<P>Development of highly active and durable bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting is vital for the economical production of H2 as an alternative energy source. Herein, we report the synthesis of Cu2−xS@IrSy@IrRu nanoparticles (CIS@IrRu NPs), which show excellent catalytic performances for both the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in an acidic electrolyte. Benefiting from the optimal composition of IrRu and the stable IrSy shell, the cactus-like IrRu NPs show high electrocatalytic activity and stability. The cactus-like IrRu NPs exhibit optimal HER and OER performances and high stability at a ratio of Ir/Ru 1.00 : 1.07. In overall water splitting, the CIS@Ir48Ru52 NPs achieve a current density of 10 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> at a cell voltage of only 1.47 V in 0.1 M HClO4 electrolyte and show negligible degradation after 100 h of continuous operation in the stability test.</P>
Synthesis and characterization of In1-xGaxP@ZnS alloy core-shell type colloidal quantum dots

We report synthesis of colloidal quantum dots (CQDs), indium gallium phosphide with zinc sulphideshell (In1 xGaxP@ZnS) by a hot injection method and investigate effects of In/Ga ratio on the opticalproperties of the obtained CQDs. The bandgap of CQDs (1.34–3.54 eV) is controlled by the In/Ga ratiowithout the quantum confinement effect. The photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield is also dependenton the In/Ga ratio, and temperature dependent PL results show that the randomness of crystal lattice isthe most influential parameter. These results show that the In1 xGaxP alloy CQDs can be useful forabsorbing the whole range of visible light. In addition, this article can provide background knowledgeregarding effect of core metal composition on the optical properties of produced CQDs.
病態動物에서 Acetylsalicylic acid의 生物藥劑學的 硏究

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the bioavailability of acetylsalicylic acid in phathological rabbits pretreated with carbon tetrachloride and mercuric chloride. The results are as follows ; *Blood level of the absorbed acetylsalicylic acid as increased in rabbits damaged liver and kidney as compared with that of normal rabbits. Especially, blood level of acetylsalicylic acid in rabbits damaged kidney was more increased than that of rabbits damaged liver. *Urinary excretion of acetylsalicylic acid in rabbits damaged kidney was more inhibited than that of rabbits damaged kidney. *As the results, it could be considered that increase of blood level of acetylsalicylic acid was due to inhibition of urinary excretion by interaction with carbon tetrachloride and mercuric chloride.

본 논문에서는 기념일에 대한 운세와 영화, 두 콘텐츠를 색다른 방식으로 체험할 수 있는 인터랙션 방안을 소개한다. 작품의 테마는 매년 가장 중요하게 여기는 기념일 중 하나인 크리스마스로 선정하였다. 지인들과 크리스마스카드 주고받기는 오래된 아날로그식 관례이자 동심을 유발하는 매체이다. 이를 모티브로 하여 관람객과 디지털 환경의 매개체가 될 실물 카드를 제작하였다. 이후, 웹 베이스의 머신러닝 도구인 티처블 머신을 활용해 이미지 학습, 모델을 생성한 뒤 화면상에서 운세를 확인할 수 있게 하였다. 연결된 두 요소는 데이터셋과 다시 연동되어 788 편의 크리스마스 영화 중 해당하는 운세의 내용과 유사한 장르의 영화 데이터를 매핑, 추천하도록 시각화하였다. 본 작품은 그날의 운세 뽑기와 동시에 영화를 추천받아 마치 크리스마스카드가 영화 티켓의 역할을 하는 듯한 인터랙션 경험을 통해 크리스마스를 한층 즐겁게 보낼 수 있도록 돕는다.
Development of the light weight carbon composite tie bar

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Stacks of energy conversion systems, such as proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), are composed of several hundreds of components, and they are compacted with tie bars to decrease electrical contact resistance and prevent the leakage of fuels. Since the sealing performance deteriorates over long operation times due to creep deformation of the stack, it is important to maintain a consistent clamping force under the creep deformation of the stack for long-term reliability.</P> <P>In this work, a light weight carbon composite tie bar was developed to replace the conventional steel tie bar. This new composite tie bar can achieve high elastic strain and provides a consistent compaction pressure to the stack over long operation time. To form the complex thread shape of the tie bar without compromising its tensile strength, different types of material were adopted for the thread and rod parts. A carbon fiber mat was used for the thread part because it has a higher drapability compared to other types of carbon fiber, such as unidirectional (UD) or the fabric type. The UD and fabric were adopted for the rod part for their high strength and elongation. Based on the tension test of the fabricated tie bar specimens, an optimum configuration of the carbon composite tie bar has been suggested.</P>

본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA) 기법을 이용하여 우수감정평가법인의 효율성을 분석하고자 한다. DEA는 복수의 입력과 출력변수를 가지고 상대적인 효율성을 평가하는 기법이다. 우수감정평가법인의 상대적인 효율성을 평가하기 위하여 CCR-O와 BCC-O 모델을 사용하였다. 입력변수는 평가사의 수이고 출력변수는 매출액과 당기순이익이다. 국내의 13개 평가법인을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였으며 2008년 회계연도의 재무자료를 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. CCR-O 모델을 적용한 결과 우수감정평가법인의 기술적 효율성은 약 88.3%로 나타났다. BCC-O 모델을 적용하면 순수 기술적 효율성은 약 90%이고 규모의 효율성은 약 98.2%로 나타났다. DEA 분석결과 비효율성의 원인은 순수 기술적 효율성으로 나타남에 따라 경비절감 등을 통해 순수한 기술적 비효율성을 줄여나가야 할 것이다. This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of superior appraisal corporations using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). DEA is known as a method for evaluating relative efficiency of organizations with multiple inputs and outputs. We used CCR-O and BCC-O DEA models to evaluate relative efficiency of superior appraisal corporations. Input variable is number of appraisers, output variables are total sales and net income. Total of 13 appraisal corporations in Korea were selected for this study, and the data were collected from financial reports for 2008 fiscal year. The result of this study is summarized as follows. First, the average of superior appraisal corporation's technical efficiency score is about 88.3% by applying CCR-O model. Second, the average of superior appraisal corporation's pure technical efficiency score is about 90% and scale efficiency score is about 98.2% by applying BCC-O model. According to the result of DEA, the cause of inefficiency is pure technical efficiency.
