        외상 후 스트레스 장애의 역동정신치료

        In psychodynamic therapy, trauma related symptoms are considered as an attempt to overcome the traumatic experiences. Therefore, psychodynamic psychotherapy regards the symptom not as a patient's defect but as an adaptive reaction. In contrast to other therapies, psychodynamic theory places heavy emphasis on the understanding and resolution of the patient's symptoms. In addition, transference is a distinctive feature of this theory, which plays a significant role of reflecting the realistic evaluation on the therapist's characteristics, and in guaranteeing the therapeutic alliance. The psychodynamic therapist inducts meaning from the patient's unconscious mind. The therapist's task is to help the patient to better understand defense mechanisms guide their management of experiences and reactions, and facilitate a better understanding of their personal experiences.

        입목 평가 방식의 쟁점 및 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to introduce appraisal methods of timber assets, So it was required to understand the principles of appraisal methods raised in their practical applications. A comprehensive review of appraisal methods utilized in Korea and other countries was conducted in this study. suggest limits and an more reasonable alternative on appraising of timber assets. First, we need to make an appraisal of classify young forest, young matured stand and old stand according to planting years. And 10-year old but nonstandard timber asset is necessary to the depreciation adopting the additional cost for normalization. Also, it is reasonable to apply the Derived Residual value method to maturing timber assets as well, we should use the rate of bucking for rate of use. Finally deforestation of numerous trees at the same time is impossible so that appraisers may apply the concepts of the time value of money for the using the Derived Residual value method flexibly. Because this study modify appraisal methods of timber assets to meet reality of Korea properly, it helps appraisers, forest managers and businesses to provide material on estimate timber asset value.

        실물옵션모형을 활용한 부동산 개발가치 평가

        The Concept of Real Option Model is managerial flexibility in dealing with the uncertainties by having various options in place. Real options reasoning is a logic for funding the real estate development project that maximizes learning and access to upside opportunities while containing costs and downside risk. The Real Option Model cures the problem of the traditional DCF(Discount Cash Flow) in capital budgeting that is uncertain cash flow, there is an opportunity to delay, expand or abandon the project. The fact that the vale of Real Option Model can be measured provides useful insight regarding not only to the investors, to the appraiser but also to the investment policy makers. In this paper I applied the Black -Scholes Model and Binomial Lattice Model to the valuation of the expansion and deferral call option. And I applied Real Option Model which examines the empirical prediction of Real Option Model to the valuation of Real Estate Development. I empirically tested the Real Option Model(Black -Scholes Model, Binomial Lattice Model) to find out whether it is reasonable or not. The results from this case. I concluded that the Real Option Model is very useful for evaluating the valuation of Real Estate Development.

      • Anti-wear performance and life evaluation of wheel bearing type greases

        Li-complex and urea type greases (each 10 species) which were furnished by Chang-Am LS. analyzed anti-wear performance into fretting wear tester & four-ball wear tester. From the results of fretting wear test. the wear volume of Li-complex greases are 4.6~8.9㎎ and 8.3-14.4㎎ with the test of urea greases. The anti-wear performance for 4-ball wear test of greases produced results around 0.5㎜ at the value of WSD. The grease life performance were evaluated by SKF-ROF Grease Tester and wheel bearing life tester. From the results of SKF-ROF tester. the life performance evaluated by whole working time produced results 50~300hr with the Li-complex greases and 100-1000hr with the urea greases. That is to say. in spite of severe condition at the higher of 10℃ reaction temp. the life performance with Urea type greases are much superior to Li-complex type greases. Prior to wheel bearing life tester. the grease selected performance evaluation(=anti-wear test) are tested by wheel bearing tester. In this results. we can confirm results those are similar with SKF-ROF tester. In this study. we can draw two major conclusions. one is that Li-complex greases are superior to urea greases with anti-wear properties and the other is that urea greases are much superior to Li-complex greases with life performance

        Due to high oil prices and environmental issues, automobile industry have been a lot of researches and investments in order to produce a high-efficiency automobile. In the case of automobile wheel use a lightweight material to increase fuel efficiency and use the mold to increase the producing efficiency. Friction Stir Welding is very good welding method at low weight material. but Friction Stir Welding zone is not same the other welding Methods. In this paper, to detecting characteristics of the Friction Stir Welding zone using the Shearography. and compare the tensile test results.

      • 면역억제제가 Lipopolysaccharide에 의한 생쥐의 간 및 뇌조직의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 활성도의 변화에 미치는 영향

        To verify the effect of immunosuppressants on the endotoxin-induced increase in iNOS activity, the action of immunosuppressants, dexamethasone (1.5 mg/kg), azathioprine (5 mg/kg/day) and cyclosporine (10 mg/kg), were evaluated in mice pretreated with LPS. The intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (10 mg/kg) increased the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in the brain and liver to maximum at 1 and 3 hours, respectively. The increase in NOS activity was blocked by the treatment with NOS inhibitor, LNAME(300 mg/kg) and aminoguanidine(100 mg/kg); a protein inhibitor, cycloheximide (10 mg/kg); and a transcription inhibitor of inducible NOS(iNOS), dexamethasone(1.5 mg/kg). Immunosuppressants, azathioprine (5 mg/kg) and cyclosporine (10 mg/kg), effectively blocked the increase in NOS activity. These results suggest that iNOS expression plays an important role in LPS-induced the increase in NOS activity and that immunosuppressants can be used as candidate for therapeutic agents in endotoxemia.

      • Methylene Blue가 Acetylcholine및 Potassium Chloride에 의한 적출장관평활근수축에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 실험은 guanylyl cyclase 억제제로 알려진 methylene blue(MB)가 acetylcholine(ACh) 및 potassium chloride (KCl)에 의하여 야기되는 적출장관수축에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 생쥐의 적출장관을 Magus조내의 Tyrode 영양액중에 현수하고 MB 2×10 exp (-5)mM 존재하에 ACh(1mM) 또는 KCl(67mM)에 의하여 야기되는 장관평활근수축을 처음에 급격히야기되는 phasic수축과 이어 속발지속되는 tonic수축의 변화를 비교 하였다. 결과 : ACh및 KCl에 의한 phasic수축은 MB존재하에서 크게 영향을 받지 아니하나, tonic수축은 현저히 억제되었다. MB에 의한 tonic수축의 억제작용은 MB를 제거한 상태에서도 나타났는데, ACh에 비하여 KCl의 경우 그 억제현상이 더 지속되었다. 결론 : Guanylyl cyclase 억제제인 methylene blue 가 acetylcholine 및 potassium chloride 에 의하여 야기되는 칼슘유리와 관계되는 phasic 수축에 비하여, 칼슘유입과 관계되는 tonic수축이 현저히 억제하는 작용도 있는 것으로 생각된다. To examine effects of methylene blue(MB) on contraction of intestinal smooth muscle, acetylcholine (ACh)- and potassium chloride (KCl)-induced phasic and tonic contractions in the isolated duodenal strips from mice were observed in the presence of MB or not.Sixty minutes after Incubation with 2×10 exp (-2) mM of MB. 1 mM of ACh- and 67 mM of KCl-induced phasic contractions were not affected, but both drug-induced tonic contractions were inhibited. These results show that methylene blue inhibits ACh- or KCl-induced tonic contractions related to extracellar calcium influx rather than phasic contractions related to calcium release.

      • Prostaglandin F_2α에 의한 적출장관 운동에 미치는 전해질의 영향

        Prostaglandin F_2α(PGF_2α)에 의하여 야기되는 적출십이지장수축에 미치는 sodium(Na), potassium(K), calcium(Ca) 및 magnesium(Mg)의 작용을 관찰하기 위하여 정상 Tyrode 영양액 중에 토끼적출십이지장을 현수하여 PGF_2α(8×10 exp(-7)M)를 첨가함으로써 야기되는 수축의 변화를 영양액 중의 NaCl은 1/2로, KCl, CaCl_2 또는 MgCl_2는 각각 제거하였을 때의 작용을 비교·관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. NaCl은 1/2로 감소하였을 때 PGF_2α의 tonus(긴장도) 증가작용은 크게 영향을 받지 아니 하였으나 KCl을 제거한 영양약에서는 현저히 억제되었다. MgCl_2를 제거한 영양약에서는 PGF_2α의 긴장도 증가작용은 크게 영향을 받지 아니 하였으나 CaCl_2를 제거한 영양액에서는 현저히 억제되었다. KCl 또는 CaCl_2를 1/100로 감소한 영양액에서는 KCl 또는 CaCl_2를 완전히 제거한 영양액에 비하여 PGF_2α의 긴장도증가작용의 억제되는 정도가 극히 미약하였다. KCl 과 CaCl_2양자를 동시에 제거한 상태에서 야기되는 수축의 억제는 KCl 또는 CaCl_2 양자를 다 첨가하였을 때에만 회복되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 PGF_2α의 토끼적출십이지장수축긴장도 증가작용은 Na^+이나 Mg^++의 영향은 거의 받지 않고, 영양액내의 K^+ 또는 Ca^++의 농도가 중요한영향을 미치는 것으로 보이며,PGF_2α에 의한 영양액내의 Ca^++의 이용은 K^+의 존재여부에 결정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 사료된다. 그러나 Ca^++과 K^+과의 상호관계는 더 추구되어져야 할 연구과제라고 본다. Influence of the removal of electrolyte, KCl, NaCl, CaCl_2, or MgCl_2 from Tyrode's solution on prostaglandin F_2α(PGF_2α) was investigated to strips of rabbit duodenum suspended in Tyrode's solution. PGF_2α(8×10 exp(-7)M)-induced contraction was not modified by lowering concetration of NaCl or removal of MgCl_2 from bath solution, whereas was significantly decreased in K-free or Ca-free bath solution. However, by lowering concentration of KCl or CaCl_2 to 1% from bath solution PGF_2α-induced contraction was little influenced. Depressed contraction by removing KCl and CaCl_2 from bath solution was not restored by addition of KCl (2.68mM) alone, or CaCl_2 (1.36mM) alone to the K and Ca-free bath solution but restored by addition of both KCl and CaCl_2. It is suggested that PGF_2α-induced duodenal smooth muscle contraction results from exogenous calcium utilization related to the presence of KCl in bathing solution.
