        지역커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 공공안전시설의 디자인 특성 연구

        (Background and Purpose) Human life forms social relationships through the community, and, at the same time, seeking identity, the revitalization of the community is like revitalizing the community in a region, and the infrastructure of public buildings, established according to the size of the population in the jurisdiction, has great potential to function as a community's stronghold. However, the nation's public safety facilities are currently biased toward business activities, resulting in a lack of a positive image and a need for improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze overseas cases of public safety facilities that are pre-planned and executed for community revitalization, focusing on police stations, fire stations, and emergency safety centers, and to use this as basic data for the construction, extension, and renovation of public safety facilities in Korea. (Method) Divided into literature research and actual case analysis and research, chapter 2 of this study discusses community concepts and the spatial scope of public safety facilities through literature research. Chapter 3 identifies spatial and design characteristics of public safety facilities that are effective in animating a community, and Chapter 4 analyzes spatial design characteristics through representative cases. Finally, Chapter 5 introduces conclusions based on design characteristics obtained through case analysis of public safety facility designed for community revitalization. (Results) The analysis classifies public spaces according to whether their design concept succeeds in affecting community activation, and the analysis results show that facilities that feature a main structure composed of a steel frame and truss construction emphasize the scalability of the space by enhancing the efficiency of the interior space so that it can be redeployed in the future, which is consistent with the concept of sustainability that emphasizes the surrounding eco-system and energy efficiency. Second, it was found that all the cases introduced natural elements to form a bright and pleasant environment in the interior and actively utilized natural light. Third, the integration of safety facilities, which have been inefficient due to their dispersion, can be increased by expanding the size of the facilities, and the shape volume of the daytime is used as a nightlight in the city to represent the area and also serves as a new landmark in the city. (Conclusions) While various discussions have been under way within many local governments to find creative ways to utilize public buildings in order to revitalize the community in the region, I hope that the process and results of this study will provide useful direction for the strategic use of public safety facilities in the revitalization of the community. (연구배경 및 목적) 인간의 삶은 커뮤니티를 통해 사회적 관계를 이루며 동시에 주체성을 찾기에 커뮤니티의 활성화는 곧 지역의 커뮤니티 활성화와 같다고 할 수 있으며, 관할 구역의 인구규모에 따라 설치된 공공건축의 기초생활시설들은 커뮤니티의 거점으로 기능할 수 있는 잠재력이 크다. 하지만 현재 우리나라의 공공안전시설은 업무활동에 치우쳐져 시설의 이미지가 좋지 않고 미관개선의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공안전시설 중 경찰서, 소방서, 응급안전센터를 중심으로 커뮤니티활성화를 위해 사전계획하고 실행하고 있는 해외사례를 분석하여 국내에서 공공안전시설 신축 및 증, 개축 계획 시 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 둔다. (연구방법) 문헌연구와 실제 사례 분석 및 연구로 나누어 2장에서는 커뮤니티 개념과 공공안전시설의 공간적 범위를 문헌 연구를 통하여 고찰 한다. 3장에서는 커뮤니티 활성화를 공공안전시설로 활용한 공간특성 및 디자인 특성을 알아보고 4장에서는 공간디자인 특성을 중심으로 사례를 분석한 후 5장에서는 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 공공안전시설에 대한 디자인 사례분석을 통해 얻어진 디자인 특성을 중심으로 결론을 도출한다. (결과) 분석대상 모두 커뮤니티 활성화에 부합되는 디자인의 개념에 맞게 공용공간을 개방하고 있으며 공간디자인표현특성을 분석한 결과로는 첫째, 시설의 주구조로 철골구조와 트러스 구조 등을 사용하여 추후 내부공간이 재배치가 가능하도록 효율성을 높여 공간의 확장성 측면을 강조하고 있으며 이는 친환경 시스템과 에너지 효율성을 강조하고 있는 지속가능성의 개념과 부합하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 모든 사례들이 실내의 밝고 쾌적한 환경을 형성하기 위해 자연요소를 도입하였으며 빛-자연광을 적극적으로 활용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 분산으로 인해 비효율적이었던 안전시설의 통합화로 인해 시설의 규모가 커지면서 주간의 형태볼륨감을 도심 내 야간 조명으로 활용하여 지역의 상징성을 나타내고 있으며 도심 내 새로운 랜드마크 역할로도 활용하고 있다. (결론) 국내의 많은 지자체들이 공공건축을 두고 지역의 커뮤니티를 활성화시키기 위하여 창의적인 활용방안을 모색하는 다양한 논의는 진행되고 있으나, 구체적인 가이드 수립이 어려운 가운데 본 연구의 과정과 결과들이 공공안전시설을 중심으로 커뮤니티를 활성화시키는데 있어 전략적으로 활용할 수 있도록 유용한 방향을 제시하기를 바라는데 본 연구의 의미를 두고자 한다.

        에이징-인-플레이스(Aging-in-place)를 고려한 영구임대주택 단지 외부 커뮤니티 시설 구성의 특성 분석

        It is predicted that Korea will enter a super-aged society by 2025, with the proportion of the elderly population reaching 20.3%. Older people want to continue living in the area where they live. Therefore, it is important to consider the neighborhood in the permanent rental housing where the elderly who are very low income group primarily live. In particular, community facilities play an important role in increasing the living satisfaction of older people in rental housing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the distribution of community facilities in the neighborhood in order to propose efficient community facilities. In this paper, GIS is used to investigate the number and distance of community facilities around permanent rental housing. Based on the results of the GIS analysis, the distribution of community facilities in the neighborhood of rental housing is evaluated. The results show that the distance to community facilities should be shortened, especially for the elderly. In addition, since the distribution of current community facilities is not diverse and is concentrated only in certain facilities. There is a need to provide diverse community facilities. In particular, there are very few cultural and leisure facilities and medical social welfare facilities. In addition, the southeast area has the longest distance from permanent rental housing to community facilities, and the northeast area has the closest distance to community facilities.

        군과 지역사회 간 상생기반의 군사시설 이전방안- ‘기부 대 양여 사례분석’을 중심으로 -

        A Study on Transfer of Military Facilities Based on the Win-Win Relationship between Military and Local Communities: Focusing on Case Analysis of Endowment & Concession Project - Cho, Geug Lae Military facilities located in urban are being transferred to suburbs due to urban expansion and the demand of local community. The military budget constraints increase the transfer of military facilities to endowment & concession project. The local residents are opposed to relocating military facilities, which is often accompanied by conflicts. Conflicts resulting from the transfer of military facilities may delay or frustrate the project. Conflicts between the military and the community detract from national security consciousness and undermine the likability of military installations. Therefore, when the transfer of a win-win military facility takes place, the military and the community can co-exist and maintain a mutually solid relationship. This paper suggests some results of the following study for transfer of military facilities to the win-win basis between the military and the local community. First, it is communication activation between the military and the community. When making decisions about transferring military facilities, you should involve and respect local residents. It is necessary to provide timely information on transfer of military facilities to local residents and to promote the advantages of transferring military facilities. In addition, local residents should be provided with appropriate economic compensation and community development incentives. Second, the cooperation capacity among related institutions should be strengthened. The military and the community should form a task force to create conditions for cooperating closely. Altered plans for an agreed transfer of military facilities lead to new conflicts. The military and the community should strengthen cooperation by stimulating mutual support. Third, the local community and the military should establish a governance system to prevent problems and resolve them early. It is also important to cooperate closely between local governments on the relocation of military facilities. The conflict management committee should be formed to effectively prevent conflicts and to manage them. It is necessary to form a civil-government-military council to create an environment in which governance can be implemented.

        농촌마을 에너지 사용 및 공동시설 활용 분석 -농촌어메니티 공동생활시설자원을 중심으로-

        Rural villages have many problems such as the collapse of rural village communities with continued over-depopulation and aging, reduced functions of towns and villages, deteriorated services with changes in the structure of settlement class and decreased use of the facilities. they also have difficulties in maintenance in spite of the increase of the roles of rural village community facilities. Various plans for the utilization of community facilities to promote the vitality of rural villages and the revitalization of communities have been needed. Thus, this study aimed to offer basic data to seek for future plans to utilize community facilities and reconstruct communities through an analysis of the current uses of energy and community facilities in rural villages. The results indicated that the consumption of petroleum was highest in mountain villages at an average of 187,475 won/month(137ℓ), followed by fishing villages at an average of 144,142 won/month(104ℓ) and rural villages at an average of 126,070 won/month(93ℓ). The rate of utilization of community facilities was reversely highest in rural villages at 84.3%, followed by fishing villages at 61.1% and mountain villages at 40.7%. This research also found that households saved energy when they used community facilities and areas with a high rate of utilization of community facilities at a lower average temperature in winter. It saved approximately 33% energy compared to other areas. Finally, efficient and economical methods for community facilities in villages to be newly developed and the remodeling of existing facilities should been needed in the future to contribute to reconstructing rural village communities that face a crisis of maintenance or abolition.

        만족과 수요 상호 작용의 관점에서 도시 공동체의 고령화에 적응하는 것에 대한 경험적 연구

        (Background and Purpose) According to the latest statistics, by the end of 2020, China's total population will reach 1,411.78 million, and the population over the age of 65 will account for 13.6% of the total population. The question discussed in this paper is: How satisfied are the elderly with the level of aging-appropriateness of existing urban community service facilities? What are the differences in the satisfaction and needs of the elderly in the old and new urban communities for the level of appropriate aging in the community? What are the commonalities of the elderly's needs for the aging-friendly renovation in urban communities? It will provide empirical support for the aging-appropriate transformation of communities in my country, and then provide empirical support for the establishment of a model elderly-friendly community. (Method) This paper first summarizes the relevant research through literature review, and finds that the research results of aging adaptation evaluation based on the perspective of combining the satisfaction and needs of the elderly are relatively missing. Using the theory of the fit between people and environment, investigate the satisfaction and transformation needs of the elderly in new and old urban communities to the community service facilities and public activity space. (Results) The results of this survey also show that the aging adaptability level of community service facilities in old urban communities is generally low, and the elderly in old communities are less satisfied with the aging adaptability level of the community. In terms of the aging adaptation needs of the elderly in new and old communities, for the elderly living alone, they are unaccompanied and mainly engaged in community activities. There is a strong demand for increasing community entertainment facilities and recreational facilities. (Conclusions) This paper draws the following main conclusions: 1, based on the self-assessment health, self-care ability and living style of the elderly, we should focus on strengthening the transformation of barrier free facilities in urban communities with poor health, partial self-care and disability, and living alone. 2、 The elderly in the new community are more satisfied with the basic public service facilities, municipal supporting infrastructure and community public activity space than those in the old community. 3、 In terms of the needs for aging adaptation of community service facilities, the self-rated "poor" elderly, some self-care and disabled elderly, and the elderly living alone have a high demand for community entertainment facilities and recreational facilities, and the proportion of the elderly in need exceeds 50%. Through the investigation of the elderly's satisfaction with and needs for community aging, we can measure the direction of community aging transformation. To a certain extent, it can provide experience support for the direction of urban community aging transformation. (연구배경 및 목적) 최신 통계에 따라 2022년 말까지 중국 총인구는 141,178만 명에 달하고 65세 이상 인구는 전체 인구의13. 6%를 차지할 전망이다. 본고에서 탐구하는 문제는 다음과 같다. 노인들은 기존 도시 지역사회 서비스 시설에 대한 만족도는어떤가? 도시 신·구 지역사회 노인들이 지역사회 노화 수준에 대한 만족도와 수요에 어떤 차원의 차이가 존재하는가? 지역사회노인 살기 적합 개조 정책 추진으로 노인들이 도시 지역사회 노인 살기 적합 개조에 대한 수요에는 어떤 공통점이 있는가? 상기문제에 대한 연구를 통해 중국 지역사회 노인 살기 적합 개조를 위해 시범적인 노인 우호 지역사회를 만드는 데 실증적인 도움이되길 바란다. (연구방법) 본고는 먼저 문헌을 살펴보고 관련 연구를 정리하여 노인의 만족도와 수요를 결합하여 노인 살기 적합평가를 하는 연구 성과가 비교적 부족하다는 것을 알아냈다. 인간-환경 적합 이론을 활용하여 각급 정부 부서의 지역사회 노인살기 적합 개조 추진 정책을 바탕으로 도시의 신·구 지역사회 노인들이 지역사회의 서비스 시설, 공공 활동 공간에 대한 만족도와 개조 수요를 조사한다. (연구결과) 이번 조사 연구 결과는 도시 구 지역사회의 지역사회 서비스 시설의 노화 수준이 전체적으로 비교적 낮고 구 지역사회 노인들이 지역사회 노화 수준에 대한 만족도가 비교적 낮다는 것을 나타냈다. 신·구 지역사회 노인들의 노인 살기 적합 개조 수요에 있어 독거 노인들에게는 가족이 없다. 주로 지역사회에서 활동하기 때문에 지역사회 오락 시설과 휴식 시설을 늘리는 데 대한 수요가 비교적 높아 보인다. (결론 및 의의)본고는 조사 연구 데이터를 바탕으로 신·구 지역사회 노인들이 지역사회 서비스 시설에 대한 만족도와 노인 살기 적합 개조 수요를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 주요 결론을 도출한다. 첫째, 노인들의 자평 건강, 자립 능력, 거주 방식 등을 종합하면 건강 상태가 좋지 않고 부분 자립과 자립 불가, 독거 등특수한 노인들이 비교적 집중된 도시 지역사회의 무장애 시설 개조를 중점적으로 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 신 지역사회 노인들이 지역사회의 기본 공공 서비스 시설, 시정 부대 인프라 시설, 지역사회 공공 활동 공간에 대한 만족도는 모두 구 지역사회 노인들보다 높다. 셋째, 지역사회 서비스 시설의 노인 살기 적합 개조 수요에 있어 건강이 '좋지 않다'고 자평하는 노인, 부분 자립와 자립불가 노인, 독거 노인이 지역사회 오락 시설과 휴식 시설에 대한 수요도가 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 수요가 있는 노인의 비중은 모두 50%를 넘었다. 노인들이 지역사회 노화에 대한 만족도와 지역사회 노화 수요에 대한 조사를 통해 지역사회 노화 개조방향을 측정한다. 도시 지역사회 노인 살기 적합 개조 방향에 경험적 지원을 제공할 수 있다.

        농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 규모설정 요인분석- 농산어촌지역개발로 조성된 커뮤니티시설을 중심으로 -

        To analyze main factors of size planning of community facilities that were created as part of development of a rural area, the present condition of factors deciding size of community facilities was analyzed, factors that influence size planning by the type of community facility were drawn with Delphi anaysis. The results of analyzing the present condition of size planning factors of community facilities show that facilities have been generally planned as multi-purpose and multi-functional facilities. And on the basis of the purpose of facilities, their functions and organization, and their operation programs, facilities are classified into community-centered, agritourism-centered, and combined ones. Using Delphi analysis, major factors that could affect size planning of community facilities were drawn on 26 community-centered, 28 agritourism-centered, and 30 combined. And the factors tended not to be applied well for size planning of community facilities.

        지역 공동체 활성화를 위한 사회적 인프라로서의 커뮤니티 공간 시설 복합화 유형에 관한 연구

        (연구 배경 및 목적) 지역 공동체 구성원들을 위한 커뮤니티 공간은 공동체 활성화를 촉진하는 사회적 인프라로 분류될 수 있다. 더불어 다양해진 지역민들의 요구수용과 높은 토지비용, 공간 조성에 수반하는 비용 문제를 해결하는 효율적 대안으로 시설 복합화 방식이 큰 흐름으로 자리 잡아가고 있다. 커뮤니티 공간의 시설 복합화는 제한된 토지 사용과 비용 효율화의 필요성을 넘어 지역 공동체 구성원의 다양한 욕구 실현과 지역 정체성 확립에 이르기까지, 건축을 통한 다양한 프로그램 수용이 불가피한 현대건축이 당면한 상황을 반영한 특징이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사회적 배경 아래 지역 공동체 활성화를 위한 공간 활용 특성을 도출하고 지역 커뮤니티 공간 시설 복합화 양상을 유형화하여 사례 연구를 통해 그 의미를 살펴보고자 한다. (연구방법) 선행연구를 통해 지역 커뮤니티 공간 활용 특성 도출과 시설 복합화 유형에 따른 사례 분석을 통해 지역 커뮤니티 공간 시설 복합화 양상의 실제상황을 살펴본다. (결과) 지역민을 위한 커뮤니티 공간은 지역 공동체 유지와 활성화를 위한 필수적인 공간으로 공공공간과 그 특성을 공유한다. 이를 바탕으로 지역 공동체 활성화 촉진을 위한 커뮤니티 공간 사례 분석을 위해 지역성, 개별성, 접근성, 공유성, 다양성, 안전성 등 6개의 특성을 도출하였다. 지역 커뮤니티 공간 유형으로는 지역 특성을 기반으로 개별 커뮤니티 공간의 중심기능에 따라 공공행정 기관 중심, 학교 시설 중심, 문화 편의 시설 중심 등 3가지로 유형화할 수 있었다. 사례 분석 결과 지역 공동체 활성화를 위해 해당 지역 주민들의 요구수용을 바탕으로 공간의 중심기능을 선정하고 선정된 특정 기능이 중심되어 커뮤니티 공간이 조성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 커뮤니티 공간의 시설 복합화의 실질적인 이득은 지역 공동체 내부의 만성 민원의 해결뿐만 아니라 지역 공동체 주민을 위한 다양한 프로그램 운영을 통한 화합 도모에 이르기까지 지역 공동체 활성화를 위해 다양한 형태로 나타나고 있었다. (결론) 지역 정체성 확립과 공동체 활성화를 위한 커뮤니티 공간 조성을 위해서는 각 지역 특성에 적합한 복합화 유형을 선택하고 그 유형에 따른 공간 조성이 이루어질 때 커뮤니티 공간 조성의 본래의 목적인 지역 공동체 활성화에 이바지할 수 있다는 점을 본 연구를 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 커뮤니티 공간 복합화 양상 자체가 최근 10년 사이에 두드러지게 나타난 현상이고, 시설 복합화를 통해 다양한 유형의 커뮤니티 공간을 조성하겠다는 정부 정책을 고려한다면 앞으로 커뮤니티 공간 시설 복합화 유형에 대한 더욱 면밀한 연구가 필요해 보인다. (Background and Purpose) Community spaces for local community members can be classified as a social infrastructure that revitalizes the community. In addition, mixed-use facilities have become a general trend as an efficient alternative to meet the diverse needs of local residents, high land costs, and the cost problems accompanying the creation of a space. The mixed-use community spaces are also a feature that reflects the current situation facing modern architecture; it is inevitable to accept various programs through architecture beyond restricted land use and the need for cost efficiency to realize diverse needs of the local community members and to establish a local identity. Under this social background, this study attempted to examine the meaning through case studies by deriving the characteristics of space utilization to revitalize the local community and by categorizing the mixed-use facility aspect of local community spaces. (Method) It derived the utilization characteristics of local community spaces through previous studies and examined the actual situation of mixed-use facility aspects of local community spaces through case analysis. (Results) The community spaces for local residents are essential for maintaining and revitalizing the local community; they share the characteristics with public spaces. Based on this, six characteristics, such as locality, singularity, accessibility, commonality, diversity, and safety, were derived for the case analysis of community spaces to revitalize the local community. The local community spaces could be categorized into three types: centered on public administrative agencies, centered on school facilities, and centered on cultural amenities by the main function of individual community spaces based on regional characteristics. As a result of the case analysis, it was found that the main function of the space was selected based on the needs of the local residents to revitalize the local community, and the community spaces were built focusing on the selected specific function. The tangible benefits of mixed-use community spaces have been shown in various forms for the revitalization of the local community, from solving chronic complaints within the local community to working on harmony by operating various programs for local residents. (Conclusions) Through this study, it was confirmed that such spaces could contribute to revitalizing the local community, which was the original purpose of creating a community space when a complexity type suitable for each region was selected. Space was created according to the type for creating the community space to establish the local identity and revitalize the community. In particular, considering that the mixed-use aspect of community spaces has emerged prominently in the last 10 years, and the government policy promotes building various types of community spaces through mixed-use facilities, a further in-depth study on the mixed-use type of community spaces may be needed.

        노인여가복지 시설공급체계 개선에 관한 연구

CONTENTS<BR>  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>  Based on the new trend of deinstitutionalization and community care for the elderly who live in normal dwelling environment rather than for those in protection systems, the solution could be released to the elderly. This paper is assessed as the architectural solution of normalization of the old people"s living. For that solution. it is needed to study the facilities" supply system.<BR>  The subject of this study is to propose the improvement method of facilities" supply system for the elderly leisure and welfare facilities.<BR>  (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>  The First: Through the former research reviews, the direction and the flow of study were set up and selected the list of theory for reviewing.<BR>  The Second; In order to conclude the frame of analysis for existing welfare facilities. Through the theory review the standard model of facilities! supply system and the frame of analysis were obtained.<BR>  The Third: Based on the frame of analysis from the reviewing theories, the elderly leisure & welfare facilities" supply system were analysed. The existing problems and the improvement direction was abstracted by this analysis.<BR>  The Forth; Through the all above processes of study, proposed the improvement method of the elderly leisure & welfare facilities supply system.<BR>  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>  The First, By the investigation of the existing the elderly leisure & welfare facilities, the problem was recognized that the supply balance of facilities was broken. Regarding the rebalancing of the supply of facilities the separation of the elderly living area for making the system of supply is necessary as the first step.<BR>  The Second: The low and regulation have to be revised for the above systematic facilities supply. The facilities of education and day care would belong to the multi-purpose senior welfare center and the senior center -as a welfare service program unit by the revision of law.<BR>  2. RESULTS<BR>  On this paper is defined the three living area for the elderly and proposed the standard model of each areas as the table 1.<BR>  〈이미지 참조〉<BR>  Comparing the standard model and the existing facilities, the Daejeon city government will control the supply of facilities for the balanced that. And for the middle area - the community living area - new facilities are needed because there is no existing facility to cover the middle area. So I propose the community care service center as a name of that facility to cover the community living area.

        Nowadays, public rental apartments’ community facilities emphasize only their quantity aspect without considering residents" characteristics, leading their installation regulations to be based on only the number of households, which is problematic. As a result, in many cases, residents, after moving in, alter the facility usage or remodel the facilities for their use. Hereby, this study conducted focus group interviews with public rental apartments’ residents as to find out space conditions of and improvement demands for the community facilities. Two public rental apartment complexes in Seoul and Gyeongi-do which were built after 2007 were selected for this study. As for the survey method, workshop panel was employed. Four people in each age class of infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors were formed into one group, and a total of 40 people in 10 groups were surveyed. The survey was continuously conducted from February to March in 2009. The study findings can be summarized as follows. 1) Among community facilities, there were more satisfactory outdoor facilities than satisfactory indoor facilities. Residents expressed satisfaction with the facilities linked with natural environment. The causes of unsatisfactory facilities were mostly poor management. 2) The facilities demanded by the residents included ones relevant to study, exercise, and hobbies, As public rental apartments are resided mostly by low-income families, study and hobby activities bring them cost problems. Therefore, it is needed that the apartment complexes support diverse such activities 3) As for facilities demanded for usage alteration, a residents’ meeting room accounted for the most popular opinions. As it was used only once a week, its usage was very low. It should be opened to the residents and allowed to be used in various ways. 4) As for demands of changing spatial characteristics, outdoor exercise facilities accounted for the most opinions. Although they were installed in most cases, they were damaged and poorly managed, therefore being in need of improvement in operation and management. In order to maximally utilize public rental apartments’ community facilities, facility planning in consideration of various age groups from residents’ viewpoint and sustainable systematic management are required.

        주거지 주변 커뮤니티 시설의 비교분석과 사용자 수요조사

        By examining the current status of community facilities in residential areas, planning community facilities suitable for leisure and cultural activities can lead to sound leisure activities and improve the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of community facilities around residential areas and to conduct a basic survey for guidance on planning community facilities as leisure and cultural facilities. Community facilities in residential areas were divided into community facilities in multi-family housing, community facilities based on local areas, and community facilities in urban regeneration sites to identify the current status and compare leisure and cultural spaces. In addition, the needs of residents community facilities were investigated and the community facilities needed by consumers were presented. The results of this study are: 1. it is necessary to provide space for community economic activities in multi-family housing or to plan facilities that require facilities or equipment such as studios. 2. there is a need to strengthen the amenities section in local-based community facilities. 3. community facilities have a high preference for sports facilities and library facilities, and the demand for personal work spaces is also increasing. 4. unmanned delivery, tool rental, and safe return services are preferred, so it is necessary to refer to the community facility plan.
