배구기사분석을 통한 한국 유소년배구 활성화 방안 탐색

이 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 활용해 KOVO 유소년배구클럽 활성화 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 2015.01.01.부터 2020.01.31.까지 국내 54개 언론사에서 작성한 유소년배구 관련기사를 분석했다. 유소년배구 활성화 방안을 탐색하기 위해 2가지 분석을 수행했다. 1)수집된 기사의 주요 키워드에 대한 의미연결망을 확인하고, 2)배구 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 통해 주요 키워드에 대한 우선순위를 도출한 후 활성화 방안을 제시했다. 분석을 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의미연결망을 통해 분석된 주요 유소년배구 관련 기사의 주요 키워드는 ‘선수’, ‘유소년’, ‘대회’가 가장 높게 나타났으며 중앙성 분석에서는 ‘선수’, ‘대회’, ‘경기’가 높게 나타났다. SNS의 주요 의사소통은 유소년배구에 대한 프로구단의 지원과 선수, 경기에 대한 정보였으며 유소년배구 미래 발전방안의 대응 전략에 관한 직접적인 내용은 부족했지만, 유소년배구에 프로구단의 투자와 지원, 선수 육성, 대회개최 등의 발전전략을 얻을 수 있었다. 다음으로 의미연결망 분석에서 도출된 키워드를 바탕으로 AHP 분석을 통해 우선순위를 도출한 결과 유소년배구클럽 활성화를 통한 선수층 확대 및 기업의 대회 지원 확대가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. AHP 분석을 통해 성인배구 및 프로배구의 활성화를 위한 밑거름이 되는 유소년 배구클럽이 지역성과 연계하여 발전할 수 있도록 KOVO, 협회와 배구 관련 기관의 지원과 유소년 배구클럽의 발전을 위해 프로구단과의 연계성을 강화하고 프로 팀의 코치를 유소년배구의 인력으로 활용할 수 있는 연계방안에 대한 설계가 필요하다는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 협회주관의 전국적 규모의 유소년리그에 대한 기업지원의 활성화는 유소년배구의 활성화를 위한 중요 요소임을 파악 할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 우리나라가 배구 선진국으로 발돋움하기 위해 기존의 유소년배구의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 정보 제공과 향후 유소년배구에 대한 투자를 위한 우선순위를 살펴보았다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The study was conducted with the aim of exploring ways to activate KOVO youth volleyball clubs using text mining. In order to achieve research purposes, we analyzed articles related to youth volleyball written by 54 Korean media companies from 2015.01 to 2020.01.31. Two analyses were performed to explore ways to activate youth volleyball. 1)Checking the semantic network of major keywords in the collected article, 2) elicited the priority of major keywords through AHP analysis to volleyball experts and presented the activation plan. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the main keywords of major youth volleyball related articles analyzed through semantic network were 'player', 'young boy' and 'competition', and in the centrality analysis, 'player', 'competition' and 'game' were high. The main communication on SNS was information about professional clubs' support for youth volleyball, players and games, and although youth volleyball lacked direct information on strategies for responding to future development measures, it was able to obtain development strategies such as investment and support of professional clubs, fostering players, and holding competitions. Next, based on the keywords derived from the semantic network analysis, the priority was derived through AHP analysis, and the most important thing was to expand the number of players and support companies for competitions through the activation of private youth volleyball clubs. Through AHP analysis, the KOVO, association, and volleyball-related organizations support the development of youth volleyball clubs, which are the foundation for the revitalization of adult volleyball and professional volleyball, and the need for design of linkage measures that can utilize coaches of professional club as human resources for youth volleyball was derived. In addition, it was understood that the vitalization of corporate support for youth leagues on a nationwide scale under the supervision of the association was an important factor for the vitalization of youth volleyball. The study is meaningful in that it looked at the information provision that can compensate for the problems of traditional youth volleyball and the priority for future investments in youth volleyball in order to help Korea become an advanced country in volleyball.

배구 관계자들이 인식하는 외국인 선수가 프로배구에 미친 영향

본 연구는 프로 배구에 외국인 선구가 미치는 영향을 관계자(감독, 해설자, 기자)의 인터뷰를 통해서 도출 하였다. 배구는 프로스포츠 가운데 가장 늦게 출범하였지만 겨울스포츠 꽃으로써 많은 인기몰이를 하고 있다. 그 중심에는 외국인 선수의 화려한 플레이가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 배구 관계들이지 인식하는 외국인 선수가 프로배구에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 향후 프로배구 발전에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2020년 V리그가 시작되기 전 9월 2일부터 9월 23일까지 3주간 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료는 COVID-19로 인해 전화통화 및 ZOOM을 이용하여 인터뷰를 통해 수집하였 다. 본 연구 참여자는 감독 3명, 해설자 3명, 기자 2명이 참여하였으며, 자료분석은 인터뷰를 통해 도출된 자료를 넷마이너를 통해 의미연결망분석을 실시 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배구 관계자가 인지하는 외국선수들 이 프로배구에 미치는 영향은 프로배구 시청률 증가로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 성적 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하였 다. 마지막으로는 부정적인 의미로 프로배구 퇴보를 걱정하였다. 외국인 선수 영입으로 인해 화려한 플레이와 중요한 순간 해결사 역할을 하여 팀 성적이 향상되고 시청률도 높게 나타났지만 일각에서는 국내프로배구의 퇴보를 걱정하였다. 이는 외국선수로 인해 국내선수들에게 기회가 많이 사라지고 그로인해 프로배구 발전이 더디게 나타나기 때문이다. 따라서 프로배구 발전을 위해 이러한 부정적인 문제를 해결해야 할 방향을 모색해야 한다. This study derived the influence of foreign players on professional volleyball through interviews with volleyball officials (coaches, commentators, and reporters). Professional volleyball was launched the latest among professional sports, but it is gaining popularity as a flower for winter sports. At the center of it is the spectacular play of foreign players. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data for future professional volleyball development by investigating the effect of foreign players recognized by volleyball relations on professional volleyball. This study collected data for three weeks from September 2 to September 23 before the V League began in 2020, and the data were collected through telephone calls and interviews using ZOOM due to COVID-19. Three directors, three commentators, and two reporters participated in this study, and data analysis was conducted through Netminer to analyze the semantic network of data derived through interviews. The results derived through this study are as follows. First, the effect of recognized foreign players, who are volleyball officials, on professional volleyball was found to increase the ratings of professional volleyball. Second, it was recognized as having a positive effect on the improvement of team performance. Finally, I was worried about the regression of professional volleyball in a negative sense. With the recruitment of foreign players, he played a role as a troubleshooter at an important moment, improving team performance and high ratings, but some were worried about the regression of domestic professional volleyball. This is because many opportunities for domestic players disappear due to foreign players, resulting in slow professional volleyball development. Therefore, it is necessary to find a direction to solve these negative problems for the development of professional volleyball.

배구자(裵龜子) 연구 - ‘배구자악극단(裵龜子樂劇團)’의 악극(樂劇) 활동을 중심으로 -

本稿는 그동안 裵龜子에 대한 연구가 출생의 신비에 치우쳐 흥미위주로 이루어진 문제점을 바로잡는 데 그 목적이 있다. 아울러 본고는 先行硏究가 裵龜子를 先驅的인 무용가로 평가하는 데 偏重된 문제점을 바로잡고, 배구자를 歌舞劇 운동을 통해 樂劇 양식을 정립하는 데 기여한 ‘演劇人 배구자’로 자리매김하기 위해 노력했다. 이를 위해서 배구자의 전기적 사실을 歪曲하고 있는 談論들을 면밀히 검토하여, 배구자의 출생 과정을 明確하게 규명하지는 못했지만, ‘이토 히로부미(伊藤博文)와 배정자 사이에서 태어난 私生兒說’, ‘메이지 天皇의 所生說’ 등의 허구성을 밝힐 수 있었다. 그리고 배구자의 무대 활동을 年代記的으로 검토함으로써 배구자의 활동이 1926년 덴가츠(天勝一座) 탈출 이후 무용에서 연극 장르로 移行해 간 사실을 밝혔다. 아울러 배구자가 樂劇 정립과정에 일조함으로써 우리 연극의 양식적 擴張에 기여한 사실도 규명하였다. This paper aims to criticize the ways in which the earlier studies on Bae, Gu-ja have been focused on the mystery of her birth, and thereby tended to be sensational. Though this paper does not examine all materials on her birth very closely and clarifies the mysteries of her birth, it argues that the story of her illegitimate birth between “Ito Hirobumi and Bae Jungja” or of “Emperor Mayji” is not based on any factual proofs. In addition, rectifying some critical points of the previous studies that have largely emphasized Bae, Gu-ja's career as a heraldic dancer, this paper tries to correctly assess her as a pioneering actress by closely examining her public performances in music and dancing. Examining her dramatic activities chronologically, it elucidates that her interest had changed from music to drama after her withdrawal from Dengatz in 1926 and she established herself as one of the founders of the Korean musical drama.

그들은 왜 배구에 미치는가?: 교육대학교 내 배구동아리활동의 의미

본 연구는 B교육대학교 내 배구동아리원들에게 있어 동아리활동의 의미를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 6명의 배구동아리원들을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 심층면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 연구 참여자들에게 있어 배구와 배구동아리는 다른 스포츠, 스포츠동아리와는 차별화되는 특성을 지니고 있었다. 그것은 여타스포츠에 비해 각 포지션에 균등하게 영향력이 분배된다는 점과 성별, 연령 등에 크게 영향을 받지 않는다는 점이었으며 배구동아리가 초등교사 사회에서 전통성을 지닌다는 점이었다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들에게 배구는 무료한 학교생활의 탈출구다. 학교생활에서 배구는 분명 스스로 선택한 활동으로 그들의 무료함을 해소해주고 있었다. 셋째, 배구동아리원들은 멘토이자 또 다른 가족이었다. 배구동아리원들은 서로가 오랜 시간을 함께 하며 배구를 매개로 함께 힘들어했고 함께 즐거워했으며 그런 과정은 배구동아리원들을 가족만큼이나 가까운 사이로 만들었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of volleyball club activities for the club members in B University of Education. For this purpose, 6 volleyball club members were selected as research participants and in-depth interviews were conducted. As a result, first, volleyball and volleyball clubs had different characteristics for participants from other sports and sports clubs. That is, influence is equally distributed across each position in volleyball compared to other sports and it is not impacted by gender or age. In addition, volleyball clubs have a tradition in elementary school teachers' society. Second, volleyball was played a role as a way out of their dull school life. In school life, volleyball was a selected activity and helped them let free of their dull school life. Third, volleyball club members were a mentor and a secondary family. The volleyball club members have been together for a long time, experiencing tough times and joy together with volleyball as a medium, and this process made the volleyball club members as close as family.

배구자악극단 초창기 공연의 ‘조선적 정조’에 대한 연구

The aim of this paper is the success of Baegujaakgeukdan(Baeguja's Musical Theater)'s Performances in the Early Period and the subsequent retreat to Japan, based on the ‘Korean Mood’ pursued by them. When Bae Guja belonged to Tenkatsuichija, She was known as the actress like symbol of the Japanese theater. This image wasn't result of her performance. It was made with an advertising strategy aimed at Koreans by Tenkatsuichija and Maeilsinbo. During the restoration of her korean identity after leaving the troupe, she find Korean Traditional Dance as an Art. At that tiem, she planed a comeback stage based on the dance with Korean Mood, to break out of the existing image. In 1929 Josun EXPO, Baegujaakgeukdan established by her had the first performance. She set out the slogan of Korean Mood and Korean artistic revival for her musical theater Korean. In the context of the EXPO which is Korean Exposition without Korea, the show was a great success for Koreans, and the troupe was regard as Korean artistic theater. The theater's slogan, Korean Mood was nothing more than a distinction from others, and therefore, it was possible that the Korean audience positively interpreted the performance as a resistance against ‘things korean’ by Japanese resident in the Colonial Korea. Aiming to perform for not only Korean but also Japanese, however, Baegujaakgeukdan couldn't meet the expectations of Korean. In the situation of Gwangju Haksaengoondong(Gwangju Student Movement), The expectation of Korean audiences about the theater changed to disappointment and anger. Eventually, the troupe discontinued their activities in korea and resumed in Japan. 이 글은 배구자악극단의 초창기 공연이 추구했던 ‘조선적 정조’를 바탕으로 배구자악극단 창단공연의 성공과 이후 일본으로의 후퇴를 논한다. 텐카츠이치자시절 배구자는 조선인들에게 ‘텐카츠이치자를 대표하는 배우’로 인식되었지만, 이는 그녀가 조선인을 상대로 공연을 하면서 획득한 결과물이 아니었다. 텐카츠이치자와 이를 후원하는 『매일신보』의 이해관계 아래 조선출신의 배구자를 중심으로 텐카츠이치자 조선순회 공연을 광고한 결과이다. 텐카츠이치자 탈퇴 이후 배구자는 재기를 계획하는데, 이때 그녀는 조선인으로서의 정체성을 회복하는 과정에서 ‘예술’로서 발견한 조선무용을 주목한다. 조선적 정조를 바탕으로 하는 조선무용을 토대로 텐카츠이치자의 그림자에서 벗어나 차별화를 꾀하고자 한 것이다. 1929년 배구자악극단은 조선적 정조와 조선예술의 시대적 부흥을 표방하며 창단공연을 가졌다. 배구자악극단은 조선박람회기간을 활용하여 창단공연을 계획하였고, 이를 토대로 조선뿐만 아니라 만주, 일본의 순회공연을 하고자 하였다. 그런데 이 창단공연은 ‘조선 없는 조선박람회’의 상황과 맞물리면서 조선 관객들의 폭발적인 성원을 얻었다. 이는 그들이 내세웠던 조선적 정조가 ‘차별화’ 이상으로 구체적인 실체가 존재하지 않아서 관객의 적극적인 의미 부여가 가능했기 때문이다. 그렇기에 조선의 관객들은 배구자악극단의 공연을 ‘괴로운 조선의 마음’을 표현하는 조선의 예술로 받아들였고, 향후 행보를 기대하였다. 하지만 배구자악극단은 조선인뿐만 아니라 일본인까지 관객으로 상정하고 있었기에 이후 그들의 공연은 조선 관객이 기대했던 바와 거리가 멀었다. 그 결과 광주학생운동이 전국적으로 확산되는 상황 속에서 배구자악극단의 조선적 정조는 대항의 의미를 상실하게 되고, 조선 관객들의 실망과 분노에 직면하게 된다. 이러한 상황에서 배구자악극단은 조선에서의 공연을 상당기간 중단하고, 일본 활동에 전념하게 되었다.

유소년 배구 스포츠클럽 활성화 제약요인 및 과제

본 연구는 유소년 배구 스포츠클럽의 제약요인을 파악하고 향후 과제를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 배구협회장 1명, 국제심판 1명, 배구해설자 1명, 대한배구연맹(KOVO) 지도자 7명, 초등학교 교사 4명을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 먼저, 유소년 배구 스포츠클럽의 제약요인을 추출하고 그에 따른 향후 과제를 제시하였 다. 그 결과 유소년 배구 활성화의 제약요인으로 스포츠시설부족과 무관심, 참여자의 태도, 전문지도자 및 프로그 램, 단체의 협력 및 홍보부족에 대한 문제점이 지적되었다. 유소년 배구 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위해서는 배구용구 및 시설확충과 각 기관단체장들이나 교사, 학부모의 관심이 필요하며 학생들의 참여를 높이기 위해 배구선수출신 의 전문지도자를 확보하고 학생들이 흥미를 가지고 재미있게 할 수 있는 변형된 배구 프로그램 만들어야 한다. 또한, 유소년 배구 스포츠클럽의 활성화를 위한 홍보 전략으로 각 프로 구단의 연고지역을 대상으로 한 이벤트행 사 및 아마추어대회개최와 대한배구협회와 대한배구연맹(KOVO)의 지속적인 지원과 관심이 필요한 것으로 나타 났다. 이러한 결과는 유소년 배구클럽의 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. In the recent years, Korean Youth soccer, baseball, basketball clubs have been well developed. In comparison, the Youth Volleyball Club is establishing just the starting steps. Hence the purpose of this study is to find out the constraints of the Youth Volleyball Club and to provide suggestions regarding the activation plan. In order to carry out this Study, 1 Volleyball Associate, 1 International Referee, 1 Volleyball Commentator, 7 KOVO Directors and 4 Primary school teachers were selected for a thorough interview. The cause of restrictive was recognized prior to suggesting the activation plan. As a result, lack of sports facilities and the air of disinterest, the attitude of the participants, professional Instructors and programs and the lack of promotions and cooperation organization rose to surface as the cause of the restrictive for activation of the Youth Volleyball Club. In order to further activate the Youth Volleyball Club, there is a necessity of implementing volleyball equipment and facility expansion, and most importantly the attention from each agency heads or teachers and the parents. Furthermore, the fundamental factor to increase the student's participation is by securing a former volleyball player that can act as professional instructor and to create a modified, unique volleyball program that allows students to have fun. Also, to activate the Youth Volleyball Sports Club, each professional volleyball team should often hold events and amateur tournaments as a promotion to target the people of the hometown. Lastly, it is crucial that the Korean Volleyball Association and KOVO continuously give interest and attention to the Youth Volleyball Sports Club in order for them to overcome the challenges that they currently face.

촉접(觸接)연구를 통한 배구자 춤 다시쓰기 : 「사(死)의 백조」를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understandingt of Bae Gu-ja by reconstructing her early work The Death of Swan. First, the contents behind the records of the era were identified through the examination of photo materials and newspaper articles in which Bae Gu-ja appeared. Then, various data related to Bae Gu-ja were collected in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the world of her dance. Lastly, Bae Gu-ja’s The Death of Swan was reconstructed to induce an inner experience, felt in the body. This is a process of empathizing with what Bae Gu-ja must have felt while performing The Death of Swan. The Death of Swan is an artwork in which Bae Gu-ja attempted to project herself and to express her inner self through a dying swan. While reconstructing and rewriting the performance, it was possible to reinterpret it and empathize with Bae Gu-ja’s experience. Furthermore, it also allows for the possibility of various interpretations of history, enabling a more open discussion. The objective of this study is to contribute to the Korean dance history description method by conducting a new type of historical research, and to highlight the need to conduct more diverse research. 본 연구는 배구자의 초기 발레 작품으로 간주되는 사(死)의 백조 를 재구성하여 배구자를 심도 있게 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 촉접 연구의 첫 번째 단계에서 본 연구자는배구자가 등장한 사진 자료들과 신문 기사들을 통해 그녀의 몸과 촉접하고 당시의 기록들 이면에 담긴 내용들을 찾는 작업을 했다. 다음으로, 배구자의 춤과 관련한 다양한자료들을 수집하여 배구자의 무용세계를 심도 있게 이해하고자 했다. 세 번째 단계에서는 이러한 이해를 기반으로 배구자의 사(死)의 백조 를 재구성하여 몸에서 경험하는내적 체험을 유도해 내고자 했다. 이것은 당시의 배구자가 이 작품을 연기하면서 가졌을내면적 체험, 신체적 경험 등을 공감하는 촉접의 과정이다. 촉접은 현재의 연구자가과거의 배구자와 몸을 매개로 만나고 느끼는 작업이라 할 수 있다. 그렇기에 본 연구를통해 기존에 피상적으로 알고 있던 배구자에 관해 보다 심도 있게 이해할 수 있었고, 기존의 역사가 언급하지 않았던 그녀에 관한 진실에 접근할 수 있었다. 사(死)의 백조는 배구자 자신을 작중에 투영한 작품으로 배구자는 죽어가는 백조를 통해 자신의 내면을 표현하고자 했다. 고별 무대로 기획된 공연의 피날레 작품을 통해 그녀는 마지막예술 혼을 불태웠다. 사(死)의 백조 를 재구성하고 촉접하면서 공연 당시 배구자의체험을 공감할 수 있었고 작품 자체도 새롭게 해석할 수 있었다. 촉접을 통한 역사연구는 당시를 살았던 인물을 보다 입체적이고 깊이 있게 이해하도록 도와준다. 또한역사에 대한 다양한 해석의 가능성을 제시하여 보다 개방적인 논의를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구자는 새로운 방식의 역사 연구가 한국무용사 기술 방법에도 긍정적인 영향을미치길 바라며 더 다양한 연구의 필요성을 제기하는 바이다. 본 연구가 향후 관련 연구에있어 작은 도움이 되었으면 한다.

스포츠를 이용한 마케팅이 대학이미지에 미치는 영향 : 대학배구팀을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠를 이용한 마케팅이 대학이미지에 미치는 영향을 대학배구팀을 중심으로 연구하고자 하며, 대학배구팀 운영은 대학이미지에 미치는 영향, 대학배구의 관심정도가 대학배구팀 운영에 미치는 차이, 대학배구관 심정도가 대학이미지에 미치는 차이를 조사하여 대학이미지 제고와 이익을 초래할 수 있는 대학의 새로운 마케팅을 제시 하고 나아가 대학스포츠 발전을 가져와 서로 win-win 할 수 있는 기초 연구 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상으로는 대학배구팀을 운영 중인 대학을 선정하여 남․여 재학생 215명을 대상으로 하였으며 신뢰성이 떨어지거나 잘못 기입된 자료는 탈락시키고 188부를 최종자료로 선정하였다. R studio 통계를 이용하여 대학 배구팀 운영이 대학이미지에 미치 는 영향과 배구팀 관심정도, 배구팀 운영, 배구팀 이미지에 대한 회귀분석 및 조사 대상자를 대상으로 기술분석을 사용하 였다. 연구결과 대학배구팀 운영은 대학이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 대학배구의 관심정도는 대학배구팀 운영에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 대학배구의 관심정도는 대학이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of marketing using sports on the university image, focusing on the university volleyball team, the effect of the university volleyball team operation on the university image, and the difference between the degree of interest in university volleyball on the university volleyball team operation. By investigating the difference that the degree of interest in college volleyball has on the college image, we propose a new marketing for the college that can raise the college image and bring about profits, and further bring the development of college sports and provide basic research data that can win-win with each other. As the subject of the study, a university operating a university volleyball team was selected and 215 male and female students were enrolled, and 188 copies were selected as final data, with incomplete or incorrectly written data. Using R studio statistics, the effect of the university volleyball team operation on the university image, the degree of interest in the volleyball team, operation of the volleyball team, regression analysis on the volleyball team image, and technical analysis were used for the subjects of the survey. As a result of the study, the operation of the university volleyball team had a significant effect on the university image, and the degree of interest in university volleyball had a significant effect on the operation of the university volleyball team. Lastly, the degree of interest in college volleyball had a significant influence on the college image.

배구자무용연구소의 가무극 <파계> 연구

배구자는 1920∼30년대 조선에서 큰 인기를 확보한 무용수이자 연극인이었다. 그녀는 배구자악극단을 창립하여 조선과 해외(일본)를 오가면서 공연을 펼쳤고, 대중들은 그녀의 작품을 보기 위해서 극장으로 몰려들었다. 그녀와 그녀의 극단이 인기를 확보하고 있을 무렵, 그러니까 1931년 배구자무용연구소는 ‘혁신 공연’을 선언하고 일련의 작품을 발표했다. 당시 공연 작품 중에는 가무극 <파계>가 포함되어 있었는데, 다행히 <파계>는 공연 대본으로 기록되어 현재까지 전해질 수 있었다. 남아 있는 가무극 <파계>를 통해, 배구자무용연구소(나아가서는 ‘배구자악극단’)의 공연 전략과 레퍼토리의 실체를 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 조선 근대연극(사)의 주요한 축을 담당한 배구자악극단에 대한 연구는, 일제강점기 조선의 대중극의 다양한 갈래와 그 특성에 대한 이해를 제고할 것으로 전망된다.

좌식배구선수들의 필드체력과 기술향상을 위한 체력훈련 프로그램효과

본 연구의 목적은 좌식배구선수들의 필드체력 및 배구기술과의 상관성을 알아보고 이를 토대로 필드체력 향상프로그램을 적용하여 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 좌식국가대표선발배구선수 11명을 대상으로 필드체력(chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, side one hand throw, splint test, T-test, speed agility, speed endurance, GXT, reaction time, shoulder back scratch)과 배구기술을 측정하여 상관관계를 분석한 후 이를 토대로 필드체력 향상프로그램을 주 5회 80분씩 8주 동안 적용하여 전문 선수트레이너지도하에 체력훈련적용 후 효과를 검증하였다. 배구기술의 공격은 chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, reaction time, GXT total time과 상관성이 높았으며, 서브에서는 chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, grip strength와 상관성이 있었다. 블로킹은 chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, reaction time, GXT total time, grip strength와 리시브는 speed agility, speed endurance와 상관성이 있었다. 필드체력향상프로그램적용 8주 후에는 chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint, speed agility, speed endurance, GXT total time, 공격, 서브, 블로킹이 향상되었다. 결론적으로 좌식배구의 경기의 승패는 우수한 좌식배구기술과 필드체력이 필요하다. 체력훈련 전문가인 선수트레이너의 전문성을 토대로 한 체력훈련은 좌식배구종목특성에 맞는 필드체력 향상과 좌식배구선수들의 배구기술 및 경기력 향상에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between sitting volleyball skills and field fitness, and to discover the effects of fitness training programs on the field fitness and volleyball skills of sitting volleyball players. Eleven elite Korea national sitting volleyball players were tested using field fitness tests (chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, side one hand throw, splint test, T-test, speed agility, speed endurance, GXT, reaction time, shoulder back scratch) and measurable volleyball skills (attack, serve, block, receive) by head coaches and assistant coaches. They were participated in a fitness training program for 8 weeks, 5 times per week, 80 minutes per session. Results showed the strongest correlation between attack and chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, reaction time, GXT total time, and between serve and chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, grip strength, and between block and chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint test, reaction time, GXT total time, grip strength, and between serve and speed agility, and speed endurance. Results also showed improved field fitness (chest pass, overhand pass, one hand throw, one hand side throw, splint, speed agility, speed endurance, GXT total time) and attack, serve, and block skills after participation in the fitness training program conducted by an athlete trainer. In conclusion, success in volleyball matches requires volleyball skills and field fitness. Based on the expertise of athlete trainers who are experts in physical training, physical fitness training will contribute to the improvement of field fitness and volleyball skills performance of volleyball players.
