Integrated Framework for FUN on the Internet and Mobile Services

This research was designed 1) to define and validate fun as a construct; 2) to compare two different applications(Internet and mobile services). The new four dimension of fun are introduced which are sociability, contentment, achievement and enthusiasm. Dimension of fun is critical to understand IS differentiated between new and established applications. The development of the new fun construct should be extended further to include bigger and wider range of sample especially during the content validation. The comparison study done for to compare usage of mobile service and Internet showed interesting results. These results are suggesting that application types do differentiate type of fun that users experience.
Why Users Continue to Use SNS(Social Network Services)?

Most people are spending more time on SNS than on video call, voice call and SMS, in korea. Why do users spend so much time on using SNS? Do we use SNS just for fun or for getting information and knowledge? Or maybe we are just addicted to it? To explore the users" action of continually using SNS, we suggest a set of propositions in this exploration and put forward three kinds of methods to prove the propositions true. In this paper, we also put forward a new viewpoint according to Aristotle"s Teleology, Praxeology and Evolutionary Psychology. We have four main steps in this paper for exploring SNS users" actions of continuance usage and finally try to prove the proposition. First, study the concept of the existing information system, Praxeology, Aristotle"s Teleology and Evolutionary Psychology; Second, analysis the behavior patterns of users who continually use SNS; Third, find the relationships between the concepts and users’ actions; Forth, propose propositions and try to prove them true through those correlative analysis.

In the field of decision making field, cognitive map (CM) has been regarded as a unique and robust mechanism for problem-solving. Despite that a huge number of studies had been reported about the usefulness of cognitive map on complicated decision making problems, there is no explicit study on how the CM influences decision makers’ semantic and syntactic comprehension, and inferential problem-solving. To fill the research void like this, this study proposes related hypotheses, and conducts experiments in which participants are grouped into two application domain types (familiar vs unfamiliar), and two types about CM knowledge (high CM knowledge vs low CM knowledge). Experimental results showed that CM can be used in significantly enhancing decision makers’ semantic and syntactic comprehension, as well as inferential problem-solving.

Recent centrally the downtown area, the transaction between the row housing and multiplex housing is activated and platform services such as Zigbang and Dabang are growing. The row housing and multiplex housing is a blind spot for real estate information. Because there is a social problem, due to the change in market size and information asymmetry due to changes in demand. Also, the 5 or 25 districts used by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or the Korean Appraisal Board(hereafter, KAB) were established within the administrative boundaries and used in existing real estate studies. This is not a district classification for real estate researches because it is zoned urban planning. Based on the existing study, this study found that the city needs to reset the Seoul Metropolitan Governments spatial structure in estimating future housing prices. So, This study attempted to classify the area without spatial heterogeneity by the reflected the property price characteristics of row housing and Multiplex housing. In other words, There has been a problem that an inefficient side has arisen due to the simple division by the existing administrative district. Therefore, this study aims to cluster Seoul as a new area for more efficient real estate analysis. This study was applied to the hedonic model based on the real transactions price data of row housing and multiplex housing. And the K-Means Clustering algorithm was used to cluster the spatial structure of Seoul. In this study, data onto real transactions price of the Seoul Row housing and Multiplex Housing from January 2014 to December 2016, and the official land value of 2016 was used and it provided by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(hereafter, MOLIT). Data preprocessing was followed by the following processing procedures: Removal of underground transaction, Price standardization per area, Removal of Real transaction case(above 5 and below -5). In this study, we analyzed data from 132,707 cases to 126,759 data through data preprocessing. The data analysis tool used the R program. After data preprocessing, data model was constructed. Priority, the K-means Clustering was performed. In addition, a regression analysis was conducted using Hedonic model and it was conducted a cosine similarity analysis. Based on the constructed data model, we clustered on the basis of the longitude and latitude of Seoul and conducted comparative analysis of existing area. The results of this study indicated that the goodness of fit of the model was above 75 % and the variables used for the Hedonic model were significant. In other words, 5 or 25 districts that is the area of the existing administrative area are divided into 16 districts. So, this study derived a clustering method of row housing and multiplex housing in Seoul using K-Means Clustering algorithm and hedonic model by the reflected the property price characteristics. Moreover, they presented academic and practical implications and presented the limitations of this study and the direction of future research. Academic implication has clustered by reflecting the property price characteristics in order to improve the problems of the areas used in the Seoul Metropolitan Government, KAB, and Existing Real Estate Research. Another academic implications are that apartments were the main study of existing real estate research, and has proposed a method of classifying area in Seoul using public information(i.e., real-data of MOLIT) of government 3.0. Practical implication is that it can be used as a basic data for real estate related research on row housing and multiplex housing. Another practical implications are that is expected the activation of row housing and multiplex housing research and, that is expected to increase the accuracy of the model of the actual transaction. A hybrid energy harvester with frequency up-conversion structures is proposed. The harvester achieves a high power output by utilizing both piezoelectric and electromagnetic transduction mechanisms. The harvester comprises a flexible substrate and two (internal and external) cantilevers. The internal and external cantilevers used for piezoelectric and electromagnetic conversion, respectively, are arranged such that the piezoelectric internal cantilever can vibrate with a large displacement to produce high output power. We use a frequency up-conversion method to convert the bending of the harvester into the vibration of the structure so that the harvester can generate energy even from the mechanical motion with an extremely low frequency. Two harvester configurations are investigated to validate the effect of the relative positions of the coil and magnet on the output voltage of the harvester. The maximum power output of the hybrid harvester is 7.38 mW, with outputs of 1.35 and 6.03 mW for piezoelectric and electromagnetic conversion, respectively.
