        The purpose of this study is finding out a way of re-education relating to reorganization of elementary school curriculum. Through its discussion of the character of new science curriculum and our curriculum reorganized, I find out that the role of the teacher become essential to the success of the program. As the role of the teacher is important, the re-education of the teacher is inevitable. For the effective re-education from the point of view of our situation, I consider the following method. We select teachers who are interested and excellent in science, and teach them basic concepts of science the curriculum deeply more than the process and result of some special experiment in the text. As the in-serviee education must go on after completing a summer school, supervisor and professor of junior teachers*college must itinerate the school and discuss the problems arised is the science class with teachers.

        정보기술 도입과 관련된 연구에 있어서 초기의 시스템설계나 시스템관리와 같은 기술적 측면에서 접근하였으나 최근 연구에서는 조직구조나 조직 행동적인 측면에서 접근하려는 시도가 많아지고 있다. 정보기술의 도입은 조직의 변화를 유발하며 조직구조의 변화는 조직구성원의 반발과 저항을 초래할 수 있기 때문에 본 연구를 통하여 정보기술의 도입과 저항과의 관계를 조직행동적 측면에서 고찰하고자 한다.

      • 정상인과 뇌졸중환자에서 운동유발전위의 평가

        Since the development of magnetic stimulation as a way of assessing the function of central motor pathways, various neurologic diseases have been investigated by motor evoked potentials(MEP). This study was carried out to evaluate the usefulness of clinical application of MEP to the stroke patients. MEP were elicited with transcranial cortical stimulation using a magnetic coil in 21 healthy subjects and 18 stroke patients. Average of age was 37.5±18.0 and 63.7±7.7 years in normal and patient groups respectively. All stroke patients had a mild to severe clinical unilateral motor weakness, and also were proven to have unilateral infarction or hemorrhage at various regions of brain radiologically. During MEP studies, neither significant side effects nor pin were encountered. MEP latency of abductor pollicis brevis(APB) and extensor digitorum brevis(EDB) in controls measured 22.4±2.0 msec and 41.8±2.9 msec respectively. Normal central motor conduction time(CMCT) was 9.7±1.6 msec and 19.3±2.3 msec respectively. The amplitudes of MEP were not reliable due to great variability. Abnormal responses were noted in 5 patients on the APB and in 12 patients on the EDB motor evoked potentieal studies. Mean latency and CMCT were significantly prolonged in involved sites of the other 16 patients, comparing with control data. Prolonged latency and CMCT, increased inter-side difference of CMCT. Any potential was not a useful indicator in determining abnormality of MEP study. More paralyzed patients were apt to show abnormal responses in MEP studies. There were also more abnormal results during acute stage compared with chronic stage More abnormal results were observed in the patients with cerebral cortex or corona radiata involvements. It is suggested that MEP study is a useful and sensitive method in the evaluation of stroke patients and be a effective method for further understanding of central motor system.

        Dynamical behavior of bubble domain in the monocrystalline YF_e 0_3 (60㎛) has been investigated using the magneto-optic Faraday effect, when the pulsed magnetic field is applied. It was observed that large bubble was created when the pulsed magnetic field having high rise time like 40 nsec. The process of bubble ⇔dumbbell shape transformation was solved by the analysis of photgraphs and response signals obtained by dynamical behavior of the bubble domain

      • 아세톤-물 혼합용매내에서 1_1 전해질의 전기전도도에 대한 연구

        여러가지 조성의 아세톤-물 혼합용매중에서 LiC1, LiBr 및 Lil의 희박용액 전도도를 25℃에서 측정하였다. 그 결과 각 전해질들의 여러 농도에 따르는 당량전도도의 변화가 Fuoss-Onsager's semiem-pirical 식에 대해서 좋은 일치를 보여 주었다. 또한 아세톤-물 혼합용매의 몰 분율이 증가함에 따라 극한당량전도도??값이 LiC1, LiI는 0.3 몰 분율에서, LiBr는 0.2 몰 분율에서 가장 작은 값을 나타내었다. Walden Product??는 LiC1와 LiBr가 0.1 몰 분율에서, LiI는 0.0 몰 분율에서 최대치를 보여 주었고, 그 후로는 아세톤 몰 분율의 증가에 따라 계속 감소하였다. The equivalent conductance of LiC1, LiBr and LiI have been measured in Acetone-Water mixtures of various composition (0.0∼0.6 mole fraction) at 25℃. The value of equivalent conductance agreed well with the Fuoss-Onsager's semiempirical equation. The minimum limiting equivalent conductance was found in 0.3 mole fraction Acetone for LiC1, LiI and LiBr was found in 0.2 mole fraction Acetone. The maximum Limiting Walden Products?? of LiC1 and LiBr was found in 0.0 mole fraction Acetone, and LiI was found in 0.0 mole fraction Acetone. And also, after 0.1 mole fraction and 0.0 mole fraction, decreased with increasing of mole fraction Acetone.

        These are the conculusons by investigation and analysis of the confronting problems occurring in primary school science curriculum objecting the 424 primary school teach ers in 36 primary schools in Chung Nam province. 1. Teachers are interested in natural science but they feel new science curriculum difficult, especially the concept of energy. 2. Most of the teachers teach the pupils without any pre-plan and preparation. 3. The guidance of new science curriculum is difficult to teachers. The first reason of the difficulty is for lack of experimental materials, the second reason is that that the level of new science currciulum is too high to the intellectual capacity of student and third is that teachers are diffident how to guide the student to for m the concepts. 4. Most of teachers respons that they teach lessons by experiment But when we com pare with other responses, it is suspicious whether they have the true methods of experiments. 5. Most of thachers tend to believe that only following the way of text book of pupil is utmost guidance method. 6. They prefer the guidance of the professors of the college to that of supervisor.. 7. Many science rooms are provided, but few science experimental materials. 8. The in-service education of teachers is more efficient in the junior teachers' coll- ege. 9. The disapponiting answers are 61% that under the present circumstances the aim of new curriculm can’t be achieved.

      • 封着유리의 製造에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of these studies are to prepare low melting devitrifiable solder glass for high termal expansion seal and to find out solder glass which is the optimum condition in terms of thermal properties among others. Then five kinds of frits were prepared by quenching after melting of solder glass in the Pt-crucible at 1,100℃, which contained 2wt% of ZrO₂ as a neucleation agent with being control led by the concentration of mother glass of PbO-ZnO-B₂O₃-SiO₂ system. For probing the characteristics of the solder glass, DTA, X-ray powder diffraction, thermal, expansion, sealability, fluidity and activation energy were examined. The results are as follows: 1. It was possible in sealing of low temperature that the sealability & crystallization temperature was lowered and the fludity was good owing to an increase in PbO wt% but it was inadquate in sealing of color TV tube for 80.5wt% PbO and over because thermal expansion was increased. 2. The optimum holding time was 60 minutes. 3. In the sample contained 80.5wt% PbO, the thermal expansion coefficient was 101.8×10^-7/℃, the crystallization temperature was 443℃, flow button diameter was 27.7㎜, the sealability was 25.15㎏f/㎠, It is better than the existing solder glass. 4. The crystals proved in process of melting and crystallization were Pb_8Zn(Si₂O_7)₃, PbZrO, Zn₂SiO₁ etc. 5. The activation energy needed for crystallization was 87.13kJ/mol.

        상악골에 발생한 치성각화낭종

        We described two cases of odontogenic keratocysts of the maxilla. Odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) are jaw cysts with a proclivity for local invasion and recurrence. Clinically, OKCs are characterized by aggressive, local growth, The diagnosis of mandibular OKC is based on physical examination and plain film radiographic findings. However, histopathological confirmation is required to make the diagnosis with certainty. The molar regions of the mandible and maxilla are the principal primary locations. The maxillary antrum is also a common site. Initial therapy is typically enucleation with or without extraction of the associated teeth. Long-term follow-up is necessary because of the aggressive nature and recurrence rate of OKC.
