        마이크로 접합 기술의 전망과 동향

        $CO_2$ 아크 용접에 있어서 다중회귀분석에 의한 아크 끊어짐을 고려한 아크 안정성 예측 모델 개발

        Welding quality is closely related to the arc state. So, it is very important to estimate the arc state in real time. In the short circuit transfer region of CO2 are welding, the spatter , as it is well known, is mainly generated on an instance of short circuit or on an instance that the are is ignited after short circuit, or on the cases of an instantaneous short circuit. If the short circuit period or the arc time is irregular, the spatter is generated more than it is regular. Thus there is a close relationship of the amount of the spatter generation with the arc stability. In this paper, to develop the index for estimating the arc stability in short circuit transfer range Of CO2 arc welding, the welding current and are voltage waveforms were measured and the spatter generated was captured and measured. The correlation analysis of the measured amount of the spatter with the factors (the components and the standard deviations of the components) was performed, and the factors that have a considerable influence on the spatter generation among all factors were selected. And some cases of models consisted of the factors were presented, and a mathematical index model which can make an estimation the amount of the spatter from these models with multiple regression analysis. Also, it was compared how much the amount of the spatter generated under the selected welding conditions do these index models fit, and the index model to estimate the arc stability which represent the spatter generation most appropriately was developed

        다층 신경회로망을 이용한 GMA 용접 단락이행영역에서의 아크 안정성 평가

        In GMAW, the spatters are generated according to the variation of the arc. Of the arc is stable, Few spatters are generated. But if unstable, too many spatters are generated. So, this means the spatters are dependent on the arc state. The aim of this study is to accurately estimate the arc state. To do this, the generated spatters were captured under the some welding conditions, and the waveforms of the arc voltage and welding current were collected. From the collected signals, the waveform factors and their standard deviations were extracted. Using these factors as input parameters of multi-layer artificial neural network, the learning for the weight of the generated spatters is performed and the estimation results to the real spatter are assessed. Obtained results are as follow: the linear correlation coefficient between the estimated result and the real spatters was 0.9986. And although the average convergence error was set 0.002, the estimated error to the real spatter was within 0.1 gr/min at each welding condition. In the estimation for the weight generated spatters, the result with multi-layer neural network was far better than with multiple regression analysis. Especially, even though under the welding condition which the arc state is unstable (the spatter is generated much more), very excellent estimation performance was shown.

        알루미늄의 常溫壓接에 관한 硏究 II

        This paper was studied about the influence of oxidized films on workability in cold pressure welding. In preceding studies, the principal foci of the studies about pressure welding were considered several factors(surface manufacturing methods, surface roughness, pressure welding speed and surface temperature). But the influence to the growth of oxidation have hardly known well. So the purpose of this paper consists in solving the question above and proposing the optimal states of the pressure welding. Therefore the results obtained is as the following; When the oxidation time is within about 2 minutes, the bonding strength is very good after surface manufacturing of the neighboring to be bonded. The more surfaces are fine the more bonding strength is excellent. Above all, the optimal condition of cold pressure welding is the state that the characteristic value is 38% with smooth surface and without oxidation.

        GMA용접의 단락이행영역에 있어서 아크 상태 평가를 위한 모델 개발

        In GMAW, the spatter is generated because of the variation of the arc state. If the arc state is quantitatively assessed, the control method to make the spatter be reduced is able to develop. This study was attempted to develop the optimal model that could estimate the arc state quantitatively. To do this, the generated spatters was captured under the limited welding conditions, and the waveforms of the arc voltage and of the welding current were collected. From the collected waveforms, the waveform factors and their standard deviations were produced, and the linear and non-linear regression models constituted using the factors and their standard deviations are proposed to estimate the arc state. the performance test to the proposed models was practiced. Obtained results are as follow. From the results of correlation analysis between the factors and the amount of the generated spatters, the standard deviations of the waveform factors have more the multiple regression coefficients than the waveform factors. Because the correlation coefficient between T and {TEX}$T_{a}${/TEX}, and s[T] and s[{TEX}$T_{a}${/TEX}] was nearly one, it was found that these factors have the same effect to the spatter generation. In the regression models to estimate the arc state, it was fond that the linear and the non linear models were also consisted of similar factors. In addition, the linear regression model was assessed the optimal model for estimating the arc state because the variance of data was narrow and multiple regression coefficient was highest among the models. But in the welding conditions which the amount of the generated spatters were small, it was found that the non linear regression model had better the estimation performance for the spatter generation than the linear.

        중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안의 관계

        본 연구에서는 중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대전광역시와 충청남도 소재의 중학생 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 312부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였으며, 자료의 처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안은 모두 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 사회불안의 부분매개 효과를 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중학생의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만 사회불안을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구는 중학생 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 이해를 확장하였으며, 연구 변인간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 보다 효과적으로 개입할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. This thesis analyzed the relationship between covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency and social anxiety in middle school students. For this purpose, 400 middle school students in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do were surveyed and 312 data were used for final analysis. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and mediation effects using SPSS 21.0 program. Findings are as follows: Firstly, there was found a significant positive correlation between covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency, social anxiety. Secondly, social anxiety was found to be a part mediation between covert narcissism and SNS addiction tendency. In this study, it was concluded that covert narcissism of middle school students has not only direct influence on SNS addiction tendency but also indirect influence through social anxiety. This study was meaningful in that it extended the understanding of the variables affecting the SNS addiction tendency of middle school students and provided implications for more effective intervention by looking at the relationship among variables. Finally, the implication of this study and directions for future study were discussed.
