요구사항 추적성 매트릭스에서 유연한 맵핑 변경을 가능하게 하는 스프레드시트 애플리케이션

요구사항 추적성은 개발과 유지보수 과정 동안 지속적으로 관리해야 한다. 그러나, 실제에서는 품질 보증을 점검하는 단계에서 갱신한다. 이러한 차이는 개발자가 추적성을 갱신하는 노력에 비해 추적성을 통해 얻는 혜택이 적기 때문이다. 이러한 노력 대비 보상의 관점에서 우리는 일반적으로 사용하는 스프레드시트 형태의 요구사항 추적성 매트릭스에서 맵핑을 유연하게 바꿀 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안의 목적은 개발자가 요구사항 추적성을 갱신하는데 들이는 노력을 줄이는 것이다. 제안 방법은 먼저, 각 시트에 두 산출물 간의 관계만을 기입하여 변경이 발생할 때, 개발자가 변경된 맵핑을 즉시 반영할 수 있도록 한다. 다음, 개발자가 원하는 시점에서 제안 방법은 자동적으로 모든 산출물의 관계를 계산하여 추적성 매트릭스를 생성한다. 또한 누락된 맵핑 관계를 색상으로 표시하고 척도를 계산하여 개발자가 추적성 매트릭스의 완전성을 파악하도록 돕는다. 우리는 제안 방법의 적용가능성을 파악하기 위하여 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 사례 연구는 제안한 요구사항 추적성 매트릭스가 실제 프로젝트에 적용 가능하며 변경된 맵핑 관계를 쉽게 수용함을 보여준다. Requirement traceability should be continuously maintained in software development and evolution. However, it is usually updated in practice in the quality assurance phase. The gap between “is” and “should” exists due to the fact that developers must invest considerable effort to update requirement traceability while being able to obtain only marginal benefit from the updated traceability. To close this gap, we propose a spreadsheet application that enables developers to flexibly change mappings in a requirement traceability matrix. In this way, developers can reduce their effort in updating the requirement traceability matrix, but still obtain the common form of a requirement traceability matrix on a spreadsheet. The proposed application maintains the mappings between two artifacts on each sheet so that, whenever an artifact item changes, developers can instantly insert the relevant mapping changes. Then, when developers desire the common form of a requirement traceability matrix, the proposed application calculates the mappings among several artifacts and creates the matrix. The application also checks traceability errors and calculates the metrics so that developers can understand the completeness of the matrix. To understand the applicability of the proposed approach, we conducted a case study, which shows that the proposed application can be applied to the real project and easily incorporate the mapping changes.

Objectives Bedding in childcare centers (CCCs) can hold house dust mite (HDM) allergens. This study examined whether HDM allergen levels can be reduced through the distribution of an educational newsletter on bedding control to parents of CCC children in Korea. Methods All 38 CCCs were measured for Der 1 (sum of Der f 1 and Der p 1) concentrations on classroom floors and bedding before the intervention. Educational newsletters on children’s bedding control were sent to 21 CCCs by mail, and teachers were asked to distribute the newsletters to the parents of the children (intervention group). The remaining 17 CCCs were not sent newsletters (control group). The measurement of Der 1 concentrations in 38 CCCs was repeated after the intervention. Dust samples were collected with a vacuum cleaner and analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods. Results The Der 1 concentrations on the bedding were significantly higher than those on the floors in 38 CCCs at baseline (p <0.05). Although changes of the Der 1 concentrations for the control group (n=17) were not significant, Der 1 concentrations for the intervention group (n=21) decreased significantly from 2077.9 ng/g dust to 963.5 ng/g dust on the floors and from 3683.9 ng/g dust to 610.4 ng/g dust on bedding (p <0.05). Conclusions The distribution of educational newsletters on bedding control to parents may be an effective means of controlling HDMs in CCCs.

<P>Treatment of helper T (Th) cells with saponins from soy bean and mung bean prevented their activation by inhibiting cell proliferation and cytokine secretion. However, the saponins did not affect the expression of major histocompatibility complex class II (A(b)) and co-stimulatory molecule (CD86) on professional antigen-presenting cells. Instead, the saponins directly inhibited Th cell proliferation by blocking the G(1) to S phase cell cycle transition. Moreover, blocking of the cell cycle by the saponins was achieved by decreased expression of cyclin D1 and cyclin E, and constitutive expression of p27(KIP1). Saponins also increased stability of p27(KIP1) in Th cells after antigenic stimulation.</P>
Application of a Textile-based Inductive Sensor for the Vital Sign Monitoring

In this study, we developed a feasible structure of a textile-based inductive sensor using a machine embroidery method, and applied it to a non-contact type vital sign sensing device based on the principle of magnetic-induced conductivity. The mechanical heart activity signals acquired through the inductive sensor embroidered with conductive textile on fabric were compared with the Lead II ECG signals and with respiration signals, which were simultaneously measured in every case with five subjects. The analysis result showed that the locations of the R-peak in the ECG signal were highly associated with sharp peaks in the signals obtained through the textile-based inductive sensor (r=0.9681). Based on the results, we determined the feasibility of the developed textile-based inductive sensor as a measurement device for the heart rate and respiration characteristics.

<P>Since T cells express diverse sex steroid hormone receptors, they might be a good model to evaluate the effects of sex steroid hormones on immune modulation. Porcine testicular extract contains several sex steroid hormones and may be useful to study the effects of sex steroid hormones during T cell activation. We have examined the effects of the porcine testicular extract on T cell activation: proliferation and secretion of cytokines (IL-2 and IFN-관) by activated T cells were severely decreased after treatment with porcine testicular extract. The extract produced an immunosuppressive effect and inhibited the proliferation of activated T cells by blocking the cell cycle transition from the G(1) phase to S phase. These effects were mediated by a decrease in the expression of cyclin D1 and cyclin E and constitutive expression of p27(KIP1) after T cell activation.</P>

The three Gram-negative, catalase- and oxidase-positive bacterial strains RS43T , HBC28, and HBC61T , were isolated from fresh water and subjected to a polyphasic study. Comparison of 16S rRNA gene sequence initially indicated that strains RS43T , HBC28, and HBC61T were closely related to species of genus Curvibacter and shared the highest sequence similarity of 98.14%, 98.21%, and 98.76%, respectively, with Curvibacter gracilis 7-1T . Phylogenetic analysis based on genome sequences placed all strains within the genus Curvibacter. The average nucleotide identity (ANI) and digital DNA–DNA hybridization (dDDH) values between the three strains and related type strains supported their recognition as two novel genospecies in the genus Curvibacter. Comparative genomic analysis revealed that the genus possessed an open pangenome. Based on KEGG BlastKOALA analyses, Curvibacter species have the potential to metabolize benzoate, phenylacetate, catechol, and salicylate, indicating their potential use in the elimination of these compounds from the water systems. The results of polyphasic characterization indicated that strain RS43T and HBC61T represent two novel species, for which the name Curvibacter microcysteis sp. nov. (type strain RS43T =KCTC 92793T =LMG 32714T ) and Curvibacter cyanobacteriorum sp. nov. (type strain HBC61T =KCTC 92794T =LMG 32713T ) are proposed.
전라북도 서부 해안지역 농업용 대형관정 지하수 수질평가

본 연구는 농작물의 경작·재배의 목적으로서 농업용수로 이용되며 가뭄을 극복하기 위해 설립한 대형관정의 지하수 수질을 평가하고자 전라북도 서부 해안지역 농업용 대형관정 115개소를 대상으로 수행되었다. 수행된 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 지하수 중 pH는 6.01-8.34 범위로 평균은 6.90으로 나타났다. 질산성질소는 0.03-5.80 mg/L의 범위로 평균은 1.62 mg/L로 나타났다. 염소 이온은 7.3-1566.9 mg/L의 범위로 평균은 82.4 mg/L로 나타났다. 염소 이온은 일부 기준치를 초과하였으나, 해안지역의 염수쐐기 현상으로 추정된다. 비소는 0,0001-0.0497 mg/L의 범위로 평균은 0.0226 mg/L로 나타났다. 페놀은 0.0001-0.0048 mg/L의 범위로 평균은 0.0025 mg/L로 나타났다. 납은 0.0003-0.0987 mg/L의 범위로 평균은 0.0256mg/L로 나타났다. 6가 크롬은 0.0002-0.05mg/L의 범위로 평균은 0.0102 mg/L로 나타났다. 시안, 유기인, 수은, TCE, PCE, 1.1.1-트리클로로에탄은 모두 불검출 되었다. 상기 요약한 각 항목의 결과는 농업용수 기준 수치 이하의 수준으로 조사되어 농업용수로서 적합하다고 판단된다. This study was conducted to estimate agricultural water quality for underground well at western coastal area in Jeollabuk-do. Samples were analyzed to contain general water quality index such as pH, NO<sub>3</sub>-N, chloride ion, and pollutant material such as CN, organic phosphates, phenol, TCE(trichloroethylene), PCE(tetrachloroethylene), 1.1.1-trichloroethane, Cd, As, Hg, Pb, Cr<sup>+6</sup>, respectively. These analyzed data were compared with agricultural water quality standard. As a survey results, underground well at western coastal area in Jeollabuk-do are below the agricultural water quality standard level, it is demonstrate that the groundwater is suit as agricultural water.
