야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

Over the last few years, there has been a growing interest in quantitative representation of the weld pools in order to relate the processing conditions to the driving forces of the weldment produced and to use this information for the optimization of the welding process. A theoretical model offers a powerful alternative to check the physical concepts of the welding process and the effects of driving forces. To solve this problem, a 2-D thermo-fluid model were developed for determining temperature and velocity distribution for the GMA welding process.

청소년 생활지도의 발전적 과제

Human being is considered as a "social animal" and tries to improve its own innate talent and skill and to satisfy its own desire. In this social situation, students must learn not only knowledge but also how not to hurt others. In other words, it' s more efficient to be aware of how to apply knowledge to anything else appropriately. In this respect, living guidance for teenagers, which is related with the social need and the students' development, is most important among any other service to help teenagers. Here are some considerations to guide their lives, to promote their desirable culture, and to lead them to the right direction. First, socio-environmental measures : It' s needed to clean up the harmful environment around teenagers and to establish some following policies. Second, encouragement of home education : We can take some examples such as decision of home motto, friendly conversation, Home Day, etc. Third, intrinsic attempt of school education : The national spirit can be based on the harmony between study guidance and living guidance. Fourth, activation of protective organizations : Teenagers can have dreams and ambitions by the protective organizations, which is responsibility of our nation and our era.

Electronic Commerce 활성화를 위한 Smart Cards 도입에 관한 연구

Smart cards have been used for over two decades mainly for stored-value cards. People carried them to pay for telephone calls, transportation, photocopying in libraries and alike. These cards become very popular in Europe and Asia. Recently, the use of smart cards expanded considerably. But, smart cards' usage and technique in U.S have been developed less than Europe and a part of Asia. And also, smart cards have various uses. For example, It is ranging from health status and insurance and identification and payment to retirement benefits. Among of these, smart cards is used in payment of electronic commerce. The latest development in smart cards technology is its internet related application, which are mostly related to the support of payment systems and security and law. And the results, as considerate the adoption and problems of smart cards in several countries This study is helping a little in the adoption of smart cards in our country.

요골동맥과 복재정맥을 이용한 관상동맥우회술의 조기성적

Background:Increasing interest and use of arterial conduits is based on the better patency of left internal thoracic artery(LITA) than that of saphenous vein(SV) graft. We compared the early result of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) using LITA and radial artery(RA group) with CABG using LITA and SV only(SV group). Material and Method:We compared the early operative results of 6 cases in RA group with 18 cases in SV group selected from 24 cases that had CABG between January 2006 and December 2006. We analyzed each group on the preoperative risk factors and operative results. Results:We can’t find significant differences in clinical and hemodynamic characteristics before surgery. There were no statically significant difference between two groups in operative mortality and each morbidities(postoperative intraaortic balloon pump insertion, bleeding, stroke, perioperative myocardial infarction, wound dehiscence), respectively. However, the overall incidence of conventional CABG using cardiopulmonary bypass was higher in RA group compared to SV group(p=0.016). Accordingly, RA group had longer duration of ventilation time(p=0.004) and ICU stay(p=0.003) than SV group with statically significant difference between two groups in hospital stay. The graft patency on postoperative coronary angiography or computerized tomographic angiography at 7-14 days after operation in both group patients were 100%(includeing LITA, RA and SV). Conclusion:We had early good operative results in RA group and SV group. 관상동맥우회술에서 내흉동맥의 장기개통률이 복재정맥보다 우수하다는 것이 알려짐과 더불어 두 개의 내흉동맥을 이용한 군에서의 장기 임상 성적이 하나의 내흉동맥만을 이용한 군에서의 성적보다 우월하다 것이 알려지면서 최근에는 동맥이식편의 사용이 증가하고 있다1)2). 좌내흉동맥이 동맥이식편중 가장 많이 그리고 오래 전부터 사용되어왔고 그 장기 개통률이 매우 우수한 것으로 증명되면서, 이식편으로 사용 가능한 다른 동맥이식편에 대한 사용이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 좌내흉동맥 이외에 사용될 수 있는 동맥이식편으로는 요골동맥, 우내흉동맥, 우위망막동맥 등이 있다. 이 중 우내흉동맥은 좌내흉동맥과 같이 사용한 경우 장기 생존율이 높다는 보고도 있지만 가용길이가 짧아 이용에 한계가 있고 수술시간이 길어지며 상처 합병증과 기술적인 문제 등이 있다2). 요골동맥은 Carpentier 등3)에 의해 1970년대 초 처음 이식편으로 소개되었으나 추적 관상동맥조영술상 높은 이식편 부전으로 인해 사용이 중단되었다가 1989년 다시 소개되어 주목을 받게 되었고4), 요골동맥박리술의 기술적인 변형과 항연축제의 사용으로 요골동맥의 연축을 최소화하여 사용하면서 많은 저자들에 의해 좋은 임상 성적과 높은 개통률을 보이고 있다5-7). 본 이화여자대학교 목동병원 흉부외과에서도 요골동맥을 좌내흉동맥에 이은 두 번째 동맥이식편으로 사용하고 있는데 본 연구에서는 본원에서 경험한 요골동맥을 사용하여 시행한 관상동맥우회술의 임상 성적과 수술 후 관상동맥조영술 혹은 컴퓨터 단층 혈관조영술 결과를 분석해 보고 아울러 이를 요골동맥을 사용하지 않고 내흉동맥과 복재정맥만을 이용한 군의 성적과 비교 분석해 보았다.

물류관리에 있어 IT(정보기술)의 경쟁요인에 관한 연구

In the search for competitive advantage, organizations have recognized the potential significance of their logistics processors. They see improved customer orientation and the use of information technology (IT) as means of strengthening their market position. An example of this is a new logistics concept, "efficient consumer response"(ECR), which covers both physical and information logistics, and which is being employed internationally as an element in attempts to response effectively and efficiently to changing market conditions. This paper describes the core principles of ECR and the resulting requirements for, and potential of, information logistics in transportation processes. This case study analyses the operation and contribution of the company's main product, an integrated transport tracking system that aims at more transparency and efficiency in the logistics chain. The potential of this type of service is discussed and the benefits identified. As the examples of ECR system, the impacts on organizations at different points are identified and the need for appropriate planning processes highlighted.

비만 청소년의 생활습관

To find out the life style of the obesity boys and girls, I conducted a survey from 922 boys and girls in the middle school students of C city in K province about their ideas about being obese, their home environment, eating habit, exercise style, and how they spend their free time. By analysing the result, I got the following conclusions. 1.Their ideas about being obese and home environment According to the survey 159 of 922 students (17.25%) were catagorized as being obese and when asked whether they think they're obese, the obesity group showed positive responses. The obesity group had high rates of having their parents as being obese, especially their mothers. 2.Eating habit They usually had more than 3 meals a day but the control group ate more frequently than the obesity group, but the obesity group ate faster. When asked, the time they eat meals and the number of times they eat snacks a day, the control group gave higher respose rate than the obesity group. Usually the control group ate more snacks before going to bed than the obesity group and the obesity group prefered to eat meat. 3.Exercise style Both groups were using their houses and playground near by their house to exercise and the control group premiered soccer as their favorite sport compared to the obesity group. 4.Leisure time Their average sleeping hour was 6-7 hours and the control group slept more than 7 hours showing difference with the obesity group.

연골막판으로 싼 정제된 산호의 조직학적 연구

Autogenous costal cartilage graft has been commonly used for reconstruction of auricular deformity. However, the risk of complication and discomfort at the donor site, as well as distortion of the graft due to morphological change in the cartilage have been serious drawbacks to this procedure. Previous studies examining the chondrogenic potential of perichondrium have suggested that perichondrium may be used as graft for cartilage reconstruction. When a perichondrial flap or a free perichondrium was used as graft, new cartilage formed appositional to the grafted perichondrium. However, the neocartilage was often irregular in shape and varied considerably in quantity. In this study, the feasibility of controlling the shape and the mass of neocartilage was investigated using coral, a porous biomaterial, as a template. A coral a template was wrapped with perichondrial flap from the ears of New Zealand white rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbit's back by incision. A total of 12 animals were used. Formation of new cartilage was later evaluated by gross and histological examination of the perichondrial flap and the coral template. New cartilage was formed in 11 animals. Immature chondrocytes were visible by 3 weeks after the surgery, and by 8 weeks the immature chondrocytes had formed a cartilage. New cartilage was formed only on the surface of the coral template. These results indicated that the shape and the mass of new cartilage may be controlled by using coral template. Therefore, the desired shape of cartilage may be achieved using a coral template of corresponding shape, and this may help in correcting subtle auricular contour defect and in correcting other structural defects that also require new cartilage formation.

합금의 상변화 과정에 대한 열해석

An alloy solidification problem is considered in a semi-infinite medium for a substance haying an extended temperature range between the solidus and liquidus temperatures. The analysis in the mushy gene has been performed by dividing the zone into two regions since the structures in the mushy gone are different depending upon the region where it is close to the solidus front or liquidus front. The solidus fraction in the mushy zone is assumed to be a linear function of temperature. The temperature distribution in each region is determined and the movements of the solidus and liquidus fronts are obtained as a function of time.

桑樹技條를 利用한 pulp化에 關한 硏究

This paper is an experiment on manufacturing wood pulp from mulberry which has rarely been used for this purpose. The results are. 1. The cooking was best when the ratio between water and chip was 6:1 2. The beating rate was best in 24 per cent reagent. And, in this condition, 43 percent of wood pulp was obtained. 3. The best cooking temperature for extracting cellulose was 160 degrees Centigrade.
