혁명적 낭만주의로 본 임화의 시관

본 연구는 1930년대 중·후반 임화의 시론과 그의 시, 그가 비평의 대상으로 삼은 작품을 비교 분석하는 작업을 통해 임화가 창조하고 체현하고자 한 시관과 특성이 무엇인지 역추적하는 작업이다. 임화는 서정주의 「서풍부」와 안용만의 「강동의 품」, 윤곤강의 「희망」을 각각 현실이 고매한 상태에 도달한 시, 민족성과 향토에 대한 사랑이 잘 드러난 시, 아이러니와 패러독스로 시정신을 담보한 시라고 극찬한다. 이를 통해 임화가 경향시에서 사상성과 계급성뿐 아니라 내용과 형식의 통일을 중요시하고 경향시를 역사적인 의미의 전체적인 시로 발전시키기 위해 노력했다는 것을 알 수 있다. 임화가 비판한 정지용의 「고향」과 신석정의 「밤이여, 그것은 단조(單調)한 비극(悲劇)이 아니다」의 작품 분석을 통해서는 그가 시인의 대상적 실천과 관계된 부분을 매우 중요하게 생각한다는 것을 역추적할 수 있다. 임화가 중요하게 생각하는 혁명적 낭만주의와 주체의 실천적 모습을 이들 시에서 찾을 수 없는데 이것으로서 임화 시론의 중심 줄기는 시대 정신을 반영할 뿐만 아니라 실천이 전제된 생활이 담보돼야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 방언을 시어로 선택한 백석의 시를 거론하지 않은 것을 통해 방언은 시가 담당해야 할 사회적 기능을 수행할 수 없으며, 임화에게 민족어로서의 시어는 역사성과 계급의식을 드러내는 현실 반영의 수단이자 혁명적 교화기능까지 수행하는 도구여야 함을 알 수 있다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 1930년대 중·후반 임화의 이데올로기는 시론의 추진력을 부여했으며. 그의 시관은 현실과 생활, 그에 따른 시대정신의 중요성을 강조하면서도 시의 속성으로서 혁명적 낭만주의, 감정, 고매한 시정신과 수단으로서 언어를 중시했다는 것을 알 수 있다. This study tries to understand what Mr. Im Hwa tries to create and realize with his works by analyzing and comparing his works on his views on the poem and his critical view on the other`s works. Im Hwa has highly praised the “Seopungbu” of Suh, Jeong-ju, “Dream of Gangdong” of Ahn, Yong-man and “Hope” of Yoon, Gon-gang as the poems which put the reality to the ultimate state, well expressed the love of ethnic people and homeland and used the irony and paradox in a poetic way. Through the analysis of his criticisms on the poems, we can understand that Im Hwa has put priority on not only ideology and classes but also the uniformity in contents and style and that he had made effort to develop the trendy poems to the poem having the historical meaning and total meaning. The findings of the analysis of his criticism on “Home town” of Jung Ji-yong and “Night is not the monotonous tragedy” of Shin Seok-jeong, we can find out that he put great emphasis on the poet`s relation to the practices. The revolutionary romanticism and the subject`s practical appearance which Im Hwa put emphasis on cannot be found in these poems. This shows that the critical point of Im Ho`s view on the poem reflects not only the spirit of the time but also that the practice should be the basis for them. In addition, the fact that he did not take care of the poem of Baek Seok, who selected the dialect as the words for poem shows that the words for poem is not only the means for him to show the history and recognition of class but also the means for revolutionary educational functions. These analyses show that the ideology has granted the power to his views on poems and that his view on poem has put emphasis on not only the importance of reality, life and spirit of times but also language as means for revolutionary romanticism, emotion and highly esteemed poetic spirit.

무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 모니터링 센서 로봇 시스템

본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크을 활용한 모니터링 센서 로봇 제어 시스템 응용에 대해서 기술한다. 저전력, 초경량의 모니터링 센서 로봇을 통해서 주변 환경을 원격 감지하며, 로봇간의 ad-hoc networking을 통하여 모니터링 센서 로봇의 방향 및 속도를 제어하도록 하였다. 이러한 무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 모니터링 센서 로봇 시스템은 인간의 접근이 어려운 유해 환경이나 공장, 발전소 등의 위험지역에서 원격 관찰 및 탐지 등의 목적으로 활용 될 수 있다. This paper deals with monitoring sensor robot control system for the application of wireless sensor network. In order to control the direction and speed of robot via remote sensing environment, low power, low weight sensors with ad-hoc networking between robots' sensors have been used. These wireless sensor network based robot monitoring system can be used for remote observation and detection of robots in the areas such as factories, power plants and other dangerous areas which are difficult for human access.

정보통신망침입죄에서 정보통신망 개념과 실행의 착수

사이버범죄 중 대표적 범죄유형인 정보통신망침입죄는 악성프로그램전달유포죄와 같이 다른 범죄를 실행하기 위한 통로로서 행해지는 기본적 범죄유형이다. 정보통신망법은 정보통신망침입행위를 금지하고 있고 이를 위반한 경우 처벌규정을 두고 있다. 그런데 악성프로그램전달유포죄 또는 정보통신망장애죄와는 달리 정보통신망침입행위에 대해서는 미수범 처벌규정을 두고 있다. 형법상 주거침입죄의 경우 신체의 침입을 전제로 하기에 실행의 착수, 미수와 기수시기에 대하여 비교적 정확한 판단을 내릴 수 있지만, 정보통신망침입죄의 경우 접근행위와 침입의 결과는 정보통신망의 기술적 방법에 의해 이루어지기 때문에 정확한 판단을 내리기 어렵다. 더욱이 실행의 착수시기와 기수시기가 비교적 짧은 시간에 이루어지는 경우가 많기 때문에 더욱 그러하다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신망침입죄의 실행의 착수시기가 언제인지를 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 정보통신망침입죄의 실행의 착수시기는 정보통신망에 접근한 때이며, 본죄의 기수시기는 정보통신망에 침입했을 때, 즉 정보통신망의 자원을 임의로 사용할 수 있을 상태가 되었을 때라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 외국의 입법례와는 달리 정보통신망법은 본죄의 행위객체 즉 침입대상은 정보통신망이라고 규정하고 있다. 정보통신망의 개념을 분석해보면 정보처리관련성, 통신체계성과 연결성이 있는 경우 정보통신망에 해당한다고 볼 수 있는데, 이렇게 분석할 경우 정보통신망의 개념이 지나치게 넓어질 수 있다고 생각한다. 특히 일상생활에서 자주 사용되는 무선랜을 고려하면 더욱 그러하다. 따라서 정보통신망에 대하여 제한적 해석을 하거나 입법적으로 정보통신망 대신에 컴퓨터 시스템으로 개정하는 것이 바람직하다. 본죄의 착수시기에 대한 주관적 객관설의 관점에서 실행의 착수시기를 ‘정보통신망에 접근한 때’라고 보더라도 정보통신의 기술적 관점에서 구체적으로 볼 필요가 있다. 몇 가지 기술적 유형에 대하여 분석한 결과 스캐닝, 취약성평가와 열거, 키로깅 등의 기술적 공격방법은 실행의 착수를 인정하기는 어렵지만, 부분적으로 사회공학적 방법이나 백도어설치의 경우에는 실행의 착수를 인정할 수 있다고 생각한다. 공격기술의 발전에 따라 다양한 공격유형이 나올 것으로 예상된다. 이에 대한 후속적 연구가 있기를 기대한다. Act on Information Protection prescribes “intrusion on an information and communications network” in Article 48 that “No one shall intrude on an information and communications network without a rightful authority for access or beyond a permitted authority for access.” A violation of this section generally requires that the defendant actually access a computer without of authorization or in excess of authorization. Intrusion on an information and communications network is a crime the base path for running a cyber crime. The law provides that both trespassing and a criminal attempt shall be punished. The topic of this paper is when is intrusion of implementation of the time. Attempts to commit the crimes covered in Article 72 are also criminal acts. In conclusion, when access to the communication networks, attempts to commit the crimes. In addition, Considering the common wireless LAN, I think the concept of information networks is unduly broaden concept. I recommended that limited interpretation on information networks or revise computer instead of into the system. After analysis of several technical type, technical method of attack -the types of scanning, vulnerability assessment and, key logging- is difficult to admit to the beginning of crimes. but back door or methods of social engineering can be evaluated as a starting.

Most adult-onset cardiovascular diseases are associated with age-related vascular dysfunction which is mainly a result of reduced NO production in endothelial cells. It was investigated that the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) on age-related vascular dysfunction. To this purpose, the antioxidant activity of COS, that is, the reduction of DPPH radicals and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation were measured. And the change in NO production content in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells were also measured. COS showed good antioxidant activity, that is, the reduction of DPPH radicals and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. And chitosan oligosaccharide also increased the NO production. In this conclusion, COS was a good antioxidant and would have a protective effect on vascular dysfunction via increasing NO production in endothelial cells.

원격 제어 시스템에서의 신경망을 이용한 시간 지연 보상 제어기 설계

본 논문에서는 원격제어 시스템의 시간지연 문제를 분석하고 그 문제를 신경망으로 보상한다. 스미스 예측기는 시간지연시스템에서 정확한 모델을 필요로 한다. 스미스 예측기의 모델링 오차를 보상하기 위해 신경회로망을 사용한다. 스미스 예측기를 구성하기 위해 Radial Basis Function(RBF) 신경회로망이 사용된다. 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법의 동작을 검증한다. In this paper, a time-delay problem of a tele-operated control system is investigated and compensated by neural network. The smith predictor requires an exact system model to deal with a time-delay in the system. To compensate for modeling errors in the configuration of the Smith predictor, a neural network approach is presented. Based on forming the Smith predictor structure, the radial basis function(RBF) neural network estimator is used. Simulation and experimental studies are conducted to show the functionality of the proposed method.

A rebate is an amount paid by way of reduction, return, or refund on what has already been paid or contributed. It is a type of sales promotion marketers use primarily as incentives or supplements to product sales. But a rebate in drug manufacturers is not positive meanings but negative meanings. But Pharmaceuticals Rebate are deemed to be unethical practices of concerned sectors, threatens to distort the patient`s right to choose, to waste health care budget of government. To crackdown on unlawful drug marketing activities, A new bill, which orders lowering drug prices when drug makers are caught for unfair trading, has been enforced 2010. In times past, there were no legal grounds to punish doctors and pharmacists for taking kickbacks in connection with drug transactions. An effective approach calls for dual punishment on both the giving and receiving ends of illegal rebates. To address this problem, lawmakers have proposed bills that would make doctors and pharmacists subject to punishment for taking illicit money. I expect that an exclusive prosecutor will respond to cases more promptly, imposing sanctions against them and pledging to eradicate illegal practices in the drug industry. Pharmaceutical companies should to refrain from using rebates as a marketing tool.

머드 마스크팩 특성요인과 재구매 의도 관계에서 고객만족의 조절효과 연구

본 연구의 목적은 머드 마스크 팩의 특성 요인에 따른 재구매 의도가 고객 만족의 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 설문지 배부를 통해 회수된 225부의 설문을 최종분석하였다. 분석 결과 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 경로가 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인의 하위요인별 친환경제품, 디자인, 효능효과, 제품력이 재구매 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객만족이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 고객만족은 재구매 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객만족이 높을수록 재구매 의도가 높아지는 것을 의미한다. 머드마스크 팩 특성요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에서 고객만족의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 추가적으로 투입된 상호작용 변수로써 제품력과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.148, p<.05), 가격과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.163, p<.01), 디자인과 고객만족의 상호작용변수(β=.236, p<.01), 브랜드력과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.176, p<.05)가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나, 고객만족은 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인의 하위요인별 제품력, 가격, 디자인, 브랜드력과 재구매 의도 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify whether the intention to repurchase according to the characteristic factors of the mud mask pack affects customer satisfaction. The final analysis was performed on 225 collected surveys through the distribution of questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the path that analyzed the effect of mud mask pack characteristic factors on repurchase intention had a significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention by sub-factors of mud mask pack characteristic factors. As a result of analyzing the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, it was found that customer satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. This means that the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the repurchase intention. As a result of analyzing the moderating effect of customer satisfaction in the effect of mud mask pack characteristic factors on repurchase intention, as an additional input interaction variable, the interaction variable between product power and customer satisfaction (β=.148, p<.05), price and customer satisfaction interaction variables (β= .163, p<.01), design and customer satisfaction interaction variables (β=.236, p<.01) Interaction variables between brand power and customer satisfaction (β=.176, p<.05) was found to be statistically significant, and customer satisfaction was found to control the relationship between product power, price, design, brand power, and repurchase intention by sub-factors of mud mask pack characteristics.
