        문화자원 스토리텔링이 커뮤니케이션 적합성과 문화적 가치인식, 문화적 자부심에 미치는 영향: 제주를 중심으로

        본 연구는 제주 문화자원의 독특성에도 불구하고 활용도가 낮게 나타나고 있다는 데 기인하여 수행되었다. 문화자원의 가치는 지역의 정체성을 구축하고 전승되도록 지역 구성원들에게 교육됨으로써 의미있게 수용되어야 한다. 또한 문화자원은 다른 지역과 구분되는 중요한 차이이므로 구성원과 적합한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 문화자원의 스토리텔링이 커뮤니케이션 적합성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 제주 도민이 실제적으로 인식하는 문화적 가치와 문화적 자부심을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문화자원의 스토리텔링은 교육성, 독특성, 엔터테인먼트성 요인으로 구분하였다. 실증분석 결과, 스토리텔링 요인 중 독특성과 엔터테인먼트성은 커뮤니케이션 적합성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교육성은 문화적 가치인식에, 교육성과 엔터테인먼트성은 문화적 자부심에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 커뮤니케이션 적합성은 문화적 가치인식과 문화적 자부심에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었고, 문화적 가치인식은 문화적 자부심에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나는 구조적 영향관계를 검증하였다. This study had implemented based on the fact that the usability of the cultural resources of Jeju is low despite of its specialties. Value of cultural resources must be established and inherits the identity of the region. In addition it must accept a meaningful education to community members. Cultural resources are important differences that distinguish it from other regions. Therefore, members and appropriate communication should be made. This tried to check the cultural value and pride which actually recognized by Jeju residents by figuring the effect of the cultural resources storytelling to communication. For such, cultural resources storytelling is categorized as education, specialty and entertainment factors. As a result of the actual analysis, specialty and entertainment factors among the storytelling factors have positive (+) effect on communication fitness. Also, education is shown to have a positive (+) effect on cultural value recognition, and the education, entertainment on cultural pride. Especially, the communication fitness had a positive (+) effect on cultural value recognition and cultural pride, and the cultural value recognition proved the structural effective relationship shown to have a positive (+) effect on cultural pride.

        中國高中學生多文化意識與態度相關硏究

        The goal of this research is to explore the relationship between International Awareness, State Pride, Cultural Pride and Multi-cultural Attitude of the high school students in China. For this purpose, a survey questionnaire was given to 214 students from four high schools located in Jiang-Su Province. The collected data was analyzed through SPSS 21.0 which applied Factor Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Multiway ANOVA, T-test, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results indicate the following findings. First, the frequency of using SNS, living-abroad experience and International Awareness had a positive influence on Multi-cultural Attitude. Secondly, State Pride and Cultural Pride was negatively correlated with Multi-cultural Attitude. Thirdly, family conditions, frequency of using SNS and International Awareness was positively correlated with Sate Pride, but didn't have correlation with Cultural Pride. Fourthly, State Pride had an indirect effect on the relationship between International Awareness and Multi-cultural Attitude, but Cultural Pride didn't have indirect effect on the relationship between International Awareness and Multi-cultural Attitude. 本硏究以中國高中學生爲中心,意在分析其國際化意識、國民自豪感與其多文化態度之間的關系。硏究的展開順序爲首先對中國高中學生的國際化意識與多文化態度之間的關系進行硏究分析,其次對其國際化意識與國民自豪感之間的關系進行硏究分析,最後對其國民自豪感與多文化態度之間的關系進行探究,幷對國民自豪感在國際化意識對多文化態度的作用中是否起到中介效應進行驗證。分析對象爲中國江蘇省所在的高中學生240名。收集的資料通過SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)統計軟件,使用頻度分析、因子分析、多元分散分析(Multiway ANOVA)、 t-test、多重回歸分析等分析方法以進行分析與處理。經分析,硏究結果大致如下。首先,就調查對象的人口社會學特性對其多文化態度的影響來看,中國高中學生的SNS使用狀況與有無海外經曆對其多文化態度有著顯著的影響。即,SNS使用頻率越高、有過海外經曆的學生相較於沒有海外經曆的學生,其多文化態度相對較高。第二,在對影響中國高中學生多文化態度的因素進行分析後得出,國際化意識、國家自豪感與文化自豪感皆能對其多文化態度產生顯著的影響。則,中國高中學生的國際化意識越強,其多文化態度也就越高;反之,中國高中學生的國家、文化自豪感越高,其多文化的態度則越低。第三,通過對影響中國高中學生國民自豪感(國家、文化自豪感)的因素進行分析後得出,家庭條件、SNS使用狀況與國際化意識皆能對其國家自豪感產生顯著的影響,但對於文化自豪感,幷沒有顯著的統計結果。分析結果表明,中國高中學生中,家庭條件越的優越、國際化意識越強,其國家自豪感也就越高;反之,SNS使用頻率越高,其國家自豪感則越低。第四,通過對中國高中學生的國民自豪感(國家、文化自豪感)在其國際化意識對多文化態度的作用中是否起到中介的效應而進行分析後得出,國家自豪感作爲中介變量在國際化意識對多文化態度的作用中可以判定其存在中介效應且該中介效應爲部分中介,即國際化意識對多文化態度的影響有一部分是通過國家自豪感來實現的。但對於文化自豪感,在統計意義上中介效應不成立。

        中國高中學生多文化意識與態度相關硏究

        朝日 文士의 筆談唱酬에 나타난 富士山 인식 양상-7차 使行(1682년)을 중심으로-

        This study researched Chosun and Japanese literary men’s cognitive aspect of Mt. Fuji which were made in the form of travel description and conversation by poetry-writing in 1682(7th dispatch of envoy). The diplomatic mission deeply fascinated with Chosun’s cultural pride in 17th century underestimated Japanese literary men and Japan so they treated Japanese literary men unkindly. This fact provoked Japanese literary men’s antipathy. So they tried to inspire a sense of self-respect through the medium of Mt. Fuji. In the meantime, lots of conversation by poetry-writing exchanged between two countries and poems about Mt. Fuji were made. It was Japanese literary men who wrote poems about Mt. Fuji first. They took the form of poetry and worshiped beautiful and mysterious aspect of Mt. Fuji. They even showed off excellency of talented men who got a life-giving soul of Mt. Fuji because Chosun’s literary men doubted Mt. Fuji which had symbolic meaning of Japanese cultural pride. This kind of argument had continued because they both strived for superiority. Chosun’s literary men couldn’t idly look on those of Japan trying to attain superiority by writing poems of magnificent, mysterious Mt. Fuji and fosterage men to be great. So Chosun’s literary men generally agreed to the mysterious aspect of Mt. Fuji but on the other hand, they tried to decrease it by assuming the offensive occasionally. It was very important matter to literary men individual and to their countries also. So Chosun’s literary men tried to hurt those of Japan’s pride by taking a skeptical view of the mysterious aspect of Mt. Fuji, Seobok and five hundreds of prodigious children. But Japanese literary men tried to strengthen the mysterious aspect of Mt. Fuji not to lose their pride. As a result, the cognitive aspect of Mt. Fuji between the two countries was somewhat common and at the same time somewhat different from the viewpoint of the mysterious aspect. In the end, the gap between the two countries was not filled up and ended in their individual sense of superiority. This thesis is worth in view of confirming Chosun’s cultural pride in 17th century how to act on neighboring relations and how tensive the confrontation scene was. Because of the limitation of paper space, this thesis didn’t deal with how different the cognitive aspect of 7th dispatch of envoy from those of before and after.         초국적 리메이크, 서사와 문화의 공유 혹은 분유: 일본 원작 <女王の教室>과 <ハケンの品格>의 한국 리메이크를 중심으로

        In the 2010s, Korean remakes based on Japanese original dramas have frequently been produced in television dramas. Such remakes have been divided into two major changes. They mean external adjustment of the text based on environmental differences between broadcasting and viewing and internal modification of the text associated with cultural differences. In order to examine these adjustment and modification, this article deals what is common and shared in Korean television dramas such as <The Queen's Classroom> and <The Queen of Office> based on Japanese television dramas such as <The Queen's Classroom> and <The Pride of the Temp>. Based on the results, this article also aims to estimate different strategies required to overcome environmental and cultural differences then/the text there and now/the text here. The box office performance of the Korean remakes <The Queen's Classroom> and <The Queen of Office> was about half of that of the original Japanese television dramas <The Queen's Classroom> and <The Pride of the Temp>. Although the originals were well at the box office in Japan, the remakes were box office failures. The results clearly show that it is necessary to consider cultural and environmental differences at the same time. From the perspective of cultural differences, <The Queen's Classroom> failed to gain popularity because it was still difficult to accept the fact that children star in television dramas. On the other hand, <The Queen of Office> aroused considerable sympathy by dealing with problems between permanent and temporary employment with the reality of Korea in which to be employed has become the supreme goal. With regard to environmental differences, <The Queen's Classroom> failed to reach the dramatic density of the original due to irrelevant scenes and unreasonable extension and addition of sequences. Conversely, <The Queen of Office> succeeded in establishing different dramatic density from the original by expanding the main stage and adding more diverse characters and events. 2010년대에 접어들어 텔레비전 드라마에서 일본 원작의 한국 리메이크가 빈번하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 원작의 리메이크는 크게 두 가지 변개로써 행해져왔다. 그것은 방영과 시청의 환경차로부터 비롯되는 텍스트의 외적 조정과 문화차에서 연유하는 텍스트의 내적 수정을 의미한다. 이 글은 이와 같은 조정과 수정의 양상을 살피기 위해 일본의 연속드라마 <女王の教室>과 <ハケンの品格>을 원작으로 한국에서 리메이크된 미니시리즈 <여왕의 교실>과 <직장의 신>이 무엇을 공유하고 무엇을 분유하는가를 다루었다. 이를 통해 원작의 리메이크에 있어서 그때/거기의 텍스트와 지금/여기의 텍스트 사이에서 발생하는 환경차와 문화차를 초극하기 위해 요구되는 각색의 전략을 가늠코자 하였다. 일본 연속드라마 <女王の教室>과 <ハケンの品格>의 한국 미니시리즈 <여왕의 교실>과 <직장의 신>으로의 리메이크는 흥행에 있어서 절반의 성공이었다. 일본에서는 모두 흥행에 성공한 검증된 원작이 한국으로 리메이크되면서 받아든 서로 다른 성적은 원작의 리메이크에 있어서 왜 문화차와 환경차를 동시에 고려해야 하는가를 여실히 보여준다. 문화차에 있어서 <여왕의 교실>은 한국에서 아직은 수용하기 버거운 아동을 주동인물로 내세우는 바람에 호응을 얻지 못했고, <직장의 신>은 취업이 지상과제가 되어버린 한국의 세태에 부합하는 성인의 정규직과 비정규직 문제를 다룸으로써 적지 않은 공감을 얻었다. 환경차에 있어서도 <여왕의 교실>은 핵서사를 비켜가는 신과 시퀀스의 무리한 연장 및 추가로 원작의 극적 밀도에 미치지 못한 반면, <직장의 신>은 주무대를 넓혀 보다 다양한 인물과 사건을 부가함으로써 원작과는 또 다른 극적 밀도를 구축할 수 있었다.

        Reading Transatlantic Pride and Prejudice From Literary Journals to Antebellum New York City: Kemble, Trollope, and Dickens

        To English people, America was a new country, but the country had made rapid economic and cultural growth. Still, in the nineteenth century English pride for its own culture and nobility was sustained, while Americans' pride had begun to appear in many aspects of their life along with its prejudice against England. This kind of thought can be grasped by looking at several journals written by British writers after their travel to America: Fanny Kemble, Fanny Trollope, Charles Dickens, and Anthony Trollope. Among other places, New York City was one of the most important cities that they never failed to visit and mention as a typical American city. Although English writers intends to express in their journals the negative aspects of American culture and tradition which seemed shallow and superficial to them, some other positive views of the cultural status quo of antebellum New York City can be read from their vivid depictions on Broadway, its theaters and culture. Above all, the thing that Americans took pride in was its spirit of liberty, freedom, and equality. The free blacks walking along Broadway, the public schools crowded with boys and girls, and the omnibuses full of passengers were symbols of the spirit of liberal New York City. As the busiest part of this beautiful city, Broadway is still the central route across Manhattan Island from Downtown through Mid-town to Up-town. Times Square was also the heart of the dynamic New York City, where new arts and culture are created and consumed. In that sense, the New Yorkers' pride has been justified, despite the arrogant European prejudice. As a 'transatlantic study,' my research has examined the prejudice and pride that both countries' people began to have against the other country.

        오스틴 소설에 나타난 대중 미학

        Jane Austen's novels have been highly regarded as the masterpiece of British literature and now they are the representative figures of high culture. However, they were considered as popular narratives in that period since novel was not acknowledged as one of the genres in high culture. Therefore, the aim of this paper is re-reading Austen's pride and prejudice as popular narrative to find out its true aesthetics in relation with the prevalent narrative styles and the 'structure of feeling' of the early 19th century British society when the big social mobility occurred among the classes. To detect aesthetic elements as a popular narrative in Pride and Prejudice, specific aesthetic elements of popular culture should be premised. One of the most distinguished aesthetic elements in popular culture could be referred as the ability to communicate with daily lives. To support this, John Dewey's idea in Art as an experience and paul Willis's "ground aesthetics" theory were introduced. Both emphasize the symbolic significance of daily lives and the communication with real world in popular culture. The most noticeable aesthetic value in Austen's Pride and Prejudice lies in the insightful description of the society through the romance plot which was the most popular female narrative styles of the period and in settlement of its stereotypical form through illustrating the spirit of times. Austen showed the spirit with the new woman figure and even with marriage relationship as well as with the humorous and satirical narrative style, free indirect discourse. Austen's aesthetic achievement in Pride and Prejudice was feasible due to the endeavor to communicate with the real lives of the times, which was the original force of the birth of novel that was created with the formation of modern British civil society.

        GWP(Great work place)조직문화가 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 대전·충청지역 자동차 부품 제조업체를 중심으로

        This study is an empirical analysis on the effect of GWP(Great work place) organization culture on positive psychology capital, organizational commitment. Previous studies have focused on case studies for specific companies and comparative studies on GWP organizational culture have been carried out in recent years. However, there is a lack of research that specifically segmented the GWP organizational culture and observed specific fields. The purpose of this study is to analyze the GWP organizational culture of auto parts makers in DaeJeon and ChungCheong areas based on previous studies and to analyze the effects on positive psychological capital and emotional organizational commitment, As a result of this study, we have started a study to help executives in the related field introduce the GWP organizational culture. Pride and Camaraderie excluding trust in GWP organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment, trust and Pride except camaraderie have a positive influence on self-efficacy of positive psychological capital, positive influence of positive psychological capital Confidence and camaraderie had a positive effect on resilience, but trust did not directly affect resilience. In addition, positive psychological capital has a positive effect on affective organizational commitment. This study analyzes the relationship between GWP organizational culture, positive psychological capital and organizational commitment, and presents the practical value to companies that intend to introduce GWP organizational culture. In addition, This study will help to expand the academic scope of GWP organizational culture research. 본 연구는 GWP(Great work place)조직문화가 구성원들에게 긍정심리자본(Positive Psychology Capital)과 정서적 조직몰입(Organizational Commitment)에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 연구이다. 기존에 선행연구는 특정 기업에 대상으로 사례 연구를 진행하였으며 최근 업종별 GWP조직문화에 대한 비교 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 하지만, GWP조직문화를 전문적으로 깊이 있게 세분화 하여 특정 분야를 관측한 연구는 부족한 형편이다. 세부적인 변수 간에 상관관계에 대해 전문적으로 연구하기 위해 산업별, 업종별로 세분화된 연구가 필요하다고 보며, 본 연구는 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 충청권 자동차 부품 제조업체의 구성원을 대상으로 GWP조직 문화를 분석하여 긍정심리자본 및 정서적 조직몰입에 대한 영향관계를 분석하고 검증하여 연구자가 실무자에게 학문적·실용적 가치를 줄 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 결과로 GWP조직문화가 정서적 몰입에 유의(+)한 영향을 미치며, 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감 및 복원력에 유의(+)한 영향을 주고, 긍정심리자본은 정서적 몰입에 유의(+)한 영향을 준다는 연구 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구는 GWP조직문화를 도입하려는 기업들에게 실무적인 차원에서 GWP조직문화와 긍정심리자본 및 조직몰입과의 관계를 분석하여 실용적 가치를 제시하고자 하며, 또한 연구자에게 GWP조직문화의 학술적 범위를 넓히고자 한다.
