전자 상거래에서 보안과 신뢰성을 보장하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 공개키 기반 구조에서는 인증서를 사용 함으로서 암호 및 인증기능을 제공하나, 신뢰성 있는 부인 방지 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 상위 기관의 인증기관이나 타임 스탬프 기능과 공증 기능을 위한 제 3 의 신뢰성 있는 공증 기관이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전자공증의 기능과 필요성 및 동향에 대하여 소개한다.

This paper is an essay on institutional history understanding of formation of category of literature. Studies of formation of category of literature has already accumulated very much. But institutional aspect of formation of category of literature have not been studied sufficiently. Moreover, to in the late colonial period paid little attention. In the late colonial Korea, category of literature covering knowledge culture was formed. It was a uniquely cultural phenomenon in colonial Korea. Importantly, main causes of the phenomenon were originated in early colonial period. This means that a boom in literary marketplace is not the natural result of sustained growth of class of authors and readers. At the same time, Ite means that we can’t fully explain social status of literature covering knowledge culture without understanding of durability of institutional condition of literature structured in the early colonial period. In this paper, I express such a critical mind, focusing change of status of literary books in sales catalogs of books published by publisher & bookstore.

<P>The TaqMan quantitative PCR (QPCR) method was used to detect and quantify the 16S rRNA genes of aceticlastic methanogens at different taxonomic levels. Three different sets of primers coupled with a TaqMan probe for QPCR assays to detect the 16S rRNA genes of the order Methanosarcinales, as well as the families Methanosarcinaceae and Methanosaetaceae, were separately used. Using these primer and probe sets, the 16S rRNA genes of aceticlastic methanogens in samples from various anaerobic processes (i.e., nine pure cultures, batch experiment, and three different continuous processes including a full-scale digester), were monitored and quantified by QPCR assays. A batch experiment cultivating a mixture of aceticlastic methanogens, was conducted to monitor their population dynamics. Using this group-specific quantification method, the dynamics of a competition between two aceticlastic populations, as modulated by the acetate concentration, could well be described. The target 16S rRNA genes in environmental samples, collected from three different anaerobic processes treating sludge, cheese whey, and synthetic wastewaters, were additionally quantified. The quantified 16S rRNA gene concentrations for all samples successfully represented the community structures of the target methanogens, which were correlated accurately with the operational parameters of the anaerobic processes. It was also successful to demonstrate probe nesting of aceticlastic methanogens at the levels of order and family. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.</P>

<P>Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a highly sensitive method that can be used for the detection and quantification of microbial populations without cultivating them in anaerobic processes and environmental samples. This work was conducted to design primer and probe sets for the detection of methanogens using a real-time PCR with the TaqMan system. Six group-specific methanogenic primer and probe sets were designed. These sets separately detect four orders (Methanococcales, Methanobacteriales, Methanomicrobiales, and Methanosarcinales) along with two families (Methanosarcinaceae and Methanosaetaceae) of the order Methanosarcinales. We also designed the universal primer and probe sets that specifically detect the 16S rDNA of prokaryotes and of the domain Bacteria and Archaea, and which are fully compatible with the TaqMan real-time PCR system. Target-group specificity of each primer and probe set was empirically verified by testing DNA isolated from 28 archaeal cultures and by analyzing potential false results. In general, each primer and probe set was very specific to the target group. The primer and probe sets designed in this study can be used to detect and quantify the order-level (family-level in the case of Methanosarcinales) methanogenic groups in anaerobic biological processes and various environments. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.</P>
Attitudes toward Physical Education of Adolescent Students in the Philippines and South Korea

This study examined adolescent male and female students’ attitudes toward physical education (PE) from the Philippines and South Korea. Participants were 451 middle school students from the Philippines and South Korea. The Physical Education Attitude Scale (PEAS) was used to measure students’ PE attitudes. Overall, students had moderately positive attitudes toward PE. PE attitudes of Korean boys were more positive compared with Filipino boys, while the reverse was found for Korean females and their Filipino counterparts. Based on the different aspects of PE, Filipino girls were more motivated to participate in PE activities and more satisfied with their PE class than Korean girls. Korean boys were highly satisfied, more comfortable, and less anxious during PE compared with Filipino boys. Finally, Filipino boys had less positive view towards their PE teacher than Korean boys. This study shows adolescent students’ attitudes toward PE were generally positive, complex, and affected by sex and nationality. It also provides additional knowledge on comparative international research on cross-cultural PE attitudes.

구매자 중심의 거대한 전자상거래 시장에서 사용자의 인증은 중요한 issue이다. 전자상거래 시스템별 개벌적인 인증방식은 사용자에게는 불필요한 반복 인증과정 수행으로 인한 번거로움과 패스워드관리에 대한 문제를 야기 시키며 관리자에게는 사용자 정보관리를 위한 보안적인 면까지 고려해야하는 부담을 갖게 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 단일인증 방법을 통해서 사용자의 편의 증대와 효율적인 관리 그리고 기술적인 지원에 드는 비용을 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

최근 그리드의 개발 초점은 자원에서 서비스로 이동되고 있다. 그리드 서비스는 잘 정의된 인터페이스들의 집합을 제공하고 특정 규약들을 준수하는 웹 서비스로 정의된다. SAML은 이질적인 개체들 간에 인증, 인가 그리고 프로파일 정보를 교환하는 것을 가능하게 하는 웹 서비스를 위한 XML기반의 단일인증 표준으로서 분산 환경에서 이질적인 보안 서비스들 간에 상호운용성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 XML기반의 단일인증 구현을 위한 API는 기존의 단일인증 기술들을 통합할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 SAML명세를 구현하여 비 XML기반의 인증기술들과의 상호운용성을 제공함으로써 웹 서비스 표준을 채택한 그리드 아키텍처에서 이질적인 서비스들의 접근 용이성을 제시한다. In recent years, the Grid development focus is transitioning from resources to services, A Grid Service is defined as a Web Service that provides a set of well-defined interfaces and follows specific conventions. SAML as a standard for Web Services which enables exchange of authentication, authorization, and profile information between different entities provides interoperability among different security services in distributed environments. In this paper, we implemented SAML API. By offering interoperability for non XML-based authentication technologies using SAML specification offering a method to integrate the existing Single Sign-On technologies, the API provides convenience for accessing different services in Grid architecture.
