While the conventional end-to-end anastomotic technique is accepted as 'the golden standard' for microvascular anastomosis, it is time-consuming and tedious. In an effort to offer faster and safer ways of performing microvascular anastomoses, numerous anastomotic techniques have been proposed, but further refinements in microvascular techniques are still necessary. A 'continuous suture with interrupted knot' technique was devised for faster and safer anastomosis. It has been successfully used in microanastomoses of both artery and vein for free tissue transfer. It is a combination of the interrupted suturing technique and the continuous suturing technique. First, a continuous suture is made with the size of loop decreasing in order, and then the sutures are tied individually from the first loop to the last one as in the conventional interrupted suturing technique. It was applied clinically to fourteen patients over the past ten months and found to be a highly efficient technique that satisfied our needs. This 'continuous suture with interrupted knot' technique has several advantages over other techniques : The operative time is reduced comparing conventional interrupted suture technique. By delaying the tie and with the vessel walls kept separated, the risk of through-stitch can be reduced. Tying all the sutures at one time not only speed up the procedures, but also reduced the surgeon's fatigue. In addition, it has no problem of anastomotic stenosis which is a disadvantage of continuous suture technique. This technique proved to be faster and safer, and has patency equal to that of the conventional end-to-end anastomosis. It is of great help to the surgeon in reducing operative time, especially in clinical situations when many anastomoses are required, or lengthy grafting procedures are undertaken.
간헐포기공정에서 포기/비포기 구간에 따른 질소제거 및 미생물 군집분석

본 연구에서는 단일반응조에서 포기/비포기 시간에 따른 하수 내 유기물질 및 질소화합물을 변화양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 실험 결과 C/N비 3 : 1, 포기/비포기 20/40 min 구간에서부터 90% 이상의 안정적인 유기물 및 질소 제거가 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 포기/비포기 구간의 비율을 길게 유지하는 것이 탈질에 더욱 효과적이었으며 이는 비포기 구간을 유지하는 동안 반응조 내 미생물의 군집변화에 기인하는 것으로 판단하였다. PCR-DGGE를 한 결과, 유기물 및 질소화합물의 산화에 관여하는 미생물로 Dysgonomonas mossii strain MelO₄0, Eubacterium sp. oral clone JN088, Uncultured bacterium clone SPESB2_718과 Bacterium enrichment culture clone LE이 관찰되었고 탈질에 관여하는 미생물은 Uncultured Acidobacteria bacterium clone AKYG487, Lactobacillus harbinensis strain FQ003, Erythrobacter litoralis strain Gi-3, Phytobacter diazotrophicus strain Ls8, Mycobacterium sp. enrichment culture clone GE10037biofNNA로 나타났다. In this study, variations of the organic and nitrogenous compounds in wastewater were investigated in a single reactor with intermittent aeration. Over 90% of organic and nitrogen removals are accomplished with C/N ratio of 3 : 1 and 20/20 min of aeration/non-aeration period. Longer non-aeration period on the aeration/non-aeration cycle showed more stable nitrogen removal, showing various microbial community in the reactor. From PCR-DGGE analysis, it is conclusive that Dysgonomonas mossii strain MelO₄0, Eubacterium sp. oral clone JN088, Uncultured bacterium clone SPESB2_718, and Bacterium enrichment culture clone LE are related with the organics and nitrogen oxidation. Uncultured Acidobacteria bacterium clone AKYG487, Lactobacillus harbinensis strain FQ003, Erythrobacter litoralis strain Gi-3, Phytobacter diazotrophicus strain Ls8, and Mycobacterium sp. enrichment culture clone GE10037biofNNA are distinctly appeared under denitrification condition.

본 연구의 목적은 조정영업이익을 주석에 추가 공시하는 것이 보다 유용한 정보를 제공하는지를 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구의 표본 선정기준을 만족하는 기업을 대상으로 포괄손익계산서에 공시된 영업이익과 주석에 공시된 조정영업이익의 기업가치 관련성의 상대적 중요성, 조정영업이익과 영업이익의 차이의 영업이익에 대한 추가적인 설명력을 검증하였으며, 검증결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 유가증권시장에 상장된 표본기업의 연결재무정보와 별도재무정보를 이용하여 각각의 영업이익과 조정영업이익의 기업가치 관련성의 상대적 중요성을 검증한 결과 기업가치를 설명함에 있어서 포괄손익계산서에 공시된 영업이익과 조정영업이익 간에 연결과 별도재무정보 모두에서 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 유가증권시장에 상장된 표본기업의 연결재무정보를 이용하여 조정영업이익과 영업이익의 차이가 영업이익에 추가적인 설명력을 가지는가를 검증한 결과 추가적 설명력이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 별도 재무정보를 이용하여 조정영업이익과 영업이익의 차이가 영업이익에 추가적인 설명력을 가지는가를 검증한 결과 추가적 설명력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영업이익과 조정영업이익의 기업가치 관련성의 상대적 중요성에는 차이가 없음과 조정영업이익과 영업이익의 차이가 영업이익에 추가적인 설명력이 없다는 실증적 증거는 조정영업이익을 주석으로 공시할 필요성이 없음을 시사한다. 이는 우리나라만이 도입한 조정영업이익의 주석공시 제도가 바람직하지 못함을 의미한다. 이와 같은 주장은 유가증권시장의 경우 조정영업이익을 공시한 기업이 2012년에 15개에서 2016년에 8개로 감소한 현상과 코스닥시장의 경우 2012년에 18개에서 2016년에 11개로 감소한 현상이 뒷받침하고 있다.
근무시간 중 사적 휴게에 대한 규제가 직무성과에 미치는 영향

This research investigates the causal factors toward the job performance which is resultant factor when regulation is imposed on having break time in private during the working hours in minor companies. To achieve the aim of the research, surveys from 346 workers of minor companies in Busan and Gyeongsang region were performed and the following results were gained from the 299 valid surveys. First, Regulation on personal recess has not formulated any meaningful connection with time length of personal recess, and personal recession time formulates no meaningful connection with job performance. Second, Regulation on personal recess during working hours had meaningful and positive linkage to the organizational commitment and organizational commitment has meaningful and positive linkage to the job performance. Then, regulation on personal recess reduces job performance by cutting down organizational commitment of workers and improving job performance by reducing personal recess seems to be unachievable.

A new balloon dissector, a modification of a Foley catheter, was devised and it can be used either as a dissector or a tissue expander. Since most operating time was spent in balloon manipulation (inflation/deflation), the duct for saline injection was made to be wider than the Foley catheter. As a result, the balloon could be inflated faster than before. In order to reduce the scar at the donor site, harvest of the sural nerve using endoscopic technique is currently applied, but utilization of this method is technically difficult and requires a long operating time. For these reasons, new our method of using a balloon dissector was devised. The balloon dissector can also be used for immediate intraoperative tissue expansion for the reconstruction of small skin defects without distortion. We have found that the advantages of using the new balloon dissector include a reduction in operating time, preservation of the perforating vessels, and primary closure with less tension. In addition, this simple and inexpensive instrument is cost-beneficial to patients.
