Characteristics of artficially cultivated Ganoderma applanatum fruitingbody

Ganoderma applanatum is one of the most popular medicinal mushrooms due to the various biologically active components it produces. In order to study for the possibility of artificially cultivating G. applanatum, we investigated the growth status of G. applanatum mycelium using oak sawdust bottle(850 ml). It took approximately 17~27 days for G. applanatum cultivation and 15~16 days for G. lucidum cultivation with sawdust until the mycelial growth was complete. The weight of dried fruiting bodies showed that G. applanatum GBGA-01 weighed 16.0±7.4 g, and G. lucidum ASI 7125 weighed 7.9±2.7g. The thickness of the pileus was measured as 10.6±2.6 mm for G. applanatum GBGA-01, 16.3±8.7 mm for G. applanatum ASI 52823 and 8.6±3.5 mm for G. lucidum ASI 7125. The color of Ganoderma spp. showed that L degree was 55.5±1.1 for the contex of G. applanatum GBGA-01, 47.7±2.2 for the contex of G. applanatum ASI 52823 and 39.6±2.9 for the contex of G. lucidum ASI 7125.
Morphological characteristics of fruit bodies and basidiospores of Wolfiporia extensa

Wolfiporia cocos is a well-known traditional medicine in China, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries owing to its numerous therapeutic properties. With the aim to determine the morphology and genetic characteristics of W. cocosten strains of W. cocos were cultivated in vitro, and subsequently, rapid amplification of polymorphic DNA was performed. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to examine the morphology of fruit bodies of W. cocos in Korea. W. cocos were cultured on PDA agar at different temperatures (12, 16, 20, 24, and 28oC) under 12-hour light (600 Lux) / 12-hour dark photoperiod condition for 1 month. Appearance of fruit body was the highest at 28°C condition in all the strains investigated. Honeycomb-like structure on sclerotia was observed in Andong 01, Andong 02, Andong 03, KFRI 1104, KFRI 1105, KFRI 1106, KFRI 1107, KFRI 1108, and ASI 13007 strains of . The KFRI 1103 strain formed cosmos petal-like structure on sclerotia. The average size of basidiospores was recorded as 7.55 μm in height and 3.35 μ in width.

The purpose of this study is to the Gyeongbuk area of mushroom exports by increasing exports strategy, and export support for establishing a policy analysis of the factors that you can take advantage of the basic information to get. Mushroom industry has made a rapid growth over the past 20 years in Korea. Gyeongbuk province mushroom exports account for about half of the country, enoki and total exports in 2009, and 81%, increased to 14% in 2010 and 2010, the maximum exports (9,415 tons) and the maximum exports (14,840 grand)was recorded. King oyster mushroom to represent the Netherlands in Europe, exports were higher exports to China is negligible. In the case of China in 2001, 5 spots automated mushroom factory, production, but only 8,000 tons in 2011, 652 mushroom factory, production of 1,100,000 tons very quickly grew.

우리나라의 버섯산업은 지난 20년간 비약적인 성장을 이루었다. 본 연구의 목적은 버섯수출 의 요인들을 분석하여 수출증대 전략과 수출지원 정책을 수립하는데 활용할 수 있는 기초정 보를 얻고자 하는데 있다. 세계 버섯시장은 양송이버섯이 주도하고 있으나 최근 다양한 버섯 을 즐기려는 사람들이 늘어나면서 동양의 특수버섯으로 인식되고 있는 우리나라의 팽이버섯 과 새송이버섯의 수출은 최근 매년 증가하고 있다. 지난 10년 동안 한국의 버섯수출 증가 추 이를 살펴보면 임산버섯(송이, 표고, 목이 등)은 점차 감소하거나 정체되어 있는 반면, 농산버 섯(팽이, 새송이, 만가닥, 느타리 등)은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 농산버섯의 수출이 증가하고 있는 이유는 공장형 재배방식 도입으로 연중 대량생산이 가능하고 자동화 설비와 재배기술의 향상으로 버섯 품질이 향상되고 있기 때문이다. 팽이버섯과 새송이버섯 품목의 경 북지역 버섯수출량은 전국 버섯수출량의 약 절반을 차지하고 있으며, 팽이버섯은 총수출액이 2009년 81%, 2010년 14%로 증가하여 2010년에는 최대수출량(17,163톤)과 최대수출액(26,291천 $)을 기록했다. 이후 2011년 -15%, 2012년 -19%로 다소 감소 추세를 보이고 있으며, 새송이 버섯의 경우는 수출액이 2010년 52%, 2011년 18%, 2012년 6.5%로 증가하여 완만한 성장세를 유지하고 있다. 새송이버섯의 경우 팽이버섯과는 달리 유럽지역을 대표하는 네덜란드가 수출 비중이 높게 나타났으며, 중국으로의 수출은 미미한 수준이다. 중국의 경우 2001년 공장형버 섯농장 5개소, 생산량이 8천톤에 불과하였으나 2011년에는 652개의 공장형버섯농장, 생산량은 1,100천톤으로 매우 빠르게 급성장하였다.

Timing, place, and the high-tech industry to overcome barriers to the introduct of the so-called “smart agriculture”. The core factors of precision agriculture, including temperature, humidity, location information, and real summary information, are all significant for ICT controlling technique. The system is a four-season container allowing mushroom product, humidity, illumination, and factors such as carbon dioxide were regulated to create the optimal environment for mushroom cultivation. Hericium erinaceum (also called Lion's Mane Mushroom, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, or Bearded Tooth Fungus) is an edible and medicinal mushroom in the tooth fungus group. During approximately 40 days of incubation, 1.4 kg of oak sawdust was used as the test medium. The humidity, temperature, and CO2 density were maintained at >85–95%, 18– 20oC, and 700–1,000 ppm, respectively, in the container type culture system. The time for primordium formation was observed to be 4–7 days. The amount of fruitbody production was 74–95 g per bag. This technique will be used to establish a new community support program, in conjunction with international movement, domestic sales and exports are also planned.
