Metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) capacitors were fabricated to investigate the plasma damage caused by reactive ion etching (RIE) on (100) oriented silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrates. The thickness of the top-gate oxide, SOI, and buried oxide layers were 10 nm, 50 nm, and 100 nm, respectively. The MOS/SOI capacitors with an etch-damaged SOI layer were characterized by capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements and compared to the sacrificial oxidation treated samples and the reference samples without etching. The measured C-V curves were compared to the numerical results from corresponding 2-dimensional (2-D) structures by using a Silvaco Atlas simulator.

In this paper, engine generator system was investigated for a series type hybrid electric vehicle(SHEV). PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine) type generator and GCU(Generator Control Unit) was developed and validated by experiment using AC(Alternating Current) servo type dynamo. Generator and GCU was designed to meet the requirements from car manufacturer and was analyzed by using FEA(Finite Element Analysis) and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics). From the experiment results, it was found that the performance of designed engine-generator system can be satisfied well with the design specifications. Also, the transient behavior of the engine-generator system in engine cranking mode was observed.

A Linear Approximated Inverse Almost Ideal Demand System suggested by Eales and Unnevehr was estimated using monthly data of beef carcass grades in Korea. LA/IAIDS consists of 5 demand equations of Korean beef carcass for Hanwoo 1 and over, 1, 2, 3 grades and Beef Cattle. The results showed that price flexibility and scale flexibility are both negative, as we expected. The responses of Korean beef price to 1% increase in imported beef quantity were 0.04~0.2% decline in low-grade beefs while 0.02~0.08% increase in Hanwoo high-grade beef. We also found that both own-price flexibility and scale flexibility of high-grade beef are much greater than those of low-grade beef. This implies that Hanwoo cattle farmer might be in the face of deficit operation due to long-term fattening with high-grade beef price plummeted, if the number of Hanwoo cattle continues to increase much faster than before.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of leisure satisfaction on job satisfaction according to leisure participation of financial workers. This study collected data from 300 financial workers who are working in Seoul, Chung cheongnam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, and performed a final data analysis from 244 of those financial workers. SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, leisure satisfaction showed a significant influence in leisure time and leisure expenses. In leisure activity, physical activity was found to have imported a much higher satisfaction compared to break leisure activities and recreational activities. Second, leisure activities were significant influence on job satisfaction. Third, sub-factor of leisure satisfaction on job satisfaction had a significant impact on leisure physical and mental and leisure environment satisfaction. Finally, to explore the relationship leisure participation, leisure satisfaction between job satisfaction of financial workers, path analysis was conducted. This study suggested the need for research on effective leisure activities that can help financial workers for job satisfaction.

본 논문에서는 다축의 모터 동력을 필요로 하는 전기자동차에 있어서 각 모터를 구동시키기 위한 모터제어기를 개발하고자 한다. 20㎾급 IPMSM 모터를 구동하기 위해서 32비트 고성능 DSP 프로세서로 벡터제어 알고리즘을 적용하고, 모터의 회전 정보와 위치 정보를 얻기 위하여 레졸버 위치센서를 적용하였으며, 냉각성능을 높이기 위하여 수냉식으로 IGBT를 직접 냉각시켜 방열하는 구조로 설계하였다. 제안된 제어기의 특성을 얻기 위하여 MATLAB 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 시제품을 제작하여 유용성을 검증하였다.

This research examines the influence of Taekwondo gym’s relationship marketing implement factors on parents trust, continuance intention and recommendation of parents and to understand the importance of relationship marketing and to provide basic data to come up with marketing strategy. Total of 400 questionnaires were given out to parents of children who are attending Taekwondo gym in Seoul and Gyeonggo-do area and 355 questionaries were collected. And 319 questionnaires were used as the final data and the result is as follows. First, communication of Taekwondo relationship marketing implement factors had significant influence on parents trust and continuance intention. Second, customer-oriented Taekwondo relationship marketing implement factors had significant influence on continuance intention and recommendation of parents. Third, parents trust had significant influence on continuance intention and recommendation of parents. Forth, parents’s continuance intention had influence on recommendation of parents.
수냉식 대용량 인버터의 방열구조에 따른 냉각효과에 대한 연구

화석연료의 고갈로 인하여 친환경 자동차에 대한 연구와 상용화가 급속도로 진행되면서 점점 대형 차종으로 그 범위가 넓어지고 있다. 대형 차종에 적용되는 전기동력 시스템의 MCU(Motor Control Unit), GCU(Generator Control Unit), DC/DC 컨버터 등과 같은 전장품도 그 용량이 커지면서 상용화를 위해 효율적인 측면도 많이 부각되지만 스위칭 소자, 변압기, 초크, 다이오드 등에서 동작으로 인해 열이 발생하고 제품의 구조상 밀폐된 공간에 장착이 되기 때문에 발열로 인한 동작의 신뢰성과 제품의 내구성에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 그 중 가장 발열이 심한 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) 등과 같은 스위칭 소자에서 발생하는 열을 효과적으로 냉각시키기 위해 수냉구조가 필수적이며 동일한 조건의 수압, 유량에 보다 높은 방열특성을 가지기 위해 냉각구조에 대한 해석이 제품을 개발 전에 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 유로의 냉각 핀 형상과 유로 구조에 따라 방열특성이 어떠한 차이가 있는지 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통하여 비교하고, 모사발열체를 이용한 방열부의 냉각 성능 시험과 다이나모 환경의 최대 출력 시험을 통하여 방열 특성을 확인하였다.
