        Correlations Between Fasciology and Yin Yang Doctrine

        The aim of this study is to explore the correlations between fasciology and yin yang doctrine. Professor Yuan developed fasciology by three-dimensional reconstruction of connective tissue (fascia) in the trunk and limbs of the human body and tracing back to tissue origins in light of biological evolution and developmental biology. Fasciology states that the human body can be divided into two systems: the supporting-storing system and the functional system. This article elaborates on the roles of the two systems and their mutual relationship. The two systems are used to analyze the yin,the yang, and their relationship. The two systems are promoted but also restricted in different contexts. The supporting-storing system is formed by undifferentiated connective tissue and provides undifferentiated cells and nutrients for differentiated cells of the functional system. Thus, the supporting-storing system could be classified as quiet, similar to yin. The functional system continuously maintains the various functional activities of the human body. Thus, the functional system could be classified as active, similar to yang. In interpreting the yin yang doctrine from the point of view of fasciology, yin can be compared with the supporting-storing system and yang can be compared with the functional system.

      • 제방안전에 미치는 식생의 영향에 관한 이론적 검토

        하도내에는 많은 종류의 식생이 분포하며, 이들의 기능은 지금까지 대단히 부정적인 요소로 판단되었다. 즉 홍수시 홍수단면의 감소뿐 아니라 국부세굴에 의한 제방붕괴 등을 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 반면 최근의 경향은 하천내의 식생이 하천이라는 자연생태계를 보호하고, 친수공간을 제공하며 나아가 하천제방의 안정에도 상당한 도움을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이는 하천제방에 위치한 나무의 경우 단단한 뿌리조직의 발달로 인하여 홍수시 소류력에 대한 저항력을 증가시키며, 제방사면의 밀도를 증가시키기 때문인 것으로 밝혀져 있다. There are many kind of trees and grasses in natural stream. Vegetation(trees) is negative effects on prevention flood and structure - bank, bridge. Vegetation in stream channel reduces the cross-section and hydraulic conductivity of channel and the flow velocity is enlarged and local scouring by tree is occured and destroyed the bank. or other structure in stream. But in recently research, the effect of tree is more positive. The tree near the channel provides shadow in water and prohibites the rising water temperature and provides more comfortable habitat to fish and the tree on the bank makes the soil density high and provides the resistance to scouring.

      • 원자가 조절에 의한 Cr_2O_3센서의 Trimethylamine 감지특성

        To develop a new type of semiconductor gas sensors capable of testing freshness of fish, attempts were made enhance the sensitivity to trimethylamine(TMA) by modifying the carrier concentration of metal oxides by means of the valency control method. The TMA sensitivity of Cr_2O_3 was markedly improved by partial substitution with 5mol% Ti^4+ ions for the Cr^3+ sites. These facts suggest that the sensitivity can be enhanced by reducing the carrier concentration of the oxides.

      • 偏自己 相關法을 利用한 韓國語 音聲 合成

        In this paper, speech synthesis was not worked in terms of the magnetic tape and mechanical method but worked in terms of speech synthesis system used by special Partial Autocorrelation Method among the several methods for the purpose of the reconstruction of high-quality sounds. In experimental method six voiced sounds and syllables were selected, and these sounds were analyzed by compuer. In the experimental result, synthesis sound was almost obtained the same that as the original sound. Informations per a frame were reduced by 136 bits. Then, it was obtained a high compression effect from these informations.

      • Pseudosynovial Sheath (가골액초)와 Polytetrafluoroethylene (Goretex)를 通한 神經再生의 實驗的 硏究

        The experimental study was performed to determine whether autogenous pseudosynovial sheath and polytetrafluoroethylene (Goretex), teflon-derivatives might serve as a conduit for nerve regeneration. Also, two different experimental conduits were compared with that of normal control group by gross external findings, histologic and electrophysiologic examinations at intervals. The following results were obtained; 1. Effective nerve regeneration was seen through conduits within 2 months (5-mm nerve gap group) and 3 months (10-mm nerve gap group) after repair. 2. Results of nerve conduction study revealed average 75% (Pseudosynovial group) and 33% (Goretex group) of normal control value in case of 5-mrn nerve gap at 3 months after repair. 3. Pseudosynovial sheath group demonstrated more functional recovery and histologic regeneration than Goretex group.

In this regard, the study on Sign, which is called Semiotics, will surely serve as groundwork for other study including Communications. This is why some people do not hesitate to call Semiotics as one of the main 3 basic study, together with Philosophy that studies human thoughts and Psychology that does human mental structure. Likewise, Semiotics helps designers anticipate the way meaning is created, train their both analytic and esthetic insight. Consequently, it features its ability to lead designers to those of morecreativity. Until recently, studies in the advertising area have been mainly about Social Science Paradigm, such as Economics, Marketing, Communications, Psychology. However, Modern broad and complex communication setting claims that current attempt to test the message delivery in practical and statistical measure can bear huge chance of error. In other words, when it comes to the message, what is the most important is not how correctly it has been delivered but how it actually works as a text and affects. While texts in books are so linear, sequential, and concrete that reflects designers' intention only, hypertexts are so non-linear that users or visitors can search for their own meaning randomly by editing and analyzing the texts on their own. Likewise, Semiotics gives birth to the study on the way meaning and value are created through presence, and to the scientific and logical creativity that is contrast to the intuition-oriented design or its analysis. Among diverse Semiotical approaches including multimedia advertising design on internet setting, humor can be the most similar concept to Humanism by Semiotic standard. Recent study shows that humor is the most effective way to boost click rate on commercial banner on websites which are also sort of hypertext. Another effective way to create humorous message or visual humor will be a thorough understanding of 'pun' concept, which utilizes tricks on homonym. Accordingly, Semiotic methodology that helps create diverse meanings out of fixed text can surely be the necessary approach toward creativity of the multimedia advertisements in this new era on Internet.

      • 규칙적인 운동이 항산화 효소 활성도 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of regular xercise on antioxidant enzyme activities, The subjects 16 male adults who have no physical diseases have been selected randomly and ivided into two groups, One group has 8 members who are to do regular exercise, and the other has 8 members for comparison. Average and standard deviation has been obtained using SPSSWIN10.0 on data collected from 12-week experiment and treatment, In order to confirm the difference of treatment period between two groups, variance analysis has been performed with repeated measurement, Confirmation afterwards has been made with SNK. Results obtained through analysis are as follows. 1, SOD, Catalase and GSH among antioxidant enzymes have significant difference between treatment groups, Treatment period has no significant difference between two groups. 2. GSSH among antioxidant enzymes has significant difference between treatment groups and between treatment periods. 3, While H₂O₂ has significant difference between treatment groups, MDA has significant difference only between treatment periods. The conclusion that regular exercise activates antioxidant enzyme and lowers MDA level has been obtained from the results above, Thus it has been shown that mild exercise, not intensive, on a regular basis can reduce the damage of active oxygen.

      • 노인의 사회인구학적 배경에 따른 건강관리, 유형, 신체활동과 식습관에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze on the health care patterns, physical activity and meal habits with sociodemegraphic background in older adults, The subject of the study was selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling among the older adult college and older adult center to participate whose age were 65 and over year old among inhabitant the Joeon Buk area, The data were collected the statistics employed the study were frequency and Chi-square test, enzymes have significant difference between treatment group The results that were derived form these processes were as follows: 1. Health care patterns have significant difference of according to sex(P<.05), age(p<.01), occupation(p<.001) and scholarship(p<.001). 2. Physical activity have significant difference of according to sex(p<.001), age(p<.001), occupation(p<.001) and scholarship(p<.001). 3. Meal habit have significant difference of according to age(p<.001), occupation(p<.05) and scholarship(p<.001) but according to the sex(P>.05) have no significant difference.

      • Induction of Ginseng Hairy Roots And Their Possible Application To Large Scale Culture

        Ginseng(Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) is important medicinal plant but requires 4-year cultivation for root harvest because of slow growth. In contrast, ginseng hairy roots induced by introducing Ri-plasmid of Agrobacterium rhizogenes into genomic DNA of plant cells show vigorous growth, and the hairy roots produce the same or more saponins than natural ginseng roots. Therefore, hairy roots can be used for commercial purposes. The present study was carried out to induce hairy roots with both active growth and high saponin contents. Numerous hairy roots of Panax ginseng were obtained after root disks of three-year old roots were infected with Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1000 A4T in dark condition after one month of culture. About 3 hundred lines of hairy roots were selected according as morphological characters on medium with carbenicillin. After pre-selection of fifteen lines of hairy roots with active growth, KGHR-l and KGHR-8 lines were finally selected which had characters of high content of ginsenoside-Rd and ginsenoside-Re, respectively. The optimum growth of hairy roots was achieved in the culture of 1/2 MS liquid medium in dark (22℃) under 60 rpm gyratory shaking. Hairy roots grew well in 5L Erlenmeyer flasks, lL roller drums, 10L jar-fermenters, and especially in 20L air-lift culture vessels.
