특화거리 조성의 변천과정에서 나타난 Network의 중요성에 관한 연구

Recently, the Specified streets are designated in the many cities. The specified street is formed naturally by gathering the same type of shops in the same street. The purpose of the specified street is to enhance and to make more lively the characteristics of the street. These specified street has the network consisted of elements, namely shop owner, the authorities, the consumers, etc. In the beginning, we examined how specific streets are made and composed in Seoul and Inchun: the street of the culture, the rodeo, and the furniture. As it turned out, the formation of the network organization in the specific streets showed that how much it is important that it impacted managing. The members of network work together for improvement of the street by negotiation and cooperation. In that process, the street scenery is also improved. This network promotes the spontaneous participation of the members of the affair. In the result of that, the effect of the network is a core which is one of the factors managing and improving specific street. A continuous examination of the more study would strengthen the importance of the network in changing specific street construction.

신규 방사성 항암제 DW-166HC 의 소핵시험

DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium (^(166)Ho)-Chitosan complex) is a new radiopharmaceutic anticancer agent with a broad anti-tumorigenic spectrum, especially against human hepatic cancer. DW-166HC was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after subcutaneous arid intravenous single administration. Bone marrow cells were prepared at 24 hr and 48 hr after DW-166HC-I (^(165)Ho-Chitosan complex : cold compound) administration and at 24 hr, 72 hr and 2 weeks after DW-166HC (^(166)Ho-Chitosan complex : hot compound) administration. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-166HC-I administered groups compared with a negative control group but there was statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus at 24 hr arid 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups, which was recovered after 2 weeks from the drug administration. The results also showed the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-166HC-I administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative controi group but there was significant difference of this ratio at 24hr and 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups compared with that of negative group, which was also recovered after two weeks from the drug administration. These results suggested that DW-166HC-I may not cause any chromosomal damage but DW-166HC has in vivo mutagenic potential because of its radioactivity.

李朝 後期의 武科의 運營實態에 관하여 : 丁茶山의 五亂說을 中心으로하여

본고에서 필자는 당초에 무관등용의 정로로서 출발한 이조시대의 무과가 그 후의 운영과정에서 어떻게 변질, 타락되어 갔는가를 특히 이조 후기를 대상으로 하여 규명하려고 한다. 그리고 그 운영실태를 규명하는 한 방편으로서 다산 정약용(1762~1836)의 이른바 오난설을 분석하려고 한다. 다산은 그의 저 목민심서에서 당시 극도로 타락하였던 무과운영의 실태를 설명하고 그러한 타락을 가져오게 한 요인으로서 다섯가지를 지적하여 이를 오난이라 부르고 있다. 그가 말하는 오난이란, 격축, 공로, 징포, 만과, 및 무액이다. 그는 이 다섯 가지의 “대란지법”이 제정되지 않는 한 장차 이 나라에는 무과에 응시하려는 사람이 하나도 없을 것이라고 개탄하고 있다. 본고에서 특히 목민심서를 자료로 택한데에는 그럴만한 이유가 있다. 목민심서는, 주지하는 바와 같이, 그 내용의 대부분이 저자 생존 당시의 우리나라의 정치, 경제, 사회, 기타의 조직과 운영실태에 관한 설명으로 성립되어 있다. 그리고 그 설명들은 거의가 다 저자 자신이 직접 경험하고 견문한 것을 토대로 한 것이다. 따라서 목민심서의 연구자료로서의 가치는 자못 크다고 보아야 할 것이다. 오늘날 이조 후기사회의 어떤 문제를 다루는 연구자들이 목민심서를 으레이 기본적인 근거자료의 하나로서 이용하고 있는 이유도 여기에 있다. 사실 목민심서의 내용에 대하여는 그것을 액면 그대로 아무런 비판없이 받아들이는 것이 오늘날의 학계에 있어서의 일반적인 경향이기도 하다. 그렇다면 목민심서에서 다산이 제공하고 있는 정보들은 어느 것이나가 다 그것을 그대로 사실로서 받아들여도 괜찮은 것들인가? 반드시 그렇지는 않은 것 같다. 목민심서에는 문면 그대로를 진실로서 받아들여 그것을 토대로 하여 당시 사회의 어떤 문제에 관한 해답을 추구하였을 경우 사실과는 크게 다른 결론에 도달할 위험성이 있는 그러한 기사도 없지 않은 것 같다. 적어도 과거 문제를 다룬 기사에 관한 한 그러한 곳이 결코 적지 않음을 볼 수 있다. 그 말은 목민심서의 내용 중에는 틀린 곳이 많다는 것을 반드시 의미하는 것은 아니다. 필자의 뜻하는 바는 우리가 목민심서의 내용을 해석함을 있어서는 세심한 검토를 가하여야 하며 그렇지 않을 경우 사실과 동떨어진 엉뚱한 결론에 도달할 우려도 없지 않다는 것을 특히 강조하려는데에 있다. 그리고 그러한 뜻에서 목민심서에 있는 오난에 관한 기사를 검토의 대상으로 택한 것이다.

ABSTRACT This article is an empirical study on business ethics level in Korea. 139 usable returned questionnaires were used to analyze the data which are composed of 28 items respectively. These items are classified stakeholders by five categories : employees, customers, subcontractors, local residents and public officials. As a result, students perceive as follows : (1) The level of business ethics is 2.7 point in a survey of 6 point scale(from 1 to 6). That of customers is the highest,. that of public officials is the lowest. (2) That of large companies is lower than that of small-medium companies. (3) That of manufactured companies is similar to that of non-manufactured companies. (4) That of high profitable companies is higher than that of low profitable companies. (5) That of freshmen and sophomore students are lower than that of junior and senior students.

단시간근로자의 근로 보호

The clauses regarding part-timers are introduced by an amendment of Labor Standards Law, whose goal is to elevate a flexibility of labor force in Korea. The number of part-timers are expected to be increased. The amendment takes several measures to protect part-timers from poor labor practice. The employers need to draw up a labor contract with each part-timers and obey new labor standards in proportion to the working hours of regular workers. The legal working conditions is the minimum level of labor standards for all workers, that is likely to be used as the maximum level for part-timers actually. Thus, all employers must keep legal requirements for them.

법정근로시간 단축의 방향

ABSTRACT An issue on the reduction of standard working hours a week are emerging as one of the focal points of attention. The labor unions insist on 40 hours a week and 5 working days per week from the year of 2001, hoping to improve the quality of workers' lives and to expand the employment of workers. However, the managements are not willing to accept the unions' suggestion, worrying that the reduction of working hours per week would cause the rapid increase of the labor cost and also the weakening of the companies' competitive power. New millenim and its new industrial situation require creative knowledge and renewed management in dealing with workers and their uprising expectations. The author, herein, proposes that standard working hours per week should be shortened from 44 hours to 40 hours without the reduction of wage gradually. Big companies may be encouraged to complete this reduction plan by the year of 2003, small and medium companies by 2005. And also extended working hours per week should be reduced from 12 hours to 10 hours. Additionally monthly leave with payment should be abolished, and instead of it annual leave with payment should be extended to 22 days at least.

근로자의 이해관계자 참여수준에 관한 인식

This article is an empirical study on participation level of stakeholders in korean companies. 283 questionnaires were analyzed which are composed of 12 items respectively. These items are classified stakeholders with six categories : employees, unions, professional groups, subcontractors, local residents and customers. As a result, employees perceive as follows : (1) The participation level of stakeholders is 3.1850 point in a survey of 6 polnt scale. This means negative cognition to participation level here. (2) That of large companies is higher than that of small-medium companies. (3) That of manufactured companies is relativdy higher than that of non-manufactured companies. (4) That of high profitable companies is slightly higher than that of low profitable companies. (5) That of male, clerk and high position employees are higher than that of female, production worker and low position employees.

NK/T 세포 림프종 환자에서 시행된 비골수제거성 조혈모세포이식

저자 등은 맹장, 충수돌기 및 흉막을 침범한 고위험군 NK/T 세포 림프종 환자에서 비골수제거 조혈모세포이식을 시행한 후 이식연관 합병증 없이 무병생존하였기에 보고하는 바이다. NK/T cell lymphoma is a rare type of non-Hodgkin"s lymphomas. It has the histological features of angiocentric lymphoma characterized by prominent angio-invasion by tumor cells, and commonly presents in nasal and paranasal structures. Non-nasal form of NK/T cell lymphoma involves skin, gastrointestinal tract, or liver. With conventional chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, NK/T cell lymphoma shows poor response rate and seldom results in long term survival. Especially, non-nasal form has more aggressive clinical manifestations and grave outcome than nasal form. We report a case of NK/T cell lymphoma presenting with small bowel perforation and malignant pleural effusion due to lymphoma infiltration, transplanted with allogeneic peripheral blood stem cells from HLA identical sibling donor after fludarabine-based nonmyeloablative chemotherapy. After transplantation, the patient achieved an enduring tri-lineage hematological complete response without any evidence of relapse for 10 months.
