대승기탕의 사하작용(瀉下作用)에 대한 약리학적 연구 분석

Objective : This study's purpose was to review the Daeseunggi-tang as the typical purgative. Method : We searched papers about Daeseunggi-tang about the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by constipation, surgery and MODS. In total, 31 papers were analyzed in this study. Results : In matter of subject, researches on the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by constipation were 16 cases, researches on the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by surgery were 8 cases, researches on gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by MODS were 7 cases. Conclusion : In conclusion, the traditional use of Daeseunggi-tang on constipation, frequent flatus, and stomachache has proven to have sufficient evidences through the experimental and clinical evidences.
S-HTP 검사의 반응 특성 - 한의학적 칠정과 인지과정을 중심으로

Objectives: S-HTP is a projective test of cognitive activity. The purpose of this study was to examine the response characteristics in the S-HTP test as they related to seven emotions and cognitive processes. Methods: 153 students underwent S-HTP testing. 10 students were excluded and a total of 143 students’ data was used for the study. 143 students were classified into four groups by SCAT. A survey was conducted on seven emotions and cognitive processes painting the Whole picture, house, tree, and person, and after receiving IRB review exemption, the chi-square test was conducted to check homogeneity of the groups by gender and age. Finally, frequency analysis by constitution for each item was conducted. Results: The reaction characteristics of S-HTP, focusing on the seven emotions and cognitive processes detailed by Korean Medicine, are as follows: 1. The primary sentiment while drawing during S-HTP was ‘Joy (hui)’ followed by ‘Thought (sah)’. 2. The sentiments while painting during the S-HTP test, and the emotions of looking at the picture after the S-HTP test, increased in ‘Joy (hui)’ and decreased in ‘Thought (sah)’. 3. ‘Thought (Sah)’ was the highest scored process while drawing S-HTP, followed by ‘jee (智)’. However, ‘ryeo (慮)’ was similar to ‘jee (智)’ in an unclassifiable constitution. Conclusions: The primary characteristics of the S-HTP test response are ‘Joy (hui)’ and ‘Thought (sah)’ in emotion, and ‘sah (思)’ and ‘jee (智)’ in cognitive processes. Therefore, it is necessary to verify this during the S-HTP test.
한국인 사체 CT 영상에 기초한 대퇴골 골절치료용 금속판의 Concept Design

본 연구에서는 대퇴골 골절치료용 금속판 개발을 위하여 한국인 사체의CT 영상을 기초로 대퇴골 형상모델을 재구성하였으며, 형상계측학적 측정을 위하여 대퇴골 측정기준을 설정하였다. 특히, 대퇴골 Isthmus 기준위치를 설정하기 위하여 골수강의 단면형상을 측정하였고, 기준위치로부터 5mm 간격으 로 단면측정을 진행하였다. 한국인 대퇴골 간부 형상에 맞는 대퇴골절치료용 금속판의 Concept Design을 제안하였으며, 이를 기초로 향후 형상기억합금을 이용한 금속판 개발을 검토 예정이다.
형상기억합금 소재의 골절치료용 골고정재의 접촉압 시험에 관한 기초연구

본 연구에서는 대퇴골 골절치료용 형상기억합금 소재의 고정재 개발을 위하여 골고정재 접촉압 시험 장비를 개발하였다. 개발된 시험장비와 감압지를 이용하여 형상기억합금 소재의 골고정재(직경 25mm, 30mm)와 원형 지지봉(직경 40mm)이 접촉하였을 때 발생하는 접촉압을 측정하였다. 측정된 접촉압 분석 결과, 형상기억합금 소재의 골고정재의 온도 변화에 따른 접촉압 발생 거동을 확인하였고, 향후 생체시험용 Saw-bone을 적용하여 추가적인 접촉압 시험을 수행 예정이다.

The rubber specimens of transmission mount are tested to obtain the hyperelastic and viscoelastic properties by the static and dynamic test, respectively. The static tests are consisted of uniaxial and biaxial tension and pure shear test. Mooney-Rivlin constants are obtained from these test results. Also, the storage and loss moduli are obtained to know the viscoelastic characteristics by dynamic mechanical analyzer. From the static and dynamic test data, the mechanical performances of rubber mount such as static and dynamic stiffness are predicted with finite element analysis. Also, the dynamic tests of rubber mount subjected to static load are carried out to measure the support load and the dynamic stiffness. Finally, the predictions of FEA and the results of experiments are compared.

Steering systea is a typical component that nay injure the driver at a frontal collision accident. To protect the driver from the impact, it is very impotant to study the impact absorbing characteristics of steering system. The dynamic simulation and the FMVSS 203 test were performed for the ball sleeve type impact absorbing steering systea of DaeWoo Motor Co.. The simulation result shows similar trend to FMVSS 203 test result. Hence using the simulation program developed in this study, it is possible to predict dynamic response of steering system which is used in design nodification. Impact absorbing performance of the ball sleeve type steering system with the column angle of 21 ° and 26° satisfies the safety criterion of FMVSS 203.<br/>

인간의 청각기능을 보조하거나 대체할 수 있는 차세대 인공와우기술의 개발은 기존 인공와우의 단점인 잦은 충전, 장애 노출 등을 극복하고 향상된 음감을 전달할 수 있는 기술로서 세계적으로 많은 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 달팽이관의 기저막이 갖는 주파수 분리 기능 및 유모세포(haircell)의 이온채널 작용에 의한 생체 전기신호 발생 기능을 할 수 있는 PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride) 압전 박막형 인공기저막을 설계, 제작 및 시험평가를 하고자 하였다. 생체 기저막과 유사한 주파수 분리 특성을 갖는 사다리꼴 형상의 인공기저막을 제작하고, MEMS 공정을 이용한 전극 증착 및 유체 유동이 가능한 챔버를 형성하였다. 또한 인공기저막의 거동을 측정하기 위하여 비접촉 LDV측정 장비, 스피커, 기준 마이크로폰 등을 사용하여 실험장치를 구성하였다. 기계적 성능시험 결과, PVDF 압전박막형 인공기저막은 입사하는 음파의 주파수 분리를 잘 수행할 수 있음을 실험적으로 입증하였다. Artificial basilar membranes made of PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride) are manufactured using microfabrication processes. The mechanical behavior of PVDF artificial basilar membrane was measured to evaluate its performance as a mechanical frequency analyzer using scanning LDV(laser Doppler vibrometer). The experimental setup consists of the microfabricated artificial basilar membrane, a loud speaker connected to an amplifier for generating acoustic pressure of specific spectral pattern, and a scanning LDV with controlling unit for measuring the displacement of the membrane on the incoming acoustic stimulation. The microfabricated artificial basilar membrane was attached tightly upon a package containing a chamber which can be filled with silicone oil before placed on the experimental setup stage. The experiment results showed that the microfabricated artificial basilar membrane has a property as a mechanical frequency analyzer.
