고령장애인의 건강상태가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향: 우울의 매개효과와 사회적지지의 조절된 매개효과

This study aims to verify the controlled mediating effect of social support in the effect of the health status of the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction through depression. To this end, data from the third panel of the disability and Life dynamics (2020) were used, and the subjects of the study were selected from 3,063 elderly with disabilities aged 50 or older. As an analysis method, SPSS 23.0 and Macro Process for SPSS were used to verify the Moderated mediating effect. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was verified that depression has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the health status and life satisfaction of the elderly with disabilities. Second, it was verified that there is a moderating effect of social support in the relationship between the health status and depression of the elderly with disabilities. Third, the social support of the elderly with disabilities has been verified to moderate the indirect effect of health status on life satisfaction through depression. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that a support system should be established for the provision of care and healthcare services for the elderly with disabilities, alongside the implementation of programs that activate social support for psychological and emotional assistance. Additionally, it is recommended that there should be an improvement in long-term service accessibility and the establishment of a support system that enables integrated services within the living area.

기업의 조직문화가 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 텍스트 분석과 패널 데이터 방법을 이용하여

본 연구의 주요 목표는 기업의 조직문화가 재무성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 실증적으로 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 대표적인 온라인 구인․구직 플랫폼인 잡플래닛(JobPlanet)으로부터 KOSPI 200에 포함된 58개의 기업을 선정하였고, 그 기업들의 조직문화를 파악하기 위하여 2014년부터 2022년, 9년 동안 해당 기업의 전․현직 구성원들이 잡플래닛에서 작성한 81,067개의 리뷰 데이터를 수집하여 분석에 이용하였다. 리뷰 데이터로부터 해당 기업의 조직문화를 정의하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 대표적인 텍스트 분석 기법인 Word2Vec와 FastText 분석 방법을 이용하여 Guiso et al.(2015)가 정의한 5가지의 조직문화 가치(Innovation, Integrity, Quality, Respect, and Teamwork)와 연관된 키워드들을 수정․보완․확장함으로써 새로운 조직문화 사전(Culture Dictionary)을 구축하였다. 이 사전을 기반으로 각 기업의 리뷰 데이터마다 어떤 조직문화 가치와 연관된 키워드가 많이 등장하였는지를 탐색하여 봄으로써 기업에서 어떤 문화가치가 상대적으로 강하게 나타나는지를 탐색하여 보았다. 한 걸음 더 나아가서 어떤 문화가치가 재무성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는지도 탐색하여 보았다. 연구 결과, 혁신과 창의성이 강조되는 혁신문화(Innovation)와 고객과 시장을 중시하는 조직문화(Quality)가 기업의 미래가치와 성장성을 나타내는 지표인 Tobin’s Q에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 기업의 수익성을 나타내는 지표인 ROA에는 5가지의 조직문화 비율 변수 중 고객과 시장을 중시하는 조직문화(Quality)만이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존의 설문과 사례분석 기반의 조직문화 관련 논문과는 달리 대규모의 텍스트 데이터를 분석하여 조직문화를 탐색하고자 한 점에서 차별성을 찾을 수 있을 것이다. The main objective of this study is to empirically explore how the organizational culture influences financial performance of companies. To achieve this, 58 companies included in the KOSPI 200 were selected from an online job platform in South Korea, JobPlanet. In order to understand the organizational culture of these companies, data was collected and analyzed from 81,067 reviews written by current and former members of these companies on JobPlanet over a period of 9 years from 2014 to 2022. To define the organizational culture of each company based on the review data, this study utilized well-known text analysis techniques, namely Word2Vec and FastText analysis methods. By modifying, supplementing, and extending the keywords associated with the five organizational culture values (Innovation, Integrity, Quality, Respect, and Teamwork) defined by Guiso et al. (2015), this study created a new Culture Dictionary. By using this dictionary, this study explored which cultural values-related keywords appear most often in the review data of each company, revealing the relative strength of specific cultural values within companies. Going a step further, the study also investigated which cultural values statistically impact financial performance. The results indicated that the organizational culture focusing on innovation and creativity (Innovation) and on customers and the market (Quality) positively influenced Tobin’s Q, an indicator of a company's future value and growth. For the indicator of profitability, ROA, only the organizational culture emphasizing customers and the market (Quality) showed statistically significant impact. This study distinguishes itself from traditional surveys and case analysis-based research on organizational culture by analyzing large-scale text data to explore organizational culture.

풍화와 침식에 의한 암석의 변화를 설명하는 모델 개발 수업안에 나타난 초등교사의 교수전략 특징

목적 본 연구는 풍화와 침식에 의한 암석의 변화를 설명하는 모델 개발 수업안에 나타난 초등교사의 교수전략 특징을 분석하는 것을목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 과학 수업 경험이 있는 초등교사 11명을 모집하였다. 수집한 자료는 초등교사가 작성한 수업안과 면담 자료이다. 연구자는 수업안에 나타난 활동 및 발문을 중심으로 교사가 사용한 교수전략을 구분하였다. 이후 면담 전사본과 비교하며 교수전략의 목적, 내용 및 도구를 추가하여 코딩하였다. 코딩된 자료는 귀납적 범주화 과정을 통해 질적으로 분석되었다. 결과 모델 개발 시점을 기준으로 모델 개발하기 전 과정에서는 ‘모델 개발에 필요한 과학 개념 상기시키기’, ‘제시된 현상 관찰하기’, ‘모델 개발 전 모형 실험 수행하기’, ‘모델 개발 시 고려할 조건 제시하기’ 교수전략을 활용하였고, 모델 개발 중 과정에서는 ‘모델개발을 위한 준비물 및 표상 방식 제안하기’, ‘모델 설계도 작성하기’ 전략을 활용하였다. 결론 첫째, 초등교사들은 학생들이 모델을 개발할 수 있도록 다양한 자원을 제공하는 전략을 활용하였다. 둘째, 초등교사들의 모델과 모델 개발에 대한 인식이 낮음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 학생이 스스로 모델을 개발하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 문제점을 점검할 수 있는 전략을 확인하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of elementary school teachers' instructional strategies in developing a model to explain the changes in rocks due to weathering and erosion. Methods For this purpose, 11 elementary school teachers with experience in teaching science were recruited. The data collected are lesson plans and interviews with primary school teachers. The researcher categorized the teaching strategies used by the teachers based on the activities and utterances in the lesson plans. The purpose, content, and tools of the teaching strategies were then coded by comparing them to the interview transcripts. The coded data were analyzed qualitatively through an inductive categorization process. Results Based on the time of model development, the pre-model development course utilized the following teaching strategies: “Remind students of scientific concepts necessary for model development,” “Observe the phenomenon presented,” “Conduct model experiments before developing a model,” and “Present conditions to consider when developing a model.” The mid-model development course utilized the following strategies: “Suggest preparations and representations for model development,” and “Draw a model design”. Conclusions First, elementary teachers utilized a strategy of providing a variety of resources for students to develop models. Second, we found that elementary teachers' awareness of models and model development was low. Third, they identified strategies for checking for problems that students might encounter while developing their own models.

Development of Serological Procedures for Sensitive, Rapid Detection of Cucumber Mosaic Virus in Lilium

Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) causes severe agricultural losses in Korea and has a very large host range. To produce virus-free plants, it is necessary to develop efficient, sensitive virus detection methods. In this study, we collected leaf samples from Lilium showing characteristic symptoms of CMV infection from Gang-won Province, Korea in 2011 and amplified the coat protein (CP) gene from CMV from the samples by RT-PCR. Three CMV isolates were found to belong to subgroup IA based on the nucleotide sequence of the CP gene. We cloned the complete CP gene into the pET21d(+) expression vector to generate recombinant coat proteins. After expressing His-tagged coat proteins in Escherichia coli strain BL21 (DE3) by IPTG induction, we purified the proteins using Ni-NTA agarose beads and used the purified CMV recombinant CP for antiserum production. The resulting polyclonal antisera specifically recognized CMV from infected lily samples, as determined by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ID-ELISA) and Western blotting assays. In addition, we developed an immunocapture reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (IC-RT-PCR) assay using the polyclonal antiserum to enable sensitive, reliable, cost-effective detection of CMV. This study demonstrates that three CMV isolates belong to subgroup IA, and that CMV-specific PAbs can be used to detect CMV in epidemiological studies.
