민들레꽃 이미지를 응용한 헤어 장신구 디자인 연구: 업스타일 장식 중심으로

21세기 소비자들은 자신의 이미지나 고차원적인 감성 욕구가 디자인에서 표현되기를 원하고 있다. 눈에 보이지 않는 다양화되고 개성화된 욕구들을 디자인 요소들과 결합시켜 독자적 가치를 지닌 차별화된 감성적 디자인 형태로 만들어 내는 능력이 디자이너에게 요구되고 있다. 헤어 영역에서 감성이 많이 요구되는 부분은 업스타일 부문으로, 주로 특별한 날 하기 때문에 소비자들은 업스타일 연출 시 함께 사용되는 헤어 장신구에도 상당한 가치를 부여하고 있다. 소재와 디자인 면에서 획일화된 면이 다소 많은 현 업스타일 헤어 장신구 시장에서 다양한 소재와 모티브를 활용한 창의적인 헤어 장신구 개발이 요구 된다. 이에 민들레꽃을 모티브로 헤어피스를 이용해 감성적이면서도 독창적인 헤어 장신구를 제작하여 업스타일용 헤어 장신구 디자인의 다양성을 넓이는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 민들레꽃의 생태적 특징과 헤어피스를 응용한 헤어 장신구 선행사례들에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 4가지 업스타일용 헤어 장신구를 제작하고 그 과정과 활용방법을 분석하는 방식으로 본 연구는 진행되었다. 민들레꽃을 통해 모든 자연 사물이 창작의 모티브로 사용 가능함을 재확인하고 이를 재현하는 소재로서 헤어피스의 높은 활용도를 제시하고자 하였다. 민들레꽃이 가진 봄의 상징성과 발견했을 때 경험하게 되는 소소한 삶의 행복감을 헤어 장신구로 재현해 내는 과정이 감성적 디자인을 하고자 하는 헤어 디자이너들에게 발상적 아이디어를 제공하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다. 21c Consumers want their images and high - dimensional emotional desires to be expressed in design. Designers are required to have the ability to combine invisible, diverse and individualized desires with design elements to create a differentiated emotional design with unique values. The part that requires a lot of emotion in the hair area is the up-style part which is mainly done on special occasions, so consumers are also giving important value to the hair ornaments used together in up-style presentation. In the current style hair ornaments market, which has a somewhat unified aspect in material and design, it is required to develop creative hair ornaments utilizing various materials and motifs. The purpose of this study is to broaden the diversity of hair ornament design for upstyle by making unique and emotional hair ornaments using hairpins in the motif of dandelion flower. Based on the theoretical considerations on the ecological characteristics of dandelion flowers and the precedent cases of hair ornaments applying hairpieces, this study was carried out by making four kinds of hair ornaments for up-style and analyzing the process and application method. Through the dandelion flowers, we reaffirmed that all natural objects can be used as a motif of creation, and tried to suggest high utilization of hairpieces as a material to reproduce it. I hope that the process of reproducing the symbolism of spring which dandelion flower has and the happiness of small life that we experience when discovering it, into a hair ornament, will be an opportunity to provide an idea for the hair designers who want to create the emotional design.

화문 단청문양을 응용한 전통 헤어 장신구의 현대적 표현

한국의 단청은 우리 민족의 감성과 정서가 담긴 아름다운 색채와 조형감각이 돋보이는 역사적, 문화적으로 가치 있는 유산으로 단청의 다양한 문양과 배색기법 및 조화원리는 세계적으로 그 가치를 높이 평가 받고 있다. 최근 한국적 전통문양 및 문화에 대한 관심은 많지만 단순한 소재만을 디자인으로 적용하는 경우가 많고 현대적이고 세계적인 감각으로 발전해 나가지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 전통의 형태를 모방하는 것이 아닌 단청문양의 특징을 현대적이고 세계적인 감각으로 연구 개발하는 것은 다양한 디자인 개발과 함께 소비자의 관심을 이끌어내는 요소가 될 수 있을 것이며 우리 민족의 감성과 정서를 현대적인 감각의 헤어 장신구로 표현하는데 있어서도 훌륭한 매개체가 될 수 있다. 고전머리에 사용되는 헤어장신구는 시대에 따라 다양한 형태나 재료를 이용하며 변화되어 왔으며 현대에 이르러서는 옛 문헌 그대로를 재현하기도 하고 현대적으로 재해석하기도 하여 그 디자인이 다양하게 변화되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 단청문양의 개념 및 기본요소를 알아보고 화문 단청문양의 형태를 변형, 생략하고 재구성하여 새로운 현대적 이미지를 정립, 전통 헤어 장신구에 접목시켜 다양한 전통 헤어 장신구 표현의 가능성을 모색하고 현대적 이미지를 발견하는데 그 목적을 두고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적으로 개발되어진 화문 단청문양을 응용한 전통 헤어 장신구 디자인이 어느 나라의 전통 문양과 견주어도 뒤지지 않는 한국만의 독특한 아름다움이 있고, 민족의 독자성과 전통문화가 담겨있는 문화적 가치를 지닌 장신구 디자인이 될 수 있을 것으로 본다. 연구방법은 단청문양과 헤어 장신구에 관련된 선행 논문과 문헌 고찰을 토대로 이론적 배경을 구성하였고 화문 단청문양의 연꽃, 국화, 태평화, 모란문양을 응용하여 문양의 이미지를 형상화하고 전통 헤어장신구 디자인에 접목시켜 작품으로 제작하였으며, 전통 헤어 장신구의 종류는 비녀와 뒤꽂이로 정하였다. 또한 나아가 한국 전통 단청을 통해 우리 민족의 독특한 매력을 느낄 수 있는 독창적이고, 아름다움과 미적 조형감각을 현대감각에 어울리도록 문양을 변형 또는 재배치 시켜 소재와 어울리는 이미지를 표현하여 전통 헤어 장신구의 표현 영역을 확대하고자 함과 동시에 세계적인 감성을 아우를 수 있는 디자인으로 발전이 있기를 기대 해 본다. Dancheong is a historically and culturally valuable heritage of Korea that features beautiful colors and formative senses while reflecting national sentiment and emotions. Therefore, the value of the various patterns and coloration techniques and the harmonic principle of dancheong are highly evaluated throughout the world. Despite the recent great interest in traditional Korean style patterns and culture, in many cases only simple materials have been applied as designs; thereby, dancheong has not been advanced in a contemporary and world-class sense. Consequently, research and development of the characteristics of dancheong patterns in line with contemporary and world-class ideas instead of imitating the traditional form along with the development of diverse designs will be a factor to attract the attention of consumers. Also, dancheong patterns can be an excellent medium for expressing national sentiment and emotions as contemporary hair accessories. Hair accessories used for classical hairstyles have been transformed using various forms or materials according to the period. Entering this age, their design has changed diversely, while they have been reproduced without modification according to old documents or they have been reinterpreted from a contemporary viewpoint. As a result, this study aims to seek the possibility of having various expressions of hair accessories and to discover their contemporary images by looking into the concept and types of dancheong patterns and transforming, omitting, and restructuring the forms of dancheong patterns, and establishing a new contemporary image; thereby applying it to traditional hair accessories. It is expected that traditional hair accessory design applied with dancheong patterns that have been developed with this aim will show the unique beauty of Korea as well as being comparable to the traditional patterns of any country and become an accessory design with a cultural value reflecting the independency and traditional culture of the Korean people. For research methods, the study used existing theses regarding dancheong patterns and accessories as well as a literature review; thereby, a theoretical background was formed based on this information. Then, the study formed the images of the patterns by utilizing the lotus of hwamun dancheong patterns, chrysanthemums, taepyeonghwa (petals and leaves patterns), and peony patterns, applied them to accessory designs, and created works using them. Also, the study determined as the types of traditional hair accessories binyeo (traditional Korean ornamental hairpin) and a chignon ornament. Furthermore, the study expressed the images of accessories that match materials by transforming or relocating patterns so that their original, beautiful, and aesthetic formative sense might match a contemporary sense from which the unique attractiveness of the Korean people can be discovered through traditional Korean dancheong. With this, the study expects that the design will advance into a design that may expand the expressive area of traditional accessories and embrace world-class sensibility.

구스타프 클림트의 작품을 응용한 헤어 장신구 디자인

아르누보(Art Nouneau)의 주도적 역할을 하였으며 상징적이고 장식적이며 신비롭기까지 한 구스타프 클림트(Gustav Klimt)의 회화는 현재까지도 대중들에게 폭넓은 인기를 누리고 있다. 그는 아름다운 곡선과 기하학적 형태로 원과 사각, 삼각을 이용하여 화려하면서도 장식적인 작품을 제작하였다. 이러한 그의 작품들은 의상디자인, 패키지 디자인 등의 다양한 디자인 영역에 아이디어를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구스타프 클림트의 작품 세계를 고찰하고 그의 작품에 나타난 상징주의적이고 아르누보적인 패턴을 변형, 생략, 재구성하여 헤어 장신구에 접목시킴으로써 헤어 장신구 표현의 다양성을 모색하고 나아가 미용예술 분야 중 헤어 작품의 완성도를 높이는 헤어 장신구를 개발하였다. 클림트와 헤어 장신구에 관한 이론적 연구는 국내 외 선행논문과 문헌 등을 중심으로 고찰하고, 작품제작으로는 클림트의 미적특성을 대표하는 작품을 1점씩 선택하여 이를 모티브로 총 4점의 일러스트레이션과 헤어장신구로 제작한 작품 4점을 제시하였다. 작품Ⅰ에서는 < 생명의 나무, Tree of Life >를 모티브로 일러스트레이션과 나선형의 헤어핀을 제작하였고, 작품Ⅱ에서는 < 기다림, Expectation >을 모티브로 일러스트레이션과 함께 삼각핀을 제작, 작품Ⅲ에서는 < 성취, Fulfillment >를 모티브로 일러스트레이션과 원형의 헤어핀을 제작하였다. 마지막으로 작품Ⅳ는 < 여성의 세 시기, Three Ages of Woman >를 모티브로 일러스트레이션과 함께 사각형태의 헤어핀으로 제작하였다. 또한 그의 화려한 금빛 색조를 표현하기 위하여 황동을 소재로 하여 장식적이며 예술성 있는 헤어장신구를 제작하였다. The paintings of Gustav Klimt, which have played a leading role in Art Nouveau and are symbolic, decorative, and even mystic, have enjoyed a wide public popularity to date. Using beautiful curves as well as circles, squares or rectangles, and triangles in a geometric form, he created brilliant yet decorative works. These works have offered ideas in various design fields including fashion design and package design. This study aims to seek variety in the expression of hair accessories by considering the world of Gustav Klimt`s works; transforming, omitting, and restructuring symbolic and Art Nouveau style patterns shown in his works; and applying them to hair accessories. Furthermore, it aims to develop hair accessories that raise the degree of perfection of hair works in the beauty art field. Regarding theoretical research into Klimt and hair accessories, the study considers this focusing on existing papers and literature at home and abroad, and selects one piece of each of the representative works in terms of the aesthetic characteristics of Klimt; thus, it proposes a total of 4 pieces along with illustrations. In workⅠ, the study prepares a hair pin with the motive of “Tree of Life”, while in work Ⅱ, the study prepares a triangular pin with the motive of “Expectation”. Meanwhile, in work Ⅲ, the study prepares a circular hair pin with the motive of “Fulfillment”. Finally, in work Ⅳ, the study prepares a square hair pin with the motive of “Three Ages of Woman”. In order to express his brilliant golden hue, the study prepares decorative and artistic hair accessories with the use of brass.

아르누보 양식의 유기적 선을 모티브로 한 헤어장신구 연구

생활이 윤택해지고 라이프스타일이 다양해지면서 개성을 추구하고자 하는 현대인의 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 창의적인 디자인 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 천연소재인 헤어피스를 사용하여 헤어장신구 디자인에 응용함으로써 예술적 가치를 부여할 수 있으며 아르누보 양식을 모티브로 한 예술적이고 창의적인 디자인을 제시함으로써 헤어장신구에 대한 새로운 시각을 제시하고 디자인의 다양성을 넓히는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 첫째, 선행연구와 전문서적을 통해 아르누보의 개념과 아르누보 양식의 배경 및 특성을 고찰한다. 둘째, 문헌연구와 선행논문을 참고로 하여 헤어장신구의 개념과 헤어피스를 활용한 헤어장신구 디자인 사례를 고찰하고자 한다. 셋째, 아르누보 양식의 특성이 잘 나타난 대표적인 작품을 모티브로 선정하여 각 작품의 형태적 특성과 색채적 특성을 분석하고 재구성함으로써 창의적인 헤어장신구 작품으로 제작하고 제작 과정과 이미지 연출에 대한 활용 방법을 제시한다. 그 결과 아르누보 예술 사조는 디자이너의 창의력과 테크닉을 요구하는 예술성 높은 헤어장신구 디자인 개발에 다양하게 응용할 수 있으며 실용적이며 친환경적인 소재로서 헤어피스 활용도를 제시하였다. 따라서 상기 연구 내용을 바탕으로 획일화된 소재와 디자인에서 벗어나 새로운 수공예 적 기법의 예술성 있고 희소성 있는 디자인에 대한 시도가 다양하게 이루어져서 개성을 추구하고자 하는 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있고 더불어 미용예술 문화 발전을 모색할 수 있을 것 이라 사료된다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 예술 사조와 새로운 친환경적인 소재를 바탕으로 한 디자인 개발 연구를 통하여 미용예술 문화 발전 가능성을 높이는데 기여 하고자 한다. Today, as life becomes richer and lifestyles become more diverse, it is time to develop a creative design that can satisfy the desire of modern people to pursue characteristic traits. The purpose of this study is to present a new perspective on hair ornaments and to broaden the diversity of designs by giving artistic value by applying natural material hair pieces to the design of hair ornaments, and presenting an artistic and creative design with the motif of Art Nouveau style. As for research methods, first, the concept of Art Nouveau and the background and characteristics of Art Nouveau style are considered through previous studies and specialized books. Second, by referring to literature studies and previous papers, this study attempts to review the concept of hair ornaments and examples of hair ornaments design using hair pieces. Third, by selecting a representative work showing the characteristics of Art Nouveau style as a motif, and analyzing and reconstructing the morphological and color characteristics of each work, this study produces creative hair ornaments works, and presents the production process and how to use it for image production. As a result, the art trend of Art Nouveau can be applied in various ways to the development of high artistic hair ornaments design that requires the creativity and technique of the designer, and the utility of hair pieces is presented as a practical and eco-friendly material. Therefore, based on the above research findings, by moving away from standardized materials and designs, various attempts are made on artistic and rarity designs of new handicraft techniques, which can satisfy consumers’ desire to pursue characteristic traits, and furthermore it is thought that it is possible to seek the development of beauty art culture. In future research, through design development research based on various artistic trends and new eco-friendly materials, we want to contribute to enhancing the possibility of developing beauty art culture.

원석공예를 이용한 헤어장신구 개발에 관한 연구

국내외 원석공예 현황을 살펴본 결과, 국내에서는 소규모공방을 중심으로 원형형태의 원석을 주로 이용한 장신구가 주류를 이루고 해외에서도 몇몇 장신구회사 이외에는 원석공예 작품들을 보기가 힘들었다. 대부분 국내외 원석공예 장신구는 펜던트나 목걸이, 귀걸이, 팔찌류가 가장 많았으며 헤어장신구는 드문 편이었다. 경쟁력 있는 원석공예 헤어장신구 제작을 위해서는 대중성 보다는 원석의 특성을 살려 제작해야하는데 선행연구를 통해 도출된 제작방안을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 원석 가공을 최소화하여 원석공예의 장점인 자연미, 단순미를 살리는 것을 원칙으로 삼는다. 둘째, 헤어장신구의 특성상, 너무 두껍거나 무게가 나가는 형태는 지양한다. 셋째, 원석의 종류를 선정 시 두께가 얇은 장방형의 원석 계열 또는 크지 않는 원석을 사용토록 한다. 넷째, 원석 자체만으로 구성하는 것이 아니고 금속주물과 추가적인 원석을 덧대거나 붙이도록 하여 다양한 형태를 연출한다. 다섯째, 원석자체는 가격이 저렴하고 가공이 적은 장점을 살리기 위해 나머지 구성요소 부분에 여러 가지 제작기법을 적용해본다. 여섯째, 원석공예 장신구 현황분석에 따라 기존에 사용 중인 원형, 타원형 등의 가공기법이 아닌 국내에 미시도 된 제작기법을 적용해본다. 본 논문에서는 상기 제작방안을 토대로 아직은 국내외적으로 미개척분야인 원석공예를 이용한 헤어장신구를 작품으로 제작해 보았으며 향후 원석공예를 이용한 장신구에 원석의 거친 면을 그대로 살리는 기법을 향후 원석공예의 가능성 있는 제작기법으로 제시한다. Stone Crafts Hair Ornaments Reason for the small craft industries include first stone here and abroad that can be easily processed form and the pursuit of mass-produced forms and processing operations are relatively simple. Most of the domestic and international gemstone jewelry, crafts pendant, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, hair ornaments currents are the most common was difficult to find. Hair jewelry gemstone craft competitive production, rather than popularity to be produced utilizing the properties of stones leading to measures derived from the study were the following assumptions. First, the small processing for natural stone crafts. Second, the nature of hair ornaments, too thick or weighing form is avoided. Third, when selecting the type of rough stone, you choose thin or rectangular stones that are large will ever use. Fourth, consist of the metal casting with gemstone and additional stones to attach each others to produce a variety of forms. Fifth, different production techniques applied. Sixth, try to craft jewelry, gemstones, depending on being not used technique in domestic. On the other hand, these assumptions are based on the fact gemstone jewelry, crafts, the natural ecological environment and natural images from the comfort of selection, of stones, and stones of the features of shape and colors by selecting the nearest stone was produced. This paper suggests the rough craft of gemstone presents a new production techniques.

웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 진주와 크리스탈을 응용한 디자인 연구

본 연구는 웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 이미지를 분류하고, 진주의 은은하고 부드러운 광택을 그대로 살리기 위해 진주와 크리스탈을 이용하여 창의적인 디자인으로 접근하여 제시하고자 한다. 또한 현대에 와서 헤어스타일에 보완과 개성을 연출하는데 있어 여러 소재와 형태로 표현됨으로써 특별한 분의기를 갖게 하는 하나의 장식수단, 독특한 디자인들로 여성들에게 선택의 폭을 넓힘으로써 헤어아트 디자인 예술적인 새로운 표현의 한 부분으로 도움을 주고자 한다. 진주가 가지고 있는 은은하고 부드러운 광택과 크리스탈의 화려함을 조화시켜 디자인을 만들 수 있는 웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 이미지를 형상화 한 총 3작품을 제작 분석하여 창의적이고 독창적인 헤어아트 예술적으로 실생활의 상품성을 위한 새로운 모티브로써 제공 될 수 있도록 하였다. 디자인의도 및 방법, 디자인 전개, 제작의도, 제작과정, 작품완성으로 작품제작을 이루었다. 실용성과 장식성을 동시에 갖추면서 자신의 개성을 드러내 주는 유니크(unique)한 업스타일 장식을 고안하는데 도출 할 수 가 있었다. 헤어아트 작품 개발, 실생활의 상품성을 위한 모티브로 색깔 있는 헤어아트 디자인의 연구가 계속되기를 기대한다. This study classifies images according to changes in wedding hair and equipment and approaches and presents creative designs using pearls and crystals to preserve the subtle and soft gloss of pearls. In addition, in modern times, it is intended to help women as a new part of hair art design art expression by expanding their choices with unique designs and decorative means that give women a special sense of humor by expressing them in various materials and forms in creating complementary and individualistic hairstyles. A total of three works were produced and analyzed to shape images according to changes in wedding hair jewelry, which can create designs by harmonizing the subtle and soft gloss of pearls with the splendor of crystals, so that they could be provided as new motifs for real-life marketability in creative and original hair art. The work was produced by the design intention and method, design development, production intention, production process, and work completion. It was possible to derive a unique up-style decoration that reveals one's personality while having both practicality and decoration. It is expected that the research on colored hair art design will continue as a motif for the development of hair art works and the commercialization of real life.

자연의 이미지를 활용한 원석공예 헤어장신구 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 자연에서 얻은 영감을 이용한 원석공예 작품을 최소한의 가공으로 제작함으로써 저가의 원석을 이용한 공예제작으로도 충분히 시장성, 예술성, 희소성 있는 작품제작이 가능하다는 점을 강조, 헤어 장신구의 획일화된 소재와 디자인에서 벗어나새로운 원석공예 기법으로 제작, 활용한 작품을 제시함으로써 다양한 헤어 장신구를 개발을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 Blue Waves, the Leaves, Wood Stone, A Starry Sky, Sunset 등 총 5작품이 제작되었으며, 작품제작 시, 자연 생태환경에서 편안하고 자연스러운 이미지를 선정, 원석 중에서 형태 및 색상 등 원석의 특징 중가장 가까운 원석을 선택하여 제작하였다. 형태와 내용적 측면에서 자연주의의 이미지를 살리고 원시적이면서도 가장 현대적인 원석공예 장신구의 특성을 이어받아 커팅작업 전 균형적이고 거친 형태의 원석을 이용하는 것을 본 작업의 가장 큰 특징으로 잡았다. 또한 각 작품은 헤어스타일링 연출의 이해를 돕기위해 기존에 있던 모델 사진위에 포토샵 작업을 통한적용한 예를 제시하였다. 제작결과, 상업적인 원석공 예품에 비해 원석의 거칠면서도 투박한 느낌이 나지만 원석자체의 굴곡이나 형태를 그대로 유지한 작품설계의 주제는 자연적인 느낌을 보다 강하게 전달하고 주변 주물 제작 시 도시적인 기법도 사용하여 자연과 도시의 조화라는 느낌을 갖게 하였다. 본 연구는 수공예로 제작된 작품의 특성상 대중적인 생산은 힘든 기법이지만 새로운 제작기법에 기초하여 자연의 이미지와 가장 가까운 질감 및 색상 등을 표현한 헤어장신구를 제작함으로써 그 예술성과 희소성, 자연미가 주는 가치는 국내 원석공예산업과 시장에서 관심을 가져볼만한 분야로서의 가능성을 제시할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.향후 원석공예에 대한 심층적 연구와 원석 공예를 이용한 헤어 장신구의 상품성에 대한 소비자 행동 조사 및 디자인 개발에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지길기대한다. This study aims to suggest how to develop various types of hair jewelry manufactured with new gemstone craft techniques. Inspired by nature, these techniques require a minimal process and low budget to create art pieces which still have a high marketability, artistry, and scarcity. This new approach opens a new possibility of hair jewelry, which has had been produced with limited materials and designs. This study presents five pieces of hair jewelry: Blue Waves, the Leaves, Wood Stone, A Starry Sky, and Sunset. The motifs of these pieces were adopted from comfortable and natural images in ecological environments. Thereafter, some gemstones were selected to represent these natural motifs. One of the critical criteria to select gemstones was if they had the closest shapes and colors to the natural images. In terms of content, the naturalistic images were revived on hair jewelry using gemstone crafts. In terms of form, they embrace the ambivalent feature of gemstone crafts, which is primitive but the most contemporary as well. In this sense, one of the most remarkable points in the five hair jewelry pieces presented in this study is that they are manufactured by using the rough type of gemstone. Each piece is presented with an exemplary case of hairstyling, which was presented by overlapping the picture of hair jewelry on the existing picture of a model in Photoshop. As a result, the hair jewelry pieces present a rough and coarse texture compared to commercial gemstone crafts, but effectively represent the natural feelings from the unprocessed curves and shapes of gemstone. In addition, when combining the urban techniques in the phase of casting, these pieces arouse the feelings of the harmony between rural and urban sentiments. This technique is not proper for mass production, but has meaningful implications in the sense that it opens a new possibility of expressing naturalistic images and textures on hair jewelry. With the artistic, natural and rare values, it must have a potentiality both in gemstone craft industries and practical markets. For further studies, it is expected to study on more various techniques of gemstone crafts, customers` behavioral patterns on the marketability of hair jewelry using gemstone crafts, and design development in these industries.

사극드라마 "장옥정, 사랑에 살다"에 표현된 헤어스타일 및 장신구 연구

드라마 ‘장옥정, 사랑에 살다’ 헤어스타일의 조형성을 연구하였다. 조선시대 헤어스타일 중 땋은 머리, 나인머리, 첩지머리의 조형성을 연구한 결과 직선과 곡선이 어우러진 아름다운 머리형태임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 구름문양의 유기적인 곡선미를 조선시대 헤어스타일에 결합하여 직선을 곡선화 함으로써 단순한 고증 재현이 아닌 예술적인 개념을 가지고 헤어스타일의 변화를 주어 디자인의 완성도를 높였다. 장신구에서는 장신구 설정과정과 장신구에서 보여지는 내적의미를 통해 드라마 장면의 느낌을 극대화시켜 분위기를 살렸다. 이러한 설정과정은 국적이 없는 스타일이라는 비판을 받기 보다는 하나의 새로운 이미지를 창조하는 개념으로 보아질 것이다. ‘장옥정, 사랑에 살다’에서의 헤어스타일의 변화와 변형은 시청자들에게 재미를 줄 뿐만 아니라, 고증이 “맞다”, “안 맞다”가 아닌 시간과 공간성을 초월한 독창적인 문화이자 하나의 발전된 문화로 보아지길 바란다. 앞으로 드라마 제작에 있어 내적의미가 있는 헤어스타일 설정으로 드라마 장면의 분위기를 극대화시킬 뿐만 아니라 캐릭터 창조에 도움이 되고자 한다. The research was conducted regarding formativeness of hairstyle in the drama ‘Jang Ok Jung, Live In Love.’ After studying braided hair, court lady’s hair and hairstyle with an ornamental hairpin on among different hair style in the Joseon Dynasty period, it was found all of these are beautiful hair style with good combination of straight line and curve. So, the researcher combines the cloud-patterned, organic curve with hair style in the Joseon Dynasty period to create straight line as a curve so that it is more than realization of historical research, but of completeness of design by changing hair style with artistic concept. Through the process of setting accessory and inner meaning shown in accessory, it can maximize the mood of drama scene to create atmosphere. This process of setting should be considered as concept to create new distinctive image, rather than criticized for style without any specific nationality. It is hoped that change of hair style and its transformation in ‘Jang Ok Jung, Live In Love’ not only can provide entertainment, but also will be accepted as innovative culture that surpass era and space while staying out of issues to determine whether or not historical research is true, as well as developed culture. In the future, it is expected that hair style setting with inner meaning can maximize the mood of drama scene and help to creative character in drama production.

조선시대 궁중복식 속의 전통문양을 활용한 헤어 장신구 디자인 개발

과학의 발달로 인한 통신수단의 진화는 문화의 교류를 촉진시키고 각국의 정보를 쉽게 접하게 한다. 이는 다양한 형태의 문화를 사회적으로 재생산하고 있으며, 이러한 정보는 현대인들의 사고에 지대한 영향을 미쳤으며 지구촌이 하나로 사회화되어 함께 문화를 생산·소비하고 있다. 각 나라들은 자신들의 문화와 자연, 역사, 유물 등을 상품화하여 세계인들을 불러들이고 있다. 미국의 헐리우드 영화는 문화상품을 넘어 산업화되었으며, 디즈니사의 만화 영화 캐릭터들은 전 세계 어린이들의 사랑을 받으며 장난감, 생활용품, 학용품 등으로 판매되고 있다. 한국의 K-Pop, K-Beauty는 전 세계적으로 훌륭한 성과를 창출하고 있다. 고로 한국의 궁중의상과 궁중의상속의 전통문양을 고찰하여 헤어 장신구를 만들어 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 디자인 개발에 앞서 조선의 궁중복식과 궁중복식속의 전통문양 자료를 연구·고찰하여 전통문양의 종류와 각 문양 속에 깃든 의미와 그 의미들이 가지는 상징성과 특성들을 알아보고 평면적인 전통문양을 조형미를 가미한 입체 형태로 재해석하여 헤어 장신구로 개발 가능한 7가지 문양을 선정·응용하여 작품을 제작하였다. 연구의 결과는 조선 궁중복식 속의 문양을 활용하여 입체적인 헤어 장신구 디자인을 개발해 우리나라 전통의 미를 현대적으로 해석함으로써 이를 통해 우리나라 전통문화의 우수성과 아름다움을 K-Pop, K-Beauty와 함께 알릴 기회와 가능성을 높이고 한국의 전통과 자연이 담긴 헤어 장신구 디자인 개발의 아이디어 제공에 기여하고자 한다. The evolution of communication through the development of science promotes cultural exchanges and facilitate access to information from each country. It reproduces various forms of culture socially. Information greatly affects modern people's thinking, and the global village is socialized as one, producing and consuming culture together. Each country is bringing people from all over the world by commercializing its culture, nature, history, and relics. Hollywood movies of the U.S. have been industrialized beyond cultural products, and Disney's cartoon characters are loved by children all over the world and sold as toys, household goods, and school supplies. Korea's K-Pop and K-Beauty are creating great results around the world. Therefore, I would like to make hair ornaments by considering the traditional patterns of Korean royal costumes and royal inheritance. Prior to the design development, this work is produced by researching and examining traditional patterns of Joseon and royal costumes, identifying the types of traditional patterns, the meanings and characteristics of each pattern, reinterpreted the flat traditional patterns into a three-dimensional form with formative beauty, and produced seven patterns that can be developed as hair ornaments. The results of this study are to develop three-dimensional hair ornament designs using patterns in the royal costumes of Joseon and to interpret the beauty of Korean traditions in a modern way, thereby enhancing opportunities and possibilities to promote the excellence and beauty of Korean traditional culture with K-Pop and K-Beauty and contributing to the development of hair ornament designs containing Korean traditions and nature.

민화속 새를 모티브로 폐모발을 이용한 헤어아트 장신구 연구: 귀걸이 중심으로

우리 고유의 전통 문화 유산인 민화에 대해 사람들의 관심들이 점차 고조되면서 민화가 담고 있는 상징적 의미와 전통적 미학은 미술 여러 장르뿐만 아니라 다양한 방향에서 활용되어지고 발달해 가고 있다. 이에 미용 분야에서도 민화를 비롯한 전통적 회화의 장식성과 실용성을 헤어아트에 접목하여 개발하기 위한 노력이 활발하게 진행되고 있는데, 아직은 꽃과 같이 특정 상징물에 한하여 연구가 이루어지고, 대중에게 선보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 민화의 새를 모티브로 헤어아트 귀걸이 장신구 작품을 개발함에, 창의적이고 다채로운 디자인을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 장수, 번창, 승진, 부부의 화합의 상징을 가진 백학, 봉황, 닭, 원앙 총 4작품을 귀걸이장신구에 맞게 케리커쳐하여 디자인 하였다. 연구결과 각 새들의 특징을 담아 작품을 제작할 시, 새가 가지고 있는 특징을 부각화 시키는 것에 중점을 두고 날개깃 모양과 새들의 컬러 분석이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 날개를 표현하는 방법과, 여러가지 다채로운 색감을 사용함에 따라 많은 종류의 새들을 창의적으로 표현 할 수 있는 것이다. 이를 통해 모발이라는 소재의 특수성을 활용하여 여러 형태, 색감을 표현 가능한, 헤어아트로 만들 수 있는 새의 형태를 무한하게 확장 시킬 수 있으리라 기대된다. 향후 새 외에도 민화의 등장하는 다수의 상징물들의 조형적 개성에 주목한 다음 연구들이 활발하게 이루어져 우리 민화의 예술적 가치들이 여러 방면에서 재조명 될 수 있기를 바란다.
