        韩国期刊建设对中国人社类学术期刊发展的启示 - 以在韩中国语言文学类学术期刊为中心-

        Chinese academic journals in the humanities and social sciences have developed rapidly in recent years, but behind the increase in number, the environment of journals and the improvement of the quality of papers still have a long way to go. South Korea, which is also within the East Asian cultural circle, its modern academic research started almost at the same time as China. The academic environment of the two countries is similar. The development level of academic journals is not too high in the international view. However, in recent years, the Korean government and all walks of life Under the joint efforts, the academic journal circle in South Korea has formed a relatively standardized development environment, and has promoted the sound development of the overall academic ecology of South Korea. From this point of view, the development model of Korean academic journals has important reference significance for our country. This article takes the academic journals of Chinese language and literature in South Korea as an example. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Korean journals from two aspects of operation details and related journal institution, and based on this, it puts forward five major recommendations to the Chinese human and social journals, including establishing a dedicated academic journal management funding agency and a unified journal evaluation system, increasing the number of “core journals”, changing evaluation concepts, relaxing the conditions for running journals, and increasing professional journals Proportion, respect for the characteristics of disciplines, improve evaluation methods, encourage the entry of social resources, etc.

      • Opportunities, Challenges and Tactics for Communication of Sports Academic Journals in the Era of AI and Multi-Media

        PURPOSE : With the advent of the AI and multi-media in 21st century, the innovation of media technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the communication of academic journals. RESULTS : The study concluded that AI + multi-media can help sports academic journals realize the efficient production of academic papers, the diversified publication of academic achievements, and the precise distribution of academic ideas. CONCLUSIONS : It is also necessary to pay attention to the challenges, which are the accelerated imbalance in academic publishing ecology, slow enhancment of academic attractiveness, and becoming fomality in academic communication. The authors also puts forward the tactics, such as balancing technical rationality and value rationality, promoting the integration of technology and content, and strengthening the depth of accurate communication.

        경찰학의 성격 및 학문적 위상에 관한 탐색적 고찰: 한국공안행정학회보 및 한국경찰학회보 학술지를 중심으로

        This dissertation, targeting at the academic journals reflecting learning situation, grasped the characteristic and Academic Position of police science through the analysis of police science citation from other learnings. The concrete contents are as followings. First, concerning on the learning characteristic of police science through academic journal analysis, it means that police science has the relation with law and public administrative science etc. closely. Police science has certain relations with studies among academic systems and with a variety of learnings such as physical education and engineering. This result is drawn from multi-learning characteristic of police science. Second, this dissertation analyzed the Academic Position, centering on the journals. Concerning on Academic Position of journals, the journal had an influence on public administrative science (relative inferiority -5.3times), law (relative inferiority -2.2times), police science, and others (relative superiority +2.0 times). The Academic Position, based on the frequency of all citations, was high in the order of public administrative science, law, and police science. Judged in summary, the characteristic of police shows complex learning trait with law, public administrative science, social science, study among academic systems, physical education, engineering. Based on the Academic Position analysis, centered on citation appearing at the journals representative of public administrative science, law, and police science having close relation with police, the learning status was high in the order of public administrative science, law, and police science relatively.

        TOPSIS방법을 활용한 KCI 등재 음악관련 학술지 순위 평가

        The purpose of academic journal evaluation is not simply to determine the superiority and inferiority of academic journals, but to contribute to academic development by raising the quality level of academic journals. In Korea, the Korea Research Foundation conducts academic journal evaluation with the support of the Ministry of Education, with the basic purpose of enhancing academic research capabilities, international recognition of domestic academic journals, and providing objective data for academic research achievement evaluation. In the music academia these days, the proportion of people who want to communicate with other researchers through academic papers is increasing. In such a situation, In this study the ranking was evaluated using the TOPSIS method, one of the multi-standard decision-making methods, targeting 15 KCI-registered academic journals related to music. As a result, 'Future Music Education Research' and 'Human Behavior and Music Research' were evaluated as high rankings. In this process, four evaluation factors provided by the cited index of the Korean academic journal were used, and in the case of the TOPSIS method, the ranking also changes when the evaluation factor changes. Nevertheless, it seems that the significance of this research is that it presents a new methodology for evaluating the ranking of academic journals by a quantitative evaluation method rather than a bibliometric point of view. 학술지 평가의 목적은 단순하게 학술지의 우열을 가리는 것이 아니라, 학술지의 질적 수준을 높여 학문 발전에 이바지하는데 있다. 우리나라의 경우 한국연구재단이 교육부의 지원을 받아 학술지 평가를 수행하고 있는 데, 학술연구의 역량증진, 국내학술지의 국제적 인정, 학술연구업적 평가의 객관적 자료제공 등을 기본목적으로 다 양한 학문영역에 대해서 이루어지고 있다. 최근 음악학계에서는 학술논문을 통하여 다른 연구자들과 소통하고자 하는 비율이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서, 본 연구에서는 그 중 하나인 음악 관련 15개 KCI 등재학술지를 대상으로 다기준 의사결정방법의 하나인 TOPSIS 방법을 이용하여 순위를 평가해 보았다. 그 결과 ‘ 미래음악교육 연구’ , ‘인간행동과 음악연구’ 등이 높은 순위로 평가되었다. 이 과정에서 한국학술지인용색인에서 제공하는 4가지 평가요소를 활용하였는데, TOPSIS 방법의 경우 평가요소가 변하면 순위도 달라지는 평가방법이다. 그러함에도 불 구하고 계량서지학적 관점이 아닌 양적인 평가방법을 통한 학술지 순위를 평가하는 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다 는 점에 본명 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 사료된다.

        연구자-학술지 연결망 분석을 통해 본 학술생태계의 불평등 현상:

        1980년대 이후 한국 사회과학 학술계에서는 연구 분야나 연구 주제를 중심으로 학회를 구성하면서 이들의 연구 성과를 담아내기 위한 전문 학술지들이 발행되기 시작하였다. 이러한 가운데 1991년부터 시작된 한국학술진흥재단의 ‘학술지 발행지원사업’과, 1998년 ‘학술지 등재제도’는 학술 생태계의 변화와 성장을 이끌었다. 더욱이 2014년 한국연구재단에서 발표한 ‘학술지 등재제도 개선 방안’은 사회학을 포함한 한국의 주요학문생태계에 많은 영향을 줄 것으로 예상되는 정책이지만 학문생태계의 현실을 반영하고 있지 못한다는 점에서 비판 받고 있다. 본 연구는 다양화된 학술 생태계의 행위 주체들 중에서 최근 그 중요성이 커지고 있는 학술지와 주요 저자를 중심으로 학술 생태계의 구조와 특성을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 먼저 한국연구재단의 ‘한국학술지인용색인’(KCI) 데이터를 바탕으로 ‘학술지-연구자 연결망’을 구성하고 이를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 사회학 생태계는 소수의 연구자가 많은 연구를 수행하는 멱함수 분포를 보이고 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 한국의 사회학 생태계는 중심부와 주변부, 그리고 독립적 영역으로 구분되었다. 셋째, 각 연구 영역에 따라 학문적 확장성에 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 연구자-학술지 연결망을 중심으로 한 학술생태계가 불평등한 상태로 존재하고 있음을 의미한다. 한편 본 연구에서는 한국연구재단의 ‘학술지 등재제도 개선 방안’을 한국 사회학계에 적용함에 있어 다음과 같은 문제점들이 발생할 수 있다는 점을 밝히고 있다. 첫째, 한국 연구재단의 학문 분류가 실제 사회학 생태계를 반영하지 못한다는 점이다. 둘째, 연구 분야에 따른 확장성의 차이에도 불구하고 학술지 등재제도 개선방안은 이에 대한 고려가 부족하다는 점이다. 셋째 학술지 평가 도구로서 KCI 인용지수가 적절하지 않다는 점이다. The academic field of social science in South Korea has formed societies around research fields or topics since the 1980s, publishing journals to present their research findings. Of them, the Korea Research Foundation started the project of supporting journal publication in 1991 and the registration system for journals in 1998, leading the changes and growth of academic ecosystem. In 2014, the National Research Foundation of Korea announced a plan for the improved registration system for journals, which has been criticized for not reflecting the reality of academic ecosystem even though it is expected to have huge influences on the major academic ecosystems of South Korea including sociology. This study focused on the journals and main authors whose importance had been rising in recent years among the diversified agents of academic ecosystem to examine the structures and characteristics of academic ecosystem. The study first established a journal-researcher network and analyzed it based on the Korea Citation Index by the National Research Foundation of Korea. The major findings were as follows: first, the sociological ecosystem of South Korea showed a power law distribution in which a small number of researchers conducted a large number of researches. Second, it consisted of the center, margin, and independent sector. Third, there were differences in academic expandability among the different disciplines within it. This result means that the academic ecosystem centered the researcher-journal network exists in unequal conditions. The study also identified the following potential problems with the application of plan for the improved registration system for journals by the National Research Foundation of Korea to the academic field of sociology in the nation: first, the academic classification of National Research Foundation of Korea did not reflect the actual sociological ecosystem; secondly, the improvement plan lacked in consideration for the differences in expandability among the different disciplines; and finally, the KCI was not a proper tool to assess journals.

      • 한국 인문학분야 학술지 현황과 개선방향

        인문 분야 학술지 발전 정책을 수립하기 위해서는 인문분야 학술지의 현황과 문제점에 대한 기초조사가 필요하다. 또한 2014년에 전면 개편된 인문 분야 평가기준의 적절성을 검토하고 인문분야에 적합한 평가지표를 개발해 갈 필요가 있다. 첫째, 인문분야의 부문별 연구자 현황, 학회 및 학술지 발행 현황을 분석해 체계적인 새로운 중분류 체계를 마련하고, 우수등재학술지 선정기준을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행 학술지 평가에 대한 평가를 통해, 학술지 발행횟수, 게재 논문 수, 전국성과 투고자 분포도의 기준을 더 완화하고, 신생·소수 분야를 별도의 기준을 적용해 보호하고, 학술지 평가에서 정성평가 부분에 대한 이의제기가 허용될 것을 제시하였다. 인문 분야의 특성을 살린 독자적 평가 기준으로 편집위원장의 편집노트, 리뷰 등을 이야기하고, KCI인용지수를 인문분야에서는 제한적으로 사용할 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 현행 학술지 지원예산 대폭 증액을 연구재단이나 교육부에 요청할 필요가 있다고 제시하였다. 확대된 재원은 우수등재학술지 지원, 학술지 편집인건비로 사용될 수 있다. 넷째, 국내 영문학술지의 A&HCI·SCOPUS 등재현황과 등재전략을 분석해, 한국 학술지를 국제적 수준으로 제고할 수 있는 현실적 방안을 검토하였다. Here I examine 2014 academic journal assessment of National Research Foundation of Korea and to improve the humanities section of it. First, I prepared a new semi-categorization system by analyzing present conditions of researchers, academics, and academic journals in Arts & Humanities, and propose the selection standard for high-quality academic journals. Second, I propose to ameliorate the standards for numbers of journal publications, numbers of submitted journals, locality, and distribution of contributors, assessing of current academic journal evaluation. And I suggest to protect new/minor field by applying individual standards. It is necessary to introduce Editorial Note and book reviews as an independent assessment standards peculiar to Humanities. Utilization of KCI quotation index in Humanities need to restrictedly be used. Third, it is urgent to ask substantial increase in budget for academic journals. The expanded finance can be used for editing academic journals, and the personnel expenses in editing academic journals.

        국내 학회의 전자학술지 서비스 유형 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the current service pattern of electronic scholarly journals at homepages of Korean academic societies and to provide some suggestions for the better service of electronic scholarly journals. Data were collected from December 26, 2003 to January 6, 2004. The object of the examination was from the number of 257 academic societies which are publishing Registered Journals designated by Korea Research Foundation. Among the number of 257 academic societies, 116(45.1%) of them are providing electronic scholarly journals at their homepages, and among the number of 116 academic societies, 62(53.4%) of which are providing electronic scholarly journals with their own efforts without other organizations’help. The number of 257, 116, and 62 academic societies are compared with national information circulation institutions in terms of the service of electronic scholarly journals. Suggestions for the better service of electronic scholarly journals at academic societies in Korea are also provided. 본 연구의 목적은 학회의 학술정보 서비스가 기존의 책자형태로만 이루어지지 않는다는 인식 하에 학회 홈페이지에서의 전자학술지 서비스 현황과 그 유형을 조사하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 데이터 수집은 279종의 등재학술지를 2003년 12월 26일부터 2004년 1월 6일까지 개별학회 홈페이지의 직접 접속을 통하여 이루어졌다. 257개의 학회 중에서 16개 학회 (45.1%)가 홈페이지에서 전자학술지를 제공하는 것으로 나타났고, 116개 학회 중에서는 62개 학회(53.4%)가 학회 자체의 노력으로 전자학술지를 제공하는 것으로 조사되었다. 257개 학회,116개 개별 학회의 전자학술지 서비스 개선방안에 대하여도 논의되었다.

        근대 지식의 두 얼굴: 저널리즘과 아카데미즘

        With regard to the production of knowledge, the key source of modern knowledge lies in academism and journalism. This knowledge enjoys a dominant status over different forms of knowledge and information due to the prominence and influence of the institutions it stems from. These two production modes of knowledge pursue different forms of knowledge, and at the same time, shape a complementary relationship with one another. As the two also share common grounds, their boundaries are often blurred. While these two mode of knowledge production involve two distinct occupations-scholars versus journalists-the very person who produces knowledge may go through the tasks required in both. On the other hand, these two production modes are also in competition with one another, as they compete to become the hegemon regarding the ideology and direction of the time. In china in early twentieth century, New academism set up a cooperative system with Journalism against traditional scholarship that the latter played a leading role. Journalism demonstrated that traditional academism was something that needed to be overcome and replaced. Then, what would replace traditional academism was a wide range of knowledge that included information produced by rapidly changing theories and scientific research rising from home and abroad. Journalism continued to spearhead the dissemination of new knowledge until the 1920s. This was primarily due to the lack of a new form of academism that could replace the old; however, it also had much to do with the emphasis on new knowledge as a way of understanding and perceiving the world and society as a whole, rather than the production of knowledge within the systematic rules of academia. It was around 1915 that the leading role of journalism in China’s modern academism became a target of fierce criticism which continued through 1920 in the form of ideological and theoretical debate. In 1914, Hongjun Ren (任鴻雋), who was then a student at Cornell University, published his essay “The Establishment of an Academia (學界).” What was unusual in his writing was not just the use of the words “academia” or “an academic world.” It was the implied fact that China had lacked one. Subsequently, Hu’s “problems and isms” and the Rearrangement of Traditional Writings in the New culture movement period were topics raised by scholars who took park in the modern production of knowledge, namely at universities and through newspapers and magazines, leading the academic and social movement. These were otherwise considered scholars of the reform movement prior to the establishment of modern academism. Knowledge production was led more by journalism than by universities, and journalism contributed significantly to providing a social foundation for the formation of academism in universities. However, around 1920, education and academic systems at universities were properly developed, and as ideological specializations began even within the realm of journalism, a new type of relationship began to form between journalism and academism as well. While ideological battles, including the aforementioned two problems as well as “Dispute of Xuanxue,” arose as a result of contention between different knowledge dimensions between academism and journalism, at the core of the problem is tension and mutual-criticism between the two spheres of knowledge. This, unlike the period when the production of modern knowledge was led by journalism, is a phenomenon resulting from academism and journalism each producing knowledge of different dimensions, as academism began to gain structure. In this way, with the split between theoretical and critical/realistic knowledge, and between knowledge that focuses each on problem-solving and future-planning, the structure of modern knowledge production was formed. At the same time, it was also a process of exposing the limits and problems of the two spheres of knowledge.

        문헌정보학 분야 학술지 및 학술행사 인식 연구 - 포커스 그룹 면담을 중심으로 -

        This study aims to investigate the perceptions of researchers and information professionals on scholarly journals and events hosted by the four primary associations for library and information science in Korea and to suggest improvements. The four associations include the Korean Society for Library and Information Science, the Korean Library and Information Science Society, the Korean Society for Information Management, and the Korean Biblia Society for Library and Information Science, and they co-funded this study. A total of six focus group interviews were conducted with 21 university professors, researchers, librarians, practitioners, and executive directors of associations who are actively engaged in research and academic activities. Findings presented, first, that the overall process of the journal article review and publishing needs to be improved to enhance the quality of the journals. Second, efforts should be made to increase the visibility of practice by increasing opportunities for information professionals to submit and publish manuscripts with findings from the field. Third, each journal can be specialized by differentiating the scope of journals, providing articles with findings in practice, and facilitating collaborations with scholars abroad or in other fields. To improve scholarly events, first, a large-scale academic conference can be held regularly, co-hosted by the four associations, promoting academic needs and social networking. Third, each association can specialize in academic events in collaboration with professional institutions and agencies. Fourth, the opportunities to participate in academic events should be increased for early-career researchers, practitioners, and graduate and undergraduate students. 본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학 분야 4개 학회(한국문헌정보학회, 한국비블리아학회, 한국도서관․정보학회, 한국정보관리학회)가 협력하여 지원하였으며, 연구의 목적은 4개 학회가 출간․운영하는 학술지 및 학술행사에 대한 연구자들과 실무자들의 인식을 조사하고 발전방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 4개 학회의 임원들을 비롯하여 학회 활동에 적극적으로 참여해 온 대학교수, 연구자, 사서 등 총 21명을 대상으로 6회에 걸쳐 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 주요한 학술지 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 논문 간 품질 차이가 크므로 전반적인 논문의 품질 향상을 위해 현행 심사 및 출판 방식을 개선해야 한다. 둘째, 현장 실무자의 논문 투고를 장려하고 학술지에 현장 연구를 적극적으로 게재함으로써 현장성을 높이기 위한 노력을 기울여야 한다. 셋째, 학술지들은 주제 범위나 현장성 반영 정도, 국제화 노력 정도 등을 다르게 함으로써 특성화할 수 있다. 이와 더불어, 학술행사의 활성화를 위한 방안은 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 첫째, 대규모의 공동학술대회를 정기적으로 개최하고 학술적 요구뿐만 아니라 친목 도모를 할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 학회별로 특성화된 학술행사를 준비해야 하며 이를 위해 관련 전문직 단체와의 협력을 꾀할 수 있다. 셋째, 실무자, 신임 연구자, 대학(원)생 등의 참여 기회를 확대하기 위한 다양한 조치가 마련되어야 한다.

        성찰일지 적용 학습이 예비교사의 자기주도적 학습태도 및 학업성과에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 예비교사 교육방법으로서 성찰일지의 교육적 활용 및 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 먼저 성찰활동의 의미와 유용성를 살펴보고 성찰활동과 교사교육에 대한 기존선행연구들을 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 토대를 바탕으로 성찰일지를 적용한 교직수업을 설계하여 운영하고, 68명의 예비교사를 대상으로 그 교육적 효과를 검증하였다. 교육적 효과 측정을 위해 성찰일지 작성과 성찰일지에 대한 교수자의 피드백 제공 유무가 자기주도적 학습태도와 학습성과에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 성찰일지를 쓰지 않는 집단, 피드백이 제공되지 않은 성찰일지를 쓰는 집단, 피드백이 제공되는 성찰일지를 쓰는 집단 등 세 집단으로 대상을 구분하였으며, 성찰일지를 작성하는 집단은 15주간 성찰일지 적용 학습을 수행하였다. 그 중 피드백을 받는 집단은 매주 교수자가 성찰일지에 대해 피드백을 제공하였다. 이러한 성찰일지활동의 교육적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전검사결과를 공변량으로 하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 중간 검사에서는 집단 간 차이가 유의하지 않았으나, 성찰활동이 종료된 후 성찰활동을 수행했던 두 집단이 성찰활동이 없는 집단보다 긍정적인 학습태도를 보였다. 또한 성찰활동이 종료된 시점에서 학업성과에 차이가 발견되었다. 학업성과를 레포트 점수와 기말시험성적으로 나누어 살펴본 결과, 레포트 점수에 있어서는 성찰활동을 한 두 집단이 성찰활동이 없는 집단 보다 높은 점수를 보여주었고, 기말시험점수에서는 세 집단 간 차이가 발견되었다. 피드백이 있는 성찰활동 집단이 가장 높은 성취를 보여주었고, 그 다음이 피드백이 없는 성찰활동 집단, 성찰활동이 없는 집단이 가장 낮은 순이었다. 본 연구결과는 성찰일지작성과 교수자의 피드백이 예비교사들의 자기주도적 학습태도 형성 및 학습결과 향상에 긍정적인 역할을 함을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 예비교사 양성교육의 한 방안으로의 성찰일지 적용학습의 가능성을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine effect of reflective activity on learning attitude and academic achievement for prospective teachers. 68 religious prospective teachers participated in this study. This study was conducted to compare the effects of three groups using a pre-test, middle test, and post test. One group didn’t write reflective journal, another group wrote reflective journal and other group was provided teachers feedback about reflective writing journal. Prospective teachers of experimental groups were reflective activity for 15 weeks and academic self efficacy, teacher efficacy and academic achievement tests were taken. Analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) was conducted to analyzed the effect of reflective activity. The results of this study showed that after reflective activity completed, academic self efficacy of the reflective activity groups were higher than that of control group. And academic achievement of three group had statistically significant difference. Reflective activity group provided feedback showed highest academic achievement and control group’s academic achievement was lowest. These result indicate that reflective activity can positive affect learning attitude and academic achievement for religious prospective teachers. This study suggested that methods of reflective journal writing should be diversified for better reflective activity.
