        The Effects of Entrepreneurial Capability on the Dynamic Capability and Corporate Performance of Chinese SMEs

        This research is designed to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial capability, dynamic capability and corporate performance in Chinese SMEs. The dimensional structure and scale of entrepreneurial capability, dynamic capability of enterprise and corporate performance are proposed to analyze the reliability and validity of entrepreneurial capability, dynamic capability and corporate performance in Chinese SMEs. A questionnaire survey is adopted to collect data, and it is assumed that the entrepreneurial capability of Chinese SMEs exerts a significant influence on the dynamic capability of an enterprise, while the entrepreneurial capability of Chinese SMEs exerts significant influence on corporate performance, in order to investigate the path model of the influences that entrepreneurial capability and dynamic capability exert on corporate performance. SPSS and AMOS are adopted for analysis, and the results indicate that entrepreneurial capability has a significant influence on the dynamic capability of an enterprise; an enterprise’s integration and reallocation capability and reform and innovation capability have a significant influence on corporate performance, an enterprise’s organizational learning capability exerts no significant influence on corporate performance. An entrepreneur’s capability of seizing opportunities has significant influence on corporate performance, and an entrepreneur’s innovation capability has a significant influence on the financial performance of enterprise, but has no impact on market performance. In this research, the relationship between entrepreneurial capability and corporate performance, and the relationship between entrepreneurial capability and corporate performance are verified so as to provide an important theoretical basis for improving corporate performance. Therefore, fully utilizing and improving entrepreneurial capability can improve the dynamic capability of an enterprise and further improve corporate performance.

        Chronic Kidney Disease and Associated Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Chinese with Type 2 Diabetes

        Background: To determine the frequency of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and its associated risk factors in Chinese type 2 diabetic patients, we conducted a cross-sectional study in Nanjing, China, in the period between January 2008 and December 2009. Methods: Patients with type 2 diabetes under the care by Jiangsu Province Official Hospital, Nanjing, China were invited for assessment. CKD was defined as the presence of albuminuria or estimated glomerular filtration rate <60 mL/min/1.73 m2. Albuminuria was defined as urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio ≥30 mg/g. Results: We recruited 1,521 urban Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes (mean age, 63.9±12.0 years). The frequency of CKD and albuminuria was 31.0% and 28.9%, respectively. After adjusted by age and sex, hypertension, anemia and duration of diabetes were significantly associated with CKD with odds ratio (95% confidence interval) being 1.93 (1.28 to 2.93), 1.70 (1.09 to 2.64), and 1.03 (1.00 to 1.06), respectively. Conclusion: In conclusion, CKD was common in the urban Nanjing Chinese with type 2 diabetes. Strategies to prevent or delay progression of kidney disease in diabetes should be carried out at the early disease course of type 2 diabetes.

        20세기 90년대 이래 세계 경제의 합작과 발전 추세는 점차 그 양상을 보이기 시작했으며 글로벌 일체화와 지역일체화는 이미 새로운 발전 상태로 되었다. 특히 동아시아 지역에서 경제발전이 빠르고 발전전망이 밝은 중국과 한국이 그러하다. 중국과 한국은 동아시아 지역의 경제 발전 강국이다. 중국은 이미 한국의 최대 무역상대국으로 되었고 최대 수출국과 해외 투자상대이다. 오늘날 중한 무역은 더욱 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 농산품 무역면에서 여러가지 마찰이 존재한다. 중한 양국의 무역을 저애하는 요소를 분석한 결과 양국의 농산품 무역과정에서 마찰이 생기는 가장 근본적인 원인은 경제 문화 수준의 차이, 정치 제도의 차이, 농산품 동질화의 차이 및 외국 외교관계의 영향이다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 중한 농산품 무역 마찰을 해결할수 있는 방법을 제시하고 중한 농산품 무역 관리 시스템을 구축하며 농산품 무역 일체화 과정을 빨리하고 중한 양국의 정치외교를 건립하여 농산품 무역의 발전을 추진한다. 마지막으로 중한 양국이 협력하여 양국의 FTA가 더욱 건강하고 안정적인 농산품 무역발전을 추진할수 있도록 노력한다. Since 1990, The trend of World economic cooperation and development has gradually formed internationally. Globalization and regional integration have become normal, especially in the region of high economic vitality and development space in east Asia, such as China and Korean. China and Koran have become the main economic development countries in east Asia. At present, china has become the largest trade partners of Korean and the largest country of export and overseas investment of Korean. The trade between china and Korean gradually become more and more frequent. However, the trade friction of china and Korea happens occasionally. The thesis, analyzing the Agricultural Policies of china and Korea and constraints of the trade of agricultural products, comes up with the reason of such friction. After further analysis of trade constraints of china and korea, it can be concluded that the main factors of the trade constraint in china and korea are: difference of economic and cultural development, the difference of political system, the distinction of agricultural products homogeneity and influence of diplomatic relations. At the same time, the thesis puts forward the solution to trade friction of Chinese and Korean agricultural products. China and South Korea cooperation in the construction of Sino-Korean agricultural trade management system : to speed up the integration of agricultural trade process, the establishment of political mutual trust between China and South Korea, to promote the development of agricultural trade. In the end, China and South Korea can develop cooperation and carry out the stable development of agricultural products.

        중국 중소물류기업의 ICT능력이 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 * - 동태능력 매개효과 중심으로 - 11)

        세계 경제통합의 배경하에 지속적인 혁신을 추진하고 있는 중국 물류기업은 비약적으로 성장하고 있다. 물류기업은 중국 경제 발전의 중요한 추진체계로 기회와 도전에 직면하고 있으며 이제는 글로벌 경쟁력 향상 및 경쟁우위를 추구하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 물류기업이 보유한 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치고, 동태능력이 ICT역량과 경쟁우위에 매개역할을 할 것으로 가설을 수립 하였다. 중국 물류기업을 대상으로 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 SPSS와 AMOS분석을 진행한 결과 첫째, 물류 기업의 ICT역량이 동태능력에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었고, 둘째, 기업의 ICT역량은 경쟁우위에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았고, 셋째, 기업의 동태능력은 ICT역량과 경쟁우위 간 긍정적인 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 논문은 물류기업의 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 에서 기업의 동태능력이 매우 중요하다는 이론적인 토대를 제공하였으며, 물류기업의 ICT역량이 기업의 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 하기 위해서는 기업의 동태능력을 포함한 전사적인 전략차원의 역량을 강화해야할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. Under the strategic background of world economic integration, information and communication technologies have gained strong momentum in continuous integration and innovation, making Chinese logistics enterprises develop in leaps and bounds. Logistics enterprises, as an important driving force of China’s economic development, are facing both opportunities and challenges. Chinese logistics enterprises urgently need to heighten their international competitiveness and enhance their own competitive advantages. This paper studies the impact of ICT capability of Chinese logistics enterprises on their competitive advantages by using dynamic capability as the Mediating Effect, and puts forward the hypothesis that the ICT capability of Chinese logistics enterprises has a positive impact on the dynamic capability of enterprises, and the dynamic capability has a positive impact on their competitive advantages. By collecting data through a questionnaire survey, it analyzes the reliability and validity of ICT capability, dynamic capability and competitive advantages of Chinese logistics enterprises as well as the relationship among various dimensions, and studies the path model of ICT capability and dynamic capability affecting competitive advantages. By means of SPSS and AMOS analysis, the results turn out that ICT capability of logistics enterprises has a significant impact on dynamic capability; dynamic capability has a significant impact on competitive advantages; ICT capability has no direct impact on competitive advantages, but it has a significant impact on competitive advantages with dynamic capability as the Mediating Effect. This paper verifies the impact of ICT capability of logistics enterprises on their competitive advantages as well as the mediatioin effect of dynamic capability, which provides an important theoretical basis for sharpening the competitive advantages of logistics enterprises. Therefore, logistics enterprises should give full play to and use ICT capabilities to enhance their dynamic capabilities and then upgrade their competitive advantages.

      • Stamping Manipulator Trajectory Planning Based On Virtual Prototype Technology Research

        In view of the problem that the joint type multiple DOF Manipulator is easy to collide with the surrounding equipment and jitter caused by the joint movement, this paper based on the stamping manipulator of five DOF cylindrical coordinate type, planned a straight path through actual stamping process in Cartesian space and quadratic programmed by using a bounded deviation theory. Then, this paper respectively used cubic polynomial, five polynomial and B-spline interpolation on interpolation points in joint space, and analyzed the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the end reference point. Finally, model in virtual prototype and real experiments were verified to ensure the safety and precision of the path. The results meet the requirements of the stamping process, succeeded in raising the stamping accuracy, and ensured the quality of stamping, and can arrange the entire auto production line equipment. So, it has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the stamping process.

      • miR-181b as a Potential Molecular Target for Anticancer Therapy of Gastric Neoplasms

        Objective: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in carcinogenesis. The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of miR-181b on gastric cancer. Methods: The expression level of miR-181b was quantified by qRT-PCR. MTT, flow cytometry and matrigel invasion assays were used to test proliferation, apoptosis and invasion of miR-181b stable transfected gastric cancer cells. Results: miR-181b was aberrantly overexpressed in gastric cancer cells and primary gastric cancer tissues. Further experiments demonstrated inducible expression of miR-181b by Helicobacter pylori treatment. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion in the gastric cancer cells were significantly increased after miR-181b transfection and apoptotic cells were also increased. Furthermore, overexpression of miR-181b downregulated the protein level of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 3 (TIMP3). Conclusion: The upregulation of miR-181b may play an important role in the progress of gastric cancer and miR-181b maybe a potential molecular target for anticancer therapeutics of gastric cancer.

        Antiproliferative activities of Garcinia bracteata extract and its active ingredient, isobractatin, against human tumor cell lines

        In our cell based screening of antitumoringredients from plants, the EtOH extract of Garciniabracteata displayed antiproliferative effect against humanlung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, human breast cancerMCF-7 cells, and human prostate cancer PC3 cells. Phytochemicalinvestigation of this active extract producednine ingredients, and their structures were established byanalysis of MS and NMR spectra. Antiproliferative evaluationof isolated ingredients on A549, MCF-7 and PC3cells indicated that a xanthone named isobractatin (1)exhibited potent antiproliferative activity against the abovethree human cancer cell lines with IC50 values rangingfrom 2.90 to 4.15 lM. Treatment of PC3 cells with 1 led toan enhancement of the cell apoptosis, and arrested cellcycle in the G0/G1 phase. The G0/G1 phase cycle-relatedproteins analysis showed that the expressions of cyclins D1and E were reduced by 1, whereas the protein level of cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor P21 was induced. Additionally, 1 enhanced PC3 cell apoptosis by activationsof Bax, caspases 3 and 9, and by inhibition of Bcl-2. Ourcombined data illustrated that isobractatin (1) was theantiproliferative ingredient of G. bracteata against threehuman cancer cell lines, which exerted its antiproliferatriveeffect via cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis.

        Research on roll-forming bending angle distribution function based on five boundary conditions

        The bending angle is an important parameter in roll forming, in which the rationality of the bending angle distribution in each pass directly impacts roller design, the smoothness of the roll-forming process and product quality. In the past research, it is generally recognized that the projection track of the edge of the profile section in the horizontal plane follows a cubic curve, which can be used to determine the bending angle of each pass according to the boundary conditions. However, this method has some limitations and does not guarantee that the distribution of the bending angle is the most acceptable one. In this study, a hat-shaped steel channel is chosen as the research object and the different bending angle distribution methods are discussed. In addition, a bending angle distribution function based on five boundary conditions is proposed and the curve equation for the projection track of the edge of the profile section in the horizontal plane is constructed. At the same time, different bending angle distribution results are obtained by adding various boundary conditions, furthermore, the numerical simulations and comparative analyses are performed. Finally, combining the numerical simulation with the experiment, the optimal bending angle distribution results are obtained.
