        돌봄제공자가 인지한 치매노인의 문제행동 연구

        Behavioral symptoms are frequent and problematic components of dementia. The aim of this study was to detect behavioral problem of the 25 item of dementia problem behaviour(DPB)assesment scale for demented older adults. Seventy-three patients with dementia staying in the day care center, group home, dementia hospital, nursing home were recruited data on problematic behavior obtained through interviews with their caregiver during 2 months from March to May 2004. Results shows that problematic behaviors common occurring in 95% of subjects. The most frequently exhibited problematic behaviors were repetitive movement(1.05), repetitive questions(1.03), restlessness(1.0). indifference(0.97). shouting/screaming(0.92). Problematic Behaviors of the demented older adults were closely associated to the distress for caregiver. Most distressful ones for caregivers were repetitive questions(1.46), repetitive movement(1.42), shouting/screaming (1.42), indifference(1.41). restlessness(1.41). Problematic Behaviors of the demented older adults were divided into six subdivisions, among those restless behavior was positively correlated with aggressive behavior, nervous symptom and psychotic symptom. and then nervous symptom was interrelated to psychotic symptom(P<0.01). This study has limitation that field study data were derived from various primary caregivers.

        디지털 융합시대의 보건복지 인력 대상 직무교육 오픈 플랫폼 도입방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

        우리는 곧 포스트 코로나 시대를 마주하게 될 것이다. 현재, 한국보건복지인력개발원에서 운영 중인 보건복지 인력 대상 직무교육 본래 목적 달성과 교육 일관성 유지를 위한 변화 혁신이 필요한 시점이다. 본 고에서는 보건·복지 직무교육 콘텐츠를 집적하여 효율적·효용성 있는 교육과정 운영을 위한 대안을 찾기 위해 국내·외 문헌고찰을 했다. 이를 통해 오픈 플랫폼 구축 가능성을 점검하고 충분한 대안으로서 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단했다. 오픈 플랫폼의 수요자는 보건복지 서비스 인력(종사자), 전문가(교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 대상 국민, 관련 시민사회단체 등이다. 또한, 제공자(suppliers)는 강사진(연구자, 교수, 관련기관 공직자, 전문가 등), 보건복지개발원을 포함 보건복지 관련 공공기관이 될 것이다. 보건복지 부문 직무교육 오픈 플랫폼 구축을 통해 대상자의 교육 접근성과 학습관리시스템 운영이 가능하겠다, 무엇보다도, 교육 전문가의 업무 중복과 예산 효율화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. It is the post-corona era that we will soon face. It is time to achieve the original purpose of job training for health and welfare personnel operated by the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare and to innovate change to maintain educational consistency. This study reviewed literatures to find alternatives for efficient and effective curriculum operation by integrating contents of health and welfare job education. Through this, we decided to check the possibility of building an open platform and suggest it as a sufficient alternative. It is expected that the establishment of the open platform for job education in the health and welfare sector will enable the education accessibility and the management of the learning management system of the subjects. Above all, it will contribute to the duplication of the education experts and the efficiency of the budget.

        농산어촌 주민의 가족관계 만족도와 스트레스 지각이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        This paper examines the impacts that family relation satisfaction and stress perception have on life satisfaction. The case study involves residents in rural, mountain and fishing village. Another research question is to identify the correlation between satisfaction with family relations and stress perception. In Korea, the increasing rate of suicide due to stress has attracted considerable attention. In previous studies, the research hypothesis included three variables, and the results were as follows: Firstly, residents`s satisfaction of family relations has a positive affect on life satisfaction. Secondly, residents`s stress perception has a negative affect on life satisfaction. Thirdly, the relationship between residents`s satisfaction with family relations and stress perception shows negative correlation. In conclusion, residents`s satisfaction with family relations has a positive affect on life satisfaction and the process of coping with stress. However, the impacts of stress perception diminish the level of life satisfaction. Therefore it is necessary to reinforce family relations and cope with stress in order to enlarge life satisfaction, which is a strategy for health promotion. Thus, the Korean government and NGO should figure out a health promotion behavior mechanism which can enlarge life satisfaction and alleviate stress perception.

        친수 레저시설 이용자의 여가만족도가 스트레스 인식에 미치는 영향

        This paper examines the relationship between leisure(water-friendly) facility user`s satisfaction in leisure and their perception of stress. This article is written in the state of balance called ``homeostasis`` and considers leisure copying strategy a means to protect oneself. Water-friendly leisure facility users use various facilities for their health and leisure. Based on previous studies, the research hypothesis is that users` satisfaction in their leisure activities will have a negative affect on stress perception. The results of this research are as follows: First, users` leisure satisfaction differed among the various types of water-friendly leisure facilities at a statistically significant level. Second, in the case of water-friendly leisure facilities, users` leisure satisfaction had a negative affect on one`s stress perception. According to the research, hot spring & spa along with beach activities have a positive affect on leisure satisfaction. However, in the case of swimming pool users` there was no statistical positive affect. In conclusion, water-friendly leisures that had positive affect should be recommend for users` in order to maintain the homeostasis of positive leisure copying strategy. Also, it is necessary to package the leisure programs as to overcome limitations in satisfaction variation in water-friendly leisure facilities.

        독일경제에서 광고의 역할 및 이에 대한 논쟁 초기~1933년을 중심으로

        본 연구는 19세기 중반 이후 산업화와 더불어 진행된 도시화, 근대화로 인해 증가하는 시장의 익명성 속에서 소비자와 생산자를 이어주는 매체로서 필요성이 커진 광고에 주목하고 있다. 정보기술의 발달과 대중소비시대를 맞아 (1) 정보의 전달과 경쟁의 수단으로, (2) 잠재적 욕구를 일깨워 새로운 고객층을 확보하는 경제의 중요한 지렛대로, (3) 상품이 아닌 이미지를 판매하는 현대사회의 독특한 힘으로, (4) 경기의 조정자로서의 광고가 독일 경제에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보고자 한다. 나아가 광고가 경쟁적 자본주의와 함께 시작된 현대적 현상으로 한 나라의 경제와 사회, 문화적 요인과 밀접함을 확인하고자 한다. 단순히 신문이나 잡지에 상품을 알리며 정보를 전달하던 초기에서부터 세계대공황과 나치의 등장으로 광고가 주춤해지는 1933년까지의 시대적 흐름에 따른 광고의 발전과정과 더불어 산업별, 업종별, 규모별로 본 광고비율과 제품가격 및 경기변동에 미친 광고비의 영향 등을 다루고자 한다. 광고의 순기능에도 불구하고 독일의 본질에 어긋나는 위협적인 것으로, 성숙하지 못한 대중소비를 겨냥한 반문화로 일갈한 일부 역사학파와 보수적인 시민들을 중심으로 경제학적 혹은 반유대주의적, 반미적 시각에서 불러온 독일 특유의 광고에 대한 논쟁을 조명한다. 이로써 광고를 통해 새로운 것을 감지한 대중이 이를 거부함과 동시에 다시 수용하게 하는 문화전달의 또 다른 역할이 있음을 보여준다. 비생산적이라고 비판 받는 광고를 부정적 유대인의 이미지와 결부시킨 것은 유대인이 최대의 광고주인 동시에 최대의 광고매체인 신문사 등의 언론매체를 소유했기 때문이다. 다국적 기업을 중심으로 독일 및 해외시장에서 경쟁관계에 있던 미국에 대한 두려움에서 시작된 반미주의는 미국광고를 기만과 과장된 저급 문화의 산물이라고 비판하였지만, 1912년 이후 오히려 미국의 광고 전략을 수용하였다. 옛 소비패턴을 바꾸며 일상적 삶의 변화를 가져온 광고가 21세기에도 계속되는 정보전달 매체의 기술진보 속에서 어떤 모습으로 변모할 지 기대해본다. This thesis gives attention to an advertising as media which connected the consumer and the producer in the market with a growing anonymity as a result of urbanization, modernization and industrialization since the middle of 19th century. It also considers how did advertising industry affect the German economy facing an age of the development of information technology and mass consumption as: (1) a means of communication and competition (2) an economic lever in order to secure new consumers by stimulating the potential demand (3) a unique power in the modern society which sold the image instead of goods (4) a coordinator of the business fluctuations. Furthermore it will ascertain an intimacy in the advertising industry as a modern phenomenon which has begun with a competitive capitalism between a nation`s economy and economic, social and cultural factors. There are considered the changes of German advertising and a percentage of the advertising cost according to a industry, a business and a size from the early period, which the products just notified in a newspaper or a magazine and gave the informations, up to 1933. When the advertising reduced because of the Great Depression and the appearance of the Nazi. In addition this thesis considers how the advertising cost affected a price of the product and the business fluctuations. In spite of positive functions there were controversies of German advertising from economical, anti-Semitic or anti-Americanism by Historical School and some conservative citizens, because they regarded the advertising as a dangerous substance against Germany and the anti-culture for an unripe mass consumption. Hereby is noticed that the advertising plays another role as a culture transmission, because the general public sense new by the advertising and reject it, but finally permit it by the repeating advertising. The critique of anti-Semitic as Non productives is connected with what Jewry were the biggest advertiser and had mostly advertising media. Even though anti-Americanism in Germany beginning with fear of the American enterprise in the international market including German market criticized the American advertising as a product of the low-culture, Germany accepted the strategy of American advertising since 1912. It is expected that current advertising industry will continuously change the daily life in the 21th century.

        여가활동 참여가 여가만족과 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        This paper is to examine the effects of participation in leisure activities on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. In this study these hypotheses were formulated: participation in leisure activities affects leisure satisfaction and leisure satisfaction affects life satisfaction. And the target subject of this study is hospital nurses who work under the shiftwork system. The results are as follows: Firstly, participation in leisure activities affects the positively leisure satisfaction. Secondly, leisure satisfaction affects positively life satisfaction. Thirdly, participation in leisure activities does not affect positively life satisfaction. The result of this study demonstrates a fact that psychological satisfaction, among six constructs of leisure satisfaction, affects directly life satisfaction without mediating variable. In conclusion, it is necessary to find the factor(the psychological leisure satisfaction) and to form and promote leisure program.

      • 자아존중감 향상을 위한 외모관리행동과 창조성에 관한 고찰

        Art is a cultural phenomenon of mankind to express aesthetic ideas in a creative and intuitive manner and represent creative activities to exercise talent and imagination and their results in a process of creating aesthetic objects, environments, and experiences to share with others. Products of diverse functions and techniques of appearance management develop day after day to meet the basic human desire to pursue beauty. Today art refers to a series of creative and productive activities to form aesthetic values and their products and a whole process of turning original and intuitive ideas of beauty into forms based on innate abilities or its results. The terms referring to art including techne in Greek, ars in Latin, art in English and art in French generally mean the skilled ability to carry out certain tasks or a technique as an activity. Art today, however, means creative activities to make something necessary in life based on creativity or their results as all human beings manifest their inherent artistic aesthetic faculties in appearance management behavior, including even the meaning of technique. Human beings do such a series of acts to have confidence in themselves. In the modern society, people have increasingly stronger expectations and desires for internal and external beauty including health with the cultural development and the diversified and individualized concepts of beauty and make efforts to improve their external images to get recognized by others, leave a favorable impression on others, and further have a positive attitude in social life(Hyeon Won-jeong, 2007). Many individuals have become active and bold with their appearance expressions under the influence of diversified information and experiences since they regard appearance management as an important factor in the promotion of self-esteem. The value expression of human nature is the root of creativity, in which sense creativity is part of fundamental human nature.

      • 웹기반 인공호흡관리교육프로그램이 직무지식, 문제해결능력, 업무수행능력, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        본 논문은 웹기반 인공호흡관리교육프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 연구되었다. 웹기반 교육그로그램을 적용한 실험군은 강의식 교육을 적용받은 대조군보다 업무수행능력은 통계적으로 유의하게 높았고 직무지식, 문제해결능력, 자기효능감은 실험군의 점수가 더 높았다. 이러한 측면에서 웹기반 인공호흡관리교육프로그램은 3교대 근무로 강의식 교육프로그램을 접하기 어려운 간호사에게 효과적인 교육 대안으로 활용될 수 있으며, 특히 간호사의 간호실무와 관련된 업무수행 향상에 효과적인 교육적 중재로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 사료된다.
