        초등학교 고학년의 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 부모연계 집단상담 프로그램 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 부모연계 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 프로그램은 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안 및 적용의 5단계로 이루어졌다. 조사단계는 초등학교 5학년 195명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 분석단계에서는 조사단계의 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램 목적, 회기별 목표, 회기 수를 결정하였다. 설계 및 구안단계에서는 목적, 목표, 회기별 목표에 따라 선별된 활동안을 이론전문가 및 현장전문가의 자문과정과 예비과정을 거쳐 수정 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 구안하였다. 적용단계에서는 본 연구의 가설검증을 위해 W초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 학업스트레스 검사를 실시하여, 점수가 M+1SD이상인 학생들을 연구대상자로 선정하여 부모와 함께 상담에 참여 가능한 10명은 실험집단에 나머지 연구에 동의한 10명은 통제집단에 배치하였다. 프로그램 전과 후에는 김미현(2009)의 학업스트레스 검사를 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 사용하여 통계적 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 양적 결과를 보다 타당하게 해석하기 위하여 집단원의 경험보고서와 상담자의 관찰내용을 분석하여 제시하였다. 그 결과 본 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년의 학업스트레스를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to develop a parents‐involved group counseling program for alleviating academic stress of elementary school students in higher grades and to test the developed counseling program in order to verify its effects on academic stress. This Group Counseling Program is researched, analyzed, designed, developed and applied. First, it surveyed 190 elementary school students in higher grades for actual requirement. Second, it analyzed the number of program session, session’s goal, session sequence. Third, it designed program contents and activities by pooling and warehousing. Forth, it developed final program by pilot test and experts of advice. Fifth, to verify the effectiveness of the developed counseling program.a sample of grade 5 students at W elementary school in Cheongju City was selected to test an academic stress level. Students with a score higher than M+1SD became the subject of the counseling program, which included ten students for an experimental group and another ten students for a control group: the ten students in the experimental group participated in the counseling program with their parents, and the other ten students in the control group consented to take the counseling program on their own. Mihyun Kim’s (2009) academic stress test was used as a tool for this sampling test, and the collected statistical data was analyzed by Mixed ANOVA from SPSS/Window 12. Furthermore, from the experimental group, both experience reports and counselor observation contents were analyzed in order to improve the reliability of the quantitative results. The results from this research are as follows. The counseling program showed a positive reduction of academic stress of elementary school students in senior year grades.

        방진마스크의 Stainless steel arc 용접흄 여과효율에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate for filtration efficiency of several dust masks, comparing with filtration efficiency certified by KOSHA(Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency), and to require of the right use of protective respirator. Using a welding fume generator and chamber, several dust masks, which were widely used in the workplaces in korea, were tested for their filtering efficiency for stainless steel are welding fume. The filtration efficiency testing system consisted of a welding fume generator, a chamber and a filtration unit. The filtration unit was made of a mask which was inserted into the sampling cassette and another sampling cassette, which contained mixed cellulose ester filter paper. These two cassettes were connected with tubing. Stainless steel arc welding fume generator was delivered into an chamber. The welding fume in the chamber was passed into the filtration unit with flow rate of 30 liter/min. The welding fume filtration efficiency was evaluated by gravimetric measurement. Metal concentrations in the welding fume before and after filtration were measured with inductive coupling plasma analyzer. Following results were obtained: Filtration efficiency of welding fume for comm hygienic mas was 63.82% and the average efficiencies for A, B, C, D, E, F and G masks were 94.62% 96.58%, 83.20%, 82.76%, 77.25%, 86.55% and 93.22%, respectively. Our results indicate that dust masks used widely in the welding workplaces in korea are not proper for protecting worker's health and then the use of fume mask should be required.

        This paper introduces PIV technique which can be used for velocity measurement in hydraulic engineering field. Some examples are presented : measurement of surface velocity using LSPIV ; measurement of flow characteristics and fall-velocity measurement using PTV. Results show that PIV can be applied widely to hydraulic engineering measurements, not only in the laboratory but also in the field.

        中學 科學敎育의 探究學習에 대한 評價問項 開發(Ⅰ)

        The purpose of this study is to achieve the individualized inquiring learning which is centered on students by improving the method of the evaluation of the inquiry learning in the science class in a multi-student class. Therefore the author made the table of specification for scientific achievements of the abilities of inquiring by analyzing the abilities of inquiring according to the content of science and five basic experiments of each unit inthe first grade of of middle school, ant then made the paper and pencil and performance test items for the evaluation of the abilities of inquiring. The paper and pencil test was taken after the experimental and observational class, and performance test was taken in the way of the students' self evaluation, peer evaluation and Tester evaluation. The results are as follows: 1) In operation of the inquiry learning by two experiments, performance test items and 13 the paper and pencil test items made for evaluation of the abilities of inquiring could be applied usefully. 2) Correlation coefficient between paper and pencil test and performance test is .362 and it is very low. Therefore it is desirable that performance test be used for the evaluation for the abilities of inquiring which cannot be evaluated by paper and pencil test. 3) In evaluation of the abilities of inquiring by performance test on five basic experiments, it is more desirable that 'the use of microscope' is presented in the way of peer evaluation or peer and Tester evaluation, 'the observation on epidermis of onion cell' in the way of peer evaluation, and self-evaluation. 4) Skill of the abilities of inquiring in experimental and observational class can be evaluated correctly through performance test.

      • Processed short neuropeptide F peptides regulate growth through the ERK-insulin pathway in <i>Drosophila melanogaster</i>

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The <I>Drosophila</I> <I>sNPF</I> gene regulates growth through the ERK-insulin pathway. <I>sNPF</I> encodes a precursor protein that is processed and produces biologically active sNPF peptides. However, the functions of these peptides are not known. In <I>Drosophila</I> neuronal cells in culture and in flies in vivo, sNPF1 and sNPF2 activated the ERK-insulin pathway and regulated body growth. In addition, the sNPF precursor and the processed sNPF peptide were co-localized in the neurons of the central nervous system. These results indicate that sNPF1 and sNPF2 peptides processed from the sNPF precursor are sufficient for regulating body growth through the ERK-insulin pathway in <I>Drosophila</I>.</P>

      • Drosophila short neuropeptide F signalling regulates growth by ERK-mediated insulin signalling

        Insulin and insulin growth factor have central roles in growth, metabolism and ageing of animals, including Drosophila melanogaster. In Drosophila, insulin-like peptides (Dilps) are produced by specialized neurons in the brain. Here we show that Drosophila short neuropeptide F (sNPF), an orthologue of mammalian neuropeptide Y (NPY), and sNPF receptor sNPFR1 regulate expression of Dilps. Body size was increased by overexpression of sNPF or sNPFR1. The fat body of sNPF mutant Drosophila had downregulated Akt, nuclear localized FOXO, upregulated translational inhibitor 4E-BP and reduced cell size. Circulating levels of glucose were elevated and lifespan was also extended in sNPF mutants. We show that these effects are mediated through activation of extracellular signal-related kinases (ERK) in insulin-producing cells of larvae and adults. Insulin expression was also increased in an ERK-dependent manner in cultured Drosophila central nervous system (CNS) cells and in rat pancreatic cells treated with sNPF or NPY peptide, respectively. Drosophila sNPF and the evolutionarily conserved mammalian NPY seem to regulate ERK-mediated insulin expression and thus to systemically modulate growth, metabolism and lifespan.
