물류산업은 경제 발전에 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 산업경쟁력과 국가경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 물류산업의 국민경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 먼저 수요유도형 모형을 이용하여 물류산업의 타 산업 생산유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과, 취업유발효과를 살펴본다. 다음으로 상대적으로 복잡성 때문에 잘 사용되지 않았던 공급유도형 모형 및 레온티에프 가격모형을 적용하여 물류산업의 공급지장효과 및 물가파급 효과를 살펴본다. 이러한 분석은 모두 물류산업을 내생부문이 아닌 외생부문으로 다룸으로써 물류산업을 중심으로 이루어지게 된다. 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 물류산업의 1원 생산은 타 산업의 생산을 0.5104원만큼 유발하며, 타산업의 부가가가치를 0.1722원만큼 유발한다. 또한 물류산업의 10억원 생산은 타산업에서 2.2554명의 취업을 유발한다. 한편 물류산업에서 1원의 공급이 이루어지지 못할 때, 타 산업에서는 0.9387원의 생산차질이 발생하여 공급지장효과가 제법 큰 편이다. 마지막으로 물류산업의 가격이 10& 상승했을 때, 국민경제 전체적으로 미치는 물가파급효과는 0.0276%로 분석되었다. The logistics industry in Korea plays a major role in the national economy development and to make decision nation and industrial competitiveness, This study attempts to examine the economic impacts of the logistics industry using an inter-industry analysis, Specially, the study investigates production-inducting effect, value added inducing effect, and employment-inducing effect of the logistics industry based on demand-driven model. Moreover, the study deals with supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect by using supply-driven model and leontief price model, respectively, which have been rarely used because of their complications involved in computaiton. These analyses pay particular and close attention to the distribution industry by taking it as exogenous rather than endogenous. Some interesting findings emerge from the study. First, the production of 1.0 won in the logistics industry induces the production of 0.5104 won and the value-added of 0.1722 won in other industries. Second, the production of 1.0 billion won in the logistics industry causes the employment of 2.554 persons in other industries. Third, the supply shortage of 1.0 won in the logistics industry disables other industries to produce 0.9387 won. Finally, an increase of 10% in price level of the logistics industry raises the overall price level by 0.0276%.

Objectives This study was performed to compare responses of Korean to the Sasang Constitution questionnaire with those of Japanese and to learn difference in characteristic according to the Sasang Constitution between two countries. Methods 301 Korean visiting the department of the Sasang Constitution, Dong-Eui Medical Center in Busan, Korea from November 2006 to September 2010 responded to the SSCQ-P(Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Patients). Sasang Constitution specialist interviewed subjects and diagnosed their Sasang Constitution. 361 Japanese visiting the center for Kampo Medicine, Keio University in Tokyo, Japan from January 2010 to February 2011 responded the SSCQ-J(Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Japanese). The Sasang Constitution was diagnosed in the same way as Korean. We compare responses to the SSCQ-P in Korean with those to the SSCQ-J in Japanese. Results 1. Among Soyangin related 58 items of Sasang Constitution questionnaire, 26, 46.36% items had statistically significant response results in both Korean and Japanese and response disposition of all these items was same. Among Taeeumin related 68items, 36, 52.94% items had statistically significant response results in both Korean and Japanese. Of these, response disposition of 35 items was same and that of 1 item was different. Among Soeumin related 71 items, 31, 43.66% items had statistically significant response results in both Korean and Japanese. Of these, response disposition of 28 items was same and that of 3 items was different. 2. The proportion of items having statistical significance and same disposition in both Korean and Japanese by Sasang Constitutional characteristic category[Features and Way of Speaking, Physical Appearance, Temperament and Talent, Pathological Syndromes] was as follows; In Soyangin, the proportion in Pathological Syndromes was 27.8% and that in the others was more than 41.7%. In Taeeumin, the proportion in Pathological Syndromes was 33.3% and that in the others was more than 57.9%. In Soeumin, the proportion in Features and Way of Speaking was 70.6%, that in Physical Appearance was 8.3% and that in the others was 30~40%. Conclusions The response disposition of many of items having statistical significance between Korean and Japanese was same and that of a few was different. From this, there are many common Sasang Constitutional characteristics between two countries, and possibility of applying the Sasang Constitutional Medicine of Korea to Japan.

Objective : The aim of this research was to investigate the depressive effect of depletion of B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patients. Methods : Depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patient who were admitted in Dong-Seo Oriental Medical Hospital every other day form 4 weeks, without western antihypertensive drug. Results : After treatment in 2nd week, depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) without western antihypertensive drug increased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. After treatment in 4th week, depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) without western antihypertensive drug decreased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. After treatment in 4th week, values of RBC and hemoglobine were not significantly changed. Conclusions : Continous depletion on B15(心兪), B23(腎兪), L5(尺澤), B40(委中) in hypertentive stroke patient without western antihypertensive drug implies decreasement of blood pressure, without change of values of RBC and hemoglobine.
MARS/MASTER Solution to OECD Main Steam Line Break Benchmark Exercise III

In an effort to assess the performance of KAERI's coupled 3D kinetics - system T/H code, MARS/MASTER, Exercise III of the OECD main steam line break benchmark is solved. The analysis model of the reference plant, TMI-1 - a 2772 MWth B&W plant, consists of three major components: a core neutronics model involving 241$\times$28 neutronic nodes, a vessel 3D T/H model consisting of 374 hydrodynamic volumes, and a 1D system T/H model containing 157 hydrodynamic volumes. The results show that there is a significant amount of flow mixing occurring in the upper and lower plenum regions and the core power distribution evolves to a highly localized shape due to the presence of a stuck rod, as well as the asymmetric flow distribution. It is judged that MARS/MASTER properly captures these drastic 3-dimensional effects. Comparisons with other results submitted to OECD confirm the accuracy of the MARS/MASTER solution.

Aims: Recently, several studies have shown that direct acting antivirals (DAAs) can be effective in treating patients with relapsed hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection after liver or kidney transplantation. In this single center study, we aimed to evaluate the sustained virological response (SVR) rates among Korean liver or kidney transplant recipients. Methods: We identified 15 liver or kidney transplant recipients (mean age 57 ± 8.4 yeas, 7 males) treated with DAAs. Nine patients received liver transplantation (LT) and 6 patients received kidney transplantation (KT). Among them, 11 patients were infected with genotype 1B HCV and 4 patients with genotype 2. The mean interval between transplantation day and DAA start day was 876 days. Mean HCV RNA level was 3,010,319 IU/ mL. Eleven patients received combination therapy of DAA and ribavirin and 4 patients were treated with DAA monotherapy. Most patients were taking Tacrolimus or Cyclosporin as immunosuppressant. The primary endpoint was sustained virologic response at 12 weeks after the end of treatment (SVR12). Results: The SVR12 rate by an intention-to-treat analysis is 92% (11/12). Patient who failed to reach SVR12 (genotype 1B) was initially treated with Ledipasvir/sofosbuvir and ribavirin. At 12 weeks, HCV RNA level was 0, but after 24 weeks, the level increased to 315,222 IU/mL, and at 36 weeks, 1,719,237 IU/ mL. Interestingly, 5 patients treated with DAA monotherapy all reached SVR12. Patients did not show increase in AST/ALT and serum creatinine level or decrease in hemoglobin. Conclusions: Treatment of HCV with the DAAs provided high rates of SVR12 in Korean liver and kidney transplant recipients on immunosuppression. ITT analysis SVR12 was 92% across different treatment regimens.
Effects of NoscarnaTM on Hypertrophic Scarring in the Rabbit Ear Model: Histopathological Aspects

In this study, we evaluated the effects of silicone-based gel on the healing of hypertrophic scars in the rabbit ear model. After 4-week application of silicone-based gel containing allantoin, dexpanthenol and heparin (NoscarnaTM) to scars in a rabbit ear model of hypertrophic scarring, significant improvements in hypertrophic scar healing and a great loss of skin pigment were observed compared to the non-treated control, base or silicone control-treated scars. Furthermore, histological analysis of NoscarnaTM-treated scars revealed a significant reduction in scar elevation index (SEI), anterior skin and epithelial thicknesses, inflammatory cells, vessels, collagen disorganization and fibroblasts compared to all control hypertrophic scars. Furthermore, NoscarnaTM showed more favorable effects on hypertrophic scars than a commercial product, Contractubex®. Therefore, these results clearly demonstrated that the newly developed silicone-based gel, NoscarnaTM, could be a promising formulation as an effective therapeutic agent for hypertrophic scars.
