Finding an optimal solution in MADM(Multi-Attribute Decision-Making) problems is difficult, when the number of alternatives, or that of attributes is relatively large. Most of the existing mathematical approaches arrive at a final solution on the basis of many unrealistic assumptions, without reflecting the decision-maker"s preference structure exactly. In this paper we suggest a model that helps us find a group consensus without assessing these parameters in specific cardinal values. Therefore, This research provides a comprehensive Decision Making of the theory and methods applicable to the analysis of decisions that involve risk and multiple criteria attributes. after, The emphasis of the procedure will be on developments from the fields of decisions analysis and utility theory of Taguchi Method. This theoretical development will be illustrated through the discussion of several real-world application and a case study. When the multiple number of decision makers are involved in the decision making procedure, the problem of uncertainties invariably occurs, because of the different views between them. In this paper, New decision making model using Taguchi Method is applied to effectively model the multi-attribute-decision making(MADM) procedure in the uncertainties dominated two area(quantitative and qualitative factors), Quantitative factors evaluation is used Loss Function of Taguchi, qualitative factors evaluation is used S\N ratio by each specialist. thus it can be used for aiding of preferable alternative. as a result, We will be proved efficiency about New decision making model of applied Taguchi Method with Analytical presentation of all the expecting outcomes when a specific strategy or an alternative plan is selected under expecting future environment.

Virtual Training is an educational exercise in which the environment or the situation is virtually implemented for specific training and proceed like a real situation. In recent years, the virtual reality technology has developed rapidly, and the demand for experiencing situation that are not directly experienced in the real world is increasing more and more in virtual reality. Particularly, there is an increasing demand of contents for hands-on training and virtual training for equipment training that replaces high-risk and high-cost industry training. The virtual training contents have been developed and utilized for the purpose of technical training. However, it is known that virtual training is more effective when it is used as a supplementary training material or combined with e-learning contents rather than replacing one training course with virtual training contents because purpose and effect are different from general technical training course. In this study, we explored the development method for effective utilization of electrohydraulic servo control process, which is the virtual reality contents developed in 2017 in combination with e-learning contents. In addition, in order to establish a teaching and learning strategy, we actually develop and operate a case studies using virtual training contents. Surveys and case studies are conducted to investigate the effects of teaching and learning strategies applied in the classroom on students and their educational usefulness. 최근에는 가상현실 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 현실세계에서 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 실감적으로 체험하는 것에 대한 요구가 더욱 증대하고 있다. 특히 고위험, 고비용의 산업훈련을 대체하는 장비실습에 대한 체험형 가상훈련 콘텐츠 요구가증대되고 있다. 그러나 가상훈련 교육은 일반적인 기술교육과정과는 그 목적이나 효과가 다르기 때문에 가상훈련 콘텐츠로 하나의 연수 과정을 대체하는 것이 아니라 교보재로 일부 활용하거나 이러닝 콘텐츠와 결합하여 이용하면 더욱 효과적이라는 것이 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 온라인평생교육원에서 이러닝 콘텐츠와 결합된 방식으로 2017년에 개발된 장비실습형가상훈련 콘텐츠인 전기유압 서보제어 과정 및 유사한 과정에 대해 효과적 활용을 위한 개발 방법을 탐색하고 교수학습 전략을수립하기 위하여 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 사용한 수업사례를 실제로 개발·운영해 보고 해당 수업에서 적용한 교수 학습 전략들이 학생들에게 미치는 영향과 교육적 유용성을 설문 및 사례연구를 통해 조사한다.

To keep an enterprise's competitiveness on the condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only in production and maintenance but also in related industrial productivity. This paper presents the study of equipment reliability improvement for rotary-machine vibration analysis. Based on these analyses, the maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the real-time diagnostic. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.
삼차신경통 환자에서 저출력레이저 조사에 따른 전류인지역치의 변화효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of LLLT on current perception threshold in trigeminal neuralgia patients. Affected site and non-affected site was irradiated by GaAlAs diode laser. Current perception threshold was evaluated with $Neurometer^{(R)}$ CPT/C before and after LLLT. As an outcomes,CPT were obtained. We made a comparision of these values and the results were as follows. 1. There were no significant difference in CPT between affected site and non-affected site before and after LLLT irradiation. 2. There were no significant difference in CPT between affected site and non-affected site after LLLT irradiation. 3. But, CPT values of $A{\beta}$ fiber incresed slightly on both site after LLLT irradiation
노드 재배치 알고리즘을 이용한 효율적인 무선 센서 네트워크 구성 기법

무선 센서 네트워크는 환경 모니터링, 감시 시스템, 무인 우주 탐사 등의 다양한 분야에서 활용 가능하다. 하 지만 노드의 부적절한 배치로 인해 센싱할 수 없는 지역이 생기거나 특정 지역에 노드가 과도하게 중복 될 수도 있다. 이는 데이터 수집을 어렵게 하고, 에너지 낭비를 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 노드 재배치를 통해 이러한 배치 문제 를 해결한다. 먼저 중복 배치된 노드를 찾고, 이 노드들을 센싱할 수 없는 지역으로 옮겨서 최대한 넓은 지역을 센싱할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 필요한 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안 방법을 검증 하였다. Wireless sensor networks are useful to various unmanned monitoring application such as monitoring environments, surveillance system, unmanned space exploration, and so on. Due to the inappropriate placement of sensor nodes, there are some problems, for example, low connectivity and high overlapped sensing area. These problems can make it difficult for the data collection and lead to a waste of energy. In this paper, we propose a node relocating method to resolve the inappropriate placement of sensor nodes. Given monitoring area, we place sensor nodes randomly and find redundant nodes and move them to uncovered area. Through the simulation, We show that the proposed method is viable and efficient compared with the existing randomly locating method.
고속온오프밸브를 사용한 서보인텍싱시스템의 슬라이딩모드제어에 관한 연구

This study deals with an electrohydraulic servo indexing system of a flexible forging center, which is operated by four 2-way high speed solenoid valves in the PWM digital mode. A flexible forging center consists of a forging machine and a indexing system. The role of the indexing system is to rotate a workpiece fast and accurately to a desired position. There are practical problems to be solved in this system, such as variations of system parameters during each forging step and serious nonlinearities in the valve characteristics. In order to overcome such problems, a sliding mode control is proposed. The salient feature of the sliding mode control is that the sliding mode occures on a switching surface. While in sliding mode, the system remains insensitive to parameter variations and disturbances. So robust performance can be achieved. In addition, this controller has a strategy to use an integrator to eliminate significant nonlinearities, such as the dead zone, which regularly appear with an PWM operated servo system. The dynamic characteristics of the system driven by the proposed method are investigated by digital simulation. Consequently, the availability of the proposed method is confirmed well.
