        NaNO<sub>3</sub>, NaHCO<sub>3</sub> 농도가 Arthrospira platensis 생장에 미치는 영향

        Arthrospira platensis (A. platensis) is one of the most explored cyanobacteria and has been studied for proteins, vitamins, pigment (chlorophyll and carotenoids) and fatty acid. In this study, we tested the effect of $NaHCO_3$ and $NaNO_3$ on the microalgae growth under photoautothrophic culture in A. platensis. As a result, cell growth and dry cell weight were increased in proportion to the $NaHCO_3$ and $NaNO_3$ concentration. Pigment (chlorophyll and carotenoids) contents of A. platensis were increased with proportion to $NaHCO_3$ concentration. But, the content of pigment (chlorophyll and carotenoids) in 100% $NaNO_3$ medium of A. platensis was the highest, 40%, 140% and 200% $NaNO_3$ medium with pigment content of A. platensis was reduced. In conditions of $NaHCO_3$ (50%) or $NaNO_3$ (40%) limitation, A. platensis could accumulate lipids to high as 1.7-fold and 1.3-fold.

        지체장애노인의 게이트볼 참여가 우울증 감소 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인의 게이트볼 참여가 우울증 감소 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구는 부산광역시와 경상도 지역에 거주하며 게이트볼에 참여하고 있는 지체장애노인 282명을 대상으로 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정·보완한 설문지를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 단순회귀분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 지제장애노인의 게이트볼 참여는 우울증 감소에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 지제장애노인의 게이트볼 참여는 생활만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 지제장애노인의 게이트볼 참여는 우울증 감소 및 생활만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 게이트볼 참여는 지체장애노인의 우울증을 감소시키고 생활만족도를 높이는데 긍정적인 요소가 되는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그러므로 지체장애노인들에게 게이트볼 참여뿐만 아니라 다양한 장애인스포츠 및 생활체육 참여를 통한 우울증 감소 및 생활만족도의 향상이 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of participation in gateball of the elderly with physical disabilities on depression reduction and life satisfaction. This study conducted a survey of 282 the elderly with physical disabilities people living in the city of Busan and Gyeongsang using a revised questionnaire for the purpose of the study. Data processing was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program to perform exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. As a result, first, it was analyzed that the participation of the gateball of the elderly with physical disabilities had a significant effect on the reduction of depression. second, it was analyzed that participation of the gateball of the elderly with the physical disabilities has a significant effect on living satisfaction. third, it was analyzed that participation of the gateball of the elderly with physical disabilities has a significant effect on depression reduction and living satisfaction. These studies show that participation in gateball is a positive factor in reducing depression in the elderly with disabilities and increasing their living satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage the elderly with disabilities to reduce depression and improve their living satisfaction through participation in various sports and sports for the disabled as well as gateballs, and the need for continued research.

        항산화능이 증대된 Arthrospira platensis 균주 개량 및 특성 분석

        Arthrospira platensis (A. platensis) is a microscopic and filamentous cyanobacterium that derives its name from the spiral or helical nature of its filaments. In this study, we induced mutants of A. platensis through NMU treatment and selected two strains by level of ipid contents. We named mutant ‘1-9’, ‘2-5’, and they were cultivated in the same way with the wild type. During 12 days cultivation, cell growth, dry cell weight, pigment content, and lipid content were measured for characteristics of mutants. As a result, pigment and lipid content of mutants were increased about 3.6, 1.8 times compared with wild type, respectively. It was shown that total flavonoid and polyphenol contents of mutants were increased about 1.5 times compared with wild type. And radical scavenging effect of mutants were increased about 10% compared with wild type.

        신장 ; 혈액투석 환자에게서 Biohole(TM) 쐐기를 이용한 Buttonhole 천자법의 임상적 유용성

        Background/Aims: Buttonhole cannulation has been popular because it provides an easy puncture, is less painful, and requires less time for hemostasis. However, the technique requires a skilled staff and a long time to form the tract. A new buttonhole technique using Biohole(TM), which shortens the time needed for tract formation, has been introduced in Europe, North America, and Japan. Methods: We prepared a cannulation tract using the buttonhole technique and Biohole(TM) over a two-week period and compared the 12-week outcomes between patients who underwent the rope-ladder versus buttonhole techniques. Results: The 40 patients (27 males) had a mean age of 49.1±14.2 years. Thirteen and 27 patients were cannulated with the rope-ladder and buttonhole techniques, respectively. Patients who underwent the buttonhole technique had more initial pain than did those who received the rope-ladder technique (p=0.044). The Biohole(TM) procedure improved puncture pain (5.6 vs. 3.4, p=0.003) and shortened hemostasis time (1.8 vs. 1.3, p=0.001). Over a two-week period, patients using Biohole(TM) experienced dislocation (20.8%), bleeding at peg sites (8.6%), and pain during peg change (2.4%). Over the 12 week study period, patients who underwent the buttonhole technique had insignificantly less pain than did those who received the rope-ladder technique (p=0.088), but the former had less bleeding time than the latter (p=0.000). One patient who received the buttonhole technique experienced one episode of infection (p=0.327). Conclusions: The new buttonhole technique using Biohole(TM) is safe and useful in the short term. A long-term, larger, multicenter study is required to confirm these results. (Korean J Med 2012;82:307-312)

        단일 혈액투석 기관에서 Buttonhole 천자의 경험

        목적: Buttonhole 천자는 혈액투석 시에 같은 부위를 천자해 천자가 쉽고, 통증이 적으며, 지혈이 빠른 장점들이 있어 국내에선 최근에 저자들에 의해 소개되었다. 방법: 2011년 7월부터 12월까지 buttonhole을 만들고 2013년 2월까지의 buttonhole 천자를 받았던 환자에게서 감염, 입원 및 동정맥루 사건을 조사하여, 동일 환자의 1년 전 ropeladder법으로 투석한 기간의 자료와 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 총 48명(남자 34명, 나이 49.4 ± 13.8세)이 buttonhole 술기를 시작하였고, 3명은 buttonhole을 만들지 못하였고, 3명은 이식, 1명은 전원으로 buttonhole 술기를 중단하였다. Buttonhole 천자를 지속한 41명의 15.1 ± 4.7개월 추적기간에 13명(29.2%)에서 감염이 발생하였고, 동정맥루 국소감염 5명, 폐렴 3명, 균혈증 2명, 봉와직염 1명, 간농양 1명, 골수염 1명 순이었다. 이들의 rope-ladder 천자 기간과 buttonhole 기간의 감염, 입원, 동정맥루 사건은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: Buttonhole 천자는 rope-ladder천자에 비해 감염, 입원 및 동정맥루 사건의 유의한 차이가 없다. Background/Aims: The buttonhole technique, in which needle insertion during cannulation is always into the same site, confers advantages including ease of cannulation, ease of achieving hemostasis, and reduced pain compared with rope-ladder needling. We introduced the buttonhole technique in hemodialysis patients experiencing pain during needling. None of the disadvantages associated with the buttonhole technique, such as infection or access events, were observed, due to the short duration of the study. Methods: Patients undergoing buttonhole needling were observed prospectively. Data were collected on the following parameters: infectious complications, hospitalizations and access events. We compared buttonhole and rope ladder needling using baseline data. Results: A total of 48 patients (34 males; mean age = 49.4 ± 13.8 years) were enrolled. Seven patients were excluded: in three patients, the buttonhole technique failed to form a tract, three others underwent kidney transplantation, and one was lost to follow-up. The remaining 41 patients were followed for 15.7 ± 4.7 months. Thirteen patients suffered infections, as follows: local infections (n = 5), pneumonia (n = 3), bacteremia (n = 2), cellulitis (n = 1), osteomyelitis (n = 1), and liver abscess (n = 1). There were no significant differences between the rope-ladder and buttonhole needling techniques in rates of infection, hospitalization or vascular access events. Conclusions: The infection rate and access event frequency associated with buttonhole needling did not differ in relation to that of rope-ladder needling. (Korean J Med 2014;87:574-578)

        산 및 효소 가수분해를 이용한 홍조류로부터 바이오 에탄올 생산

        화석연료로 인한 환경오염 등의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 다양한 원료를 이용하여 바이오 에탄올 생산에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 해조류 중에 홍조류는 agar, carrageenan, porphyran으로 구성되어 있어 산 처리를 통해 바이오에탄올 생산에 유용한 바이오매스로 전환이 가능하다. 본 연구는 홍조류의 가수분해물을 이용하여 바이오에탄올 생산의 최적 조건을 찾으려고 한다. 바이오에탄올 생산하기 위해 전처리 된 우뭇가사리에 Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCCM112를 접 종해 발효하였다. 우뭇가사리 가수분해의 최적조건은 1.5% H2SO4를 121 ℃에서 30 min 반응시켰을 때 7.04 g/L의 galactose와 1.94 g/L의 glucose가 생산되었다. 그리고 CH3COOH의 경우 2.0% 농도로 처리하였을 때, galactose 0.75 g/L가 생산되었다. 이와 반대로 도박에서는 H2SO4 1.5%를 처리하였을 때 galactose를 6.38 g/L 생산하였으며, CH3COOH을 처리했을 때 0.368 g/L이 생산되었다. 우뭇가사리에서 에탄올 생산은 1.0% H2SO4를 121 ℃에서 30 min 간 처리하였을 때 가장 높았으며, 96 h 배양하였을 때 3.77 g/L의 에탄올을 생산했다. Bio-ethanol production research using various material has been problemed for solving problems of environment pollution caused by fossil fuels, Red-algae consists of agar, carrageenan, and porphyran, if it is treated by acid, it is able to change useful bio-mass for bio-ethanol. In this study, we found an optimal condition for bio-ethanol production from acid hydrolysate in red-algae. To produce bio-ethanol, Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCCM1129 inoculated to acid hydrolysate of Gelidium amansii. The optimal condition for Gelidium amansii hydrolysis was found to be 30 min reaction at H2SO4 concentration of 1.5% and 121 ℃, At this condition, its produced to 7.04 g/L galactose and 1.94 g/L glucose. And acetic acid concentration of 2.0% in agar produced 0.75 g/L galactose. In contrast, Pachymeniopis elliptica was treated with H2SO4 concentration of 1.5%, it produced 6.38 g/L galactose. And Pachymeniopis elliptica treated with acetic acid concentration of 2% produced 0.368g/L galactose. The optimal condition of ethanol production was found to be 96 h reaction at H2SO4 concentration of 1.0% and 30 ℃, which produced 3.77 g/L ethanol.

        생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 자기격려가 사회성 향상 및 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 생활체육에 참여하는 지체장애인의 자기격려가 사회성 향상과 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구는 부산광역시와 경상도에 거주하고 있는 지체장애인 중 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 263명을 대상으로 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정·보완한 조사도구를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 자기격려는 사회성 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 자기격려는 스포츠 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 사회성은 스포츠 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인의 자기격려는 사회성을 향상시키고 스포츠 자신감을 높이는데 긍정적 요소가 되는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그러므로 지체장애인 스스로 생활체육을 참여하며 자신에 대한 격려와 자신감을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 건강한 생활체육이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이며, 생활체육뿐만 아니라 장애인스포츠 종목별 사회성 및 스포츠자신감의 향상이 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of self-encouragement of the disabled who participate in life-time sports on social improvement and sports confidence. This study was conducted on 263 disabled people living in Busan City and Gyeongsangdo Province who participated in life-time sports using revised and supplemented questionnaires to suit the purpose of the study. Data processing was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program to perform exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was analyzed that the self-encouragement of the disabled who participated in the life-time sports has a improvement of sociality. Second, it was analyzed that self-encouragement of disabled people participating in life-time sports has a significant impact on sports confidence. Third, it was analyzed that the sociality of the Physical Disabilities has a significant impact on sports confidence. These findings confirm that self-encouragement of disabled people participating in daily sports is a positive factor in improving social skills and improving sports confidence. Therefore, it is believed that healthy daily sports should be continuously conducted so that disabled people can participate in daily sports themselves and improve their sports confidence, and that continuous research is needed to improve sociality and sports confidence in sports for the disabled as well as.

        평창 패럴림픽 정보서비스 수용도가 지체장애인의 동계스포츠 직 · 간접적 참여의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the acceptance of information services at the Pyeongchang Paralympics on the intention of participating in winter sports directly and indirectly, and to increase the participation rate of winter sports for the disabled. The study conducted a survey of 217 people with disabilities living in P city and participating in daily sports using a revised and supplementary questionnaire for the purpose of the study. Data processing conducted an exploratory factorial analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program and used the AMOS 23.0 program to validate the confirmed factor analysis and structural equation model. His results are as follows. First, focusing on the measurement model, discriminating against each other, confirmed factors analysis shows that information service of disabled people is acceptable, winter sports directly participating, and indirect participation in winter sports Based on these findings, information service for the Paralympics should be actively received to increase the participation rate of the disabled directly and indirectly in winter sports. Further, further research requires greater interest and participation in sports for the disabled as well as the Paralympics and various sports for the disabled, and more sustained and active motivation, information and indirect experience for the disabled Be fed.
