[논문]보육교사의 보육컨설팅에 대한 인식, 요구도 및 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of childcare teachers on childcare consulting, their needs for that and ways of revitalizing childcare consulting in a bid to lend professional assistance to childcare centers in terms of how to boost the quality of childcare. And it's also meant to provide some information on how to improve childcare consulting both in theory and practice. The subjects in this study were 200 childcare teachers in the city of Busan. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing their awareness of childcare consulting, 147 respondents (87.5%) considered that to be necessary or very necessary. As for the reason for the necessity of childcare consulting, the biggest group that numbered 62 responded (42.2%) that it would be necessary to pinpoint and resolve problems. Concerning the reason why it's not necessary, the largest group that numbered four answered (19.1%) that there was no problem about which childcare consulting would be required. Second, as a result of checking their needs for childcare consulting, the biggest group that numbered 35 asked (20.8%) for education about accreditation indicators in terms of the content of childcare consulting. Regarding childcare consultants, the biggest group that numbered 55 preferred (32.7%) professional assistants, lecturers and professional personnels of childcare centers. Concerning the term of childcare consulting, the largest group that numbered 71 considered (42.3%) it advisable to receive this consulting for less than a week. As to the time for childcare consulting, the biggest group that numbered 58 answered (34.5%) that it should be provided at the request of accredited childcare centers. Third, as a result of analyzing their opinions on how to revitalize childcare consulting, the biggest group that numbered 128 felt (76.2%) the need for a separate consulting institution. The largest group that numbered 30 thought (23.4%) that the Ministry of Health and Welfare should be responsible for that, and the greatest group that numbered 76 thought (45.2%) that the top priority for childcare consulting would be to secure professional childcare consultants. 본 연구는 보육교사의 보육컨설팅에 대한 인식과 요구도 및 활성화 방안을 확인하여 어린이집의 개별적인 질적 수준 관리 및 지속적인 질 향상에 전문적이고 체계적인 도움을 제공하고, 향후 보육컨설팅의 개념적․실제적 측면을 보완하는 데 기초자료로 활용하는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 부산광역시에서 근무하는 보육교사 200명을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 회수된 설문지 중 총 168부를 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 보육컨설팅에 대한 인식을 살펴본 결과 보육컨설팅이 ‘필요하다’와 ‘매우 필요하다’가 총 147명(87.5%)으로 높게 나타났고, 필요한 이유로는 ‘문제진단 및 현안해결’이 62명(42.2%), 불필요한 이유는 ‘보육컨설팅을 필요로 하는 문제가 없기 때문에’가 4명(19.1%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육컨설팅에 대한 요구도를 살펴본 결과 보육컨설팅 내용에 서는 ‘평가인증 지표 교육’이 35명(20.8%), 대상은 ‘조력전문가, 강의, 센터전문요원’이 55명(32.7%), 보육 컨설팅 실시기간은 ‘1주일 미만’이 71명(42.3%), 보육컨설팅 실시 시기는 ‘평가인증을 통과한 어린이집의 요청 시’가 58명(34.5%), 보육컨설팅 지도방법은 ‘원장, 교사 상호작용 및 의견 교환’이 69명(41.1%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 보육컨설팅에 대한 활성화 방안을 살펴본 결과 전담기관의 필요성은 ‘필요하다’가 128명(76.2%), 전담부서는 ‘보건복지부’가 30명(23.4%), 보육컨설팅 활성화를 위해 가장 필요한 과제는 ‘전문성을 갖춘 보육컨설턴트의 확보’가 76명(45.2%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구에 서는 보육교사의 보육컨설팅에 대한 인식과 요구도 그리고 활성화 방안을 토대로 중요성과 필요성을 논의하였다.

예취빈도에 따른 질소시비가 오차드 그라스의 영양가와 양분수량에 미치는 영향

This experiment was carried out to investigated the effects of levels of mineral nitrogen under various cutting systems on the nutritive value and nutrient yields of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) during harvested years in 1993-1995. The contents of crude protein (CP), total digestible nutrients (TDN), relative feed value (RFV) and annual nutrient yields in relatively wet year (1993) were significantly higher than those in the other harvested years, but the tendency of contents of acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) were against. The contents of CP, TDN, RFV of all cutting frequencies were highest at the last cut, but lowest at the 2nd cut. The annual nutrient yields were highest at the 1 st cut in 3 cuttings, and at the 2nd cut in 4 and 5 cuttings, respectively. Significantly higher contents of CP in all cutting frequencies appeared in according to increase the levels of mineral nitrogen, but the contents of ADF were lower with nitrogen fertilization of 60 kg ha^(-1) cut^(-1) in 4 and 5 cuttings than those in non-fertilized plots. Higher efficiencies of dry matter production (kg DMY kg^(-1) N), crude protein production (kg CPY kg^(-1) N) and total digestible nutrients production (kg TDNY kg^(-1) N) in response to mineral nitrogen fertilization were recorded as 12.9, 1.4 and 7.6 kg at level of 360 kg ha^(-1) in 3 cuttings, 27.3. 2.7 and 16.0 kg at level of 120 kg ha^(-1) in 4 cuttings, 20.5, 2.0 and 12.7 kg at level of 360 k, ha^(-1) in 5 cuttings, respectively. In all treatments, negative correlation between CP and ADF or NDF appeared (P<0.001). Positive correlations were recorded between CP and TDN or RFV. and among TDN and nutrient yields (P<0.01).

젤 연소기 성능 평가를 위한 연소시험시스템의 구성 및 검증

젤 연소기의 성능 평가를 위한 연소시험시스템을 구성 및 검증하였다. 시험시스템은 젤 추진제 공급장치, 유량 제어 밸브, 젤 연소기 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 시험시스템의 유량 및 추력 측정 수단을 검증하였으며, 수류시험 결과를 이용하여 연소기 인젝터의 토출계수를 계산하였다. 유량 제어 밸브의 제어에 PID 제어를 적용하였고 게인값은 수류시험을 통해 구하였다. 점화시퀀스는 연료 공급 및 점화신호의 응답 지연 시간을 고려하여 결정하였다. 젤화가 거의 진행되지 않은 젤 추진제를 이용한 단시간 연소시험을 통해 본 시험시스템의 일차적인 검증을 수행하였다. A Combustion Test System for performance evaluation of gel combustors is configured and validated. The test system consists of a gel propellant supply system, flow control valve, gel combustor, etc. Flow rate and thrust measurement of the system are validated, and discharge coefficient of an injector in the combustor is calculated using data of water-flow tests. PID control is applied to the flow control valve and gain values are determined through water-flow tests. Ignition sequence is determined considering response delay time for fuel supply and ignition signals. The primary validation of the test system is conducted through a short-time combustion test with gel propellant whose gelation was barely progressed.

지역사회 아동에서의 과체중 및 비만의 정신병리

Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate the relationship between the degree of obesity and psychopathology in children. methods : 504 children from the Kimpo City and their parents participated in this study. According to BMI percentile for their gender and age, we divided them into three groups : the normoweight group, the overweight group, and the obese group. The Child Depression Inventory (CDI), the Stait-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAI-C), and the subscale 3 of the Piers-Harris Self-Concept Scale were used for children. The Korean-Child Behavioral Checklist (K-CBCL) was completed by their parents. Results : In subscale 3 of the Piers-Harhs Self-Concept Scale, 'the physical appearance and attitude', the score of the Over-weight group was significantly lower than that of the normoweight group, In CDI and STAI-C, there were no differences among three groups. We found significant differences among three groups in the mean scores of social problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing symptoms, and total problem in the CBCL scale. Conclusion : The findings in this study showed evidences for a psychosocial at-risk population in a community samples of children with overweight and obesity. The nation-wide study including adolescents is needed.

Effects of the Hovenia dulcis THUMBER var.Koreana Nakai Extracts on Hepatoprotective Activities and Improvement of Hepatofunction

The Hovenia extracts showed a significant hepato-protective activity against alcohol and CCl₄-induced hepatotoxicity. Injection of CCl₄ and alcohol induced liver injury and increased serum GOT (glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) and GPT (glutamic pyuvic transaminase) levels in injured rats. The ADH (alcohol de hydrogenase)-like and ALDH (a ldehyde de hydrogenase)-like activities in the Hovenia extracts were studied. Their activities in the extracts of Hovenia wood were higher than the extracts of other parts of Hovenia. And then Hovenia wood extracts have high effects an the alcohol and acetealdehyde degradation. The Hovenia extracts were decreased concentration of fusel oil. The ADH-like and ALDH-like activities in the Hovenia wood extract were 1.14 unit/㎕, 0.33 unit/㎕ respectively.

Treatment of Supratentorial Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumors (PNETs) in Children

Objective: Strategies for managing supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors(PNETs) in children include surgical resection, craniospinal irradiation and chemotherapy. This study is performed in order to compare the efficacy of various methods of treatment and to describe its optimal management. Methods: We have reviewed all medical records and pathology slides of six children(four males and two females) with supratentorial PNET from November, 1987 to May, 2003. The extent of resection was confirmed by computed tomography and magnetic resonance studies. Results: The patients were aged 1 to 13 years and treated postoperatively with/without adjuvant therapy. Tumor location included was four cortical, one gangliobasal, and one pineal region. The presenting symptoms and signs consisted of increased intracranial pressure and focal neurological deficits such as seizure and hemiparesis. The treatment consisted of surgical resection alone in one patient, postoperative radiotherapy in one patient, postoperative chemotherapy in one, and postoperative radiotherapy with chemotherapy in three. Five patients lived more than 12 months after diagnosis and one patient among them has been living more than 5 years after diagnosis. Conclusion: We can improve the survival and prognosis of supratentorial PNET patients by radical gross total resection of tumor followed by craniospinal irradiation and aggressive chemotherapy. First of all, gross total resection of tumor is the most important among many factors.

Effects of Noradrenaline on the Spontaneous Contraction and Ionic Current in the Antral Circular Muscle of Guinea-pig Stomach

There is evidence that noradrenaline enhances spontaneous contractions dose-dependently in guinea-pig antral circular muscle. To investigate the mechanism of this excitatory action, slow waves and membrane currents were recorded using conventional microelectrode techniques in muscle strips and the whole cell patch clamp technique in isolated gastric myocytes. On recording slow waves, noradrenaline $(10^{-5}\;M)$ induced the hyperpolarization of the membrane potential, although the shape of the slow waves became tall and steep. Also, spike potentiaIs occurred at the peaks of slow waves. These changes were completely reversed by administration of phentolamine $(10^{-5}\;M),\;an\;{\alpha}-adrenoceptor$ blocker. Noradrenaline-induced hyperpolarization was blocked by apamin $(10^{-7}\;M)$, a blocker of a class of $Ca^{2+}\;-dependent\;K^+$ channels. To investigate the mechanisms for these effects, we performed whole cell patch clamp experiments. Norndrenaline increased voltage-dependent $Ca^{2+}$ currents in the whole range of test potentials. Noradrenaline also increased $Ca^{2+}\;-dependent\;K^+$\;currents, and this effects was abolished by apamin. These results suggest that the increase in amplitude and the generation of spike potentials on slow waves was caused by the activation of voltage-dependent $Ca^{2+}$ channel via adrenoceptors, and hyperpolarization of the membrane potential was mediated by activation of apamin-sensitive $Ca^{2+}\;-dependent\;K^+\;channels$.

Complete biologic response to taxane based chemotherapy confirmed by [^(18)F]FDG PET/CT and surgery in a cancer of unknown primary site

Cancers of an unknown primary site are heterogenous with respect to their clinical and pathologic features. They are generally very aggressive, but specific favorable subsets have a better prognosis. For these favorable subsets, taxane based chemotherapy is very effective for a subset of woman with papillary serous peritoneal adenocarcinoma. A 52 year-old woman underwent [^(18)F]- FDG PET/CT for routine health screening. On PET/CT, multiple hypermetabolic lymph nodes were detected in the paraaortic spaces, and there were no other hypermetabolic abnormalities. The patient was diagnosed with an unknown primary cancer that probably originated from the ovary or peritoneum, according to clinical studies and biopsy results. This was not a typical case of a favorable subset of cancer of an unknown primary site, but the tumor showed complete biologic response to taxane based chemotherapy as revealed by PET/CT, and necrotic tumor cells were confirmed by surgery.
