Adjusted water fluoridation has been disputed because of its various effects on human health. Previous studies have been concerned with the difference in bone mineral density (BMD) between water fluoridated (WF) and none water fluoridated (NWF) districts. The aim of this study is to examine whether water fluoridation affects BMD. BMD was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). 386 adults(174 males and 212 females) in Ansan (WF) district and 399 adults (176 males and 223 females) in Sihwa (NWF) district, participated in this study. The Ansan and Sihwa districts are similar in residential environment and living class. The relationship between serum fluoride concentration and BMD was also examined by analysis of the serum fluoride concentrations from 402 inhabitants of the Ansan district. In females, the BMD of subjects living in Ansan ($0.457{\pm}0.008$) was a little higher than that of Sihwa subjects ($0.446{\pm}0.008$), although it is not significant, after adjusting for BMI, physical activity level, educational achievement, smoking volume, menopause status, and number of births. However, the BMD of Ansan subjects ($0.532{\pm}0.020$) in their forties was statistically higher than that of Sihwa (0.498{\pm}0.019). No relationship was found in males. In residential periods, there was significant difference (Ansan $0.467{\pm}0.013$, Sihwa $0.434{\pm}0.012$, p=0.0125) in the BMD between females of two districts, particularly in the group of over 6 year long-term inhabitants. On the contrary, there was no remarkable difference in males from the two districts. Serum fluoride concentrations in females were associated with BMD, especially in the age group of forties (p=0.0457). No relationship was observed in the male group. Analysis of adult BMD over the age of 20 in a water fluoridated and a none water fluoridated district, confirms more or less a higher BMD in the water fluoridated (WF) district, especially for females. It is assumed that the difference between two districts came somewhat from the effect of water fluoridation.

This study was conducted to examine the workability of LEFC in relation to the types and the mix ratio of different foaming agents. The foam agents act as lightweight aggregates in the concrete matrix and provide an alternative to obtaining the adequate strength level for the foam concrete. The results of the test showed that the synthetic foam agents were able to act properly as replacements for the lightweight aggregates.
인터렉티브 사운드 설치와 사용자 의도 분석에 관한 연구 : 작품 Color note를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 사용자 의도를 의도 범위(intention range)에 따라 정의하고, 이를 다양하게 변화시켜 반영한 인터렉티브 사운드 인스톨레이션을 제안한다. 사용자 의도는 요소(element), 부분(part), 전체(entire) 등의 다양한 계층 범위로 분류하여 정의되었다. 또한, 분류된 각 범위는 서로 소속/포함 관계로 정의되었다. 요소 의도를 반영하기 위해 우리는 사용자의 반응에 따라 색과 음이 인터렉티브하게 표시되는 Color note 라는 인터페이스를 제작하였다. 부분 의도를 반영하기 위해 요소 의도를 화성학 규칙으로 보정하기 위한 화성 정리 방법(HD)을 제안한다. 마지막으로 전체 의도는 요소 의도의 거시적 방향성으로써 추정된다. 추정 기법으로서 칼루엔-뢰브 변환(K-L Transform) 등과 같은 통계적 기법을 적용하였다. 제안한 인터페이스인 Color note 와 다양한 기법들의 유효성을 확인하기 위해, 전시설치가 되었고, 다양한 사용자에게 평가 설문을 시행하였다. 또한, 전체 의도를 표현하기 위해 사용된 다양한 통계적 기법의 만족도를 조사하였다. This work defines user intention according to intention range, and also proposes an interactive sound installation which reflects and varies above features. User intention consists of several decomposition concepts, which are elemental intentions, partial intentions, and a universal intention. And also, each concept is defined as inclusion/affiliation relationship with other concepts. For the representation of elemental intention, we implemented an musical interface, Color note, which represents the colors and notes according to response of participants. We also propose Harmonic Defragmentation (HD), which arranges the partial intentions with harmonic rule. Finally, the universal intention is inferred to the comprehensive direction of elemental intentions. We used Karhunen-Loeve(K-L) Transform for the inference. For verifying the validity of our proposed interface, the "Color Note," and the various techniques, we installed our work and surveyed various users for the evaluation of HD and statistical techniques. Also, we commissioned another survey to find out satisfaction measurement which was used for expressing universal intention.

This paper is focused on flexural bahavior of cement composites reinforced with carbon fibers as a part of research for improving a seismic performance of structures using carbon fiber reinforced concrete(CRFC). Flexural behavior test was conducted on respective specimens reinforced with different fiber length(6mm, 12mm) and contents(0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%). The result of the test showed that the flexural performance of carbon fiber reinforced cement composites are directly proportional to the fiber contents except for the specimen reinforced with 3% carbon fiber.

This study was conducted improve reduction of flexural performance cuased by using acrylic round bar. For the specimen, different fiber contents(0.2%, 0.4%)was used for recycled waste ALC and the bottom ash light weight aggregate respectively to confirm the flexural performance according to the fiber content. The result of the test showed that the specimen with 0.4% fiver content shown to have improvement of flexural performance.

This study was conducted examine the workability of LEFC in relation to unit quantity of water and fiber addition. The LEFC should secure low weight and good flow by mixing light weight aggregate because the fresh concrete should cured so that gaps do not form between the acrlyic wedges and the concrete with the fresh. The slump tests revealed that fresh concrete with 180 units of water and 0.1% fiber content and fresh concrete with 190 units of water and 0.1%, 0.2% fiber content respectively had excellent workability.
증강현실 몰입에 대한 현존감 및 정서적 애착과 주의집중의 매개효과 연구

본 연구는 증강현실 게임의 참여와 몰입 사이에 영향을 미치는 매개변인을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 참여로부터 형성되는 정서적 애착과 주의집중이 현존감에 대해 나타내는 매개효과와, 현존감이 몰입에 대해 나타내는 매개효과를 통해 참여와 몰입의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 포켓몬 고 게임이용자를 대상으로 온라인설문을 실시하였다. 증강현실몰입(Augmented Reality Immersion) 설문척도를 번역한 설문조사를 통해 총 200부의 설문응답을 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 23.0과 Mplus 7.0 프로그램을 사용하여 문항내적합치도(Cronbach’s α) 계수를 통해 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하고 정규분포 충족 여부에 의해 모형 적합도를 확인한 후, 경로분석을 실시하여 각 변인 간 인과관계와 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 참여와 몰입의 관계에서는 직접적 인과관계를 보이지 않았으나 증강현실 게임 참여가 현존감과 몰입에 도달하는 과정에서 정서적 애착과 주의집중이 매개가 되었을 때 인과관계가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 증강현실 게임의 참여에서 몰입으로 향하는 과정에 참여자의 정서적 애착과 주의 집중 상태가 주요한 요인으로 작용함을 체계적으로 설명함으로써 인간과 상호작용하는 증강현실 기술의 발전에 있어서 고려해야 할 요소를 밝혀낸 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. This study aims to investigate the influence of engagement of augmented reality game on immersion. The relationship between engagement and flow was examined through the mediating effects of emotional attachment and focus of attention on presence and the mediating effects of presence on flow. In order to verify the research hypothesis, online questionnaire was conducted with the consent of Pokémon Go game user group. The questionnaire items were translated from the Augmented Reality Immersion Questionnaire. A total of 200 questionnaires were collected and used for analysis. Using the SPSS 23.0 program and the Mplus 7.0 program, the reliability of the scale was confirmed through the Cronbach’s coefficient and the causal relationship and the mediating effects were verified by path analysis. As a result, there was no direct causal relationship between engagement and flow. However, causal relationship was evident when emotional attachment and focus of attention were mediated in the process of engagement in augmented reality game. In conclusion, systematic explanations of participant’s emotional attachment and attentional state as a main factor in the process of participating in the augmented reality game involvement, reveal the elements to be noticed by the augmented reality game.
