        키토산을 이용한 침출수 중의 중금속이온 흡착

        In this study chitosan extracted from shrimp`s shell and it was coagulated and adsorbated with treated leachate from the effluent of second sedimentation in order to check the removal rate of the COD, T-N, T-P, Color and heavy metal ions. The adsorption capacity between 90% and 82% D.A.C. is almost same. And the adsorption capacity of chitosan was Pb(II)> Cu(II)> Cr(VI)> Cd(II)> Zn(II)> Mn(II) at the range of pH 2∼6. The removal rate of each heavy metal was above 85% at pH 2. The reaction completed all about within 10 minute and there after it was slowly increasing the rate of removal. Cr(VI) removal rate was decreased upon pH coming up. In mixed solution, the heavy metal adsorption rate was above 70% at pH 2, and it was above 95% because of the hydroxide sedimentation at pH 12. Chitosan was so good as for the absorbent that the Freundlich`s adsorption isotherm in partly at high heavy metal concentration. COD in leachate was increased at pH 2 condition and maximum removal rate was 36% at pH 4. The maximum removal rate of T-N was 41% at pH 4 and at the other pH range it was about 15-25%. T-P was generally removed about 50% at the acid condition and the maximum removal rate is 73.7% by the 90% D.A.C. The removal rate of color was about 20% higher in 30 than 60 minutes reacted and the maximum color removal rate was 83% in 60min and pH 4. The removal rate of heavy metal was lower in the mixed solution than that of the single solution.

        공유자 우선매수권의 행사 및 그 악용에 대한 대처방안

        민사집행법 제140조에서 규정하고 있는 공유자 우선매수권은 같은 매수신고 가격이면 공유자에서 우선권을 주어 그에게 매각하는 것으로, 새로운 사람이 공유자가 됨으로써 공유물 전체를 이용, 관리함에 있어 공유자들 간에 이견이 생겨 불편할 수 있으므로 기존의 공유자에게 우선적으로 매수할 수 있는 기회를 부여한 것이다. 그런데 공유자가 우선매수권 제도를 이용하여 매각기일 이전에 우선매수신고만 하여 일반인들이 매수신고를 꺼릴 만한 상황을 만들어 놓은 뒤, 다른 매수신고인이 없는 때에는 매수신청 보증금을 납부하지 아니하는 방법으로 유찰이 되게 하였다가 최저매각가격이 저감된 매각기일에 다른 매수신고인이 나타나면 그때 비로소 우선매수권을 행사하며 보증금을 납부하는 등으로 우선매수권 행사를 악용 또는 남용하는 사례가 종종 발생하였다. 그럼에도 실제 경매 실무에서는 이에 대해 어떠한 제제도 하지 못하고 묵인하는 상태였는데, 대상판결에서는 이런 공유자에게 ‘매각의 적정한 실시를 방해한 사람’에 해당한다며 매각을 불허하였다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있는 판결이라 할 것이다. 다만, 매수신고를 하고도 몇 번 정도의 보증금을 제공하지 않고 유찰시켜야만 ‘방해’라고 볼 수 있는가에 대한 구체적인 기준을 제시하지 않는 점은 다소 아쉬움이 남는다. 사견으로는 이러한 구체적인 기준을 보완하기 위해 객관적 자료를 확보할 필요가 있다고 생각되고, 그러기 위해서는 경매 실무가 다음과 같이 개선되어 진행되어야 할 것이다. 즉, 공유자가 사전에 매수신고를 하였으나 다른 매수신고인이 없는 경우에도 집행관은 공유자를 최고가매수신고인으로 호창하고 매수의사를 확인하여 보증금을 제공할 기회를 주고 그럼에도 공유자가 보증금을 제공하지 않는다면 이를 매각기일조서에 기재하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 그 후 다음 매각기일에 공유자가 다시 우선매수권을 행사하면 위의 자료를 근거로 ‘매각의 적정한 실시를 방해’한 것으로 보아 매각불허가결정을 하면 될 것이다. The right of first refusal by co-tenants, which is set forth under section 140 of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Law, gives priority to a co-owner in foreclosure sales, to the extent that the co-tenant is willing to match the proposed foreclosure purchase amount. It is designed to minimize the inconvenience and the disagreements to be caused by forcing a new co-owner upon other co-owners. However, there emerged situations where a co-owner abused this right by simply issuing an intent to excercise this right before the foreclosure date, thereby causing other participants to be reluctant in their efforts. The co-owner then chose not to pay the deposit if there were no other participants, nullifying the foreclosure event. After the minimum amount dropped as a result of this, and a new applicant showed up, he or she then finally exercised the right by making a deposit payment. Despite this sort of abuse, there had been no counter-measures in practice until the case discussed in this paper. The case at issue is therefore significant as it holds that such co-owners are deemed “persons who have obstructed the process of foreclosure” and disqualified to participate in the foreclosure. It is regretful that this holding does not contain detailed guidelines as to how many times of such abuses will disqualify such co-owners. In my opinion, we need to gather data on this issue in order to come up with a detailed guideline, and the following shall be adopted in practice in preparation of the same. If a co-owner files his intention to purchase and there are no other applicants, the enforcement officer shall designate the co-owner as the final applicant and give him the chance to make a deposit. If the co-owner fails to pay the deposit, such failure must be recorded on the foreclosure log. If the co-owner repeats the same step.

        대장 및 소장에 병발한 악성 임파종

        This paper describes a unique case of concurrent malignant lymphoma of the colon and small intestine. Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma primarily confined to gastrointestinal tract is relatively rare disease, and the concurrent lymphoma of colon and small bowel is very rare in reported cases. We experienced of malignant lymphoma of entire ileum and colon, especially cecum. Ileum was widely involved, and colonic lumen was stricture and mucosal fold was destructed by polypoid mass and ulceration. He was expired due to ileal perforation. We report this case with a review of the literature.

        Hepatoblastoma is a distinctive tumor of the liver composed predominantly of hepatocytes of varying degree of maturity and occurs mostly in children under the age of 4 years. Hepatoblastoma in the adult is a very rare clinlcal entity. There is no reported hepatoblastoma in the adult in the Korean literature. The usual course of this disease in adults is one of a relavively rapid downhill course and the prognosis is extremely poor. We report a case of hepatoblastoma in a pregnant woman with a review of the literature.
