        친환경농산물 선택기준이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 태도와 신뢰의매개, 조절효과를 중심으로

        Purpose- This study investigated the effects of consumers'selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention and the effects of consumers' attitudes and the reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention by using the theory of planned behavior. Subjective norms of variables of behavioral intention, attitudes toward behavior and control of the behavior were used to create selection criteria, consumers' attitudes and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products. The study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria, attitudes, and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention constructing models and hypotheses of mediation and moderation between selection criteria for agricultural products and purchase intention by consumers' attitudes and reliability. Research design, data, and methodology- The findings were as follows: first, consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products had a significantly affirmative influence upon purchase intention. Health was the most important factor of selection criteria convenience was more important than quality and familiarity was next. Consumers' attitudes and trust had a significant influence on purchase intention. Second, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust partially mediated selection criteria: sub-factors and purchase intention were important in selection criteria. Third, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust had a significant moderation effect between selection criteria and purchase intention. In the test of the moderation effect between sub-factors of selection criteria and purchase intention, consumers' attitude had a significantly positive influence upon health, convenience, and familiarity, and had no significant influence upon quality and purchase intention. Consumers' trust had no significant influence upon health, convenience, and quality. Results- The study provided several theoretical implications:first, an empirical analysis was undertaken with selection criteria for environmental-friendly agricultural products, consumers' attitude, and trust to investigate subjective norms, attitude toward behavior and control of behavior based on the theory of planned behavior. Second, this study investigated both the mediation effect and moderation effect of consumers' subjective norms on attitudes toward behavior, the mediating effects of perceived behavior control and changes of behavioral intention depending upon size and direction of the variables. This study also provided several practical implications. Conclusions- First, consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products did not increase despite rapid increase of production therefore, promotion of consumption and distribution was needed considering the supply and demand of the products. Second, definite standards for selection criteria were suggested to build up consumers' attitude and trust. Consumers' attitude could be improved by factors including the brand of environment-friendly agricultural products, consistent quality, solving physiological problems caused by adverse effects of environmental problems, supplementary approaches, treatment of adverse effects by eating food, and the development and supply of products in accordance with changes of lifestyle. Finally, consumers' demand for sub-factors of selection criteria could be much higher than health, convenience, and quality of the products. Therefore, a process was needed that could continuously check consumers' needs for the products. Limitations were described at the end of the study.

        중학생을 위한 독서자료로써 그림책의 선정 기준에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 중학생을 위한 독서교육의 자료로써 그림책을 선정하기 위한 기준을 제안하고 이를 도서 선정에 적용이 가능한가를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 선행연구를 통하여 독서자료로써 그림책의 교육적 가치와 학문 분야별 그림책 선정 기준을 확인하였다. 선행연구에서 제시한 다양한 그림책 선정 기준의 공통점을 일러스트와 텍스트, 그 외로 구분해 범주화하여 통합한 후, 중학생을 독자로 선정해 적용할 수 있는 선정 기준을 구안하였다. 통합된 그림책 선정 기준을 내용으로 현직 사서교사에게 중학생을 대상으로 그림책을 선정할 때 고려할 주요한 기준을 묻는 설문조사와 그림책 교육 경험이 있는 전문가를 대상으로 집중 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과로 글과 관련된 2개의 기준, 그림과 관련된 4개의 기준, 그리고 그 외 5개 기준으로 구성된 중학생을 위한 그림책 선정 기준을 제시하였다. 이 선정 기준의 실제성을 확인하기 위하여 어린이도서연구회 추천 그림책(13세 이상)을 대상으로 범주별 기준의 적용 여부를 확인하였다. 중학생 대상 22권의 그림책 가운데 선정 기준의 모든 범주별 적용이 가능한 도서는 15권으로 유의미한 실제성을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to propose criteria for selecting picture books as various reading education materials for middle school students and to check whether it can be applied to book selection. First, identified the educational value of picture books as reading materials and the criteria for selecting picture books by academic field through previous studies. After integrating the commonalities of various picture book selection criteria presented in previous studies by categorizing them into illustrations, text, and other categories. And it devised selection criteria that can be applied after selecting middle school students as readers. Based on the unified picture book selection criteria, a survey was conducted to ask in-service librarians about the main criteria to consider when selecting picture books for middle school students, and intensive interviews were conducted with experts who have experience in picture book education. As a result, the picture book selection criteria from previous studies were revised and supplemented with two criteria related to text, four criteria related to pictures, and five other criteria, and presented as picture book selection criteria for middle school students. To verify the practicality of the picture book selection criteria, it checked the applicability of each category of criteria to picture books recommended by the Children’s Book Research Society (ages 13 and older). Out of 22 picture books for middle school students, 15 books could be applied to all categories of the selection criteria, showing significant practicality.

      • 의료기관의 식자재 공급자 선정기준에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        The purposes of this study were to find factor which influence en the selection criteria of food supplier. Questionnaire were distributed to 52 general hospitals with more than 400 beds located in Seoul and Kyongin province, and responded questionnaires were collected from 44 dietetic departments(84.6%) and 18 purchasing departments(34.6%). The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Supplier selection criteria include quality, service, cost and supplier competency. (2) With having been met with tight competition and market opening, hospitals plan a strategy to improve quality, service and they tend to have more interest in various supplier selection criteria. (3) Purchasing departments estimate more highly the rate of reflection in considering supplier selection criteria than the rate of importance about cost criteria, which reveals that purchasing departments sensitively respond to cost cutdown. (4) When selecting suppliers, a significant(p<0.01) influence of stability of supplier industry environment on the selecting criteria such as the importances of quality, service, and supplier quality are recognized only after recognizing the stability of food delivery industry. Food supplier industry secures stability more quickly through major companies' participation in food distribution industry and this will reveal the importance of supplier selection criteria. (5) Suppliers which are selected by the quality criteria, service criteria, supplier quality criteria make efforts to communicate with foodservice departments, to give more proper information about substitute food, new product, and to make commitments, while suppliers which are decided by cost criteria do not establish supportive relationships with foodservice departments.

        라이프스타일 샵 소비자의 소비가치가 점포 선택기준 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        최근들어 `라이프스타일 샵`이 새로운 유통형태로 부각되면서 소비 트랜드의 문화공간으로 자리 잡아가고 있다. 이에 따라 일반적인 패션 점포와 차별화 된 라이프스타일 샵에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 라이프스타일 샵을 이용하는 소비자의 소비가치가 점포 선택 기준과 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 2013년 10월 14일부터 10월 19일까지 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 20~40대의 남녀 중 국내의 라이프스타일 샵에서 제품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로는 총 316명의 설문 응답을 분석에 활용하였으며 분석방법으로는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비가치가 점포 선택기준에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 기능적 가치는 `점포`와 `제품`의 선택기준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 진귀적 가치는 `명성/유행` 선택기준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 쾌락적 가치는 `점포`선택기준에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔다. 마지막으로 유행 추구가치는 명성/유행의 선택기준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경로분석 결과로 라이프스타일 샵을 이용하는 소비자의 점포 선택기준이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴본 결과, 점포 선택기준의 요인 중 `점포`만 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소비가치와 구매의도의 관련성에서는 직접적인 영향과 간접적인 영향에 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 직접적 영향은 진귀적 가치와 쾌락적 가치가 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 간접적 영향은 기능적 가치만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기능적 가치는 `점포` 선택기준을 매개로 하여 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 앞서 언급된 분석 결과를 통해 의류업계에서 키워드로 대두되고 있는 라이프스타일 샵의 마케팅전략을 세우는 데 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다. As `Lifestyle Shop` becomes a cultural space of consumption trend while it is highlighted as a new distribution form, the study started from problematic recognition that it is necessary to study on lifestyle shoppers. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of consumption values on selection criteria and purchase intention of lifestyle shoppers. The subjects of the study were female and male consumers in their 20~ 40s living in Seoul and metropolitan area who purchased the products in lifestyle shops. On-line questionnaire survey was conducted from Oct. 14 to Oct. 19, 2013. Finally, survey sheets of 316 participants were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, regarding the influence of consumption values on shop selection criteria, functional value affected selection criteria of `shop` and `product.`Exotic value affected selection criteria of `reputation/fashion.` Hedonic value gave significant influences on selection criteria of `shop`only. Also, the value of pursuing fashion affected selection criteria of reputation/fashion. Second, As a result of investigating influences of shop selection criteria of shoppers on purchase intention, only `shop`selection criteria affected purchase intention. Third, there was a difference between direct and indirect influences in regard to the relationship of consumption value to purchase intention; exotic value and hedonic value gave direct influences. There was an indirect effect of the functional value on purchase intention through shop`selection criteria. The results of the study can be used in establishing marketing strategy of lifestyle shop which is an emerging retailing channel.

        일반고 학생 과목선택기준의 척도 개발 및 프로파일 분석

        본 연구에서는 일반고 학생 과목선택기준의 척도 개발과 타당화 및 프로파일 분석을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 자료는 전라북도 G시 일반계 고등학교에서 교과목 선택 경험이 있는 고교 2학년 786명(남: 362명, 여: 424명)으로부터 수집되었다. 사전조사와 선행연구 및 예비검사를 통해 37개의 척도 문항을 작성한 후 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 최종 34문항으로 구성된 과목선택기준 척도를 개발하였다. 이 척도는 ‘수능지향’, ‘내신지향’, ‘능력중시’, ‘흥미추구’, ‘교사지향’, ‘진로개척’, ‘타자권유’ ‘과목개설’의 8개 하위요인으로 구성되었으며 다양한 분석에 의해 타당화가 확보되었다. 과목선택기준의 요인과 학생 개인간 차이에 대한 프로파일 분석을 통해 척도의 요인들은 유의한 관계를 갖지만 성별은 그렇지 않다는 것을 확인했다. 학생들은 과목선택 요인 중에서 ‘흥미추구’를 가장 중요하게 고려하고 ‘타자권유’는 그와 반대로 인식하였다. 교육적인 관점에서 학생들의 과목선택기준의 선호를 확인할 수 있다. 아직까지 과목선택기준 척도에 대한 개발이 미흡한 상황에서 타당화한 척도를 개발함으로써 일반고 학생의 과목선택에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구의 기초적이고 객관화된 토대를 마련했다는 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 추가로 과목선택기준 척도 개발과 관련하여 이 연구가 가진 시사점 및 제언이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop the scale of general high school students’ subject selection criteria, to examine its validity, and to analyze its profile. The data used was collected from 786 general high school second grade students(male: 362, female: 424) who have experience in choice of subjects in G city of Jeolla province. Based on the data from prior investigation, advanced research and preliminary test, 37 items of scale of subject selection criteria were developed and the exploratory factor analysis was performed, from which the final scale of subject selection criteria consisting of 34 items was developed. The scale of subject selection criteria was conceptualized into eight sub-factors, ‘SAT orientation’, ‘academic achievement’, ‘ability orientation’, ‘pursuit of interest’, ‘teacher orientation’, ‘career development’, ‘other’s recommendation’, ‘subject availability’. This scale of an eight-factor model exhibited acceptable results when it was assessed by the overall fit measures criteria. The validity of scale of subject selection criteria was supported by the evidence of validation. As a result of the profile analysis of subject selection criteria, the components of subject selection criteria are within the significance level, while those of the gender and subject selection criteria are outside the significance level. The mean score of sub-factor ‘pursuit of interest’ is highest, and ‘other’s recommendation’ is lowest. The students’ preferences regarding their subject selection criteria from the educational point of view can be confirmed. The results of the current study are expected to help students select courses that are appropriate for their careers and aptitudes. Some recommendations and suggestions for further research were included.

        상담 접수대상과 상담 제외대상 구분 기준

        본 연구의 목적은 내담자 선별기준을 구성하는 것이다. 그리고 예비연구로서 상담기관의 내담자 선별 실태를 밝히는 것이다. 먼저 상담기관의 내담자 선별 실태는 전화면접 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담기관에는 명시적인 내담자 선별기준을 가지고 있지 않았다. 둘째, 상담자도 명시적인 내담자 선별기준을 가지고 있지 않았다. 셋째, 상담자는 명시적이지 않은 8개의 선별 기준을 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 상담기관에서는 주로 접수면접에서 접수면접자가 내담자 선별을 하고 있었다. 내담자 선별기준 구성은 문헌조사, 합의적 질적 분석, 모의 선별을 통해 실시하였다. 그 결과, 4개의 조항과 11개의 항목으로 만들어진 내담자 선별기준을 구성하였다. 즉, ‘책무와 접수우선’의 2개 항목을 포함하는 제1조 전체기준, 그리고 ‘사업대상과 전문분야’의 2개 항목을 포함하는 제2조 강제기준, 그리고 ‘능력, 문제인식, 상담동기’의 3개 항목을 포함하는 제3조 우선기준, 그리고 ‘상담예후, 위험요인, 경제요인, 조건일치’의 4개 항목을 포함하는 제4조 차선기준으로 이루어진 내담자 선별기준을 구성하였다. 그리고 모의 선별 결과, 상담전문가 3인의 선별 내용은 100% 일치하였다. The purpose of this study is to establish the criteria for selecting clients. And another purpose is a survey on the clients selection of counseling agencies. The survey was conducted by telephone interview. The results are as follows. First, there were no overt client selection criteria in the counseling agency. Second, the counselors also did not have overt client selection criteria. Third, the counselors had eight covert client selection criteria. Fourth, in the counseling agency, in general, the intaker selected clients mainly in an intake interview. Criteria for selecting clients were established through literature review, Consensual qualitative analysis, and Simulation study. As a result, the client selecting criteria were established of 4 articles and 11 paragraphs. Article 1 is an overall criterion, and there are responsibilities and acceptance first paragraph. Article 2 is a compulsory criterion, and there are a business target and professional field paragraph. Article 3 is the priority criteria, and there are ability, problem recognition, and counseling motivation paragraph. Article 4 is the secondary criteria: prognosis, risk factor, economic factor, and matching condition paragraph. As a result of a Simulation study, three counselors were 100% consistent.

      • Decision-making on multi-criteria supplier selection using Analytic Network Process

        In today’s competitive and interrelated manufacturing environment, there many things that a company should do to make it’s Supply Chain Management success. Besides maintaining the customer relationship, the company should must to have a supplier relationship. To select a supplier or vendor, there are many factors or criteria to consider. Quite often, organizations use price as the determining factor when considering which supplier to select. Even though price is an important determining factor, other dimensions such as quality, cost and service management also must be considered at the same time. Every industry has their own categories or criteria to select the supplier. Each category of solutions can enable manufacturers to optimize their relationships and spend with the suppliers. Traditionally, vendors are selected from among many suppliers on their ability to meet the quality requirements, delivery schedule, and the price offered. In this paper supplier selection in a multi-criteria decision-making process was dealt with the optimization of conflicting objectives such as quality, cost and service management. We propose a supplier selection system based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a commonly used model for multi-criteria decision-making problems. Using ANP on this multi-criteria problem, the solution provides satisfactory results allowing inter-dependency and feedback loop among decision criteria.

        웨딩플래너 선택속성에 관한 척도 개발

        Identifying the selection criteria of wedding planners, who are the main human resource that contribute to the overall satisfaction level of a wedding’s preparation, can produce important data for the wedding industry as it faces a transition period. To develop a scale for wedding planner selection criteria, preliminary items were prepared based on in-depth interviews with an experienced wedding planner group and a comprehensive review of previous studies, such as studies on selection criteria in the wedding industry and service work similar to wedding planners and wedding planner selection criteria. The preliminary items were tested for content validity using a focus group interview, comprising people in the wedding industry, and were refined accordingly. Then, the definitive quantitative questionnaire items were developed after conducting a preliminary survey. The main survey for this study was conducted using the responses of 295 consumers taking an Internet questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis were adopted to develop the scale, which was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity. This study is academically significant in that it developed a selection criteria scale tailored to wedding planners to address an area that has not been covered in previous studies. It is recommended that future studies conduct empirical analyses using the selection criteria developed in this study to compare influential variables that could affect behavior intention.

        Latent Profile Analysis According to the Subject Selection Criteria of General High School Students

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the type of latent profile for general high school students' subject selection criteria and to identify the characteristics of the latent class. The survey data of 1072 general high school students (male; 648, female; 424) in G city, Jeollabuk-do and the scale composed of 8 sub-factors: ‘SAT orientation’, ‘academic achievement’, ‘ability orientation’, ‘pursuit of interest’, ‘teacher orientation’, ‘career development’, ‘others' recommendation’, and ‘subject availability’ were used for latent profile analysis and cross-analysis between potential layers. As a result of the analysis, high school students' perceptions of subject selection were classified into four latent profiles. The four groups were named 'High Perception Type', 'Low Perception Type', 'Self-Directed Type', and 'Stability-Oriented Type' according to their types. It was found that there was a difference between the latent classes in the importance and performance level of the subject selection criteria. These results can help identify the subject selection tendencies of latent groups in the operation of the 2015 revised curriculum and the 2025 high school credit system that emphasizes the student-centered course selection curriculum and they can also provide customized course selection guidance considering individual differences.
