        한국어와 중국어 연속동사구문의 통사적 대비

        이 논문은 한국어의 연속동사구문과 중국어의 연속동사구문을 통사적으로 대비하려는 목적에서 작성되었다. 한국어의 연속동사구문은 보조동사구문과 마찬가지로 복문 구조에서 재구조화된 서술복합체로서 단문 효과를 갖게 된 것이다. 중국어의 연속동사구문은 언어유형론적으로 전형적인 연속동사구문으로서 기저적으로 생성된 대등종속문이다. 필수부사어를 제외한 보충어를 갖는 한국어의 연속동사구문만으로 범위를 한정하여 중국어의 연속동사구문과 대비한 결과, 한국어와 중국어가 대응되는 구문 4가지로서 ① 한국어 ``V1-어+V2``-중국어 ``來/去+V2``, ② 한국어 ``NP2+[V1-어+V2]``-중국어 ``來/去+V2+NP2``, ③ 한국어 ``NP1+[V1-어+V2]``-중국어 ``V1+NP1+V2``, ④ 한국어 ``NP+[V1-어+V2]``-중국어 ``V1+NP+V2``와 중국어에만 있는 구문 2가지로서 ① ``V1+NP1+V2+NP2``, ② ``V1+NP1+Adj``를 제시할 수 있었다. A Contrastive Analysis to the Syntax of Korean Serial Verb Constructions and Chinese Serial Verb Constructions Yi Seon-ung·Feng Jing This paper aims at comparing and contrasting of Korean serial verb constructions(SVC) and Chinese serial verb constructions. The Korean serial verb constructions like auxiliary verb constructions(AVC) are the predicates complex which are restructured from complex sentences, and showed simple sentence effects. The Chinese serial verb constructions are base-generated cosurbodination sentences which are regarded as typical serial verb constructions from the view of linguistic typology. In detail, Korean SVCs has two possible structures as follows. Of the two, I argued for (a). (a) complex sentence―(restructuring)→simple sentence (b) V0+ending+V0:simple sentence Thus, I described the difference between the Korean SVC and Chinse SVCs. (c) Korean SVC:complex sentence[adverbial-embedded sentence]―(restructuring)→simple sentence (d) Chinese SVC:(base-generated) cosurbodination sentence Futhermore, I compared and contrasted Chinese SVCs and Korean SVCs which have complements except for essential adverbials. Consequently, I presented ① Korean ``V1-어+V2``-Chinese ``來/去+V2``, ② Korean ``NP2+[V1-어+V2]``-Chinese ``來/去+V2+NP2``, ③ Korean ``NP1+[V1-어+V2]``-Chinese ``V1+NP1+V2``, ④ Korean ``NP+[V1-어+V2]``-Chinese ``V1+NP+V2`` as the constructions which Korean and Chinese are matched, ① ``V1+NP1+V2+NP2``, ② ``V1+NP1+Adj`` as the constructions which only Chinese has.

      • Association Between C1019T Polymorphism in the Connexin 37 Gene and Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Patients with Gastric Cancer

        Objective: To investigate the association between the connexin 37 C1019T polymorphism and Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: 388 patients with gastric cancer (GC), 204 with chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) were studied. H. pylori was detected by gastric mucosal biopsies biopsy dyeing method. Connexin 37 gene polymorphism 1019 site genotypes were determined by gene sequencing technology. Genotypes and alleles frequencies were compared. Results: (1) Connexin37 gene 1019 site distribution frequency (CC type, TC type, TT type) in the CSG group was 18.1%, 45.1% and 36.8%; in the stomach cancer group it was 35.1%, 45.9% and 19.%, conforming to the Hardy-Weinberg euilibrium. (2) In comparison with CSG group, the frequency of Connexin37 C allele was higher in the gastric cancer group (58.0% vs 40.7%, OR = 2.01, 95%CI = 1.58-2.57, P < 0.01). The prevalence of gastric cancer risk was significantly increased in the carriers of C allele (CC+TC) than in TT homozygote (OR = 2.47, 5%CI = 1.68- 3.610. (3) Gastric cancer patients complicated with Hp infection 211 cases, gastric cancer group of the male patients with HP positive patients with 187 cases, 40 cases of female patients with negative patients, 24 cases were HP positive, negative in 137 cases, control group male patients, 28 cases were Hp positive, negative in 95 patients, female patients with Hp positive 6 cases, 75 cases were negative. On hierarchical analysis, the male group OR value was 15.9 (95%CI to 9.22-27.3), and the female OR was 2.19 (95%CI 0.88-5.59), indicating a greater contribution in males (P <0.01). After elimination of gender effects, positive HP and gastric cancer were closely related (OR 8.82, 95% CI: 5.45-14.3). (4) The distribution frequency of C allele in patients with Hp infection was much higher than that in Hp negative cases in the GC group (64.5% vs 47.0%, OR = 2.05, 95%CI = 1.54-2.74, P < 0.01). Compared with TT homozygotes, (CC+TC) genotype prevalence of gastric cancer risk increased significantly (OR = 2.96, 5%CI = 1.76-2.99 ). Conclusion: The T allele in the connexin37 gene might not only be associated with gastric cancer but also with H. pylori infection.

        The mixture of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. extract produces analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects in a collagen-induced arthritis mouse model

        Pain and inflammation typically manifest in patients with arthritis. It is now widely known that Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb (AP) and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (SM) exert anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive effects. We have previously reported that the mixture extract (ME) from AP and SM produces antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects in gout arthritis and monoiodoacetate (MIA)-induced arthritis models. In the present study, we assessed the antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects on the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model. The antinociceptive effects in mice were measured using the von Frey test. ME administered once or for one week (once per day) once, and one-week reduced the pain in a dose-dependent manner (from 50 to 100 mg/kg) in the CIA-induced osteoarthritis (OA) model. ME treatment also reduced tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in plasma and ankle tissues. Furthermore, COX-1, COX-2, NF-κB, TNF-α, and IL-6 expressions were attenuated after ME treatment. In most experiments, the antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects induced by ME treatment were almost equal to or slightly better than those induced by Perna canaliculus (PC) treatment, which was used as a positive control. Our results suggest that ME possesses antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects, indicating its potential as a therapeutic agent for arthritis treatment.

        The changes of nociception and the signal molecules expression in the dorsal root ganglia and the spinal cord after cold water swimming stress in mice

        Several studies have previously reported that exposure to stress provokes behavioral changes, including antinociception, in rodents. In the present study, we studied the effect of acute cold-water (4℃) swimming stress (CWSS) on nociception and the possible changes in several signal molecules in male ICR mice. Here, we show that 3 min of CWSS was sufficient to produce antinociception in tail-flick, hot-plate, von-Frey, writhing, and formalin-induced pain models. Significantly, CWSS strongly reduced nociceptive behavior in the first phase, but not in the second phase, of the formalin-induced pain model. We further examined some signal molecules' expressions in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) and spinal cord to delineate the possible molecular mechanism involved in the antinociceptive effect under CWSS. CWSS reduced p-ERK, p-AMPKα1, p-AMPKα2, p-Tyk2, and p-STAT3 expression both in the spinal cord and DRG. However, the phosphorylation of mTOR was activated after CWSS in the spinal cord and DRG. Moreover, p-JNK and p-CREB activation were significantly increased by CWSS in the spinal cord, whereas CWSS alleviated JNK and CREB phosphorylation levels in DRG. Our results suggest that the antinociception induced by CWSS may be mediated by several molecules, such as ERK, JNK, CREB, AMPKα1, AMPKα2, mTOR, Tyk2, and STAT3 located in the spinal cord and DRG.

        A Simplified Carrier-Based Pulse-Width Modulation Strategy for Two-level Voltage Source Inverters in the Over-modulation Region

        In this study, a carrier-based pulse-width modulation (PWM) method for two-level voltage source inverters in the over-modulation region is proposed. Based on the superposition principle, the reference voltage vectors outside the linear modulation boundary are adjusted to relocate to the vector hexagon, while their fundamental magnitudes are retained. In accordance with the adjusted reference vector, the corresponding modulated waves are respectively deduced in over-modulation mode I and II to generate the gate signals of the power switches, guaranteeing the linearity of the fundamental output phase voltage in the over-modulation region. Moreover, due to the linear relationship between the voltage vector and the duty ratios, the complicated sector identification and holding angle calculation found in previous methods are avoided in the modulated wave synthesis, which provides great simplicity for the proposed carrier-based over-modulation strategy. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method.

      • Selective miRNA Expression Profile in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia K562 Cell-derived Exosomes

        Background: Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder of hematopoietic stem cell scarrying the Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome and an oncogenic BCR-ABL1 fusion gene. The tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) of BCR-ABL1 kinase is a treatment of choice for control of CML. Objective: Recent studies have demonstrated that miRNAs within exosomes from cancer cells play crucial roles in initiation and progression. This study was performed to assess miRNAs within exosomes of K562 cells. Methods: miRNA microarray analysis of K562 cells and K562 cell-derived exosomes was conducted with the 6th generation miRCURYTM LNA Array (v.16.0). Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses were also carried out. GO terms and signaling pathways were categorized into 66 classes (including homophilic cell adhesion, negative regulation of apoptotic process, cell adhesion) and 26 signaling pathways (such as Wnt). Results: In exosomes, 49 miRNAs were up regulated as compared to K562 cells, and two of them were further confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR. There are differentially expressed miRNAs between K562 cell derived-exosomes and K562 cells. Conclusion: Selectively expressed miRNAs in exosomes may promote the development of CML via effects on interactions (e.g. adhesion) of CML cells with their microenvironment.
