      • 老化過程의 흰쥐에서 補肝丸이 肝臟의 代謝酵素系에 미치는 影響

        Aging in the life form occurs due to a gradual progression of the body growth and degeneration. Morphological and functional changes in the body decreases the adaptation and prevention capacity leading into the decline of a life force. Various studies have been released to examine the anti-aging effects of herbal prescriptions. This experiment has chosen Boganhwan which is used for the deficiency of the liver function and studied the anti-aging factors by examining the biotransformation enzymes. The following results were obtained in this study: 1. Hepatic lipid peroxide activity was significantly suppressed in the experimental group treated with Boganhwan for 2 weeks at the dosage of 350㎎/㎏, while other dosage groups did not present much changes. 2. Insignificant changes were shown for the cytochrome P-450 level, aminopyrine demethylase, and aniline hydroxylase (AH) activities. Cytochrome P-450 do not appears to be a part of the detoxification scheme. 3. Boganhwan decoction treated group showed most significant increase of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, superoxide, and glutathione activities at the concentration of 350㎎/㎏ and 500㎎/㎏. 4. Glutathione S-transferase and glutathione made most significant increase at the decoction concentration of 350㎎/㎏ and 500㎎/㎏ compared to the control group. 5. Hepatic glutathione concentration, protein bound-SH, and nonprotein bound-SH made most significant increase at the decoction concentration of 350㎎/㎏ and 500㎎/㎏ compared to the control group. From the above results, Boganhwan decoction played an important role in eliminating foreign substances in the body excluding cytochrome P-450 enzyme system. Thus, Boganhwan decoction can provide substantial aid in preventing and treating senile related illnesses.

        농촌지역 초등학교 아동의 자아정체감 연구 -어머니 양육행동과 학교생활만족도와의 관계를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to present the variables that influence the sense of self-identity in children of rural areas. The subjects were made up of 280 elementary students, from the from the fourth to sixth grades, currently enrolled in North Jeolla Province. Our results were as follows. Firstly, no significant difference was found in maternal behavior and satisfaction levels with school by sex in children from rural areas. However, a significant difference was found in the sense of self-identity by sex and grade; specifically, boys in the 5th grade displayed show the highest level of cohesion in terms of self-identity. Secondly. it was found that a correlation exists among social demographic variables, children's satisfaction levels with school, and self-identity in children of the families studied. Thirdly, the relative effects of the variables on their self-identity were examined. Among their social demographic backgrounds, maternal behaviors, and satisfaction levels with school, and the avenue of maternal behavior variables was shown to have the greatest influence. As for individual variables, in the order of degrees of satisfaction with school, and approval, self-identity was seen to be affected by neglect in maternal behaviors.

        The purpose of study is to analyse the sex-role stereotyping for male and female character in the picture fairy tale, and to supply a fundamental data to help the early childhood have an equal sex-role character. The results are as follows: First, among the characters in the picture fairy tales, the most popular gender is neuter and the next one is female, and male in sentences, but male, neuter and female in the picture. Second, the most popular gender for the main character is male and the next one is neuter and female. Third, as a result of the analysis on the subjects for gender with the sentences and the picture stories in the fairy tales, 「Problem-solving capability·Creativity」, 「Wisdom·Knowledge」, 「Nature·Love of animals」 are emphasized for male and female in the sentences, but 「Problem-solving capability·Creativity」 for male and 「Nature·Love of animals」 for female in the picture book. Forth, as a result of analysis on the job tendency of male and female adults in the picture fairy tales, males appears to engage in various kinds of jobs. On the other hand, female is usually described as mostly house wives in the limited jobs. Fifth, in the picture fairy tales, male adults often appear to engage in social jobs, but female adults in household affairs. Male children usually do dynamic activities, but female children do static work. Sixth, as a result of analysis on the activity place outdoors and indoor for the main character, hero tends to act outdoor more often than heroine.

        국제안전도시 구축 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -강원도 삼척시를 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 WHO 국제안전도시 개요 및 특성에 대해 알아보고 안전도시 공인인증을 준비하고 있는 강원도 삼척시를 대상으로 안전도시 구축을 위한 활동을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 지역안전도 향상을 위한 국제안전도시 구축 및 발전방향을 제시하였으며 그 세부적인 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전도시 구축을 위해 지역 내의 취약계층과 사고유형에 대한 대책 및 프로그램을 개발하여 지속적으로 운영해야 한다. 둘째, 지역자치단체와 지역 내 속해 있는 유관기관 및 주민조직과의 통합네트워크 구축을 통해 지속적이고 체계적인 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 지역안전도 향상을 위한 시․도 조례를 제정하는 등 공공정책을 마련하여 체계적으로 운영할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로 국제적인 네트워크의 다양한 활동을 통해 교육 및 홍보활동과 다양한 정보를 습득해야 한다.

        유아교사의 디지털 역량과 어린이집의 조직혁신성이 테크놀로지 자아효능감에 미치는 영향

        Objectives This study aimed to find out the difference in technology self-efficacy according to the socio-demographic variables of early childhood teachers, and the relationship and influence between early childhood teachers' digital competency and innovativeness of childcare center, technology self-efficacy. Methods A survey was conducted on 217 early childhood teachers in childcare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, from May to June 2023. Early childhood teachers' digital competency, innovativeness of childcare center and technology self-efficacy of day care centers were evaluated directly by early childhood teachers. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 26.0 program. Results First, the difference in technology self-efficacy according to the age and experience of early childhood teachers showed that the younger the age, the higher the technology self-efficacy. Second, it was found that there was a significant relationship between early childhood teachers' digital competency, innovativeness of childcare center, and technology self-efficacy. Finally, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of early childhood teachers' digital competency and innovativeness of childcare center on technology self-efficacy, 48% of the explanatory power was shown, and both digital competency and innovativeness of childcare center were influential variables. Conclusions The study results imply that it is necessary to develop teacher education programs considering age and career and teacher policies to support teachers' digital capabilities along with innovativeness efforts in childcare centers.
