        본 논문에서는 최적 효율과 고성능으로 동작하는 SynRM(Synchronous Reluctance Motor)을 위한 위치 및 속도 센서리스 벡터제어를 제시한다. 제시한 제어 방법은 고정자 전압과 전류의 자속 추정에 기초한다. 그리고 동손과 철손을 최소화하는 효율 최적화의 전류각 조건은 SynRM의 등가회로를 기초로 유도한다. 폐루프 위치 및 속도 제어의 연구결과는 최적화 제어의 입증하였다. This paper proposes a position and speed sensorless vector control for Synchronous Reluctance Motor(SynRM) operating at optimum efficiency and high response, in which core loss is taken into account, and discusses the performance of system. The proposed control scheme is based on the flux estimation combined stator voltage and current. In this paper, current angle condition of efficiency optimization which minimizes the copper and iron losses is derived based on the equivalent circuit model of the SynRM. The research result of closed loop position and speed control with efficiency optimization control is given to verify the proposed scheme.

      • FNN과 ANN을 이용한 유도전동기의 속도 제어 및 추정

        본 논문은 FNN과 ANN 제어기를 이용한 유도전동기의 속도 제어 및 추정을 제시한다. 먼저, PI 제어기에서 나타나는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 퍼지제어와 신경회로망을 혼합 적용한 FN 제어기를 설계한다. 퍼지제어기의 강인성 제어와 신경회로망의 고도의 적응제어의 장점들을 접목한다. 다음은 ANN을 이용하여 유도전동기 드라이브의 속도 추정기법을 제시한다. 2층 구조를 가진 신경회로망에 BPA(Back Propagation Algorithm)를 적용하여 유도전동기 드라이브의 속도를 추정한다. 추정속도의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 시스템을 구성하여 제어특성을 분석한다. 그리고 추정된 속도를 지령속도와 비교하여 전류제어와 공간벡터 PWM을 통하여 유도전동기의 속도를 제어한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 FNN과 ANN의 제어특성 및 추정성능을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시한다. This paper is proposed fuzzy neural network(FNN) and artificial neural network(ANN) based on the vector controlled induction motor drive system. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper is proposed control and estimation of speed of induction motor using fuzzy and neural network. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The error between the desired state variable and the actual one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed, so that the actual state variable will coincide with the desired one. The back propagation mechanism is easy to derive and the estimated speed tracks precisely the actual motor speed. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new method.

        대용량 복수후보 TTS 방식에서 합성용 DB의 감량 방법

        대용량 음성 DB를 사용하는 음편접합 TTS는 부가적인 신호처리 기술을 거의 사용하지 않고, 문맥을 반영하는 여러 합성유닛들을 결합해 합성음을 생성하기 때문에 높은 자연성을 가진다는 장점이 있다. 중복되는 음편의 감량을 위해서 음성인식분야에서 사용되는 결정트리 기반의 트라이폰 군집화 알고리즘을 사용할 수 있지만 음편 내의 음향적 천이 특성을 반영하기가 어렵고 문맥질의 적용이 체계적이지 못하여 TTS에 바로 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 DB감량을 위해 결정 트리 기반의 새로운 음소 군집화 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 음편의 처음, 중간, 끝 3프레임의 각 13차 MFCC벡터를 통합한 39차의 벡터로 음편내의 변이성과 연결성을 표현한다. 결정 트리의 상위부분에서는 포괄적인 문맥질의를 하위부분에서는 세부적인 문맥질의를 적용시켰다. 그리고 기존 결정트리 시스템과 제안된 시스템과의 성능평가를 위하여 평가용 트라이폰 모델의 음편과 트리에서 탐색한 트라이폰 모델의 음편들 간의 음향적 유사도를 DTW를 적용하여 계산하였다. 실험결과 제안된 방법을 사용할 경우 전체 음성DB의 크기를 23%로 줄일 수 있었고, 음향적 유사도가 높은 음편을 선택함을 보이므로 향후 소용량 DB TTS에 적용 가능성을 보였다. Large corpus-based concatenating Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems can generate natural synthetic speech without additional signal processing. To prune the redundant speech segments in a large speech segment DB, we can utilize a decision-tree based triphone clustering algorithm widely used in speech recognition area. But, the conventional methods have problems in representing the acoustic transitional characteristics of the phones and in applying context questions with hierarchic priority. In this paper, we propose a new clustering algorithm to downsize the speech DB. Firstly, three 13th order MFCC vectors from first, medial, and final frame of a phone are combined into a 39 dimensional vector to represent the transitional characteristics of a phone. And then the hierarchically grouped three question sets are used to construct the triphone trees. For the performance test, we used DTW algorithm to calculate the acoustic similarity between the target triphone and the triphone from the tree search result. Experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the size of speech DB by 23% and select better phones with higher acoustic similarity. Therefore the proposed method can be applied to make a small sized TTS.

        안성천 유역 구석기유적의 성격

        본 연구는 안성천 유역에서 2000년대 중반부터 최근까지 발굴조사된 주요 유적을 대상으로 입지과 유물층의 특징을 확인하고, 또한 석기구성 및 석기공작의 변화를 살펴봄으로서 이 지역 구석기유적의 성격을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 안성천 일대의 구석기유적은 대부분 저기복 구릉의 사면에 위치한다. 유물층은 퇴적의 심도에 따라 크게 다섯 매가 확인되며, 자연과학분석 결과를 바탕으로 대략적인 시기 구분을 진행하였다. 표토층과 가까운 첫 번째 유물층은 쐐기구조의 모층으로 MIS 2기, 두번째 유물층은 쐐기구조가 발달한 층으로 MIS 3기의 후반부, 세 번째 유물층은 쐐기구조가 발달한 층 하부로 MIS 3기 전반부 후반, 네 번째 유물층은 흐릿하고 불연속적인 수직구조 또는 제2의 쐐기구조가 발달한 층으로 MIS 3기 전반부, 다섯 번째 유물층은 조립사와 암편이 섞인 층으로 MIS 3기 전반부나 그 이전으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 대부분의 유적은 MIS 2기~MIS 3기에 해당될 가능성이 농후하며, 이는 우리나라의 일반적인 구석기시대 편년에 대입할 때 중기 구석기시대 후반에서 후기 구석기시대에 속한다. 유물층별 석기구성과 석기공작의 변화를 통해, 대체적으로 이른 시기에 속하는 유물층에서는 찍개 등의 대형석기의 비율이 높은 편이었으며, 늦은 시기에는 긁개와 홈날을 중심으로 하는 소형석기가 우세하였다. 이러한 양상은 한반도 중부의 여러 지역에서 연구된 결과와 유사하며, 따라서 안성천 유역도 우리나라 구석기문화의 보편적인 양상을 내포하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 다만 안성천 유역에서는 MIS 3기 동안 지속적으로 찍개의 빈도가 강하게 나타나는 바 이를 지역적 석기공작의 한 양상으로 이해할지에 대한 추가적인 연구가 요구된다. 그 과정에서 서해와 인접한 하천의 하구에 위치하는, 즉 지리적인 특성이 유사한 지역의 자료와 대비가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify phenomena of the paleolithic sites by identify characteristics of landform and artifact layers and changes in composition and industry of stone tools based on major sites excavated in Anseong-cheon area. Most of the paleolithic sites in Anseong-cheon area are located in the slopes of the low line of hills. Five artifacts layers were identified according to the depth of sedimentation and period was roughly established by scientific analysis. The layers can be classified as follows; the first artifacts layer near surface layer from which soil-wedge is originated belongs to MIS 2, the second artifacts layer showing the development of soil-wedge belongs to the second half of MIS 3, the third artifacts layer, the bottom part of the layer showing the development of soil-wedge belongs to the second quarter of MIS 3, the fourth artifacts layer showing dull and non-consecutive vertical marks or showing the development of second soil-wedge belongs to the first half of MIS 3, and the fifth artifacts layer made up of coarse sand and rock fragments belongs to the first half of MIS 3 or before. Through this, it was found that most of sites belong to MIS 2 and MIS 3. Considering chronology of Paleolithic period in Korea, it falls between late middle Paleolithic and upper Paleolithic. In the composition and industry of stone tools by artifacts layer, in early layers the ratio of heavy duty tools such as chopper-shopping tools was higher, while in late layers light duty tools such as scrapers and notches were predominant. Such aspects were similar to the results of the study on various regions in the central parts of the Korean Peninsula and include common aspects of culture of Paleolithic in Korea.

      • 대동법의 성립에서 김육의 역할

        As Ching Young Choe said, this law was the conscious response of many reformists against the total national crisis, even though Taedongpop(known as the Uniform Land Tax Law) costed long time for its legislation. Among the response, the role of Kim Yuk was one of the most important things. This is proved by the fact that the contemporary and following figures attributed the legislation of Taedongpop to him. The study on the Kim Yuk comes near to the direct understanding how this law could be established breaking through so many political obstacles. This paper focused on the political role of Kim Yuk in establishing the Taedongpop. Kim Yuk was not the smartest theorist to totally design the Taedongpop. He was not the most expert official in enacting this law either. And he also was not the sarim(士林) who was full of the Confucian principles. His political role in the legislation of Taedongpop, however, was possible on the ground that he included the theoretical understanding on tributary system, working-level understanding on the legislation of Taedongpop, which was based on his long official experiences, the flexible diplomatic approaches on Ching China, and Confucian principle of sarim, which basically was maintained for his all life. These several elements were the his own conditions for his political role toward the reform. On the basis of these elements, he arranged the working-level official, who had been selected by him, to the important official posts for driving the reform. And then, he protected them against strong political draft. These elements also enabled him to win king`s absolute confidence. As he said, this confidence was the most important, and final element for the legislation of Taedongpop.

      • 이이의 경세론(經世論)의 성립과 그 정치적 배경

        Roughly speaking, it`s said that Yi I`s ideas were composed of 2 pans. One was the philosophical, and the other was the political idea. Today, more light is shed on his philosophical idea. On the other hand, weak light is shed on his political ideas only through the lens called the Silhak(實學). However. his political idea, that is, the statecraft theory was his lifelong idea, and never forgot even before the Silhak redicovered his political idea. The Queen Munjeoong, who was the king Myeongjong`s mother, was dead in 1565, which meant that the long political dark age was over in the end. For the age, the political role of the Salim(士林) was only to criticise the corrupt power elites. When the new age was begun, their role was dramatically changed. Now, they should proved that their ideas were right, and available. In a word, they got to need the statecraft in order to solve a lot of social problems that had been piled up for the ``dark age``. However, the learning of Yi Hwang, which most Salim firmly had believed in, could not provide the political methodology unlike their expectation. In results, Yi I could use just 2 materials of his learning and the reality in order to make up his own statecraft. With regard to the statecraft theory, Yi I had the double tasks. One was to frame me available statecraft, and the other was to make his friends colleagues figure out his new theory. He succeeded in me first task to a considerable extent, but could not succeeded in the second task at all. Right after his death, officials and intellectuals of Joseon experienced Japanese Invasion of Kore(1592~1598), which was the long, and nation-wide war. For the wartime, they experienced the reality, and built up me statecraft experiences. In the process, they came to understand me Yi I`s assertions, and me theory.

        정부투명성이 정부신뢰 및 성과에 미치는 영향

        The transparency is an important value related to trust on and performance of government. It is very important to understand the structure which securing government’s transparency influence to trust & performance. Through connections between transparency, trust and performance reported by existing literature, This study explores that structure by using causal map analysis. The establishment of Freedom of Information Act(FOIA) enhances government’s transparency, and enhanced transparency influences to government’s accountability, participation of policy process and trust on government, So, positive feedback loop between FOIA, acceptability to policy, managerial quality, government’s performance and satisfaction to policy is builded. While, if security and privacy issue caused by extreme release of information and expansion of transparency doesn``t handle properly, trust on government falls down and performance of government falls off.
