      • Effects of Additives on Nutrients and Fermentation Quality of Alfalfa Silage

        Two-year-old, full flower aohan alfalfa (Medicaga sativa cv. aohan) was chosen to evaluate the silage effect by using different additives of Qingbao Ⅱ , Caihe and Yishengkang. Result indicated that additives increased CP content (P<0.05) and decreased CF, ADF and NDF content significantly (P<0.05). Lactic acid content in additives treatments were significantly higher (P<0.01) than control. These result showed that additives improved silage fermentation quality, reduced cellulose contents and improved silage nutritive value. Among three treatments, Caihe and Yishengkang were priority to Qingbao Ⅱ on the effect of promoting the desired lactic acid fermentation.

      • Study on wireless underground sensor networks for remote irrigation monitoring system

        Wireless underground sensor networks (WUSN) has wide applications in environmental information monitoring. It plays a vital role in the handling and management of water resources for irrigation. Because it prevents radio interference, improves real-time acquisition of information and reduces energy consumptions. In this work, WUSN was used to collect soil temperature and moisture information of an irrigation system. The base station used the sensor nodes to collect the data in a particular area. All nodes in the networks were the same and energies were constrained. According to the schedule, WUSN nodes turn on or off their radio module to save energy. When the collected data was less than the threshold value, the base station would inform the controller perform a motor control action through setting the corresponding. In this paper, system used data fusion method for saving energy to send collected data to the base station. The testing showed that the system was successfully implemented on a real-time remote monitoring for irrigation. The result was a low cost, highly reliable and simple infrastructure for the collection of soil data over a distributed area in agricultural environments.

      • Boundary conditions and experimental observation of micro-explosion for water-ethanol diesel emulsified fuel droplets

        Droplet micro-explosion is a severe crushing phenomenon of emulsified fuel droplets during heating and evaporation. It is caused by overheating and vaporization of light components as the temperature rising to the extreme heat. Currently there are mainly two methods for solving the limit of superheat: Avedisian-Glassman kernel method and the intermolecular potential model. For the former, the nucleation rate obtained by this method is much smaller than the experimental observation, and also the surface tension for the activation energy of the molecule is not suitable for micro-size. While for the latter, it can only apply to pure liquid. Based on the Avedisian-Glassman kernel method and the intermolecular potential model, a solution for the three-component droplet micro-explosion limit of aqueous ethanol diesel emulsified fuels. Considering that the water and ethanol between the main bond energy is larger than other potential hydrogen bonding by one to two orders of magnitude, recombining the number density of molecules and the structure of molecular clusters, the hydrogen bond saturation is revised, further the activation energy of molecules can be calculated, the temperature boundary conditions for micro-explosion of water-ethanol diesel emulsified fuel droplets are obtained last. This method is not only applicable for pure liquids such as water and alcohols, but also for fuels with small liquid molecules and intermolecular potential energy with hydrogen bonds. The result of the superheat limit temperature of water under atmospheric pressure by using this method is consistent with the value of present literatures well. For more, the micro-explosion temperature boundary conditions for a kind of aqueous ethanol diesel emulsified fuel(HE30) droplet is calculated by using this method, and an observation experiment for micro-explosion is conducted to verify calculation results at last.

        Compressive Deformation Behavior of AZ31Mg Alloy Containing {10–12} Extension Twins at Different Temperature

        Influence of pre-introducing {10–12} extension twins on compressive deformation behavior of AZ31Mg alloy at differenttemperature was investigated. The compression tests were conducted along the normal direction of AZ31Mg alloy at roomtemperature, 100 °C, 200 °C and 300 °C with a strain rate of 1 × 10−3 s−1. The results indicated that the pre-introducing{10–12} extension twins strongly affected the yield strength, the peak strength and the strain hardening rate at middle-lowtemperature (≤ 200 °C). The twinned samples containing pre-introducing {10–12} extension twins exhibited smaller yieldstrength and larger peak strength than the as-received samples without {10–12} extension twins at temperature ≤ 200 °C. Forthe as-received samples, the strain hardening rate decreased gradually at different temperature. While for the twinned samples,the strain hardening behavior exhibited three distinct stages at temperature ≤ 200 °C. When compressing at 300 °C, the asreceivedand twinned samples exhibited similar compression flow curves and strain hardening rate curves. The continuousdynamic recrystallization (CDRX) was the main dynamic recrystallization (DRX) mechanism in the as-received sample whencompressing at 200 °C. The twin assisted DRX besides CDRX was also initiated in the twinned sample when compressingat 200 °C. While the DRX mechanism was transformed into the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) in boththe as-received and twinned samples when compressing at 300 °C.

        Modified Wettability of Micro-structured Steel Surfaces Fabricated by Elliptical Vibration Diamond Cutting

        Hardened steel is an important material related to the development of modern industry branches. In order to satisfy the adhesion strength as well as the corrosion and wear resistance under extreme conditions, the modification of the wettability of hardened steel has become an important scientific topic. As micro/nano-structured surfaces play an essential role to induce advanced functional surfaces with wettability control, this contribution aims at presenting the feasibility of micro/nano sculpturing of hardened steels by elliptical vibration diamond cutting. The influence of the fabricated micro/nano structures on the resulting wettability is discussed and related to the contact line density as well as asperity heights. In this regard, it has been verified that a pitch value of 12 μm and structural height of 500 nm are the preferred structural parameters to increase the hydrophobicity of the textured steel specimens.

        Death-associated protein kinase 1 phosphorylates MDM2 and inhibits its protein stability and function

        Breast cancer is one of the major malignancies in women, and most related deaths are due to recurrence, drug resistance, and metastasis. The expression of the mouse double minute 2 (MDM2) oncogene is upregulated in breast cancer; however, its regulatory mechanism has yet to be fully elucidated. Herein, we identified the tumor suppressor death-associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1) as a novel MDM2 regulator by unbiased peptide library screening. DAPK1 is directly bound to MDM2 and phosphorylates it at Thr419. DAPK1-mediated MDM2 phosphorylation promoted its protein degradation via the ubiquitin–proteasome pathway, resulting in upregulated p53 expression. DAPK1 overexpression, but not its kinase activity-deficient form, decreased colony formation and increased doxorubicin-induced cell death; however, DAPK1 knockdown produced the opposite effects in human breast cancer cells. In a xenograft tumorigenesis assay, DAPK1 overexpression significantly reduced tumor formation, whereas inhibition of DAPK1 kinase activity reduced its antitumorigenic effect. Finally, DAPK1 expression was negatively correlated with MDM2 levels in human breast cancer tissues. Thus, these results suggest that DAPK1-mediated MDM2 phosphorylation and its protein degradation may contribute to its antitumorigenic function in breast cancer.

        북한이탈청소년 및 제3국 출생 청소년의 문화 간 감수성에 관련 연구: B학교 재학생을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈청소년 및 제3국 출생 청소년의 문화 간 감수성에 대한 분석을 통해 문화 간 감수성 관련 교육에 참고자료로 사용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 B학교에 재학 중인 북한이탈 청소년 및 제3국 출생 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 그들의 문화 간 감수성을 탐구하였고 연구결과는 첫째, 북한이탈청소년 및 제3국 출생 청소년은 문화 간 감수성의 다섯 가지 요인 중 네 가지(상호작용 참여와 문화차이의 존중, 상호작용의 향유와 상호작용 주의)에 있어서 대체적으로 긍정적인 태도를 취하고 있고 둘째, 북한이탈청소년 및 제3국 출생 청소년의 문화 간 감수성, 특히 상호작용의 자신감을 높이기 위해 다른 문화권과 의사소통하는 기술을 신장시킬 필요가 있다. 추후 더 큰 규모의 대상에 대한 연구를 통해 북한이탈주민의 문화 간 감수성에 대해 보다 더욱 구체적이고 심층적인 분석과 연구를 진행하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to use it as a reference for intercultural sensitivity education through analysis and research on intercultural sensitivity of North Korean defector youth and teenagers born in third countries. To this end, we explored intercultural sensibilities through a survey of North Korean defector youth and teenagers born in third countries attending in B school, a alternative school. First of all, North Korean defector youth and teenagers born in third countries have generally positive attitudes in four of the five factors of intercultural sensitivity (interaction participation, respect for cultural differences, taste for interaction, interaction caution), and second, it is necessary to improve the skills of communicating with other cultures to enhance the intercultural sensitivity of North Korean defectors and teenagers born in third countries, especially the confidence of interaction. We would like to conduct a more specific and in-depth analysis and study of their intercultural sensibilities through further study of larger objects.

      • 재한 중국어 원어민교사의 문화적 특성 분석에 따른 처우 개선에 대한 제언

        연구 목적: 본 연구는 한국에서 장기 재직 중인 중국어 원어민교사들을 대상으로 한 심층 면담을 통해 그들의 문화적 특성을 분석하여 문제점을 분석하고 그에 대한 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 목적을 둔다. 연구 방법: 연구자는 내부자 신분으로 접근해 자문화기술지란 질적 연구 방법을 활용했다. 연구 내용: 한국에 거주 중인 중국인 교사 20여명을 대상으로 면담자료를 전사, 코딩, 주제 발견의 3단계를 거쳐 분석하여 그 집단의 문화적 특성을 출신지에서 유래한 문화적 특성과 정착지에서 구성된 문화적 특성으로 나뉘어 기술하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구자는 재한 중국어 원어민교사들이 천직으로서의 교사의식을 가지고 있으면서도 비정규직, 높은 대체성, 낮은 임금 등의 열악한 근로 조건으로 인해 부득이 다른 진로를 선택할 수밖에 없다는 점에 주목하여 이에 대한 근본적인 해결책은 재한 중국어 원어민교사 자격 인증제도의 도입이라고 제안했다. 비록 표본 규모 크기의 한계로 인해 해당 집단의 모든 특성을 완벽하게 포함시키지 못했으나 선행연구의 부족함을 보완하여 추후 더 활발한 연구를 통해 중국어 원어민교사 집단의 특성을 이해하는 문제 역시 사회통합 실현의 일환으로 인식됨에 이바지하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze their cultural characteristics through in-depth interviews with native Chinese teachers working for a long time in Korea, analyze problems, and derive improvement measures. The researcher used a qualitative research method called auto-ethnography with an insider's view. Using 20 native Chinese teachers living in Korea as research participants, interview data were analyzed through three stages: transcription, coding, and topic discovery. The cultural characteristics of this group were divided into cultural characteristics derived from the place of origin and cultural characteristics composed in the settlement. The researcher suggested that the fundamental solution to this is the introduction of a qualification system for native Chinese teachers in Korea, noting that native Chinese teachers in Korea have a sense of duty as a vocation, but are forced to choose other careers due to poor working conditions such as non-regular workers, high substitution, and low wages. Although not completely included all the characteristics of the group due to the limitation of the sample size, it is intended to compensate for the lack of prior research. Through more active research in the future, the problem of understanding the characteristics of the group of native Chinese teachers is also recognized as part of the realization of social integration.

        상호문화적 관점에서 본 S교회 제자훈련 특징

        기독교(개신교)는 오래된 “삼허현상(허수(虚数), 허세(虚势), 그리고 허상(虚像)”의 문제와 사회와의 소통 불신으로 인해 기독교(개신교)에 대한 낮은 사회적 신뢰도를 갖고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 상호문화역량으로서 지식(knowledge), 기술(skills), 태도(attitudes)로 S교회의 제자훈련의 특징을 분석하고 교회의 사회적인 역할에 대한 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 S교회의 제자훈련 1.0시대와 2.0시대의 제자훈련 교재와 관련 문헌을 분석하고 그 특징을 3가지로 도출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 지식: 자문화에 치중한 제자훈련이다; 둘째, 기술: 기독교 세계관으로 세상과의 소통기술을 배운다; 셋째, ‘태도’: 자기 부인부터 이웃 사랑까지의 태도 변화를 취한다로 나타났다. 제자훈련이 앞으로도 상호문화역량을 겸비하고 사회에 필요한 구성원을 훈련하여 배출함으로써 사회적 신뢰를 회복할 수 있어야 할 것이다. Christianity (Protestantism) has a low social credibility due to the problem of the old “Three False Factor Syndrome (wrong number, show-off, illusion)” and distrust in communication with society. In this context, this study aimed to analyze the characteristics of the S Church’s discipline training with knowledge, skills, and attitudes as a inter-cultural competency and to obtain implications for the social role of the church. To this end, S Church’s discipline training in the 1.0 and 2.0 era discipleship training textbooks and related literature were analyzed, and the characteristics were derived in three ways: First, knowledge: to be discipline training with a focus on self-culture. Second, skill: to learn communication skills with the world through a Christian world view. Third, attitude: to take an attitude from self-denial to love of a neighbor. Discipline training should be able to restore social trust by combining the inter-cultural competency and training members necessary for society.

        코로나 시대의 온라인 초급중국어 교수 방안 모색: N대학 교양중국어를 중심으로

        코로나19 사태로 인해 N대학의 교양 중국어 회화 과목은 전면 온라인 강의로 전환되었다. 이러한 상황에 직면하여 보다 효율적인 온라인 강의 방법론을 연구의 목적으로 설정하고 이에 대해 선행연구를 통해 학생들의 회화 능력 신장에 효과가 있음이 밝혀진 카카오톡 오픈채팅방 및 음성메시지과제를 온라인 강의의 보완 수단으로 선택하여 한 학기 동안 적용한 후 학생 대상의 설문조사를 통해 온라인 강의에 대한 만족도 분석과 향후 온라인 수업의 개선방안을 도출해 내었다. 연구결과 온라인초급 중국어 회화 강의는 시간, 공간, 동급생의 학습수준에 제약을 받지 않는다는 장점이 있으나 교수자와 학습자 간의 의사소통 부족, 제한적 발음교정과 같은 단점을 안고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 카카오톡 오픈채팅방 및 음성메시지 읽기 과제를 통해 온라인 강의의 단점이 부분적으로 해소되는 것으로 나타났으나 근본적 해결방안으로 보기는 어려우며 추후 화상수업 도입 등 보다 다양한 보완 수단을 통한 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Due to the Corona19, the liberal Chinese conversation subjects of N University were suddenly converted into online lecture method. To meet the need for research on more efficient online teaching methods, the researcher applied the Kakao Talk open chat room and voice message reading tasks, which proved effective in the advancement of students’ conversational skills by prior research, as complementary means for online lectures and reviewed the satisfaction and improvement measures through a survey of students in the end of one semester. The research results show that online Chinese conversation lectures for beginners relatively have the advantage of being free of time, space, and classmates’ level, but they have the shortcomings as lack of communication between professors and learners, limited pronunciation correction. Although partially resolved through Kakao Talk open chat room and voice message reading assignments, the researcher hopes to introduce online classes with learners in the next semester to seek more fundamental solutions.
