      • Prodution Language로 表現된 Parser Generator의 設計에 관한 硏究

        In general, a parser which is written by Floyd-Evans production language can be mechanically constructed from a weak procedence grammar. But all grammars are not weak precedence grammars. So, in this paper an algorithm for the mechanical generation of productions for a context-free grammar is presented.

        정신분열병 환자에서 Risperidone에 의해 유발된 조증 2례

        저자들은 정 신분열병 환자에서 risperidone에 의해 유발된 조증, 경조증 각 1례를 경험하였기에 국내에서는 최초로. 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. 증례 1은 22세의 여자 긴장형 정신분열병 환자로 3년전 발병 당시 약물치료후 유지요법 없이 지내다가 4∼5개월 전부터 사회적 위축, 식사량 저하. 말수가 줄어드는 등의 음성증상이 심해져 외래에서 risperidone 2mg을 일 주일간 처방하였다. 환자는 약물순응도가 낮아서 모두 6회에 걸쳐 억지로 투약하여 이 기간에 총 6∼8mg복용후 2∼3일 만에 조증이 발생되었다. 입원후 risperidone을 중단하고 lithium과 고용량의 정형 항정신병약물(chlorpromazine 1200mg 또는 haloperidol 20mg)을 10일간 투여하여 일부 조증이 호전되었다. 증례 2는 29세 남자로 3년 전부터 피해망상, 독극망상을 보이는 망상형 정신분열 병으로 항정신병약물을 처음 투여한 환자였다. 38일간 2mg 사용 시에는 양성증상 및 음성증상의 호전을 보이다가 3mg으로 증량된 후 일 주일만에 뚜렷한 경조증을 보였다. Risperidone을 중단하고 chlorpromazine 300mg을 투여하자 5일 만에 경조증이 완전히 회복되었다. 두 예 모두 risperidone 단독투여에 의한 것이었고, 기분안정제 병합투여, 약물남용 정신질환의 병력이나 가족력, 동반 신체질환은 없었다. Risperidone의 세로토닌(5-HT₂) 차단효과는 도파민(D₂) 차단작용과 함께 정신분열 병에서 음성증상과 정동중상을 호전시킬 뿐 아니라 항우울효과를 나타내며. 일부 환자에서 조증 및 경조증을 유발시키는 것으로 보인다. 기분장애와 분열정동장애에서도 risperidone에 의해 조증이 유발 또는 기존 조증중상이 악화되었다는 증례보고가 있고. 강박장애 등 다른 정신질환으로도 적응증이 확대되고 있으므로, 임상의들은 드물지만 이런 정신과적 부작용의 발생 가능성에 대해 알아야 하겠고. 특히 기분장애나 분열정동장애에서 사용할 경우 기분안정제의 병합투여와 최소 치료용량으로 서서히 증량할 것을 권하는 바이다. 또한 조증유발의 위험인자가 있는 경우는 기분안정효과가 있는 clozapine의 사용이 권장된다. We report the first two cases of manic and hypomanic episodes respectively induced by risperidone treatment done to schizophrenics in Korea. One case was a 22-year-old woman with catatonic schizophrenia. Since 3 years ago, she had shown psychotic symptoms, but with was poor treatment compliance. She had mainly negative symptoms such as social withdrawal, decreased food intake, mutism, and symptoms had been worsened since last 4-5 months. Prior to closed ward admission, she was prescribed 2mg/d of risperidone for a week at OPD. Two days artier taking medicine totally 6-8mg, she revealed manic features. After hospitalization, risperidone was discontinued and then, lithium 900mg/d and high dosage of conventional antipsychotics(chlorpromazine 1200mg/d or haloperidol 20mg/d) were prescribed . About on the l0th day of hospitalization, there was limited improvement of her manic symptoms. The other case was a 29-year-old man with a 3-year history of paranoid schizophrenia. He was never exposed to antipsychotics before. His main symptoms were delusions of being poisoned and of persecution. His positive and also negative symptoms were alleviated by 38 days of risperidone 2mg/d trial. However, one week after dosage increment to 3mg/d, hypomanic symptoms appeared. Risperidone medication was discontinued and was replaced by chlorpromazine 300mg/d. The hypomanic episode was resolved over 5 days. In both of the two cases, manic episodes occurred by monotherapy of risperidone without mood stabilizer, and there were no history of substance abuse and other psychiatric disorders, family history of psychiatric disorders, and comorbid physical illnesses. It is hypothesized that the potent blockade effect on serotonin(5-HT₂) receptor of risperidone causes antidepressant effect as well as therapeutic effect for negative and affective symptoms in schizophrenia. Risperidone would induce manic or hypomanic features in schizophrenic patin of preexisting manic symptoms by risperidone treatment in mood disorder and schizoaffective disorder. Risperidone is being used more widely, even for obsessive-compulsive disorder and other psychiatric disorders. It is necessary for clinicians to recognize manic switch, one of psychiatric side effects by risperidon trial. It is recommended that the combination of mood stabilizer wish risperidone or usage of talc minimum effective dose of risperidone may bewefal especially in the patients with mood disorders or schizoaffective disorders. Clozapine which has mood-stabilizing properties is also beneficial in risk groups of risperidone-induced mania.

      • 고 무기질 음료(π-water) 섭취시 럭비선수들의 근력, 근 지구력 및 유산소성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        Most of elite sports player during the sports competing and trainning have used the mineral supplements to enhance on the human performance and, also a number of researcher have recommended the mineral supplements of RDA(Recommended Dietary Allowance) for them. However, It has not exactly known to the scientific interpretation and evidences of relationship between human performance and mineral. Thence, The purpose of this study was to prove whether the mineral supplements of high RDA could enhance the sport player's performance or not The subjects of this study were composed of sixteen Rugby football players(experimental group=8, high density multimineral water intake for 30days; control group=8, placebo intake)in K-H University. Both of groups were tested three times(pre=before intake, mid=after 15days supplements, post=after 30days supplments) about maximum anaerobic power(MAnp) and maximum oxygen uptake by bicycle ergometer(868), muscle strength and muscle endurance by isokinetic Cybex system(350). The statistical analysis employed this study was t-test by statistic 512+ program in machintosh computer. The result of this study were appeared that the difference in control and experimental group signified that the experimental group was high more than the control group in left knee extensor's peak torque at mid-test(P<.05), in left knee extensor's total work(%BW) at mid-test(P<.05), in left extensor's average power and average power(%BW) at mid-test(P<.05). Relative maximal oxygen uptake(㎖/LBMkg/min) in experimental group was higher than control group after 30 days the mineral supplements. These results suggest that the high density multimineral water intake should influence partially rugby football player's performance by the increment of muscle endurance and maximal oxygen uptake.

        묘지 조성사업지의 비탈면 보호공법에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업을 중심으로

        강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업은 경사 30˚ 의 표고차가 심한 산지를 절 · 성토하여 계단식 묘역단을 조성하는 공사로 수직고 15m이상의 대절토 및 성토부가 산재하고 있다. 특히 묘역단장후 주변 유입수 및 표면 유출수에 의한 비탈면 붕괴, 묘역단 유실 등의 피해가 발생할 경우 보수 또는 보강이 사실상 어려운 실정이며, 사회적 여론으로 확대될 가능성이 크므로 비탈면 보호에 필요한 녹화공법을 검토하였다. 구체적인 연구내용으로는 설계도면 및 현장답사를 통한 문제 비탈면 추출, 비탈면의 물리적 특성과 식생의 생육상황 파악, 비탈면 주변부의 식생조사와 유용식생 선발, 비탈면의 토양조건 분석 및 비탈면 토사의 기본물성 조사 등이며, 이를 기초로 하여 비탈면 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 그 대안을 제시하였다. The construction of a public cemetery in Kangnung city includes terraced graveyard with cutting or banking in mountain which has severe altitude differences with a slope of 30˚. Therefore, there are scattered cutting and banking sections with vertical height more than 15m. Especially, if the slope failure or the loss of a graveyard happens after graveyard establishment due to surface flow and inflow around, it is difficult to repair, causing serious public censure. Accordingly. revegetation works were examined that need protection of slope. The specific content of the study was the selection of slopes requiring special care through blueprint and field investigation the measurement of the physical property of slope and the situation of vegetative growth, the investigation of vegetation in slopes and the selection of vegetation, and the analysis of soil condition of slopes and the physical condition of slope sediment. On the basis of investigations some alternatives were proposed.Key words: public cemetery, slope protection works, revegetation works

      • 大學 男女 球技選手들의 最大無機的 Power

        The purpose of the present research is to compare characteristics of maximal anaerobic power observed in different types of sports and player's sex differences. We have reached the following conclusions from the results we obtained by measuring maximal anaerobic power and blood lactate concentration of 60 elite university male and female players during the exercise of bicycle ergometer: 1. As to absolute and relative values of maximal anaerobic power, male players are higher in the order of rugby and handball, whereas female players are higher in the order of hockey and soccer, but no significant differences are observed between types of sports. 2. Male players are noticably higher in absolute values of maximal anaerobic power(p<0.001), but relative value is very simi1ar to that of female players. 3. It is estimated that the fact, that female players show obvious higher mean anaerobic power(p<0.001) during the 3,4KP excercise is due to sex differences in ocdurrence work load of maximal anaerobic power. 4. Comparison of blood lactate concentration at each work load in different types of sports and player's sex differences show an increase in proportion to mean anaerobic power. The results given above clearly show the differences between the type of sports such as rugby and hockey requiring power and speed, and the type of sports such as handball and soccer requiring edurance.

        Effect of Chlorella Diet Supplementation on Blood and Urine Cadmium Levels in Cadmium Poisoned Rats

        This study was conducted to investigate the influence of chlorella diet supplementation. Blood accumulation and urine excretion levels were measured after the Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were fed on a chlorella diet supplementation mixed with 40 ppm of CdCl₂. Four groups tested for blood accumulation and urine excretion levels. All four groups fed on a basic diet with a cadmium mixture. The diet for the first group contained only basic diet and the cadmium added to the drinking water. The diet for the three other groups contained cadmium to the drinking water, and 1%, 5% and 10% of chlorella added to the basic diet. A concentration of cadmium for the first group showed a 3.2±0.4 ㎍/l blood accumulatior. level and 41.5±32.9 ㎍/l urinary excretion level, and the second group, which was fed on the basic diet with 1% of chlorella added and cadmium to the drinking water showed a 1.5±0.6 ㎍/l blood level and only 14.1±1.6 ㎍/l urinary excretion level. The other two groups, which were fed on 5% and 10% of chlorella concentration and cadmium to the drinking water did not exhibit any notable effects greater than the group fed on 1% concentration of chlorella. The results suggest that the blood accumulation and urinary excretion of Cadmium are influenced by the chlorella diet supplementation from the concentration of 1% of the basic diet.

        산란계 사료첨가제로서 크릴분말의 효과

        본 시험은 크릴 분말의 사료적 특성을 조사하고, 산란계 사료에 첨가하였을 때 계란의 생산성과 품질을 비교하기 위하여 수해하였다. 크릴 분말을 산란계 사료에 0, 1 및 2% 수준으로 첨가하여 216수에 6주간 사양시험을 실시하였다. 크릴분말의 일반성분은 수분 8.25%, 조단백질 50.52%, 조지방 16.67%, 조회분 15.72%로 단백질과 지방이 높은 동물성 사료원료였다. 그리고 무기질(15.72%), astaxanthin (10ppm) 및 콜레스테롤 함량 (780ppm) 또한 많았다. 산란율, 연파란율, 일일사료섭취량 및 난중은 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 황고 및 난황색도는 크릴의 첨가수준이 높을수록 유의적으로 높아 산란계의 난질을 향상시키는 첨가제로서의 가능성을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 크릴 분말은 단백질과 지방이 높은 동물성 사료이며, 산란계에서 천연착색제로의 가능성을 보였다. This experiment was conducted to evaluate the chemical composition of Antarctic Krill(Euphausia superba Dana) meal as feed, and to investigate the effect of its supplementation on productivity and egg quality of laying hen. A total of 216 layers at the age 43 weeks in commercial cage were fed for 6 weeks with 3 different diets containing 0, 1, and 2% Krill meal (KM). The chemical composition of KM was consisted of moisture 8.25%, crude protein 50.52%, crude fat 16.67%, curde ash 15.72%, indicating that KM contains large amount of protein and fat. Krill meal also contains large amounts of mineral(15.72%), astaxanthin(10ppm) and cholesterol(780ppm). No differences were found in egg production, broken and soft eggs, and feed intake among treatments. Dietary supplementation of KM resulted in increased egg yolk height(6.1㎜) and yolk color (2) compared with those of control, suggesting that KM can be used as a feed additive for yolk quality improvement. According to the results of this study, Krill meal can be supplemented in laying hen diets as protein and fat sources, and natural coloring pigment.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

      • Cumulative energy analysis of thermally-induced surface wrinkling of heterogeneously multilayered thin films

        <P>Wrinkling is a well-known example of instability-driven surface deformation that occurs when the accumulated compressive stress exceeds the critical value in multilayered systems. A number of studies have investigated the instability conditions and the corresponding mechanisms of wrinkling deformation. Force balance analysis of bilayer systems, in which the thickness of the capping layer is importantly considered, has offered a useful approach for the quantitative understanding of wrinkling. However, it is inappropriate for multilayer wrinkling (layer number > 3) consisting of heterogeneous materials (<I>e.g.</I> polymer/metal or inorganic), in which the thickness variation in the substrate is also crucial. Therefore, to accommodate the additive characteristics of multilayered systems, we thermally treated tri- or quad-layer samples of polymer/metal multilayers to generate surface wrinkles and used a cumulative energy balance analysis to consider the individual contribution of each constituent layer. Unlike the composite layer model, wherein the thickness effect of the capping layer is highly overestimated for heterogenously stacked multilayers, our approach precisely reflects the bending energy contribution of the given multilayer system, with results that match well with experimental values. Furthermore, we demonstrate the feasibility of this approach as a metrological tool for simple and straightforward estimation of the thermomechanical properties of polymers, whereby a delicate change in the Young's modulus of a thin polymeric layer near its glass transition temperature can be successfully monitored.</P>
