We fabricated nano-carbon (NC) doped MgB<SUB>2</SUB> bulks using an in situ process in order to improve the critical current density (J<SUB>c</SUB>) under a high magnetic field and evaluated the correlated effects of the doped carbon content and sintering temperature on the phase formation, microstructure and critical properties. MgB<SUB>2-x</SUB>C<SUB>x</SUB> bulks with x=0 and 0.05 were fabricated by pressing the powder into pellets and sintering at 800<SUP>o</SUP>C, 900<SUP>o</SUP>C, or 1000<SUP>o</SUP>C for 30min. We observed that NC was an effective dopant for MgB<SUB>2</SUB> and that part of it was incorporated into the MgB<SUB>2</SUB> while the other part remained (undoped), which reduced the grain size. The actual C content was estimated to be 68-90% of the nominal content. The NC doped samples exhibited lower T<SUB>c</SUB> values and better J<SUB>c</SUB>(B) behavior than the undoped samples. The doped sample sintered at 900<SUP>o</SUP>C showed the highest J<SUB>c</SUB> value due to its high doping level, small amount of second phase, and fine grains. On the other hand, the J<SUB>c</SUB> was decreased at a sintering temperature of 1000<SUP>o</SUP>C as a result of the formation of MgB<SUB>4</SUB> phase.

It is hard to collect sufficient speech data for training a speaker-dependent (SD) model from the same speaker. In contrast, to trains a speaker-independent (SI) model need not collect a large amount of speech data per speaker but from many speakers. Speaker-adaptation (SA) is an additional training technique from SI model by a small amount of adaptation speech. It has proved to be a powerful tool for achieving good recognition performance without the high cost of SD training. In this study, a speaker adaptation algorithm (MAPE) which trains it by every utterance sequentially without hand-labelling is introduces. The hand-labelling is performed automatically by Concatenation training and Viterbi-segmentation. The secuential-training is performed by MAPE(Maximum A Posteriori probability Estimation). We can train it using any small amount of adaptation speech data. For newspaper editorial continuous speech, the recognition rates of adaptation of HMM was 62.5% respectively which is approximately 32.5% improvement over that of unadapated HMM.
간호대학생의 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른스트레스 대처방식

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between stress coping behaviors and Enneagram personality types. The subject of the study is 342 college students who are attending 4-year nursing colleges in Seoul, Korea, and 198 students among them are qualified for the study. Typified statistical tools SPSS, chi-square, and ANOVA are used as analyzing methods in the study. The research results are as follows: 1. In nursing students, freshman class is the highest population in the study with 63 students(31.82 %), and the highest percentage of population does not have a religion(89 students, 44.95 %). 120 students (60.61 %) answered that their interpersonal relationships are good, and 105 students(53.03 %) are satisfied with the nursing major. 2. In Enneagram personality type, 9 type is the highest(42.42 %). 3. Problem focused coping type is the highest in stress coping behaviors(28.12(±20.16) points). 4. Problem focused coping behavior and social support coping behavior show significance. 5. Social support coping behavior shows significance, and 3 type scored the highest(17.67(±2.66) points). Further studies are suggested based on above results: First, in order to achieve more accurate results, the research of Enneagram and stress coping behavior with representative for sample Korean nursing students is necessary. Second, Development and verification the effect of stress coping program based on Enneagram personality types among nursing students are necessary.
외팔보형 압저항 가속도 센서의 압저항 변화율 분포에 관한 연구

Sensor used by semiconductor process produces an MAP sensor and applied to several industry. Among those sensors divided as transducer which convert physical quantity into electrical value, piezoresistive type sensor has been studied for the properties and sensitivity of piezoresistor. In this paper, the variation of seismic mass which have been functioned as actuator moving the cantilever beam analyzed the effect on distribution of resistance change ratio and supposed the optimal shape and position of piezoresistor. The resulting are following; According to the increment of seismic mass size, the value of resistance change ratio decreased cause by improve the stiffness. Y directional piezoresistor is formed in spot of 100㎛ apart from cantilever edge and length of that is 800㎛. To increase the sensitivity, piezoresistor is made as n-type and x-dirction.
고분자전해질형 연료전지용 백금-크롬-니켈 촉매의 전극성능 분석

촉매의 활성을 증가시키기 위하여 기존에 사용되고 있는 백금과 전이금속인 chromium, nickel과의 합금을 제조하였다. 합금을 제조하기 위해 다양한 온도에서 열처리한 후 1M H₂SO₄에 50℃, 24시간동안 leaching하여 합금이 되지 않은 전이금속을 제거하고 완전한 합금을 제조하였다. X-ray diffractometer를 사용하여 조사한 결과는 합금의 구조가 33˚에서 superlattice line을 가지고 있는 것으로 보아 face centered cubic 구조를 가진 ordered alloy로 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 열처리 온도가 증가할수록 합금의 입자 크기는 증가하였으며, 결정 격자 상수는 감소하였다. 전지성능 테스트, cyclic voltammogram 등을 통하여 mass activity, specific activity, Tafel plot, 개회로 전압을 측정한 결과, 촉매의 활성이 900℃에서 열처리한 합금이 Pt/carbon(10wt%,E-TEK Co.)보다 3-8배정도 향상되었다. To increase the activity of catalyst, Pt/carbon(10wt%,E-TEK Co.), chromium and nickel are mixed together, heat-treated at different temperature and then leached in 1M H₂SO₄at 50℃ for 24hours. By all these processes, the resulting alloy is prepared. XRD patterns of the alloy show that the alloy has the ordered structure of face centered cubic(f.c.c) due to the superlattice line at 33˚. As the temperature of heat treatment becomes higher, the particle size grows bigger and the crystalline lattice parameters decrease. According to the results from mass activity, specific activity, Tafel slope and open-circuit voltage measured and obtained by cell performance test and cyclic voltammogram, the catalyst activity of the treated alloy at 900℃ is 3-8 times as high as that of Pt/carbon(10wt%,E-TEK Co.).
