도시형 자기부상열차 분기기 구간의 제3궤조 전차선 시스템 개발

The third-rail system is an important device supplying power directly to the Maglev train through physical contact with the collecting shoe. It is directly related to safety and reliability for the running of Maglev. However most the third-rail system used in Korea depend on foreign product or technologies Korea Urban Maglev in the development of appropriate power feeding is urgent. In particular the turnout section is the weakness point in the system because bending force by turnout section movement and fatigue caused by repetitive motion as well as the expansion by temperature the forces by Maglev collecting shoe is added th the third-rail. Therefore this paper proposes the third-rail system appropriate for Korean Urban Maglev of turnout section. To verify the structural stability of POSCO ICT third-rail system the finite element analysis and physical testing was performed. The third-rail is fixed on each side of the turn-out section steel structure by epoxy insulation supporter and the integral behaviors are occurred. Therefore the maximum horizontal displacements of each support are investigated and then it is applied to finite element model of the third-rail to investigate the moments and stress. Also the bending test about one million times and Expansion Joint for the third-rail was performed. The third-rail system safety and reliability was identified by test line on Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials in Deajeon for under the actual usage environment such as the Maglev and turn-out operation.

도시형 자기부상열차는 전자기력으로 레일에서 낮은 높이로 부상하여 운행되는 열차이다. 자기부상열차는 궤도와의 직접적인 접촉 없이 움직이기 때문에 소음이 적고 기계적 마찰에 의한 진동이 거의 발생하지 않는다. 또한 급곡선 주행이 가능하고 경사도가 높은 언덕지역도 쉽게 주행 할 수 있기 때문에 도심에서의 새로운 교통수단으로 주목받고 있다. 따라서 도시형 자기부상열차의 성공적인 실용화를 위하여 제3궤조 전차선로 설비와 인터페이스를 통하여 안전성과 신뢰성 확보는 필수 고려 사항중 하나이다. 특히 파워레일, 신축확장장치, 절연 구분장치, 지지금구와 같은 제3궤조 전차선로 설비는 내 부식성, 시공의 편의성 및 유지보수성을 고려하여 설치되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자기부상열차 시스템 구축을 위한 제3궤조 설비의 구성요소에 대한 인터페이스 항목을 분석하고 전차선로의 안전성을 높일 수 있는 시스템 엔지니어링 인터페이스 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 제안하는 자기부상용 제3궤조 전차선로 시스템은 한국기계연구원내 시험을 통하여 시스템의 안전성을 증명하였으며, 시스템 구성품의 수명분석을 통해 제3궤조 전차선로 운영의 신뢰성을 향상시키고자 한다. The Maglev train is operated by levitating from a power of a large number of magnets and moving without direct contact to railway track so that reduces noise and vibration due to mechanical friction. Also, the Maglev passes sharp curves and steep hill without any difficulties. The Maglev has a potential to be an alternative transport system urban areas. For successful commercializing of Maglev, the organization of interface for safety and reliability of third rail system are one of the key considerations. Especially, the components of the third rail system, such as power rail, expansion joints, FRP section insulator, and supporter with epoxy insulator, should be durable, convenient for construction, and easy to maintenance. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the third rail system components and proposes organization of interface for system engineering. The operating tests of KIMM for the proposed third rail system verify the safety. Also, this paper analyzes the life cycle of the system components to improve the system reliability and evaluation.

<P>Peritoneal metastasis is one of the major patterns of unresectability in colorectal cancer (CRC) and a cause of death in advanced CRC. Identification of distinct gene expressions between primary CRC and peritoneal seeding metastasis is to predict the metastatic potential of primary human CRC. Three pairs of primary CRC (SNU-2335A, SNU-2404A, and SNU-2414A) and corresponding peritoneal seeding (SNU-2335D, SNU-2404B, and SNU-2414B) cell lines were established to determine the different gene expressions and resulting aberrated signaling pathways in peritoneal metastasis tumor using whole exome sequencing and microarray. Whole exome sequencing detected that mutation in <I>CYP2A7</I> was exclusively shared in peritoneal seeding cell lines. Microarray identified that there were five upregulated genes (<I>CNN3</I>, <I>SORBS1</I>, <I>BST2</I>, <I>EPSTI1</I>, and <I>KLHL5</I>) and two downregulated genes (<I>TRY6</I> and <I>STYL5</I>) in the peritoneal metastatic cell lines. <I>CNN3</I> expression was highly augmented in both mRNA and protein levels in peritoneal metastasis cells. Knockdown of Calponin 3 resulted in augmented level of E-cadherin in peritoneal metastasis cells, and migration and invasiveness decreased accordingly. We suggest that <I>CNN3</I> takes part in cell projection and movement, and the detection and distribution of <I>CNN3</I> may render prognostic information for predicting peritoneal seeding metastasis from primary colorectal cancer.</P>
양식 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegeli) 및 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에 대한 FST-키토산 제제의 투여효과

Various immunostimulants have been used in aquaculture industry for increasing resistance to infectious diseases. These immunostimulants also have additional effects, such as growth enhancement, on fish. Here we investigated the effects of fish somatotrophin-chitosan mixture (FST-chitosan) on cultured rockfish ( Sebastes schlegeli) and olive flounder ( Paralichthys olivaceus). When the experimental group was treated with FST-chitosan (30mg/kg body weight) perorally for 2 months, the average body weight and average body length of fish in the experimental group were higher than those of fish in the control group. In an artificial infection experiment, experimental group was treated with FST-chitosan (30mg/kg body weight) perorally for 10 days, and challenged with Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus sp. Cumulative mortalities against E. tarda and Streptococcus sp. in FST-chitosan treated group were lower than those in non-treated group. In field trials, although FST-chitosan did not give 100% protection, cumulative mortalities were reduced by the treatment. These results suggest that FST-chitosan can be used as a useful immunostimulant in rockfish and flounder cultures.
