자궁내막암은 전암병변인 자궁내막증식증은 근래 estrogen제제의 사용증가 이외에도 그 원인이 progesterone의 작용 없는 상태에서 estrogen의 지속적인 자극이므로 점차 생존연령이 상승되어 폐경후 상태가 오랜 기간이 되므로 내인성 estrogen의 계속적인 자극과 식이의 서구화에 따른 비만의 증가로 인하여 발생이 증가하리라 생각된다. 그러나 학자에따라 분류가 다양하여 임상의사와 병리의사 간에 그 진단이 뜻하는 정확한 상태를 알기 위해 서로 협조가 필요하고 우리나라도 혼돈을 막기 위해 자궁내막증식의 분류를 통일할 필요가 있다. 그리고 자궁내막증식이 세포학적이형증을 동반하면 자궁내막암을 발생할 위험이 크므로 세포학적 이형층 유무를 아는것이 치료방침을 선택하는데 매우 중요하다.
한우 미경산우에 있어서 인공수정 및 복제수정란 이식시 hCG 투여에 의한 수태율 향상

본 연구는 한우미경산우에 인공수정 7일째와 복제수정란 이식시 hCG를 투여에 의해 수태율 향상을 위하여 실시하였다 인공수정 후 임신 60일째에 임신감정을 실시한 결과 대조구, CIDR 그리고 hCG를 투여한 결과 53%, 46%, 71%였으며, 처리간에 유의적인 차이를 보였다(P<0.05). 복제수정 란의 이식시 hCG를 투여한 결과 대조구, hCG투여구는 각각 5.8%, 10.4%를 나타냈으며, 유의차는 인정되지 않았다. 인공수정 7일째에 hCG를 투 This study was performed to investigate the improvement of the pregnancy rate of Al or clone embryo transfer on hCG administration in Korean Native heifer. A total of 42 heifers were treated with control, CIDR(withou E2 capsule). hCG after 7 day of hi, the pregnancy rate were spewed 53, 46, 71%. These results were significant different among the treatments(P<0.05). When the hCG were adminstrated at cloned embryo transfer, pregnanacy rate were control, hCG 5.8%, 10.4% respectively and there was no significant different between treatments. Plasma P4 concentration of hCG treatment in heifers were 3 times higher than control on 13~16 day after heat. After this, plasma P4 concentration of CIDR and hCG treated heifers were kept the 2~3 times levels. IGF-I concentration were showed no differences between pregnancy and non-pregnancy. hOG and CIDR. IGF-II concentration were revealed the differences between pregnancy and non-pregnancy in CIDR group but there was no differences in hCG administration group. Plasma cortisol were high at heat and 16 day after heat and CIDR treated group was higher than the other group. These results suggest that hCG administration was improve the pregnancy rates on Al and cloned ET, accompanying the incline of P4 concentration.

Hydrogel for biomaterials need to good mechanical property like a tissue. But, usually natural hydrogels have a low mechanical property. Therefore, biocompatible polymer based double-network (DN) hydrogel with high toughness and biocompatibility have been good application as biomaterials. In this study, we synthesized a double crosslinking alginate/poly (vinyl alcohol-co-acrylamide) through a two-step process. First network, sodium alginate (SA) as grafted to the dopamine (DA) and then add to natural extracts. Second network, P(VA-AM) was conjugation with first network by schiff base reaction. Also, crosslinking agents used ammonium persulfate, and N,N'-methylenebis-acrylamide to form SA-DA/P(VA-AM) DN hydrogel. Finally, the chemicophysical properties of the DN hydrogel was confirmed by mechanical properties, swelling ratio, Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), MTT assay, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA).
