서는 현장의 맥락적 요소가 충분히 반영되어야 하는 개선점도 도출되었다. 본 연구는 향후 산업안전교육의 발전방향에 대한 논의와 모바일 학습의 효과성에 대한 논의에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        명예산업안전감독관 제도 실태와 활성화 방안

        산업재해예방활동에 대한 근로자의 참여와 지원을 촉진하기 위하여 명예산업안전감독관 제도가 1995년 7월 노동부 행정지침으로 도입되었고, 이후 1996년 12월 산업안전보건법 개정시 제61조의 2(명예산업안전감독관 제도)의 신설에 의하여 법제화되었다. 본 연구는 제도 도입 11년이 지난 명예산업안전감독관 제도의 실태 파악을 통하여 문제점과 취약점을 분석하고 활성화 방안 제안을 위하여 2006년도에 제조업, 건설업 및 운송업 명예산업안전감독관을 대상으로 실태조사를 실시하였다. 실태조사 결과에 나타난 문제점과 취약점을 토대로 명예산업안전감독관 제도 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같이 5가지 사항으로 요약된다. 첫째, 근로자대표에 의한 명예산업안전감독관 위촉이 이루어지도록 근로자의 과반수로 조직된 노동조합이 설립되어 있지 않은 사업장의 근로자대표선출방법과 절차, 그리고 그 절차에 하자가 있는 경우에 대하여 산업안전보건법 등 관련 법령에 구체적으로 규정. 둘째, 명예산업안전감독관이 산업안전보건위원회에서 사용자위원으로 참여하지 못하도록 제도 운영. 예를 들면 상급 관리자급의 명예감독관 위촉 배제. 셋째, 명예산업안전감독관 제도의 가장 큰 방해요인으로 지적된 정부(노동부)의 소극적 제도 운영 및 지원 부족에 대한 적극적 대책 마련. 예를 들면 지역협의회, 업종별협의회, 중앙협의회 구성ㆍ운영, 재정적 지원 등. 넷째, 명예산업안전감독관 제도 활성화를 위하여 사업주의 인식 제고와 명예산업안전감독관 활동에 대한 불이익금지 규정(산업안전보건법 제61조의 2 제2항)의 구체화 및 미이행시 처벌규정 신설. 이를 위한 방안의 하나로 명예감독관 위촉을 ‘가능조항’에서 ‘의무조항’으로 개정. 다섯째, 업종별 특성에 부합하는 명예산업안전감독관 제도모델 개발 및 응용. 예를 들면, 본사와 떨어져 있는 옥외사업장과 일용직 근로자가 많은 건설업 특성 반영 및 항상 이동하고 있는 사업장으로서 버스, 택시, 기타 육상운송의 특성을 반영한 운송업 교육모델 등. To promote the participation and support of workers in the industrial safety prevention activities, the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System was introduced by an instruction of the Ministry of Labor in July, 1995, and was newly inserted in article 61.2 (the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System) when amending the Industrial Safety and Health Act in December, 1996. In order to analyse the problems and weak-points of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System and to suggest it's revitalizing plan, a research was carried out in the field of manufacturing, construction and transportation industries. Based on the research analysis, the suggestions can be summarized as the following five items. First, regulate the election methods of the workers’ representative in the case of labor union without the majority of the labors. Second, prohibit the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector from participating as the employer member in the Industrial Safety and Health Committee. Third, provide an active policy on the passive and lacking support by the government(the Ministry of Labor), which has been indicated as the biggest obstacle element for the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System. Fourth, promote the better understanding of the employer and specify the disadvantage ban provision(Article 61.2(2) Industrial Safety and Health Act) on the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector activities. Fifth, develop and apply an Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System models that correspond to the characteristics for each industry category.

      • 산업안전지도사 재해예방 전문지도기관 운영실태에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 산업안전·보건지도사 제도가 부활하여 배출되는 지도사들의 활동이 점진적으로 증가하고 있으나 운영실태에 대한 연구가 부족하여 정책적인 제도로 자리잡고 있지 못하는 부분에 대하여 건설안전분야 산업안전지도사 기관들의 운영실태를 파악하고, 국내 특성에 적합한 산업안전지도사 제도의 방향을 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 건설안전·기계안전·전기안전·화공안전 산업안전지도사 4개 분야 중 노동부에 산업안전지도사 재해예방 전문지도기관을 지정받은 건설안전분야 7개 기관을 대상으로 업무수행 형태를 법상 직무영역과 직무영역 외 분야로 구분하여 설문과 인터뷰를 통해 운영 및 업무수행 실태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 산업안전지도사 기관들의 업무수행 형태가 기존 유관기관들의 업무형태에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있고, 매출 발생형태가 산업안전지도사 기관의 법상 직무영역보다 직무영역 외 분야가 높은 비율로 운영되고 있으며, 법상 직무영역의 업무수행 부분이 전체적으로 감소되는 추세이고, 산업안전지도사 기관별로 주가 되는 업무수행 형태와 운영방식에 큰 차이를 보이고 있었다. 결론적으로, 산업안전지도사 제도가 정착되기 위해서는 국내 건설산업 구조의 특성에 적합한 산업안전지도사 법상 직무영역의 제도적인 보완을 통한 고유 업무영역의 확보가 필요하며, 산업안전지도사의 업무능력이 상향 표준화 될 수 있도록 산업안전지도사 업무의 매뉴얼화 및 신규·보수 교육의 체계화가 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to establish the direction of the industrial safety Consultant system that is suitable for domestic characteristics by understanding the operational status of the industrial safety Consultant institutions in the construction safety field, while the activities of the Consultants led by the revitalization of the occupational safety and health Consultant system are gradually increasing but they stay as policy systems due to lack of research on the operational status. This study included 7 construction safety departments designated by the Ministry of Labor as professional guidance institutions for disaster prevention for industrial safety Consultants in one of the 4 industrial safety Consultant fields, including construction safety, machine safety, electrical safety, and chemical safety. The types of job performance were divided into within the business area and outside of business area, and the operational status was analyzed through the questionnaires and interviews. As a result of the study, the operational status of industrial safety Consultant institutions does not deviate significantly from the operational status of existing related organizations. In addition, the sales pattern is operated at a higher rate in the field outside of the business area under the law than within the business area. Job performance within the business area under the law has been decreasing as a whole, and the job performance type and operational status largely depend on the industrial safety Consultant institution. To conclude, in order to establish an industrial safety Consultant system, it is necessary to secure a unique business area through the supplement of industrial safety Consultant system within the business area under the law. In order to highly standardize the work capacity of industrial safety Consultants, it is required to manualize the work of industrial safety Consultants and systematize the training for new and old Consultants.

        일본 노동안전위생법의 개정 배경과 내용

        It is the 60th year that Japan has enacted labor standards act and industrial accident compensation insurance act. Also, since occupational safety and health act was enacted in Japan, thirty five years have passed. With the change of industrial structure and types of employment, individual labor law has developed in a variety of way. Accordingly, acts on industrial safety and health have undergone changes. Occupational safety and health act of Japan has developed to regulate hazardous articles and machines appearing in a developed society, to cover increasing industrial disasters such as occupational diseases, and to establish clear lines of policy on promotion of occupational safety and health and responsibility for industrial disasters in the complicated industrial relations. There have been extensive reforms to occupational circumstances such as health examination and education to set up a comprehensive heath system. Also, industrial accident compensation insurance act has been developed to correspond with the demand of the times since its enactment. It is estimated that the act resulted in the increasement of recipients, the promotion of types of benefit and standard, enlargement of the idea of insurance accident, the development of a rehabilitation industry. This is, it has a good reputation as a system to support injured workers and their family. However, this improved system can not solve all the legal problems. The problems on legal compensation of industrial safety and health and labor accident still remain as a problem to be solved. Occupational accidents have complicated relations not only with an industrial structure and labor management but with the right to labor, consciousness of the right, types of employment, life style of the family, and national finance. Furthermore, sharp increase of cancellation lawsuits of administrative measure and lawsuits for damages is leading to changing the role of related organization. Now, occupational safety and health act and industrial accident compensation insurance act should be estimated not only with the development of law as the demand of the times but with related laws and system. This study is to investigate background on revision of occupational safety and health act of Japan, preventive measures of health impairment by long-term labor, the duty of health care, the duty of a legal health examination and the effect of its violation.

        신경회로망 기반 우리나라 산업안전시스템의 모델링

        It is extremely important to design safety-guaranteed industrial processes because such process determine the ultimate outcomes of industrial activities, including worker safety. Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in industrial safety involves modeling industrial safety systems by using vast amounts of safety-related data, accident prediction, and accident prevention based on predictions. As a preliminary step toward realizing AI-based industrial safety in Korea, this study discusses neural network-based modeling of industrial safety systems. The input variables that are the most discriminatory relative to the output variables of industrial safety processes are selected using two information-theoretic measures, namely entropy and cross entropy. Normalized frequency and severity of industrial accidents are selected as the output variables. Our simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed neural network model and, therefore, the feasibility of extending the model to include more input and output variables.

        건설현장 내 산업재해 감소를 위한 안전 사이니지 시스템 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 기존 안전표지의 한계성 및 변화하는 노동환경을 파악하고 다문화 근로자를 포함한 산업재해를 감소시키기 위하여 디지털 안전표지 시스템 디자인 개발 방향을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 첫째, 문헌 조사를 통하여 전 산업에서의 산업재해 현황과 건설업의 산업재해 특성을 발견하였다. 둘째, 국내 건설현장의 안전표지 실태를 조사하여, 현행 안전표지 시스템의 한계를 파악하였다. 셋째, 건설업에 종사하는 다문화 외국인 노동자의 노동실태를 조사하여 연관된 문제점을 발견하였다. 넷째, 건설현장 내 노동자 및 관리자를 대상으로 인뎁스 인터뷰를 진행하여 그 내용을 바탕으로 안전표지 시스템 디자인 개발에 필요한 요소를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 앞서 도출된 요소들과 해외의 사례를 참고하여 디지털 사이니지를 활용한 안전표지 시스템 디자인을 제시하였다. 문헌 조사 결과, 해가 갈수록 건설업의 산업재해율은 증가하며 외국인 근로자의 비중과 산업재해율 또한 매해 증가하고 있다는 것을 확인 하였다. 현재 건설현장의 안전표지 시스템은 종류가 많고 통일되어있지 않으며 특히, 다문화근로자의 언어, 문화, 인지, 가치 등 개인적인 인식 방법에 따라 안전표지에 대한 이해도가 각각 다르고 의미의 전달성이 다르게 반응하여 그 효율성이 떨어진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 새로운 안전표지 시스템 개발을 위한 필요요소를 조사하기 위하여, 건설 현장 3곳을 방문하여 현장 관리자, 내국인 및 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 현행 안전 관리시스템의 문제점에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행 하였다. 인터뷰 결과를 분석하여, 안전 관리 시스템 개발을 위한 요소를 시스템 운용 요소, 활용 요소, 다문화 고려 요소의 3가지 측면으로 나누어 도출 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다문화 근로자를 고려한 디지털 사이니지를 활용하는 안전표지 시스템의 구성과 그래픽 활용의 예를 제시하였다. 향후, 국내 및 다문화 근로자의 개별적 문화 배경, 언어, 인지수용과정 등 세부화된 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하고, 또한 사용자 경험 측면에서 효용성 있는 인지요소 발견과 정보전달 방법에 대한 심층적 연구가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to study the development direction of digital safety marking system in order to identify limitations of existing safety signs and changing working environment and to reduce industrial accidents including multicultural workers. First, through the literature survey, we found the status of industrial accidents in all industries and the characteristics of industrial accidents in construction industry. Second, we investigated the actual status of safety signs in domestic construction sites and identified the limitations of the current safety sign system. Third, I investigated the actual situation of multicultural foreign workers in the construction industry and found problems related to them. Fourth, we conducted in - depth interviews with workers and managers in the construction site and derived the elements necessary for the design of the safety mark system based on the contents. Finally, the safety sign system design using digital signage is presented by referring to the above - mentioned factors and overseas cases. According to the literature survey, the industrial accident rate of the construction industry increases as the year progresses, and the proportion of foreign workers and the industrial accident rate also increase every year. Currently, there are many kinds of safety marking systems on construction sites. They are not unified. Especially, according to individual recognition methods such as language, culture, cognition, and value of multicultural workers, understanding of safety markings is different, It was found that the efficiency was low. In order to investigate the requirements for developing a new safety label system, we visited three construction sites and conducted in-depth interviews with field managers, domestic and foreign workers on the problems of the current safety management system. The results of the interviews were analyzed and the elements for developing the safety management system were divided into three aspects: system operation factor, utilization factor, and multicultural factor. Based on the results, we have presented an example of the configuration and graphic application of the safety sign system that utilizes digital signage considering multicultural workers. In future, it is necessary to study detailed factors such as individual culture background, language, cognitive acceptance process of domestic and multicultural workers, and further study on effective cognitive element discovery and information delivery method in terms of user experience is needed.

      • The Effects of Logistics Technology Acceptance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution on Logistics Safety Performance: The Moderated Mediating Effect of Logistics Safety Behavior through Safety Culture

        Purpose – This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology – Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings – Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value – This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

        특허분석을 활용한 산업별 안전기술개발 동향 모니터링

        Along with the rapid development of industrial technology, the industrial structure has been continuously changed. Accordingly, safety technologies have been gradually developed to be applied into various industrial fields as well, not limited to a specific industry area. As a result, it became important to analyze and predict trends of safety technology development in order to establish technology strategies for industrial safety. In particular, since patents are easily accessible to gather the technology and business information, many studies have highlighted technology forecasting using patent information. Thus, this study proposes the patent analysis of monitoring trends of safety technologies of industry fields, taking into account both static and dynamic aspects through index and text analysis. First, patent documents containing safety-related keywords are collected from the WIPSON database for extracting technology information. Then, the development trends of safety technologies by industry fields are identified and analyzed through the analysis of indicators such as marketability, growth, and activation. The results of various indicator analyses of safety technologies are visualized to compare among industrial safety technologies for businesses and technology developers. Second, textmining algorithm is applied to identify trends of specific technology keywords of major industries extracted from patent index analysis. As a result, it is expected that the safety manager uses the patent analysis of safety technologies to provide safety technology information with safety-related companies and institutes. The extracted safety technologies are applicable to business practice and predict future promising technologies.

      • 일부 지역 제조업체 안전·보건관계자들의 지식 및 태도에 관한 연구

        The useful preventive measure for industrial accidents in manufacturing industries could be achieved through automation, education of workers on safety, proper work practice and etc. The success of prevention of industrial accident could be haevily relied on the awareness of accident prevention of workers and management personnel in each industries. In order to obtain general awareness of industrial accident in terms of knowledge and attitude and to provide useful information for the proper preventive measure of industrial accident, questionnaire survey was done with manufacturing industries in Chunan area which has 5 and more workers. Questionnaire with 50 question items were sent to 570 relevant personnels in 471 manufacturing industries. Out of 560, 460 relevant personnel replied to the questionnaire. The results obtained were as follow; 1. While most manufacturing industries(391 industries, 86.7%) under study reported that they had full time occupational safety and health personnel, only 30 manufacturing industries(6.5%) with legal requirement of such personnel did not have relevant ones. 2. Most popular position for the personnel of safety and health duty were section chief(33.2%), and 46.8% of safety and health personnel were in the age group of 30-39. Whereas 66.9% of them were titled as production chief and management chief. 3. Most safety and health personnel(98.5%) reported that disseminated information from professional organization of occupational safety and health were very useful to carry out their safety and health duties. 4. Eight one percent respondent received safety education from governmental organization or affiliated institute and most of them (97.3%) reported that such education was very effective. 5. While 61.8% of respondent reported the necessity of field inspection by inspector for routine and consultation, 30.0% of respondent wanted document inspection without real field inspection. But most respondent replied that such inspections were useful for conducting safety and health prevention. 6. While 93.7% of respondent thought that accident prevention were helpful for production, 88.8% and 86.0 of them replied that accident prevention could influence the cost of production and quality of products, respectively which eventually influenced the competitiveness of each industries. 7. Eighty five percent of respondent replied that accident could be prevented with educational, personal and material resources. 8. While 96.5% of respondent replied that their industries provided safety education, out of them 26.2% industries thought that their safety education were superficial. The most popular frequency of safety education was once per month(56.0%) and 31.0% industries provided once a week. On the other hand 13.1% of industries provided every day safety education on regular basis. 9. While 45.2% of respondent replied that employer had strong commitment for safety and health, 41.3% of respondent replied that there were some changes and progression of employer's attitude for safety and health issues. 10. While 49.2% of respondent replied the necessity of legal requirement of safety personnel, 45.8% of respondent replied that voluntary requirement for safety personnel were more practical and helpful for accident prevention. 11. The necessity of periodic health examination were replied from most respondent(90.0%) and 73.0% of respondent thought that periodic health examination were helpful for the promotion of worker's health, but 56.4% of respondent criticized that periodic health examination were superficial and needed revision of content and method of periodic health examination. 12. Most respondent(92.7%) agreed the necessity of environmental measurement and 64.4% of respondent had their confidence on the result of environmental measurement, whereas 56.7% of respondent replied that their industries were repaired and improved according to the recommendation of environmental measurement and 85.6% of respondent replied that some kind of countermeasure for the recommendation such as supplies of personal protective equipments were done.
