Since the appearance of computer, the computer graphic has become a technology used by visual artists for the creation of images. As it is useful for image composition and special effects in movies in particular. it is also employed in the field of two dimensional visuals. movies and advertisements. The world of this technology has enabled artists to overcome the creating limits of their imagination even to produce movies which were rnade completely by image composition techniques. The technology of animation image composition emerges as an important element of animation design by applying the ’Moving Graphic'’(the movements of object and visual phenomena) to digital space.

Human being is a rational a well as well as a emotional animal. But the rational aspect has been overemphasized during the process of development. So, the rational approach to the advertisement became evident in the world of advertisement. As a result, the rational ads which mainly describes the information about the product’ s usage and function were dominant, On the other hand as the technology and its products have standardized, consumers wanted to have uniqueness and originality. Under these circumstances, individual emotion and personality must be respected, and companies must give great emphasis to the inner value and aesthetic needs of the consumers. Therefore, emotional advertisement as an important element of visual aspects which is a main attribute to make consumers buy products, has become a major concern in the field of advertisements.

In particular, “Webzine(s)" what’s called, have become to secure the position as the mass media in the contemporary information society, in the sense that such “Webzine" in essence, requires ‘permanent’ and ‘regular’ Update, not ‘temporary’ and ‘irregular’ Update, as well as gaining the superior position in terms of cost and effectiveness, compared with the existing media, continuing to give readers the newest information as soon as possible, and furthermore, sharing possible mutual communications with readers. In the past, “Webzine(s)" used to be designed by a minority of mania groups, in a bid to share their own opinions with the public, but, currently, it is employed as the marketing instruments to promote public relations of small, middle and large-sized companies and the public focusing on community, and, delivering infoπnation.
볏짚의 사료가치증진을 위한 시험연구 - 통일볏짚 싸일리지 제조에 관한 연구 -

This experiment was carried out in order to improve the feeding value of rice straw silage. Indica type rice straw, threshed just after harvested, was used in this experiment. And field corn plants were substituted with rice straw at levels of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 100 percent. Results obtained were as follows: 1. The approximate composition of Indica type rice straw, threshed just after harvested, is as follows; moisture, 73.91% ; crude protein, 1.85% : crude fat, 0.39% ; crude fiber, 5.21% ; crude ash, 3.23% : and N.F.E., 15.41%. 2. There was little difference between Indica type rice straw silage and cornsilage in chemical composition and in-vitro digestibility. 3. However, at the each level of substitution (0, 15, 30, 45, 100%), pH the final silage varied from pH 3 to 6.

The character is a visual matter which is distinctively characteristic in itself. We create character to symbolize things such as enterprises, organizations, products, services, ideas, and so on, Sometimes it exists for itself. And we can create a character by adding graphic ingredients to products. By doing this, a product is renewed and vitalized. Bacause the visual satisfaction of purchasers as well as the function of product can enhance the purchasing power, the character plays an important role in purchase behavior. Although the fancy industy in Korea is influenced by Japan and America, we seil tend to import popular characters which sere successful. This is the reason why character industry in Korea is stagnant As the character is based on intercommunication, the character invented abroad is naturally imitated on the basis of our own culture, So, the delicate teenagers who are the main target of fancy goods can have a flunkyism which is widespread all over the country. Therefore, to encourage the designers who have professional experience and originality, decisive investment in development is needed. And we must try to improve the quality and make price of goods reasonable. It is a pressing question to develop independent character of our own, which reflects Korean folkways and feelings. We must reconstruct Korean character in combination with modem image so that teenagers may have a proper pride of our own culture.
