슬개건과 슬괵건은 전방 십자 인대의 관절 내 재건에 가장 빈번하게 사용되는 조직이다. 일반적으로 중앙 1/3 슬개건 이식을 전방 십자 인대 재건에 있어서 gold standard로 생각하고 있다. 그러나 Harder와 Aglietti 등의 저자들에 의한 최근의 연구들은 슬관절 안정성과 기능적인 결과에 있어서 중앙 1/3 슬개건 이식과 슬괵건 이식 사이에 통계학적으로 의미 있는 차이점을 발견하지 못했다. 이 연구의 목적은 문헌 고찰을 통하여 (1) 전방 십자 인대 재건술에 있어서 슬괵건 이식의 역사를 고찰하고 (2) 전방 십자 인대 재건술에 있어서 슬괵건 이식의 사용에 대한 적응증을 논의하고 (3) 연합 이중 고리의 반건양건과 박건 이식을 사용하여 $RIGIDFIX^{circledR}$와 $INTRAFIX^{circledR}$로 고정하는 전방 십자 인대 재건술의 술기를 묘사하고 (4) 슬괵건 전방 십자 인대 재건술의 결과를 재검토하는 것이다. The central third of the patellar tendon and hamstring tendons(semitendinosus and gracilis) are the most frequently used tissues for intra-articular replacement of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL). At present, many surgeons consider the central third patellar ten don graft to be the gold standard for replacement of the ACL. Recent prospective studies by Marder et at and Aglietti et al, however, have failed to show any statistically significant differences in knee stability and functional outcome between central third patellar tendon grafts and hamstring tendon grafts. The review of this article is to (1) review the historical use of hamstring tendon grafts for ACL reconstruction; (2) discuss indications for use of hamstring tendon grafts for ACL reconstruction; (3) describe our present operative technique using a combined double-looped semitendinosus and gracilis graft with $RIGIDFIX^{circledR}$ and $INTRAFIX^{circledR}$ and (4) review the results of hamstring ACL reconstructions.
2021년 경남지역 소바이러스성설사 바이러스(BVDV) 감염실태 조사

Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) is one of the problematic wasting diseases in cattle leading to huge economic losses. This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of BVD including transient and persistent infection from cattle farms in Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 2,667 blood samples from 24 farms were collected and the sera were subjected to ELISA to detect BVD virus (BVDV) antigen, E<sup>rns</sup>. 5' untranslated region (5'-UTR) of BVDV-positive samples was sequenced to identify the genotype, and compared with isolates previously reported elsewhere. There were fourteen BVDV-positive calves from 2,667 samples (positive rate: 0.52%) from first ELISA testing followed by eight persistently infected out of eleven BVDV-positive samples (72.73%) in secondary ELISA that was conducted in at least four weeks suggesting the circulation of BVDV in the area. Sequencing analysis exhibited that thirteen BVDV-positive samples were identified as BVDV-1b and one sample was BVDV-2a. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the BVDV-1b-positive samples showed the highest homology in nucleotide sequence to Korean isolates collected from Sancheong, Gyeongsangnam-do, while the BVDV-2a-positive sample (21GN7) was more similar to reference strains collected outside South Korea. This study will provide the recent fundamental data on BVD prevalence in Gyeongsangnam-do to be referred in developing strategies to prevent BVDV in South Korea.
푸시업 운동 시 팔 간격에 따른 대흉근과 상완삼두근의 근활성도 비교 분석

The purpose of this study was to analysis of electromyogram of Pectoralis Major and Triceps Brachii during Push-Up Exercise. With these purposes in consideration, a total of 9 male were recruited to participate. The experiment was performed push-up exercise during one minute(with 5 min break-time) while the EMG data was recorded and analyzed. EMG surface electrodes were attached two muscles(Pectoralis Majoj; PM and Triceps Brachii; TB). Results show that there were significant differences between PM and TB during push-up exercise at 120% shoulder width. It is concluded that the push-up exercise at 120% shoulder width is only effective exercise for developing PM.

Thigh injuries are relatively uncommon sports injuries. But the incidence is increasing as many kinds of sports activity develops. And the prompt recognition and treatment of these injuries are critical to prevent prolonged disability. Also, despite the simple anatomic structure of the thigh, this region is finely tuned muscular mechanism with both anterior and posterior muscles crossing two joints. So the contracture of thigh muscle can result in not only decreased range of motion of the knee and hip joint, but also painful lumbar spine. So we reviewed recent literatures about the type of thigh injuries, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
