Murali Krishna Rao, M.,Venkateswarlu, B. The Korean Society for Computational and Applied M 2016 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.34 No.5
The notion of Γ-semiring was introduced by M. Murali Krishna Rao [8] as a generalization of Γ-ring as well as of semiring. In this paper fuzzy k-ideals, k-fuzzy ideals and fuzzy-2-prime ideals in Γ-semirings have been introduced and study the properties related to them. Let μ be a fuzzy k-ideal of Γ-semiring M with |Im(μ)| = 2 and μ(0) = 1. Then we establish that Mμ is a 2-prime ideal of Γ-semiring M if and only if μ is a fuzzy prime ideal of Γ-semiring M.
Efficient Exonic Regions Prediction in DNA Sequence Using Fast Converged Adaptive Filter
Y. Murali Krishna,K. Murali Krishna,Ch. Amaranatha Sarma 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.9 No.5
Signal processing takes an important role in genomic with enormous data available in public domain. Generally digital filters are applied to predict the protein and genes, but it needs to be redesigned when the characteristic frequency and periodic behavior is changed. In this paper proposed the novel adaptive algorithm which can identify the genes and proteins effectively from unified framework. First using the electron ion potential method the symbolic DNA sequences are converted in to digital signal. Secondly the filtering scheme for genomic signal processing with periodic behavior in biological sequence is introduced, which can predict and analyze the biological region that are interested in. finally the proposed adaptive filtering method is applied to recognize the exons of protein coding regions according to periodic-3 property. The exons prediction curves are obtained with Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), Least mean square (LMS), and proposed Fast Recursive least Mean Square (F-RLS) algorithms. It is shown that proposed method shows efficiency in convergence of identification and precise prediction of exons regions compared to existed methods.

The notion of $\Gamma -$semiring was introduced by M. Murali Krishna Rao \cite{8} as a generalization of $\Gamma -$ring as well as of semiring. In this paper fuzzy $k-$ideals, $k-$fuzzy ideals and fuzzy-$2-$prime ideals in $\Gamma -$semirings have been introduced and study the properties related to them. Let $\mu$ be a fuzzy $k-$ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M$ with $| Im(\mu)| =2$ and $\mu(0)=1.$ Then we establish that $M_{\mu}$ is a $2-$prime ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M$ if and only if $\mu$ is a fuzzy prime ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M.$

Digital human modeling enables engineers in product development to address questions of ergonomics and human factors early on inthe development. To build more accurate Digital human models (DHMs), the physiological standard reference data are necessary. Weinvestigated the effects of lifting loads beside the body compared to in front of the body. Forty healthy subjects performed eight liftingtasks with combinations of two postures, and four loads. The magnitude of the erector spinae muscle activity: Median frequency (MF)and Normalized root-mean-square (N-RMS) was estimated using surface electromyography. The magnitude of the lumbar spinal loadsabout lumbar vertebrae was estimated using DHM software. The effect of the moment arms (5, 6, 7.5 and 8.5 cm) on the lumbar spinalloads was estimated biomechanically. Lifting loads beside the body significantly (p < 0.01) reduced the muscle fatigue, muscle activity, and spinal loads. The increased moment arms resulted in the reduction of compression (5-13%) and muscle force (16-41%). The resultpresented in this study could be used to build more accurate DHMs.

Geopolymer binders fascinate the attention of researchers as a replacement to cement binder in conventional concrete. One-ton production of cement releases one ton of carbon-dioxide in the atmosphere. In the replacement of cement by geopolymer material, there are two advantages: one is the reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere, second is the utilization of Fly ash and Ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) are by-products from coal and steel industries. This paper focuses on the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete. The framework considered in this research work is geopolymer source (Fly ash, GGBFS and crimped steel fibre) and alkaline activator which consists of NaOH and Na2SiO3 of molarity 8M. Here the Na2SiO3 / NaOH ratio was taken as 2.5. The variables considered in this experimental work include Binder content (360,420 and 450 kg/m3), the proportion of Fly ash and GGBS (70-30, 60-40 and 50-50) for three different grades of Geopolymer concrete (GPC) GPC 20, GPC 40 and GPC 60. The percentage of crimped steel fibres was varied as 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.5%. Generally, the inclusion of steel fibres increases the flexural and split tensile strength of Geopolymer concrete. The optimum dosage of steel fibres was found to be 0.4% (by volume fraction).
Effect of thymectomy on the female reproductive cycle in neonatal guinea pigs
Murali, P.,Radhika, J.,Alwin, D. The Korean Society for Reproductive Medicine 2020 Clinical and Experimental Reproductive Medicine Vol.47 No.1
Objective: The appropriate function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis is essential for maintaining proper reproductive function. In female mammals, the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis regulates reproductive changes that take place in the estrus cycle and are necessary for successful reproduction. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of thymectomy on the estrus cycle in neonatally thymectomized guinea pigs. Methods: In this study, 12 female guinea pigs, six thymectomized and six sham-operated, were studied. The effects of neonatal thymectomy at 5-7 days of age on parameters of the reproductive axis were examined in female guinea pigs. Gonadotropin and 17β-estradiol levels were assessed at regular intervals (days 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15) of the estrus cycle, and the time of vaginal opening in the thymectomized and shamoperated guinea pigs was determined. Results: Significant reductions in gonadotropins and 17β-estradiol levels during estrus cycle were found in neonatally thymectomized female guinea pigs compared to sham-operated guinea pigs. Conclusion: The results of this study underscore the importance of the thymus in the neonatal period for normal female reproductive function.

he present work is aimed to produce γ-valerolactone (GVL) from ethyl levulinate hydrogenation over non-noble metal cobalt catalysts at atmospheric pressure in continuous process. Various supported (SBA-15, SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, and TiO2) cobalt catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation method and characterized by XRD, N2 physisorption, SEM, TEM, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR and H2-pulse chemisorption techniques. The yield of GVL follows the trend Co/SBA-15 > Co/SiO2 > Co/Al2O3 > Co/ZrO2 > Co/TiO2 similar to trend in active Co metal surface area. The catalytic activity of the supported Co catalyst is strongly influenced by the dispersion and particle size of the Co.
Influence of Aging on Isometric Muscle Strength and Lifting Capacity
( Murali Subramaniyam ),( Sangho Park ),( Seung Nam Min ),( Se Jin Park ) 한국감성과학회 2015 추계학술대회 Vol.2015 No.-
The Korean population is constantly evolving. According to the National Statistical Office (NSO), people over 65 years of age will account for 38.2 percent of Korea’s population in 2050, making it the most aged society among the 30 member economies of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Lifting tasks have been shown to be a risk factors of low back injuries in young adults. As aging is related to loss of muscle strength, working elderly subjects exposed to manual handling and lifting tasks may be more prone to develop back injuries. The manual lifting strategies influenced by back and leg extensors strength. This study sought to investigate whether the isometric muscle strength and lifting capacity affected by aging. The sample consisted of a total of 45 elderly (20 male and 25 female) and 40 young (20 male and 20 female) adults. Lifting capacity was measured with the back-leg dynamometer. Isometric muscle strength was recorded simultaneously with the capture of the electrical activity of left (LT) and right (RT) side lumbar erector spinae (ES) muscle. A surface electromyography (sEMG) system was used to measure the electrical activity of the muscles. Results showed that there was a significant reduction in elderly lifting capacity than younger adults. The elderly adults had significantly lower muscle strength in the isometric muscle strength compared to younger adults.
