        통계적 기법을 활용한 연소불안정 조기진단

        Various statistical approaches have been recently proposed to detect combustion instabilities in a short time through a fast data processing on dynamic pressure of time domain measured in a gas turbine combustor. In the current study, four methods, PE(permutation entropy), TK(temporal kurtosis), ZCR(zero crossing rate), and STFT(short time Fourier transform), were applied and compared with the conventional instability onset-detection method, RMS(root mean square), using the same dynamic pressure data measured in a lab-scale gas turbine combustor. As a result of the comparison, it was found that PE, TK, and ZCR can detect combustion vibration earlier than the instability onset time determined by RMS. On the other hand, STFT did not show relatively good early detection characteristics

        방사선조사가 백서 협점막에 미치는 영향에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        The author studied the acute reaction of cobalt-60 irradiation to buccal mucosa in rats and difference of the effects of single versus fractionated exposure. 195 Sprague Dowley strain rats, weighing about 120gm, were used in this experiment. 3 rats served as controls and the remaining 192 rats were divided into six groups of 32 rats each. Experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were received a single dose of 15Gy, 16.5Gy, 18Gy and group Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ were received two equal sized fractionated dose of 9Gy, 9.75Gy, 10.5Gy at 4 hour intervals, respectively. The experimental groups were irradiated with cobalt-60 teletherapy unit, Picker model 4M 60 (Field size, 12x5 cm, SSD, 50㎝, Dose rate, 222cGy/min, Depth, 1㎝). The animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 hours, 1, 3, 7 days after irradiation and the changes of the irradiated buccal mucosa were observed by electron and light microscopy. The results were as follows: 1. A single exposure was more damaging than fractionated exposure, and as the radiation dose increased, the changes of cell organelles became faster, but the healing of radiation-induced damage in fractionated exposure was faster than in single exposure. 2. The radiation-induced changes of the basal cells were the most prominent in 18Gy-single exposure group, and the least in 18Gy-fractionated exposure group. 3. Electron-microscopically, there appeared nuclear changes, swelling of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum, decrease of free ribosome, presence of vesicles, widening of intercellular space, and loss of basal lamina. The early remarkable changes were partly loss of nuclear membrane and swelling of mitochondria. 4. Light-microscopically, derangement and pyknosis of basal cells, hydropic changes of spinous cells, enlargement of granular cells, indistinctness of basement membrane, and proliferation of epithelium were observed.

        Structural and Optical Properties of InGaN/GaN Single Quantum Well Grown via MOCVD

        InGaN/GaN single quantum well (SQW) was grown on (0001) sapphire substrates via metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The InGaN interlayer was deposited at 750°C using trimethylgallium, trimethylindium, and NH3 with flow rates of 17.7 μmol/min, 27.0 μmol/min, and 3.6 slm, respectively, for 60 seconds. The InGaN/GaN SQW was composed of a 2 μm thick GaN buffer layer, a 20 nm thick InGaN interlayer, and a 150 nm thick GaN capping layer. Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) revealed the composition of the InGaN interlayer to be In0.1Ga0.9N. The room temperature photoluminescence (RT-PL) spectrum showed peaks for a GaN buffer layer and an In0.1Ga0.9N interlayer at 362.2 nm (3.41 eV) and 446.6 nm (2.7 eV), respectively. The composition of the InGaN interlayer estimated from the PL peak position agreed well with the value determined by AES.

        양돈산업의 크라우드펀딩 도입 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the important factors to introduce crowdfunding in the swine industry and prioritize the factors. In addition, the study systematically analyzed the subjective assessment values toward the weight of importance in introducing the factors between the investor group and loan-applicant group, and dissect the importance between the groups. As an important selection and evaluation factor for successfully attracting crowdfunding in the swine industry, this research applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) decision-making method to develop the model of sustainable growth. The result from the analysis of data collected in this study showed that both the investor group and the loan-applicant group considered the tangible assets to be the most important factor in applying crowdfunding in the swine industry. Thus, the protection of investors should be resolved first by providing collateral rather than insisting on the conventional crowdfunding method that only stresses credit aspects. The investor group and the loan-applicant group also judged the loan amount as an important factor, suggesting that smooth and sufficient investment should be secured for the loan-applicant group. In addition, the platform should set detailed regulations, commissions, and policies, while the financial field should essentially introduce credit rating models. Little previous research has been done on introducing crowdfunding in the swine industry, although crowdfunding has recently been a hot issue. The contribution of this study is significant in prioritizing the factors to introduce crowdfunding in the swine industry. 본 연구의 목적은 크라우드펀딩을 양돈산업에 도입하기 위한 요인은 무엇이며, 도입요인 중 우선순위 가중치를 분석하여 상대적으로 중요한 요인을 도출하는 것이다. 또한 투자자와 차입신청자, 집단 간 도입 요인의 우선순위 가중치에 대한 주관적인 평가치를 체계적으로 분석하고 집단 간 우선순위를 분석하였다. 양돈산업에 크라우드펀딩 자금을 유치하여 성공하는데 중요하게 고려하는 선택평가 요인으로, 계층분석기법(AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 통해 크라우드펀딩을 양돈산업에 적용하여 지속성장 가능한 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 양돈산업에 크라우드펀딩을 적용하여 도입하기 위해서는 투자자와 차입신청자 모두가 유형자원을 가장 중요하게 생각함으로 기존의 신용적인 측면만 제공하였던 크라우드펀딩 방식보다 담보를 제공함으로서 투자자의 보호가 우선적으로 해소되어야 한다는 것이다. 나아가 투자자와 차입신청자 모두 대출신청금액을 중요하게 판단한 결과를 살펴보았을 때, 차입신청자의 원활하고 충분한 투자자금의 지원이 확보되어야 할 것이다. 또한 플랫폼은 각종 규정 및 수수료, 정책 등을 세부적으로 정립하고 금융권을 신용평가모형의 도입을 필수적으로 진행해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구의 기여도는 최근 크라우드펀딩이 점차 활성화되고 있음에도 불구하고 그 간에 양돈산업에 크라우드펀딩을 접목하려는 연구가 진행된 적이 없었던 바, 양돈산업에 크라우드펀딩을 도입하기 위한 요인들을 제시하였다는 점이다.

        Mutational Analysis of Extranodal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma Using Targeted Sequencing with a Comprehensive Cancer Panel

        Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (NKTCL), is a malignant disorder of cytotoxic lymphocytes of NK or T cells. It is an aggressive neoplasm with a very poor prognosis. Although extranodal NKTCL reportedly has a strong association with Epstein-Barr virus, the molecular pathogenesis of NKTCL has been unexplored. The recent technological advancements in next-generation sequencing (NGS) have made DNA sequencing cost- and time-effective, with more reliable results. Using the Ion Proton Comprehensive Cancer Panel, we sequenced 409 cancer-related genes to identify somatic mutations in five NKTCL tissue samples. The sequencing analysis detected 25 mutations in 21 genes. Among them, KMT2D, a histone modification-related gene, was the most frequently mutated gene (four of the five cases). This result was consistent with recent NGS studies that have suggested KMT2D as a novel driver gene in NKTCL. Mutations were also found in ARID1A, a chromatin remodeling gene, and TP53, which also recurred in recent NGS studies. We also found mutations in 18 novel candidate genes, with molecular functions that were potentially implicated in cancer development. We suggest that these genes may result in multiple oncogenic events and may be used as potential bio-markers of NKTCL in the future.

        풍수이론을 반영한 수목장지 입지해석과 개발 제언 - 인천가족공원을 중심으로 -

        인천가족공원의 모든 묘지는 2021년까지 매장의 법정기한을 종료한 뒤 수목장으로 전환 할 계획이다. 그로 인해 현재의 수용능력에 비해 월등하게 많은 망자를 수용할 수 있게 된 다. 인천가족공원은 크게 3개 권역으로 구분할 수 있으며, 총 10개의 능선으로 세분할 수 있다. 각각의 권역과 능선을 풍수이론으로 분석한 결과 인천가족공원은 보기 드문 입지조 건을 갖춘 곳으로 판단된다. 이처럼 뛰어난 입지에 수목장림을 조성할 경우 풍수이론을 대 입하면 더욱 쾌적한 수목장을 조성할 수 있게 된다. 인천가족공원의 수목장지 전환은 추후 전국의 시립묘지와 공동묘지 등에서 벤치마킹할 것으로 예상되므로 면밀한 검토와 분석을 통해 이루어질 필요가 있다. The entire cemetery of "Incheon City Cemetery" will be converted to Nature Burial by 2021. This makes it possible to accommodate a much larger number of people than the current capacity. "Incheon City Cemetery" can be divided into three areas and 10 ridges. As a result of analysis of Feng Shui theory, it is considered that "Incheon City Cemetery" has excellent location condition. If you add the theory of Feng Shui here and create Nature Burial, it will be a more pleasant environment. Nature Burial of "Incheon City Cemetery" is expected to be benchmarking at municipal cemeteries and cemeteries all over the country, so it needs to be done with careful consideration.
