수영운동이 난소절제 쥐 혈중 지질, 해마의 BDNF mRNA, c-fos mRNA 발현 및 공간기억에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of swimming exercise on serum Lipid, BDNF mRNA and c-fos mRNA expression of hippocampus and spatial memory in ovariectomized rats. Sixteen week old female rat(S.D) were randomly divided into three groups(n=12 in each group): the normal control group(CON), control group with ovariectomized(OVA+Con) and swimming exercise group with ovariectomized(OVA+SE). The exercise program consisted of a swimming exercise administered for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks of swimming exercise training, uterus weight was significantly induced in swimming exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. serum total cholesterol, trigryceride, LDL-C level were significantly reduced in swimming exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. However, HDL-C levels was non significantly induced in swimming exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. BDNF, c-fos mRNA expression of hippocampus were significantly induced in swimming exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. Spatial memory was significantly induced in swimming exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. It is concluded that there is a protective role for swimming exercise in reducing the risk of cardiovascular desease in ovariectomized rats.

According to the domestic carbon neutralization policy, greenhouse gas emissions reduction is required for buildings, and for this purpose, greenhouse gas emissions reduction is required through green remodeling. Although it is essential to life cycle assessment of remodeled buildings to measure greenhouse gas emissions, it is difficult to assessment them due to the lack of assessment methods. Therefore, as part of the construction of the life cycle assessment methodology for green remodeling buildings, this study defined the functional unit, reference flow, and system boundary of remodeling buildings based on the life cycle assessment items in G-SEED and proposed a step-by-step evaluation method.
‘Tano Red’와 ‘Ruby Seedless’ 교배 후대에서의 주요 과실 형질에 대한 평가

In this study, phenotypic distribution of 15 major fruit quality traits were analyzed using 252 progenies derived from a cross between ‘Tano Red’ (seed) and ‘Ruby Seedless’ (seedless), to obtain basic data for improving the breeding efficiency of grapevine cultivars. Berry skin color was dark red-violet in 46.4% of the progenies, which is the color of ‘Tano Red’ and ‘Ruby Seedless’, and berry shape was elliptic in 48.4%. Most of the progenies were very juicy with soft flesh, and closely related to the characteristics of ‘Tano Red’. Seeds were well developed in 67.1% of the progenies, rudimentary in 30.1%, and 2.8% were seedless, with seed weight being less than 0.15 g in 84.9% of the progenies. Among the 15 fruit quality traits assessed, bunch density, ease of berry detachment from pedicel, berry weight, berry seed number, berry longitudinal diameter, berry transverse diameter, berry soluble solids, and berry acidity showed normal distributions. Heritability of berry weight, berry longitudinal diameter, berry transverse diameter, berry soluble solids, and berry acidity was 0.89, 0.82, 0.78, 0.86, and 0.93, respectively. Berry weight was positively correlated with seed weight (r = 0.486 ** ), presence of seeds (r = 0.483 ** ), and seed number (r = 0.211 ** ). Seed weight significantly increased with presence of seeds (r = 0.607 ** ) and seed number (r = 0.725 ** ). In addition, presence of seeds was positively correlated with seed number (r = 0.319 ** ). These results could be useful for the identification of quantitative trait loci associated with fruit quality to assist in grapevine breeding.

급성 횡문근융해는 골격근손상으로 인해 세포내 물질이 세포외와 혈장으로 유리되는 급성질환으로,근세포막이 파괴되는 여러 가지 근육 질환,즉 약물 또는 알코올 남용,감염,좌상,교원질병,갑작스럽고 심한 운동,지속적인 혼수상태 등으로 유발된다.최근 저자들은 일산화탄소 중독과 알코올 과다 섭취 후에 생긴 급성 횡문근융해 환자를 경험하였기에 초음파 및 자기공명영상 소견을 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Rhabdomyolysis is an acute disorder resulting from skeletal muscle injury in which intracellular contents are released into extracellular space and plasma. The condition may result from drug or alcohol overdose, infection, crush injuries, collagen disease, or intensive exercise. We report two cases of acute rhabdomyolysis resulting from CO poisoning and alcohol overdose, and discuss the MRI and ultrasonographic findings
