본 연구는 서울 지역 학생 저탄소 녹색성장교육에 대한 중장기 발전 방안을 마련하기 위하여 저탄소 녹색성장교육에 대한 교사 교육 및 연수, 교육과정 운영 그리고 학교 교육 여건 개선 방안에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로는 문헌 연구와 설문 조사를 중심으로 수행되었다. 문헌 연구는 국내외 관련 문헌 자료의 수집 및 분석, 국내외 관련 기관 및 국가의 온라인을 통한 자료 수집 및 분석을 통하여 본 연구에 관련한 시사점을 추출하였다. 설문 조사를 통한 요구도 분석은 각 분야별(예비교사, 현직 초등교사, 현직 중등교사, 관리자, 교육전문직)로 설문지를 작성하여 조사하였으며, 수합된 설문지에 대하여 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 설문 조사 문항 개발은 교수, 중등 환경 담당 교사, 초등학교 교사 등으로 구성된 공동 연구진에 의해 설문 조사 문항의 시안을 개발한 다음, 연구진 간의 내부 교차 검토 및 외부 전문가의 자문을 통해 비교·검토하여 개발하였다. 그리고 연구 방향과 내용 분석을 위한 연구진 및 전문가 워크숍 개최하였으며, 서울특별시교육연구정보원과 협조하여 중간보고 세미나 및 최종 보고회를 개최하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 목표(1개), 추진 전략(5개), 추진 영역(3개) 및 추진 과제 예시(10개)를 추출하였으며, 본 연구를 기초로 체계적인 서울 지역 학생 저탄소 녹색성장교육에 대한 방안을 마련하기 위하여 향후 보다 구체적인 단기, 중기, 장기의 정책 로드맵의 개발이 필요할 것이다. The aim of this research is to explore the policy plan of low carbon green growth for students of schools in Seoul area. As methodology, this research conducted literature reviews of related research, surveys, several meetings between researchers and experts` workshops. Through this research, we derived one aim, five strategies, three main themes of education which can promote green growth. The policy aim is ``to improve understanding about sustainable development and capacity for participating green life``. The strategies to promote education for green growth are ``to enforce pre-teacher education for green growth education and practice``, ``to enforce school curriculum reformation for green growth education and practice``, ``to enforce teachers` professional development for green growth education and practice``, ``to construct school facilities of classroom and school ground for green growth education and practice``, and ``to develop and disseminate of educational materials for green growth education and practice``. As three main themes of education could promote green growth, we established ``education and professional development``, ``curriculum design``, and ``improvement of educational condition and development of educational materials`` In addition, we derived ten detail subjects which can support these themes. For further development of education policy, which can encourage schools and student to participate in building sustainable society, it should be suggested that more detail and short term/middle term/long term education strategy plans for education for green growth are essential.

본 연구는 서울시 녹색성장의 발판을 마련하기 위해시작되었으며, 친환경을 실천하는 하나의 방법으로 시민들에게 생소한 5R(Recycling, Refill, Reform, Rental, Reusing)에 대한 계몽의식 전달과 이를 바탕으로 서울시 환경보존의 의식을 함양하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 기존의 친환경 전시 박람회에서 이루어지는 일방향적인 전시관람방식의 틀에서 벗어나 ‘관람자의 참여’와 ‘예술’을 접하여 정보전달 전시의 효과적인 디자인을 연구, 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다. 기본적인 공간의 조닝(zoning)과 스토리텔링(storytelling), 전시 아이덴티티(exhibition identity)를 구축하는 일련의 과정들을 시각적 결과물로 나타낸다. 본 연구를 통해 전시를 관람한 관람객들에게 오늘날 환경문제에 대한 경각심을 가지게 하고 그에 대한 해결방안으로써 5R운동의 실천을 제시하여 사람들의 참여를 통한 환경개선을 불러일으킬 뿐만 아니라 서울시의 ‘녹색성장’이라는 또 다른 이미지를 구축할 것으로 기대된다. The study is initiated to set up the foundation for the green growth of Seoul and the purpose is to increase the consciousness of the environmental preservation of Seoul based on 5Rs (Recycling, Refill, Reform, Rental, Reusing) new to citizens as a way of implementing eco-friendly lifestyle. In addition, the study is meaningful in researching and proposing the effective design of the exhibition with the information delivery by combining ``Gallery participation`` and ``Art`` beyond the unidirectional exhibition visiting in the existing eco-exhibition. The study expressed a series of process forming the basic space zoning, storytelling and exhibition identity as the visual output. The study leads visitors to have the consciousness on current environmental issues, proposes 5R movement as a solution, causes the environmental improvement by the participation and builds another image of ``Green growth`` of Seoul.
