Natural Language Process is a research to get many benefits from computer by human knowledge of language transplant to computer. This paper concern induced the concept of natural language of recognition grapheme string, is the result of Hangeul Handwritten Character Recognition, in the post process The research about post process for better recognition performance in off-line Hangeul Handwritten Character Recognition was performed. It searches a feasible mistaken recognition string through non-ksc5601 character scan and morpheme search toward to the recognition grapheme, is the result of recognition module. and performs string conversion and correction to a searched mistaken recognition string and the performing is based on similarity of shape. It performed research for remove a mistaken recognition and better recognition performance in Hangeul Handwritten Character Recognition through post process.
S-Function Builder를 이용한 UWB 시스템의 성능해석

The application of UWB not only complies with the requirements of remote sensors system(ECG), it also contributes to the effectiveness of the implementations through its unique qualities such as ultra low transmission power - an important factor when dealing with biomedical equipment. In this paper, the aim is to replace the wired ECG sensor with a wireless link and design wireless UWB communication system. The various pulse shapes are presented that satisfies the FCC spectral mask and FCC part 15 rule. It is shown that UWB can be a high rate transmission over short ranges using rake receiver, with the capability for reliably transmitting 100Mbps over distance at about 10 meters.
FGI STUDY ON "K-EDU" EXPERIENCED BY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN COVID19

As the school was in crisis due to the COVID19, e-Learning was extended. Although it was difficult for everyone, e-Learning were stabilized with the enthusiasm and efforts of school teachers. Online education in Korea, called ‘K-edu’ is being promoted by school teachers in COVID19, and is considered an important area of future education beyond the post corona. Therefore, analyze the meaning of ‘K-edu’ experienced by school teachers, studying changes in the educational paradigm in the Post-COVID era is very important in establishing the direction and content of future education. In this study "K-edu" experienced by school teachers in COVID19 was analyzed through FGI, a qualitative research method, "changed daily life of school teachers", "changed of school", "difficulties experienced by teachers", "suggestions for "K-edu"". Based on this, the educational paradigm that will change in Post-COVID era was presented as "Expansion of the educational period", "Expansion of the educational space", "Expansion of the educational format" to describe the direction and characteristics of future education according to changes in the future society. Through this study, we hope that the ‘K-edu’ led by school teachers will become a cornerstone in leading the world beyond Korea.
지역 여가프로그램으로써 태화강섭(SUP)레저관광사업의 의미와 개발과정 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze leisure program classes, the consortium composition, project execution, and the evaluation of the project, which were the source of the Taehwa River SUP leisure program. To achieve the purpose of the study, four peer-researchers participated and used the eight leisure program development principles proposed by Russell and Jamieson for project evaluation. The conclusions are as follows. First, the leisure program classes conducted by iF-PBL could become the basis of the Taehwa River SUP Leisure Program hosted by the KTO. Second, the formation of a consortium and project process for the Taehwa River SUP Leisure program were carried out in accordance with the project agreement presented by the KTO, and various leisure programs were developed, also it is seemed that such a protocol for developing leisure programs will be helpful for beginer of businesses or researchers who lack experience in planning such projects in the future. Third, the eight leisure program development principles suggested by Russell and Jamieson will be helpful in supplementing and improving the shortcomings in developing leisure programs suitable for Korean conditions as reference standards.

Marine fish skin peptides (FSP) have been widely studied due to their antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. We aimed to use a natural antioxidant, FSP, to replacing synthetic preservatives in a pork patty model, which is safer for human body. Moreover, nano-liposome technology can be applied for masking the fishy smell and improving the stability of this peptide. Therefore, in this study, the effects of FSP and FSP-loaded liposomes (FSPL) on pork patty were evaluated through the tests of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), color, cooking loss, texture, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), and the pH value, during 14 d of refrigerated (4°C) storage. The results showed that all FSP-treated patties had lower TBARS values than control patties, which indicated an inhibitory effect of FSP on lipid oxidation. This effect in the patties depended on the FSP concentration. However, FSPL-treated patties showed significantly higher and undesirable TBARS values compared to the control, and this effect depended on the FSPL concentration. None of the physicochemical results showed remarkable changes except the pH and VBN values. Therefore, this study provides evidence that FSP has great potential to inhibit the lipid oxidation of pork patties and is capable of maintaining the quality and extending the shelf life. However, it is necessary to study the application of FSP treatments greater than 3% to improve the antioxidant effect on pork patties and search for other coating materials and technology to reduce the drawbacks of FSP.

<P>Endothelial apoptosis is a driving force in atherosclerosis development. Oxidized LDL promotes inflammatory and thrombotic processes and is highly atherogenic, as it stimulates macrophage cholesterol accumulation and foam cell formation. This study investigated multiple mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)-responsive death/survival signaling pathways, through which flavonoids of (-)epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and hesperetin exerted antiapoptosis in endothelial cells exposed to oxidized LDL. EGCG and hesperetin substantially diminished the oxidized LDL-induced 2',7'-dichlorofluorecein staining, suggesting that these flavonoids inhibited intracellular accumulation of oxidized LDL-triggered reactive oxygen species and consequent apoptosis. The Western-blot data revealed that oxidized LDL upregulated c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) phosphorylation, which was rapidly reversed by EGCG and hesperetin. They mitigated the consequent activation of the JNK downstream on p53 and c-Jun. Moreover, oxidized LDL increased luciferase activity of p53 in endothelial cells transfected with a p53 promoter construct, the increase of which was strikingly downregulated by EGCG and hesperetin. Surprisingly, hesperetin but not EGCG attenuated phosphorylation of p38MAPK and its downstream c-myc and signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT)1 evoked by oxidized LDL. This study also attempted to explore a linkage of Janus kinase (JAK)2/STAT3 activation to MAPK signaling in oxidized LDL-induced endothelial apoptosis. Notably, we found that the JAK2 inhibitor substantially blocked the JNK activation. Our findings suggest that EGCG and hesperetin may act as antiatherogenic agents blocking oxidized LDL-induced endothelial apoptosis via differential cellular apoptotic machinery. These data provide evidence that the interplay between p38MAPK and JAK-STAT pathways is involved in dietary flavonoid protection against oxidized LDL through hampering MAPK-dependent pathways involving the activation of JAK2.</P>

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the superimposition accuracy of digital modes for measuring tooth movement in patients requiring anterior retraction after premolar extraction based on the proposed reference regions. Methods: Forty patients treated with bilateral maxillary first premolar extraction were divided into two groups: moderate retraction (< 7.0 mm) and maximum retraction (≥ 7.0 mm). Central incisor displacement was measured using cephalometric superimpositions and three-dimensional (3D) digital superimpositions with the 3rd or 4th ruga as the reference point. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test and linear regression analyses were performed to test the significance of the differences and relationships between the two measurement techniques. Results: In the moderate retraction group, the central incisor anteroposterior displacement values did not differ significantly between 3D digital and cephalometric superimpositions. However, in the maximum-retraction group, significant differences were observed between the anteroposterior displacement evaluated by the 3rd ruga superimposition and cephalometric methods (p < 0.05). Conclusions: This study demonstrated that 3D digital superimpositions were clinically as reliable as cephalometric superimpositions in assessing tooth movements in patients requiring moderate retraction. However, the reference point should be carefully examined in patients who require maximum retraction.
