호텔기업의 고객 보상프로그램이 고객시민행동 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 서비스상황에서 고객을 부분적 종사원으로 보는 것이 타당하다는 연구를 바탕으로 고객보상프로그램이 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향, 고객시민행동이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향, 그리고 부가적으로 고객보상프로그램이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 고객시민행동의 매개효과에 대해 실증적으로 연구한 것으로 분석결과 고객보상프로그램은 고객시민행동에 대해 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미쳤으며 고객시민행동은 재구매의도에 있어 고객시민행동의 하위변수인 고객애호도 및 고객참여만이 유의한 영향관계를 보였으며 고객협조는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 더불어 고객시민행동의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 고객시민행동의 하부요인인 고객참여 및 고객협조는 부분매개효과를 고객애호도는 완전매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 호텔기업에서는 공정성에 바탕을 둔 고객보상프로그램을 제시하여야 하며 더불어 다양한 고객지원 프로그램을 개발하여 고객시민행동을 강화시켜야 할 것이다. Customer and employees constitute the human resource of the service organization. Customers often perform the work that employees might otherwise perform, so that customers may even replace employees in service-based organization. Previous research has proposed that service organizations should really view customers, at least in some senses, as organizational members or employees. Based on these descriptions, it is possible that service customers can exhibit citizenship behaviors like employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between customer reward program and two important subordinate behaviors: customer citizenship behaviors: customer loyalty, cooperation and participation) and repurchase intention. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, results showed that customer reward program hid significant influence on the customer citizenship behavior. Second, the customer loyalty and cooperation hid influence on the repurchase intentions. but customer participation did not effect on the repurchase intentions. Based on the results, hotel firms have to consider its customer as a promoter, human resource and organizational consultant. And they should develop strategies that reinforce customer citizenship behavior.

Nd₂O₃ 첨가에 따른 Mn-Zn ferrite의 고주파 특성에 관한 연구

The effects of$ Nd_2$$O_3$addition on the properties of Mn-Zn ferrite were investigated in the doping concentration range from 0.05 to 0.25 wt%. All samples were prepared by standard fabrication of ferrite ceramics. With increasing the Neodymium oxides, specific density and initial permeability increased on the whole. But, the tendencies such as upper result had the measured value on limitation and characteristics saturated or decreased properties after that. With increasing the content of Neodymium oxides. both the real and imaginary component of complex permeability and the magnetic loss(tan$\delta$) increased. Because reason that magnetic loss increases is high ratio that a real department increases than imaginary department. Magnetic loss increased none the less for increasing the real department related with magnetic permeability. But, the magnetic loss of ferrite doped with the Neodymium oxides were lower than that of none doped Mn-Zn ferrite. The small amount of percent Neodymium oxides in Mn-Zn ferrite composition led to enhancement of resistivity in bulk, and more so in the grain boundary.

명암 가중치를 이용한 반복 수렴 공간 모멘트기반 눈동자의 시선 추적

본 논문에서는 명암 가중치를 적용한 반복 공간 모멘트를 이용하여 복잡한 배경에서 사용자의 눈을 정확히 추출하고 추적할 수 있는 눈 추적 시스템을 제안한다. CCD 카메라를 활용하여 촬영한 입력영상으로부터 눈 영역을 찾기 전에 관심영역을 최소화하기 위하여 Haar-like feature를 이용하여 얼굴영역을 검출한다. 그리고 주성분 분석의 고유 얼굴 기반인 고유 눈을 이용하여 눈 영역을 검출 한다. 또한 눈 영역에서 가장 어두운 부분으로부터 눈의 좌 우 상 하 끝점인 특징 점을 찾고, 명암 가중치를 적용한 반복 수렴 공간 모멘트를 이용하여 정확한 눈동자의 시선추적을 확인하였다. In this paper, an eye tracking method is presented by using on iterated spatial moment adapting weighted gray level that can accurately detect and track user's eyes under the complicated background. The region of face is detected by using Haar-like feature before extracting region of eyes to minimize an region of interest from the input picture of CCD camera. And the region of eyes is detected by using eigeneye based on the eigenface of Principal component analysis. Also, feature points of eyes are detected from darkest part in the region of eyes. The tracking of eyes is achieved correctly by using iterated spatial moment adapting weighted gray level.

GSM용 적층형 저역통과필터와 RF 다이오드 스위치의 설계

Ansoft HFSS와 Serenade를 사용하여, 적층형 저역통과필터(LPF)와 RF 다이오드 스위치를 설계하였다. RF diode switch의 등가회로를 참고한 시뮬레이션은 송신모드 (Transmit mode)일 때 다이오드를 인덕터(Inductor)로 등가 회로화 하였고, 수신모드(Receive mode) 일때는 다이오드를 커패시터(Capacitor)로 변환하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 적측형 RF diode 설계는 소자 와 수축률 변화를 고려하여 수행하였다. Using Ansoft HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator) and Serenade(circuit simulator), multilayer LPF and RF diode switch for GSM were designed. Diodes were transformed the inductor and capacitor in Tx and Rx for the simulation of equivalent circuit, respectively. In particular, the design of the simulation for multilayer RF diode switch was carried out with considering the variance of device and contraction percentage.

너치와 아이솔레이션을 활용한 CDMA와 W-CDMA 듀얼밴드용 유전체 듀플렉셔와 밴드패스 필터의 설계 및 제작

너치와 아이솔레이션을 활용하여 제작한 CDMA와 WCDMA 듀얼밴드용 유전체 듀플렉셔와 밴드패스필터의 삽입손실과 이아솔레이션을 조사하였다. 측정한 최저 삽입손실과 분리도는 CDMA 밴드에서 -2.1708dB와 45dB, WCDMA 밴드에서 -2.6946dB와 100dB를 각각 보여주고 있다. 이러한 특성으로부터 제작된 듀플렉셔와 밴드패스 필터는 CDMA와 WCDMA 듀얼밴드에서 감쇠의 증가와 간섭을 감소시키는 역할을 할 것이다. Using the notch and isolation, we investigated the insertion loss and isolation characterics of the fabricated dielectric duplexers and bandpass filters for CDMA and W-CDMA dualband. Insertion loss(Tx band) and isolation(between Tx and Rx) of duplxer were about -2.1708dB and 45dB at CDMA band, respectively. Also, in the case of W-CDMA, the insertion loss(Tx band) and isolation(between Tx and Rx) showed about -2.6946 and 100dB, respectively. Summering the aboved results, fabricated the dielectric duplexers and bandpass filters will be contributed the increase of atttenuation and the decrease of interference at CDMA and W-CDMA dualband.

아이솔레이터를 장착한 Cellular와 DCS 밴드용 유전체 필터의 설계 및 제작

셀룰라 수신(824~849 MHz)대역에서 삽입손실, 리플, 반사손실은 각각 -1.7093dB, 0.9162dB, -24.762dB를 보여준 반면, 송신(869~894 MHz)대역에서는 각각 -1.8021dB, 0.9615dB, -22.258dB를 나타내었다. 한편, DCS 수신(1710~1785 MHz)대역에서 삽입손실, 리플, 반사손실은 각각 -2.0149dB, 1.5163dB, -34.046dB를 확인할 수 있었으며, 송신(1805~1880 MHz)대역에서는 -1.5894dB, 2.3742dB, -33.058dB값을 각각 보여주었다. 특히, 밴드대역 엣지로부터 5MHz 떨어진 주파수에서의 감쇠는 셀룰라 수신 대역에서 -9.1399dB와 -14.336dB, 송신대역에서 -7.0343dB와 -5.2943dB를 각각 보였다. 상대 송신단으로부터 DCS 수신대역에서의 감쇠는 각각 -58.298dB와 -65.644dB를 나타낸 반면에, 상대 수신단으로부터 DCS 송신대역에서는 각각 -70.659dB와 -50.488dB를 각각 나타내었다. 위 결과로부터 아이솔레이터를 장착한 Cellular와 DCS 밴드용 유전체 필터는 좋은 스커트 특성과 평탄도를 보여줌을 확인하였다. Insertion loss, ripple, and return loss were -1.7093dB, 0.9162dB, and -24.762dB with Cellular Rx(824~849 MHz), -1.8021dB, 0.9615dB, and -22.258 with Tx(869~894 MHz), repectively. On the other hand, insertion loss, ripple, and return loss were -2.0149dB, 1.5163dB, and -34.046 dB with DCS Rx(1710~1785 MHz), -1.5894dB, 2.3742dB, and -33.058dB with Tx(1805~1880 MHz), respectively. In the particular, the attenuations in 5MHz edge of band width were -9.1399dB and -14.336dB with Cellular Rx, -7.0343dB and -5.2943dB with Cellualr Tx, respectively. The attenuations of DCS Rx from the relative Tx were -58.298dB and -65.644dB, respectively. On the other hand, those of DCS Tx from the relative Rx were -70.659dB and -50.488dB, respectively. From the aboved results, the dielectric filters for Celluar and DCS band with Isolator showed the good skirt and ripple characterics.

소셜 미디어 빅데이터 분석을 통한 복합리조트 인식에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석을 통해 국민들이 복합리조트에 대한 인식이 어떠한지를 알아보고자 2018년 11월 26일부터 2019년 11월 26일까지 1년 동안 정보의 접근이 용이한 네이버와 다음에서 복합 리조트가 일반적인 의미로 어떻게 검색되고 있는지 알아보았다. 그리고 수집된 빅데이터를 활용하여 텍스트를 수집하고 정제, 분석, 시각화의 과정을 통해 정보를 도출하였다. 복합리조트 관련 주요 키워드 전체 네트워크를 분석한 결과 네트워크 중심에는 복합 리조트와 영종도로 나타났다. 또한 중심부의 주변위치에는 테마파크, 카지노, 리조트, 호텔 등이 존재하였다. 이것은 한국의 복합리조트는 숙박시설을 기반으로 한 테마파크와 카지노를 포함한 시설로 복합리조트를 인식하고 있다는 것이다. 다음으로 네트워크분석의 가장자리에는 가족, 객실, 여행, 바다, 펜션 등의 키워드가 위치하였다. 이것은 복합 리조트를 검색하는 고객들의 관심은 가족단위의 관광에 중심이 되고 있다는 것이다. 결론적으로 복합리조트에 대한 국민들의 인식은 인천을 중심으로 개발예정인 복합리조트에 대한 관심이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 복합리조트의 기능 중 카지노, 테마파크, 숙박시설 등 한국과 근접한 마카오나 필리핀 등의 복합리조트의 기능을 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 접근성이 뛰어나 많은 방문경험에 의한 것으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 현재 복합리조트가 내륙이 아닌 인천이나 제주도 등 바닷가에 위치하고 있어 복합리조트의 설립위치를 바닷가로 인식하고 있으며, 또한 가족 단위로 즐길 수 있는 체험위주의 시설로 인식하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 복합리조트가 고용창출 등 긍정적인 산업효과가 있는 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 복합리조트를 개발함에 있어 카지노, 테마파크, 마이스 등 복합리조트의 메인 기능중 하나를 설정하여 포지셔닝을 하여야 할 것이며, 특히 가족단위 관광객들이 즐길 수 있는 다양한 체험시설을 포함한 복합리조트로 개발하여야 할 것이다. This study observed how the general meanings of integrated resorts are searched for in Naver and Daum, which allow easy access to information, from November 26, 2018 to November 26, 2019 to observe how people perceive integrated resorts through big data analytics. Also, it collected texts using the collected big data and deduced information through a process of refinement, analysis, and visualization. Analysis of the full network of integrated resort-related major keywords showed that integrated resort and Yeongjongdo Island appeared in the center of the network. Also, theme park, casino, resort, and hotel existed in surrounding areas of the core. This means that the integrated resorts of Korea are perceived as facilities that include theme parks and casinos based on lodging facilities. Next, the keywords of family, room, trip, ocean, and pension were located at the edges of the network analysis. This shows that the interests of clients searching for integrated resorts are focused on family tourism. Conclusively, the perceptions of people regarding integrated resorts show a lot of interest in integrated resorts that are in the midst of development plans focusing on Incheon and in particular, when considering integrated resort functions, people thought of the functions of integrated resorts that are seen in Macao or the Philippines, which are close to Korea, such as casinos, theme parks, and lodging facilities. This can be seen to be because of frequent visiting experiences due to easy accessibility. Also, current integrated resorts are located not inland but by the ocean such as in places such as Incheon or Jejudo so the establishment locations of integrated resorts are perceived to be by the ocean and they are perceived as experience-focused facilities where families can have fun together. Lastly, integrated resorts are perceived to have positive industrial effects such as job creation. Therefore, the development of future integrated resorts should establish a main function such as a casino, theme park, or MICE, and work on positioning and in particular, they should be developed as integrated resorts that include diverse experience facilities that tourists can enjoy as family units.

K-PCS와 W-CDMA 듀얼밴드용 유전체 듀플렉서와 밴드패스 필터의 설계 및 제작

The K-PCS and W-CDMA dual band dielectric duplexer and bandpass filters have been designed and fabricated. The dual band duplexer consists of the separate monoblock K-PCS and W-CDMA duplexers using common antenna port. The coupling capacitance and I/O impedance matching have been designed to minimize the cross interference between the bands. Isolations of crosspoint between Tx and Rx in K-PCS and W-CDMA dualband were about 47 dB and 100 dB, respectively. On the other hand, isolations of Tx and Rx in K-PCS and W-CDMA were about 66 dB and 65 dB, respectively. The difference between 47 dB and 100 dB originated from the different center frequencies in Tx and Rx of K-PCS and W-CDMA bands. The coupling capacitance of the bandwidth, I/O capacitance of I/O matching and impedance matching, and various capacitances were important role to fabricate the dielectric duplexer and bandpass filters.

연구호텔고객이 지각하는 상호작용품질이 관계결속과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 : 신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study have three purposes. The first is to examine the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment. The second is to examine the relationship between relational commitment and intent to relationship continuity. The third is to examine the moderating effect of trust on the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, results showed that interactional quality had significant influence on relational commitment. Second, results showed that relational commitment had significant influence on intent to relationship continuity. Third, the moderating effect of trust on the relationship between interactional quality and relational commitment had not influence. So trust is not moderator variables, but independent variables of intent to relationship continuity.

Tumoral calcinosis is rarely encountered disease, and most of reported cases involved large joints such as hip or elbow. We report two patients with tumoral calcinosis in the foot. In the 1st case, the lesion was observed at the 1st MP joint of foot, and in the 2nd case it was found at the DIP joint of 5th toe area with bony erosion which is rare in other tumoral calcinosis. They all needed evaluation with MRI, and eventually surgical excision.
