This report describes a rare case of a patient with splenic tuberculosis (TB) who developed spontaneous splenic rupture after 10 weeks of antituberculous chemotherapy. The patient responded well to the antituberculous regimen prior to the spontaneous splenic rupture. We considered a paradoxical reaction as a cause of the splenic rupture. The patient underwent splenectomy and continuously received initial antituberculous drugs without change. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of spontaneous splenic rupture as a paradoxical reaction to antituberculous chemotherapy in an immunocompetent host with splenic TB.
S-150 : A case of pancreaticopleural fistula in patient of chronic pancreatitis

The thoracic complications of pancreatitis include atelectasis, pneumonitis, ARDS, pleural effusions, and masses due to intrathoracic pseudocysts. Especially massive pleural effusion due to pancreaticopleural fistula is a rare complication of chronic pancreatitis. The cause of pleural effusion is attributed to the direct extension of a pseudocyst across the diaphragm or by the formation of a fistulous tract between the pancreas and pleural spaces. A 58 year-old man was reffered through our hospital`s pulmonology because of left sided massive pleural effusion at chest X-ray. He suffered from chest discomfort at left side for two weeks. He has haven many alcohols daily for several years. He was diagnosed as chronic pancreatitis and diabetes mellitus five years ago. Diagnostic thoracentesis was performed and the level of amylase in pleural fluid was significantly increased as 20180 U/L. Pancreatic multiple calcification, parenchymal atrophy and ductal dilatation which are found in the patients of chronic pancreatitis was represented at computed tomography. Diagnostic retrograde cholangiopantreatography was performed. Pancreatic ductal stricture at distal portion and pseudocyst with ductal dilatation at middle to proximal portion were found. Especially the one linear tortuous enhancement toward thoracic cage from huge pseudocyst could be found. The available treatment modalities include medical management, endoscopic pancreatic stent placement and surgery.
Mapping of the Reduced Culm Number Trait in Rice (Oryza sativa L.) rcn10(t) Mutant

In rice, tillering is an important trait determining yield. To study tillering at the agricultural and molecular aspects, we have examined a spontaneous rice mutant that showed reduction in the number of culms. The mutant was derived from a F6 line of the cross of Junambyeo*4 / IR72. It could produce, on average, 4 tillers per hill in the paddy field while wild-type plants usually have 15. Except the reduced culm numbers, they also show pale green phenotypes. The phenotypes of this mutant were co-segregated as the monogenic Mendelian ratio (χ2 = 0.002, p = 0.969). In order to locate a gene responsible for the rcn phenotype, the mutant with the japonica genetic background was crossed with Milyang21 of the indica background. Bulked segregant analysis was used for rapid determination of chromosomal location. Three SSR markers (RM551, RM8213, and RM16467) on chromosome 4 were genetically associated with the mutant phenotype. Each of the 217 F2 plants was genotyped with simple sequence length polymorphisms. The data showed that RM16572 on chromosome 4 was the closest marker that showed perfect co-segregation among the F2 population. We suggest the new rcn gene studied here name as rcn10t because there was no report which exhibit a rcn phenotype with a pleiotropic effect of pale green (chlorophyll deficiency), and mapped at same position on chromosome 4.
NCS 기반 교육과정에 대한 공업계 특성화 고등학교 교원의 관심수준과 실행여건정비에 대한 인식 분석

본 연구는 공업계 특성화 고등학교에서 NCS 기반 교육과정에 대한 교원의 관심 수준과 실행여건정비에 대한 인식을 분석한 것이다. 이러한 인식조사 결과는 현재 개정 중인 교육과정에 제시된 NCS 관련 사항의 교육현장 적용 안착 방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 이 연구를 위해 D지역의 공업계 특성화 고등 학교 교원을 대상으로 교원의 관심수준과 실행여건정비와 관련된 조사를 실시하였 다. 그 결과 특성화 고등학교 공업계열 고등학교 교사의 수준은 NCS 자율화를 도입 하고 준비하는 과정에서 보이는 관심 수준에 있었다. 그리고 실행여건의 정비와 관 련된 인식에서도 마찬가지로 탐색 수준에 머물고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 관심 수준 에서는 현장 교원이 참여할 수 있는 NCS 논의의 장 마련, 교사가 필요로 하는 구체 적 정보의 제공, 국가 교육과정 개발과정에서의 NCS 내용에 대한 공개와 연수의 대 응성 강화가 요구되었다. 실행여건의 정비와 관련해서는 NCS 기반 교육과정의 편 성․운영 모형의 제시, 교원에게 다양한 프로그램의 제공, 학과별 관심수준과 실행 여건 정비의 인식 차이에 따른 차별화된 대응 방안 마련이 필요하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify stage of concern, level of use, and the innovation configuration of specialized subjects teachers of industrial specialized high schools regarding NCS-based curriculum. The survey questionnaires were delivered through online to specialized subjects teachers who works for a industrial specialized high schools in the D city. 130 data were used for the final analysis by using SPSS(18.0) program. The results of this study were as following. Most of the specialized subjects teachers don’t have a interest of the NCS-based curriculum, showing a low stage of concerns. That means it needs much participation of teachers in public forum, workshop, in-service training programs and so on. Their implementation level of the NCS-based curriculum is also low, implying that the government needs to provide the model for organization and implementation about NCS-based curriculum and various educational materials etc.
선박 및 플랜트 구조물 치수품질 검사를 위한 스캔데이터 분석 방법

Plant equipment is made at the factory and installed at the construction site. If dimension quality problems occur during this process, it is impossible to fix the equipment. The part that is already installed at the construction site will need to be modified. Such modifications are expensive and time consuming. Dimensional quality inspection is required in advance and, recently, 3D laser scanners have been used. These can measure large areas more quickly than possible using other measuring instruments; however, 3D laser scanner results require a great deal of post-processing. In this study, we propose a method that automatically analyzes measured point data for dimension quality inspection of plant equipment. To reduce the calculation time, a grid is constructed and dimensional quality analysis is performed using representative points. Also, to remove noise and unnecessary areas, points with large error are repeatedly deleted.
